Needed a Groom for my dog ASAP.. Called and they Groomed him same day! Very Professional and Awesome service from start to finish! My boy looks brand new! Definitely would recommend for any one needing services!

I love this little shop. The people are friendly and helpful and will let me come in and chat all day lol. They have been there with help and advice anytime I need it. My pup enjoys his grooming there as well and always comes out looking so handsome! Sometimes there is a wait for new or restock on supplies but I still check them first before shopping other places.

I am an owner of 6 dogs and Ive lived in this area for 18 years and the pet store we had closed down i am happy for Noommy to have opened. I love the staff at Noomy! Since day one they treated me and my kids like family and always helpful with supplies if they dont have they will get it for you. I have many breeds of animals and they always have what i need. I bought bother my bearded dragons there and been a loyal customer since then.

First time getting my puppy groomed and they cut him really low and did not do his tail he looked ridiculous. As a groomer you should know what you’re doing and cut hair correctly or offer a refund.

I Been going to noommy for a little while and my past experience were not that bad at all. The only thing is they make so many appointments for dogs for the same time and the place is a small place and its small in the back where the fogs are kept. The past week I took my dog for grooming on Sunday. Yes he was a little matted and he is not a big dog, they had the nerve to charged me $150. Notice the next day my dog started feeling and looking sick and had a nasty cough. Be careful my dog caught Kennel cough.. I had to take him to the vet and spend almost $400. Think twice before you go to this place.

Definitely not a place to take your dog to get groomed . The ladies were nice and sweet but the guy that works there or own the place was definitely not approachable nor well mannered . I paid 65.00 dollars and gave the groomer a tip it was my first time there thinking she knew what she was doing because I trusted her with my baby i was in a rush when I picked him up and when I came to realization I noticed multiple cuts on his body and I also realized he still had dried dodo on his behind and did not smell like if he was given a bath. So that being said I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Location!

If I can give zero stars to this place I would I got two girl hamsters from here and one was misgendered I understand mistakes can be made but stressor own up to it and try to fix it I am currently having a rapid growing crisis of hamsters birthing because I can’t tell the gender apart I keep trying separate them so I know who is what and I can give them away but it just not happening I called the store and told them the first time it happened with the ones I originally bought and they said just Deirdre the boy and that they don’t take hamsters back they didn’t even provide me with information on where I can surrender these hamsters I’m stuck and frustrated

Yes! Yes! Im super excited. I just purchased 2 love birds, I named the boy Diego and the girl Zadie. Theyre absolutely beautiful. My girl is blue, black turquoise and my boy is green, yellow and black. Theyre super quiet for now lol. Im in love with my purchase adding to my family. Thanks so much for everything. Have a wonderfully blessed day.Its day 2 of having my lovebirds and they are still really quiet. I put on spiritual Native American music as they slept peacefully with no sounds coming from them. My dogs haircut took 7 hours and when he was finished it was not the haircut I asked for PLUS he looks like someone was practicing on him. His haircut doesn’t look professionally cut at all!!

My advice is to take your dog for grooming between Monday- Friday. I have a bad experience on a Sunday probably is not main person grooming dogs on the weekends.

I love getting my furbabies groomed at noommy. Especially because I can tell they feel comfortable with their groomer titi Annette.

I went to PETCO one day and in return, my puppy looked uneven and horrible.Finding Noommy was the best decision a dog parent can make. My baby girl is now even and beautiful. The groomers were understanding and very lovely. The owner is an amazing man. I would recommend this place to every dog parent in NEW YORK!!!

My overall experience(s) have only ever been positive and energetic! The prices on merchandise for all different sorts of animals is reasonable and super affordable. I take my cat here to do her nails, get groomed, and sometimes to rack up on treats. HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOOMMY 🙌🏽‼️

Please, whatever you do DO NOT take your dog to get groomed here. If I could give zero stars, I would! I have a Labradoodle dog I dropped off to get groomed yesterday and I got charged for a bath, cut, nail trim, and ear cleaning and all they managed to do in 6.5 hours was a bath. When I picked her up, I was told that everything was finished and all she had to do was be dried, but I asked for her to not be dried because she had already been there for too long and I needed to go. At no point when I made the appointment did anyone explain how long they take to groom a dog, they did not tell me that the full service was incomplete (only that it got completed and she was in the middle of drying when I wanted her back). I made a HUGE mistake going to this place because the distance was more convenient for me. However, I learned the hard way that I should’ve read the reviews prior to going. I genuinely hope that this review saves anyone who is reading the trouble and horrible experience I went through with my dog here. I promise you, just go someplace else.

