My husband called Clip-n-Cuddle to see if we could get our 17 year old long haired cats matted knots shaved off. Stephanie was so helpful on the phone in giving us information and getting us in right away. Arley was great in handling Marco, who was not traumatized (this is unusual!). He is now so comfortable, grooms himself again and purrs often. Thank you Clip-n-Cuddle!

Today I took my little poodle rescue Heidi to the salon to get her teeth cleaned. I’ve actually called in first thing in the morning and got an appointment for the same day at 2 pm. Her teeth were in bad shape after sitting in a cage for 4 years breading puppies for a puppy mill, but Barb is a miracle worker, Heidi’s teeth are absolutely beautiful and a far cry from what we saw earlier today. Clip‘n -cuddle is a very professional place with very nice staff. We felt very well taken care of at the Webster Location. I definitely will recommend it to all my friends with dogs. Thank you Barb and staff❤️

I brought my foster Goldendoodle in for a much needed bathing & brushing out. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Sarah was so gentle and caring with Norah & she looks & feels like new girl. Thank you!

Sadly, after many years of being a customer here I have to change my review. Since expanding her business staffing shortages has been an issue. No one ever answers the phone. You have to leave a message. I never get calls when my dogs are done. The last two trips there have not been to the quality that I expect and I’m now looking for a new groomer. Well, the owner may believe that it is politically based that I am leaving, it is not. You cannot keep jacking up the price for subpar service.

Kerri did an amazing job! My dogs are small and they have anxiety basically any time theyre away from me. Other groomers have suggested sedation, but my pups also have a reaction to anesthesia, so that option doesnt make me comfortable. Kerri was able to give them a great cut and the boys seemed comfortable with her and in their environment when I came for pick up! Thanks so much, Kerri! We will be back!

Our first experience at Clip n Cuddle was great. Portia is happy with her new style and shows it off whenever she can. Very happy with Arleys work and we hope to come back real soon!!

They did a great job getting my huskys coat blown out and bathed. He is usually a problem to dry, but they did a great job! Hell be back for another brushing and haircut soon

We have been taking our dogs here for almost 2 years. The staff are super friendly and do an amazing job for a very reasonable price. We even adopted a foster dog they had there one day!

Quick in and out for a nail clip for Milo (mini-dachshund).The groomers talk sweet to him, gave him a Christmas bow 🎀 and treats and he comes out all happy and tail wagging!You can now pay with your phone so its even easier!

Took our cavapoo for a bath and teddy bear cut groom, our dog s groom was all uneven and messy...the facial hair and ears was barely touched . We will never go back there

Past 2 grooms …took 5 hrs each time and nobody told me in advance or when I dropped off that they were running behind. Animal cruelty to keep a dog in a cage for 5 hrs for a simple grooming . … my dog is not a cage dog and she was upset. No excuse for them to either call me in advance that they were running behind … nor said anything when I dropped off my dog …and no respect for my time to plan to pick up my dog which should have been 2-3 hrs max. They obviously don’t feel dogs have feelings. When I called 5 hrs later … the young girl answering the phone could only say I’m sorry … even after I said thus happen twice. For $80 plus tip … I expect my dog to be treated like a human at a hair or doc appt. Clearly this place can care less about customer service or treating a dog like a human . The human society should inquire into their negligence and animal abuse. 5 hrs in a cage for a cut groom is inexcusable. Especially when it happened twice over 3 months. The inexperienced girl who answered the phone asked if I wanted the owner to call me . I said yes. The owner never called me back Cowardly? Or clearly could care less about treating a dog properly and respecting the time of V the dogs owner . For $80!plus tip … I expect more.

Sarah and Jamie did an amazing job grooming our cat Nala! Nala has long hair and we requested a close shave. Post-cut her fur is silky smooth and there were no nicks or cuts (we’ve had trouble with other groomers). From the time I scheduled, to picking her up, they were kind, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. They even offered for us bring her back at no additional charge to further shave her tail (we miscommunicated the length).They did such an amazing job and we are DEFINITELY bringing her here for all future groomings.

