Cloud Canine at home spa grooming & boarding

We have been using Josette since our puppy came home at 4 months. I was desperate to find someone to come to my house to groom our doodle since she wasnt fully vaccinated. I found Josettes info and reviews on a Facebook group with tons of mothers in my town. Once she groomed Zoe at 4 months, we were so happy and have used her ever since. Zoe, our mini golden doodle, looks perfect every time Josette comes and Zoe loves to see her. Shes never afraid or sad. Ive heard horror stories about dogs and grooming and its a pleasure with Josette.Also, we left Zoe with Josette for the first time for 5 days for a family vacation. It was so comforting to know that our Zoe was with Josette. It was like leaving your child with a trusted family member.

Tobi, my berner, is always so excited to see Josette. He LOVES her! I know he’s in great hands whether she’s grooming or boarding him. I’m alone with 3 kids all the time so she picks up and drops off. When we set up dates, she always has it on her calendar. I never have to worry. Josette is wonderful!

Just had my dogs boarded for 6 days and I didn’t have to worry once. They were taken care of and loved for all week while I was away for work, they even got complimentary baths. Love cloud canine! Will definitely board again in the future.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Josette has taken care of my 18 year old dog till the very end, and is now taking care of my new puppy. Very Happy.I love having her come to the house and spares having my puppy put into cage at salon. Great convenience and You can watch her make your fur baby looks awesome.

Josette does an amazing job. She is so kind and loving toward my dog and treats my dog like her own. I highly recommend for anyone needing someone to watch their pup. She does a fantastic job!!

We have been boarding my poodle for couple of years already. He is like part of the family there. Gets individual attention and never seen him be upset. We always get pictures to show us how he is doing and he seems to love it there.

Josette is the greatest groomer, Chloe loves her ❤️ Been a customer since beginning of covid, the love that is put into my dogs care is amazing ❤️ would not change it for the world. Everyone needs to get on this grooming train, you will not be disappointed 😊

Unreliable. Constant missed appointments with no cancelation. Very unprofessional. When she does show she’s hours late.

We agreed to meet at one time and she completely bailed on me I even asked to reschedule and she didn’t even reply to my text completely unprofessional.

Did not show for two appointments, very unprofessional and no call or message left me waiting and wondering until I reached out. Do not Recommend.