Noommy did an excellent job grooming my elderly cat, Mordecai. Due to his age, he struggled to groom himself, leading to matting and what seemed like seizures. Since the haircut, he hasnt experienced any more seizures and seems to be in improved health. Grateful for Noommys care!

It was a lovely small personal pet store as well as grooming. They have more options for Dogs & Birds b also a selection for Cats reptiles & amphibians. It was moderate prices b for in store wo shipping is worth the $, b I will say online, the Cat toys are cheaper by half. As for Customer service, it goes both ways. There is @ least one person will Ableton to accommodate you. I suggest they hire more staff b again it is a small pet & grooming shop. Affordable for the area & convenience. Just needs more of a diverse selection for Cats. Thumbs up.

Went in as a walk in and was attended almost immediately to get my corgis nails clipped. Jamie was her groomer and she was fast and efficient with my fiesty and strong pup! Will return for our grooming needs :)

Today was the first time i ever went to another groomer other than petco. I can definitely say 10/10. They did better than expected. Better than petco has done. My dog looks very happy & groomed well. I definitely will be coming back here. This is my spot!

Overpriced with very limited selection, I still shopped there since its local until I bought their store brand dog treats made my dog throw up after only one treat. Owner showed more concern about not being able to sell the treats to someone else than the adverse effects it had. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.

Great Service!! Finally took my dog to get groomed at my local pet shop that was so needed in this area. I am so glad I did. The groomer did an awesome job with my dog. My dog( 8 year old female Maltese mix) is typically very fisesty when getting groomed. The groomer expressed she had no issues while grooming Snowball and also stated she was a sweet dog (I was kind of surprised by that comment being Snowballs history with past groomers lol ) The groomer took less than 2 hours to finish which I was very happy with that. After her service I was able to get her a new harness and a cute Halloween costume! We overall had a good experience. We WILL be back!!

We havent had a pet store around in a long time so it was so nice to walk in and look around. The store is small, but it has everything I need to take care of my pets, so Im not complaining. I was greeted when I walked in and everyone was so nice and they seemed like they were in a great mood. I will definitely come again.

They are a small business and started off good but I guess as the business picked up they decided there isnt a need to have great customer service skills. I have called a few times recently and the staff who pick up the phone lack training. To make matters worse, I had an appointment for grooming and when my daughter went to drop the dog off, she was told there wasnt any appointment. I spoke to the person there and explained the error wasnt on my part and he was so rude and told me you must have spoken to my brother, not me because you said me and we arent machines here so we could make mistakes. I couldnt believe what I was told and the tone in which it was said. I was recommending them to other dog owners but not anymore. You have to keep in mind if they treat the humans this way who can speak up what about the fur babies who cant. Unacceptable.

A nice but small pet shop with birds and fish. If youre looking for other animals or reptiles they do not have. Lots of supplies for all your pets needs, and they do offer grooming services as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Open 7 days a week.

So satisfied with my pups grooming session at Noomy. He came out so happy and not as stressed as he had been with previous groomers. And he smells so lovely. We will definitely return.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!! My mom dropped my dog off at 9am. I arrived to pick him up around 3:30pm. A worker comes out with a dog that was not mine. I said that was not my dog and he had the nerve to ask me if i was sure? How do i not know my own dog????? Turns out they gave my dog to another person!!!!!! My hear at theat moment dropped to think my dog was with another. I had to wait 20 minutes for the woman who they gave my dog to to come back! We were lucky to get him back at that. Never again will i be coming here. If you love your pet please take them somewhere else.

