The groomer was very professional and very gentle with my baby. She did exactly what I asked for. Love that she took her time trimming his hair and at the same time making sure he was ok. My baby felt comfortable with her and that made me feel at ease.

The staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable about all pets. The groomer (Jessica) great attitude and greets my dog as if he was one of their own.

I brought my Princess to be groomed at Petco in 237 street in the Bronx and Jennifer listened carefully at how I wanted her to be groomed. Shes a very good groomer and I recommend her to anyone who needs a good groomer. I love this Petco location. The whole staff is helpful and friendly and the who environment is so nice.

Jessica the groomer at Petco located at 193 west 237 street in Riverdale, NY is the reason I take my dog named Zoey to Petco she carries her and when I pick up Zoey I am always pleased in the outcome. Jessica is really good and most important she demonstrates her love for the dogs she takes care of. She is also friendly and each time I book Zoeys grooming appointment I make sure that is with her. Once you meet Jessica at Petco for your grooming of your pet I can assure you you will book with her again. Thank you Jessica

When I let them know that they took too much out of my dogs groin area. To the point that where he was bleeding. We had to buy cone to put around his neck. so he wouldnt lick him himself. They banned us from him getting groomed there again.Absolutely unprofessional. When I called corporate to complain. They told me that it was up to the discretion of the local groomer, at petco. whether they wanted to groom of my dog or not.

Customer Service was inadequate with the price of the pet grooming, jumping from $100 to $150 plus tax. The wait for the pet grooming took around 5 hours. In addition, the pet grooming did not follow my directions in cutting dogs hair in a certain way. Do not recommend it.

Petco groomers do an excellent job. Ive never had a bad experience there. Every employee Ive encountered there is polite and respectful and patient. Their love of animals shines through.

It was my dog’s first time getting groomed at Petco. We made a reservation with Jessica and couldn’t be happier. My dog coco is A LOT to deal with (very anxious and HIGH energy). We are so happy with his haircut and with Jessica’s patience with him. Thank you so much!

Over priced. The price that is advertised is not what you pay when you get there I ended up paying $145 no more petco for my baby.

Jennifer is so sweet, calm, helpful, friendly and very compassionate of my beloved puppy. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my puppy with her and my puppy loves her. She is an excellent stylist!

Jessica is amazing. Butterscotch LOOOOOOOOOOVES her! We are always satisfied with the work she does and the attention she gives Butterscotch. I must say the grooming team as a whole is awesome. They are very welcoming, quick, detailed, and efficient.

Today was the second time that my dogs grooming appointment was canceled last minute (less than an hour before the scheduled time). I understand that things happen and employees get sick, which is why I decided not to pass judgement the first time. Now that it has happened a second time, I will NEVER book an appointment at this location again. Appointments typically have to be booked weeks in advance, so sending an apology text stating that the groomer will contact about rescheduling is a joke. As a working pet parent, I cannot just drop everything to bring my dog in when its convenient for the groomer/store. Clearly, your employees are unprofessional if they think that inconveniencing a days worth of customers at the last minute is ok. Perhaps its time to think about an alternative solution like having a groomer on call or working as a floater to avoid these issues so you dont lose more customers. Do better, Petco!

Jessica is amazing. She does a fantastic job grooming the boys. They look so handsome when she is finished. I am very pleased with the service she provides.

Sade is incredibly patient with my boy Blue. Blue is a difficult bichon and does not enjoy haircuts. He gives her a really hard time but she is always professional and caring and does not push Blues limits. She understands his temperament and is quite patient. I hope to always have Sade as Blues groomer.

The groomers were really sweet and took great care of my baby who tends to get very nervous around new people. She came out clean and fresh. No more hair on her eyes and beard. Very happy.

Like my groomer jenny💯 has a lot of patient with skipper🐶 in the store I always find where Im lookin🙃for good customer service and every Department been there 6 years👍👍

I absolutely love coming here they are extremely professional and all the groomers really love the animals my dog goes crazy everytime he comes and is always calm and icne everything Is done he comes back with the biggest smile in his face. I will definitely be going here everytime I need to get my dog groomed its definitely the best place around.

Clean place. Robert is great patient and loves all his lil furry clients. I just wish they had more ppl working w him so its not over 3 1/2 hours. Need more ppl working in the store. Always have to look for sales people.

Botched hair cut, patches everywhere he hasnt been the same or confident since. He did like the wholehearted brand of food though only thing Ill be getting from there. Staff in the grooming station were friendly though

Jessica is the person who is taking care of my pet Lola. She is doing an extremely wonderful work. we both love going to petco in the Bronx.

This was the worst store; it was 9:20 am; the door was open, but they didnt let any customers enter, saying the store was open at 10 am. All the customers were outside complaining. People cant play with other times like that, and they dont care about our pets.

I really appreciated how Jessica took the time to really listened to my concerns. She made me feel secure to leave my furbabies in good hands.

Symon is the best groomer. He did what many groomers had problems doing. The nails and ears. Hunnie came back looking like a DIVA! WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Don’t get your dog groomed with yashonia. Doesn’t have no patience with dogs
