Woofs Canine Club & Indoor Dog Park

We love woofs, we got our puppy in July and hes never been able to socialize with other dogs until bringing him here. The staff has been so amazing with safely introducing him to other dogs. Im really grateful of how educated they are on dogs behaviors and answering all of my questions, regardless of how ridiculous. Also the price of a day pass is really affordable for the experience you get.

I cannot say enough great stuff about this place! We were visiting Rochester with our dog and the weather was crap. We got a day pass and showed up with her vet records. She was able to play with other dogs to her hearts content! We returned the next day for more fun. Nick does an amazing job of overseeing the introduction of new dogs into the play date dynamic and he is very skilled at assessing the dogs temperaments and play compatibility. I wish they were closer to home, but we will definitely be back when we are in ROC again!

My pup always has a great time going to Woofs. The staff are kind, attentive, and just SO GOOD to all the dogs and their owners who attend. Woofs fosters a great community, business, and overall safe and fantastic environment to its attendees! Have nothing but good things to say! Bring your dogs here! Please!

We loved it!!!! Were not dog park goers. But they created a new hybrid system, so they have times you can use the space on your own, at a low cost… Being able to use the space ourselves and not break the bank was absolutely perfect! They also sanitize between each dog group, including using clean bowls for dogs and allowing us to bring our own toys in. Highly recommend!!

Diego and myself have been going for the last 7 to 9 months, and its been fantastic! The owners are incredibly welcoming, and their genuine care for every dog is evident. The facility is clean, with a wonderful atmosphere where all the dogs play and tire themselves out. Its a fantastic spot year-round!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Woofs, in the Village of Webster! This facility is a dream for dogs of all sizes, though I happened to have my 75lb Golden Retriever there recently. This indoor dog park has lots of room for dogs to just RUN, and has some agility equipment for those on the more athletic side. Kris, the owner, made sure this place was clean and pristine for our playtime there, and she remained on site and engaged with our dog Lucy the entire time. Woofs has a separate play area for smaller dogs as well, so when size matters to your furbaby, they can be assured that they’ll feel safe and sound playing without the worry of being overwhelmed by larger dogs.Recently, with the canine flu going around, Woofs took some time to evaluate how to keep the doggos safe and healthy. Ultimately Woofs modeled some COVID best practices and we ended up with a private playtime for just our dog. Kris cleans between scheduled playtimes to ensure a clean and safe play area. I know several doggy day care places that don’t take these precautions – it’s definitely a hit to the “bottom line,” but I fully appreciate the care that Woofs has taken to provide a safe, healthy, and holistic play alternative to dogs of all sizes, especially on inclement weather days. Woofs even has some exercise equipment (stationery cycles, and treadmills) that allow owners to get a workout in while overseeing their dog in the play area, if they so desire. Definitely a 10 out of 10, and we’ll be back!!!!

This was our first visit with Dakota. The owners were very careful at introducing Dakota to the dog park and to the other dogs. Dakota is a rescue. She seemed to enjoy her visit, but kept checking with us. I think she was uncertain. The owners of Woofs know dogs and their reactions and were very good! Dakota will be visiting again. I highly recommend Woofs. Talk to Chris. She is awesome!

First, the owners are hands on from the moment you walk in until you leave. Second, they know all the dogs’ personalities and get right up in the pack and help all the dogs have a safe and fun time. We always look forward to doggy playtime!

Ive been loving this safe, supervised, and clean temperature controlled indoor park. My dogs love running around with dogs of all sizes. Chris, Nick and Frank are super courteous and friendly with the hoomans and puppies alike. If you havent yet, you should totally check it out!

Today was our first visit. My girl was a bit overwhelmed. At 8 years old shes just learning how to dog, so she was ready to leave after a half hour. But the place is fun. I loved watching the playful ones running around. I do wish everyone would keep track of their dogs, to clean up after them. I hope to go back so my girl gets comfortable with it and enjoys the play.

Dog parks are meant to be a safe and enjoyable space for dogs and their owners to socialize. However, at this place the owner becomes overly controlling, and she creates a negative experience for everyone involved. Dogs need freedom to explore, play, and establish their own dominance between each other. When the owner intervenes excessively or restricts certain behaviors, it hampers the ability of dogs to interact naturally. While I understand responsible ownership is crucial in any public space like an indoor dog park, but excessive control can hinder natural canine interactions and limit the benefits these spaces offer. The owner really needs to strike a balance between ensuring safety while allowing the dogs the freedom to explore and interact freely. People are paying a nominal fee to play in your park and expect the freedom for their dogs to do just that.

Awesome park ran by even better people. Love the new hybrid model. They keep track of my dogs friends and invite them whenever I ask. Park is about as clean as possible for having as many dogs as they do. They are always on top of clean up and ensure everyone has a great time and are extremely flexible to meet everyones needs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun spot to escape the weather. My dog freaks out in excitement whenever we pull up now and runs away from me when its time to leave 🤣

Took our dog here while passing thru town on a rainy day. The owners are so wonderful and welcoming. What a fun place for dogs (and humans).

Took my dog there for the first time yesterday and he absolutely loved it!! I had a great time too - it was so fun to talk to everyone there, meet all the different dogs and watch them play! The space is huge, so my dog loved having so much room to run and play with the other dogs. The owner, Chris was so welcoming, helpful and great to talk to. Well definitely be back!

My wife scheduled a private 45 minute play session for our youngest dog. We played fetch until he dropped! Friendly staff and affordable.

This family-owned establishment is a great place to bring your dog to socialize, especially in poor weather. There are options for private and group play time. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Our dog absolutely loves this place! The family owned business is very friendly and welcoming. Our little puppy is always happy and exhausted whenever he leaves here. We immediately enrolled for the monthly subscription!

We came in at a very busy time and the owner was very attentive to all the dogs and owners needs. She juggled phone calls signup and 1st and formost made sure all the dogs played safely. My dog had a fabulous time can not wait to bring him again.

We found Woofs by chance while looking for a place to socialize our new Pup during those too hot summer days. Weve since become regular members and love bringing our dog here every week. The dogs have a blastand the owners are amazing. Truly lucky to have a place like this in our town.

This is my dogs favorite place to be. He loves everything and everyone there. The staff is incredible, dog loving and friendly. We come almost every day and always have the best time ever.

Took my dogs to see this indoor dog park. It was a fully decked out heaven for them. An agility course, toys, and a custom turf pad made the experience great.

This place has been absolutely wonderful for both me and my dog Garrus. Its been great for Garrus to learn how to socialize and play with a variety of other dogs, and he has so much fun everytime he goes.