I have never taken the time to write a review. However I feel obligated to warn my fellow animal lovers. Our dog chase is family. A four year old Yorkie, is the sweetest most gentle dog we ever owned. So when we picked up our baby from a routine grooming. our first with this company. We imediatley noticed this obvious fact. The Yorkie they gave us, was not ours. For two days my wife was in tears as they repeatedly disrespected us. Unprofessional is a understatement. Meanwhile the owner of the other dog was going through the same heartbreak as us. Wondering if we would ever see our loved chase again. We were called crazy and treated like trash....As forgiving as we are. Im writing this review because we have yet to receive a apologie from Noommy. My wife is so tramatized by this we will be doing our own grooming from now on. I just felt obligated to warn the public so that nobody experiences what we have dealing with this company.

Took my fur-baby to Noomys today for the first time for a nail trimming. From the moment you walk into the shop till the minute you leave you are well tended to. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on any of the questions asked. My fur-baby was greeted and treated with such care.Very happy to see a mom-pop pet shop in the neighborhood. The shop is well organized and stocked making it a pleasure to shop and the animal habitats and fish tanks were all so well maintained. Took my doggy Fluffy there yesterday. She came out a new dog. The groomer came out and explained everything that was going to get done to her and the results were even better than expected. I also took my moms 2 puppies to have thier nails clipped and they came back happy like nothing happened to them. I will be coming back real soon. Noommy is my new dog groomer.

I have been shopping with This shop sis their original shop that was on willis some years back . Pretty positive it’s the same family owners and they have always been A1 with their services.I have used their grooming services, besides it being very booked so it’s hard to get an appointment, when you do, the outcome is amazing && My dog has always been treated with great care.I also buy my turtle food from here and always go in for the specific kind and the manager always takes care of me and if they’re out of stock he lets me know exactly when and what time I can come back and pick it up !!I moved from the area a few months back but will ALWAYS come back to Noomys!! Well where do I start this was one of the best pet shops that I have ever been to. The guy luis that works there is such an amazing worker with a great attitude he really brights up the store. The groomer is so amazing and very caring with the dogs I cannot complain about the overall service hopefully this store stay open for the neighborhood we definitely needed one around here.

WARNING!!!!! They have unlicensed groomers that dont know anything !!!!Horrible never again will I take my dog to get a hair cut in the BRONX ! You know the memes going around that say what I ask for vs what I got My poor dog went in as a she and came out as a he ! The worst hair cut my poor dog has ever gotten ! You guys are lucky my wifey went inside and paid cause I would of never paid yall ! LIKE HOW YOU SHAVE OFF THE DOGS WHISKERS WITH OUT PERMISSION! The job he did was not 4 hrs long !! I live in the neighborhood and didnt want to travel far too get some Betta fish. They did not have a wide variety of anything really including the fish. All the Betta bowls were dirty with waste floating around. I was told they were $5 but my receipt showed I was charged $6, I bought 2. The hamsters are adorable but they are housed in an insane amount together, in 2 10 gallon tanks. Smh they also had nothing on the top of the tanks to keep them safe or from climbing out. I just wanted to rescue all the animals from the store! The staff was minimal as it is a small place but very helpful. I dont know if Id go back though.

Friendly and fast service.I have a Chihuahua that had his nails long to cut your skin very easily and they took about 5 to 8 minutes tops to cut my dogs nails down and it was great

I visited the store a couple of days ago to get some anti-flea shampoo for my dog. I spoke to the store clerk, she was very informative and detailed about the product she was suggesting for my dog. She was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend my friends and family with pets to visit this store.

Cut too much of my dogs nails and had it bleeding. Then I asked for a trim. They gave my dog a full on cut I only asked for an inch off but most of his fur was cut off. On top of that I asked for a full grooming set meaning they’d shower, clean his ears, cut his nails and groom him. I paid 75 dollars and didn’t get anything of what I wanted ridiculous. I’ve been here before and this never happened it’s ridiculous.

I purchased three bags of blue buffalo cat treats and sadly 2 out of 3 were expired by a month or so. They seemed fine so I still used them and i have now learned to keep an eye on that. I will try again and shop there for small things like this since local.

I got my cats nail cut and filed and they do a great job . I would highly recommend this petshop.

I walked in the store and no one greeted me, one Spanish girl was behind the counter on the phone having a personal converstion, the other employees a guy was walking around not clear what he was doing but no one said a word to me until I approached them for help. To make matters worse the employees are not wearing mask. The place was ok not much variety and very small and congested.