The ladies here are awesome! Our furball Ricky gets his nails clipped and they do a great job! They knew just how to handle handle him and his not liking getting his feet touched! Corgi roll! So glad we found them!

I brought my Bichpo here after a chain grooming place said that due to her anxiety and nipping, they cant groom her because they dont muzzle and she needed to be. The chain recommended Clip-N-Cuddle. I brought my dog in and the staff was so friendly! Kerri is a gem! I explained my dogs anxiety issues with grooming and that she might nip and may need to be muzzled. She said no problem and well see how it goes. (She even had me drop my dog off an hour before her actual appointment to give her time to get use to the new sounds and smells.)At pick up, they called and I asked how she did. Kerri said she wasnt sure what the chain groomer was talking about - my dog, though anxious, just needed some TLC with belly rubs while being groomed. No muzzle was needed either - just some kind, soft spoken words and belly rubs and my girl was good!Made another eight week away appointment on the spot! She also recommended a better brush to help upkeep my dogs poddle-like curls.10/10 and already told my friends and family! (Would be sweet if they had a referral program)

Took my daughters dog there for grooming appointment. Theyre very friendly and double checked exactly what we wanted done. After checking the dog, they gave me an estimated time for getting groomed. They called at that time and said they were just finishing her (100 lb. dogs take a while!). I was able to pick her up and they did a fantastic job! Picture time at school is in a few days, and shes ready. Thanks!

I have been a customer for years and brought both my old dog that has since passed away and my new puppy they are awesome. My older dog was very afraid and high stress yet she always came home looking great and happy. My new puppy just loves going there and always looks and smells great when he comes home. I highly recommend them and would not go anywhere else!!!

We have a high anxiety 10 year old dog and a 1 year old, rambunctious puppy. Both of them had a fantastic experience here. They were both washed and had their nails trimmed. They came back smiling, happy and smelling fresh! The staff was friendly and very communicative - highly recommend.

The guacamole is the best I have ever had.The shrimp tacos were amazing!!A must try.

After a google search on who cuts cat nails in the area, I found this place. They were extremely friendly and I was able to come in right away. My cat is a nervous cat that usually pees at the vet when restrained so I dont take her out unless I have too. Unfortunately, her nails were very long. When we got there, they took her right in, called her by name to try to keep her calm and managed to clip all 4 paws very quickly. Limited stress and no pee. Greatly appreciated and will be back.

We would NOT take are dogs to anyone besides Barb at clip and cuddle. She is so awesome she dose dog rescues and takes care of your dog or cat like family and it so professional when it comes to animals. Having two locations that makes it easy to make an appointment and be able to meet barb personally . Nothing here but the best when it comes to employees that work with her. HATS OFF TO YOUR TEAM BARBARA WE LOVE YOU!!

I specifically talked in detail about my dogs aggressiveness around new situations. I asked if I could go back with her for the first appointment. They assured me I could. Showed up for my appointment, no you can’t go back with your dog. They should have told me that on the phone. 2 parking spaces, people were parking in the lot next door. Pick up and drop area inside was the size of my bathroom and there were 6 of us and 4 dogs. Very busy road. Very chaotic place. I would not recommend.

Honestly the worst grooming experience weve ever had. My Mom came home in tears after picking up her Bichon pup. She thought the high Google reviews would be a good sign, but the after photo speaks for itself. The dog was not brought in matted, and the groomer did not complain about any behavior issues. The only positive aspect to any of this is that she was given a full refund.

Ashley was wonderful! She did so much on my dog. Gave me great advice on flea control. My dog looks so pretty again!

Mandy and everyone at Clip-n-cuddle are so nice and great with animals. My pup is a very nervous girl but she seems to feel comfortable with Mandy and she always looks so cute and fluffy when she leaves there. They even put a cute bandana on her! Prices of services are very reasonable.

We have had two bad experiences in a row. The first for my two dogs tht only need baths , ears, nails and paws. One came home with dirty ears, both did not have their paws trimmed. The next time our dog was there for 4 hours, wasnt cut after 3.5 hrs and came home with tufts of hair, coat not brushed and still wet. They are busy but their quality has gone down.