Every time I enter theres only one male worker who could care less about the customers. I wanted to buy a parakeet, yet they house parakeets too close together, Ive seen 2 parakeets with mangled legs. truly careless...

This was my first visit here and the experience was amazing it was so fast. They were so kind and were exited to do my dogs hair and did an amazing job I recommend them to all. Also the prices are fair.

First Im going to start by saying normally we like giving small businesses business cause it’s the right thing, it’s located in The Bronx cool “But” once again “But” was unprofessional my dog was there 6 hours she was supposed to have gotten a haircut, nails trimmed, bath, and ears to be clean all this place did in 6 hours was bath my dog, got upset that I was complaining about their services, I dont even think that they attended to to these pet in their facility my dog came home and drank to bowls of water, my mother called the next day and the manager was rude and dismissive not trying to hear her complaint its sad that this is the treatment at this place stay away dont take your dog there, take your pet to the city where your dog is treated humanely this location is horrible run dont go in, I live in the Bronx I prefer the city

Had them groom my cavachon and it’s the best groom he’s received. He’s gone twice already. His first grooming experience was at Petco where they completely shaved him due to knotting. At Noomys they managed to leave him looking presentable regardless of a few knots and for that I appreciate them.

Went to go buy dog food at 1pm and the person locked the door right as I approached and told me to come back in 5 mins… so I went somewhere else to get what I needed. They also sell the same dog food I can get anywhere else for more money, so I won’t be going back here ever.

They are my life saver. I have sever asthma my dog shed and the groomer and young lady really kept me from going to hospital.

Love this place! I’ve taken my toy yorkie for grooming to this location for a little over a year now and am always pleased with the service. This past Sunday I brought my fur baby in and was met by a groomer I hadn’t met before, I believe her name was Rosa. Rosa did an AMAZING job with Fendi, her cut was evenly blended and just the way I asked and her nails were perfectly filed, they seemed to be safely cut/ filed shorter than any groomer has been able to get her nails! Would highly recommend this place!!

Let me start by saying that there hasnt been a pet shop around my neighborhood in a very long time. I walked into Noommy pet shop and the customer service was impeccable with a friendly smile. Respectful and professional, the gentleman that assisted me in getting a muzzle for my dog making sure that it was the right size I told me if it didnt fit he would exchange it was no question ask I highly recommend this place for all your animal needs and Grooming for your pet

Decent little shop, Decent pricing, and decent work. The only downside is you have to call early the day before to make an appointment for the following day due to the limited slots available.

I decided to take my dog ​​there after reading several reviews since the place where I take him is in Brooklyn and is very far from me. His appointment was for 10 in the morning, they told me it would take about 3 hours since he is a 4 pound Yorkie dog. It was 2 in the afternoon and since they werent calling me I decided to call to see if everything was okay. The girl who works in the front told me yes, he was almost ready so if I wanted him to be on his way to pick it up. When I got to the place I asked the girl again and she told me to wait for me while she was going to ask the girl who was in charge of cutting the hair etc. When she returned she told me that she was taking a little more time because my dog was moving and moving a lot. I was there for almost 45 more minutes while the person in charge, the dog groomer, came carrying him and told me that my dog ​​had had a small accident that he had a “little boo boo” in his ear and that she had put something on him to stop the bleeding. . I told him its okay, thinking that it hadnt been something that big. 1 week after my dog ​​dropped what she had put on him I saw that she had cut off a piece of his ear!!! Now my dog ​​has one ear different from the other! Apart from the fact that they charged me $60 and I still tipped them so this happened to my dog! Nothing similar had ever happened to my dog ​​at the other salon where I took him. If I could give it 0 in the reviews I would!

We bought 2 Australian parakeets, excellent care

I took my baby the first time and they trimmed her well although they left her with a few little goats. I found it ok and I met the very cool workers... but this second time I liked it, it was as I asked for but they gave me a carb in the josico and This time I didnt see any of the employees, they were all friendly men, but I felt safer with them.

I took my chihuahua to get her nails cut! They charged me 15 to cut the nails and 5 to file them, excellent service! very affectionate with the pets and it was fast, very pleased!

I give them a 3, the girl is not very friendly, I asked her a question and she kind of didnt like me. I liked how they made the cut but my daughter didnt. I recommend the place.