Clip -n- Cuddle is the best groomer I have ever brought my dogs to. I have two Aussies and one Sheltie. They are huge shedders and their coats get matted really easy. They do such an amazing job of getting out the undercoat and scruff. Its like I get new dogs everytime I pick them up!! I cannot recommend them enough; especially Jami, she is amazing. One last thing I want to mention, they book out pretty far. This may seem like an inconvenience but once you get on a regular schedule, its not that big of a deal. I once made the mistake of not re-booking after my appt and when I called to schedule, it was a over a month until their next availability. In the interim, I took my dogs different groomer and it was a huge mistake. Their coat still had matts and they looked like they still needed to be groomed. It is definitely worth the wait for your Clip -n- Cuddle appt. They are the best!!

I requested a bath, haircut, nail trim and annal gland. After 2.5 hours they called me to say that my dog was all set and when I got there they only bathe him and told me they could only bathe him and nothing more because he was too anxious. As I am grateful they told me they didnt proceed with everything else for the safety of the dog, which I appreciate, I waited 2.5 hours for just a bath? Why didnt they called me and told me the situation? Not coming back, it was my first time going there and it was the last time.

Staff genuinely loves animals. Our groomer Jamie is an expert! We have been going here for 3 years and each time we are more than thrilled! The service and staff are top notch. Dont hesitate!

Everyone at Clip n Cuddle is very professional and trained with experience. We are all certified groomers who are in this business because we love the animals. I have been grooming for 26 years and would never want to do anything else. The 2 other groomers are certified with 8 years of experience. We keep up on all the latest grooming knowledge by going to the biggest trade show for groomers. We groom dogs and cats of all sizes and temperament, we also offer spa packages and blueberry facials and paw treatments. If you want to add a little color to your pet we can do that too with products that are completely safe. Do not bring your cat there. It is all dogs with no separate area for your cat. Even though they advertise, they specialize in cats. I’ll never go there again I would not recommend it to a friend

Took our dog to get groomed here. The staff is very friendly. Its a bit chaotic as the waiting area has very little space and the smell isnt the greatest, but over all a pretty good spot.

The staff are so lovely and my dog loves them, which is difficult to come by with a highly anxious dog. They are all so friendly and Jamie does a stellar job grooming my dog!

JAMI IS MY FAVORITE! She’s been grooming our cat Sanibel for years and knows that Sanibel can be difficult, but always does an amazing job with her. I also recently got a sweet little puppy and I am very protective! I know my pets are in good hands and Jami keeps them safe and looking adorable!

The groomer was sweet and kind to me and my dog, easing my anxieties, and even though he didnt do well with the whole thing, she was supportive and understanding. The receptionist on the other hand, I felt was a little a loof when I dropped him off, like she had better places to be. She also became defensive when I asked how he did and when I called back because they forgot to put his flea collar back on. How she went about telling me he struggled was completely inappropriate for someone in customer service. It was cold, aloof and suggestive of his whole experience being my fault because he shouldnt have come with the flea collar and I should touch his feet more often.... I was happy with the groomer and the job she did, however not happy with the lack of customer service from reception.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Came out to my car to help me get my two beagles I side the salon. Prices are reasonable. They also groom cats. Highly recommend!!

I had a very difficult pug mix she hated getting her nails done petcoand pets smart turn her away , Barb was very patient with her and would take as many breaks as she needs to get job done. Rascal has been a client for over a decade. He is always so proud after. He runs from room to room showing off his new haircut to the 2 kitties. Arly does a great job, always so nice and friendly. Its clear to me that they all really care about our little Rascal.

My cocker spaniel was a hot mess, they did so great with him though. Will definitely be returning. My boy feels and looks much better!

My very hesitant rescue pup comes out looking fabulous, but mostly, hes relaxed. I was nervous taking him the first time but he was greeted with such warmth that my fears were dispelled.

I took my yorkie to get groom today for the first time there shes very small and weights 3pounds and I was very disappointed because she didnt cut her like I requested it! Her hair looked the same like when I dropped her off then I was charged $50 dollars for her nails clipped and a little face trim and everything else looked the same her chest area n her private parts look like there were not cut at all..... not ever again!! 👎😤

Never coming here again. Theyre mean to dogs. Cut my dogs nails exposing the nerve and obviously dont clean there tools and work space because now my dog has an ear infection. If I could leave less than one star I would.

Definitely happy that I found clip n cuddle. Coming from Staten Island NY where I was apart of one of the biggest rescues in NY my dogs are very spoiled. So moving up here was a struggle to find the right place for my Maltese who is now 13 yrs young. He was use to an inhome experience with a good friend of mine who always did an amazing job despite how aggressive my boy can be. She never chose good looks over his well being. If he looked a little lopsided I dont care. Id rather him not be stressed then look cute. Clip and cuddles Arley is who grooms my Boy and Niko has no complaints. He is a handful and extremely playful at home so maintaining his hair is a real challenge. He makes sure he gets real matted, real dirty, every day so she definitely has her hands full. But she makes sure despite having to shave him down that he looks adorably innocent each time. Upon meeting them I told them I dont care what he looks like if it means stressing him out too much. I believe they respect that and they all have a ton of love for animals. The atmosphere and vibe says it all and Im so grateful to have found a place I dont hate leaving my dog with. 🙏

The dog is clean, the dog is groomed, the dog is happy. Took quite a while, and ran late, but I think theyre short staffed right now. But my very active puppy has not gotten this clean anywhere else!

I brought my Shih Tzu here after this groomer being recommended by a friend. I had high hopes but was unfortunately disappointed with the quality. The cut was pretty bad, and I have most of him shaved so it should not be that hard. His face and paws are noticeably uneven and patchy, there is a big chunk of fur under his eye that was missed that now keeps getting stuck in his eye, his nails are cut at an angle are are razor sharp and the tail is awful...not even close to being even. The people were nice and the location was convienent but it was not worth the money...I could have done a better job myself.

THE THEATRICAL RELEASE...Clip-N-Cuddle is a great place to take you little one for some pampering. All the staff are great and absolutely LOVE animals! We have Barb work with our foster dogs, she is fantastic. We had one terrified little abuse guy that needed a nail trim badly and she was able to do it for us. She is gentle and caring and goes the extra for you kids, as does all the staff. If you need you pooch or kitty pampered definately check them out!THE DIRECTORS CUT...My husband and I are foster parents for a local dog rescuse so we have dogs coming and going from all kinds of cases and places. Barb is also a foster for the same group and that is how we heard about Clips-N-Cuddles. We had a bad abuse case, a little Papillion that would nip and bit at anyone he didnt know or trust. He needed a nail trim horribly, Barb was able to do it. Not saying it was a stress free time for any of us but she got the job done and after he was a lot happier. Barb was really patient and understanding with him.As soon as you walk in the door you can tell all the staff absolutely love animals. Our latest foster a Tea Cup Apple Head Chihuahua brought everyone out from the back and downstairs oohing and ahhing at how adorable she is, well she is and she knows it. They are all friendly and always greeting you with a warm hello and smile when you come in. Always professional but without being stuffy, just a great bunch of animal people.If you need your pooch or kitty pampered this is the place that we recommend to everyone now. There are quite a few other places closer to us but I dont mind the 20 minute drive. Edit: I received a call shortly after leaving this review asking what exactly I was unhappy with. I was then told that she could pass my number on to the owner who would do my next groom, and is an excellent groomer. I said sure.It has been months, Ive heard nothing since. Thats about what I expected, honestly. 🙄I really wanted to like this place. The folks are nice but the phone system is a nightmare. Call, and it rings once, and then nothing. No more ringing, no answer, nada.But my real beef is with groomers being unable to follow instruction. Such as Do NOT cut the hair above his eyes! And she has done it BOTH times! I wanted that hair LONG! Its part of the style for a Chinese crested. Hes not a Maltese or something. The hair wasnt in his eyes or bothering him or matted, it was perfect and the black tips from his puppy coat that framed his face will NEVER grow back. Theyre gone forever.I have to find another groomer or learn to do it myself. You burned me once and I gave you another shot and you burned me again. Were done.
