Puppy Resources did a fantastic job, My baby Harlow looks adorable, and I could tell he felt comfortable and happy throughout the process. I love this place definitely recommend!!!! I brought my dog here and my dog has never gotten groomed before this and he was very scared at first but they ended up calming him down and overall he was very happy after the service they seem to actually care about your dog and their experience and everyone was very nice and professional and he came out looking like a different dog and tremendously cute I couldn’t believe he was my dog. Very happy. Groomer with the light eyes treated my baby so good.

I had my first experience this month , full grooming and it was fast and a lovely experience , They handled my dog , Snappy with care , he looked absolutely gorgeous when we left , I recommend for everyone , the prices are great too

It was my first time in this place and I love the way my dog looks! My dog is a bichon frise and they groomed her like so. Most places I have been to either had cut her uneven or they cut too much, making her look like a bald chicken or a poodle. The people in the store were nice people, ones you can trust with your dog. I am honestly not fond of the location of this place but for quality I give this store 5 stars! Thank you Puppy Resources I will return.

Wasnt sure of this place, but friends suggested to bring my toy poddle here. No regret. The work done on my puppy was amazing. Everyone asked where did I take her. From toy poddle to lil lamb chop. I was in love and going back.

Took my Hazel here and was so scared of how her hair cut would come out. They asked details of what I want and when I came to pick her up I was so happy they did exactly what I wanted. Wish I could put before and after photos. She looked beautiful. The staff there are so nice.

I have Been coming here for years over 6 or more . They are the best ., The whole staff. They are very professional and take good care of your pet while in their care. My dog comes out looking like a show dog. Mateo the groomer never disappoints. My friend that is always at the counter is there to greet you with a smile and assure that you and your dogs experience is nothing less than what you expected. The two gentleman that work the floor and run the back also are always so helpful and kind . The lovely lady also that works the front also is soo nice and easy to talk to when you have questions. Horrible service paid $80 for grooming my dog was shaved bold head to toe in middle of winter and was told it’s because he had knots. I thought grooming was like going to a hairdresser no? My dog is a Bichapoo which has curly hair, owners son is a bad coke head and when I told him he caught an attitude and I almost lowered myself to his level but glad I didn’t ! Don’t go!!! Or support this business.I should have known it wasn’t a good place when I seen the groomer tap a cats paws with heavy duty tape and hold cat by neck … if you read this and had your gray and white cat with white flea collar on 1/27/2024 it was your cat being man handled badly ….

I have been going to this groomer for years. Service has always been great and my dog has always looked very good. Very professional and they make sure they take care of you and your dog. Highly recommend!

Love love love these groomers! I’ve taken my baby twice now, and have loved both the cuts! They are super quick. Dropped her off at 9:30 and picked her up at 11:30. She was second in line. They have two groomers, both have worked on my baby, and oncr again, ive loved both cuts! Super friendly staff, even the ones in the front of the shop! Thank you guys for taking care of my girl!

My milo was so fluffy and had a few knots after getting his shots we decided to go and groom him and he came out so nice thank you to all the staff that work there

I have to say that once the other guy left Pedro I was skeptical bout taking him back but I did and the new guy don’t know his name does a good job can’t complaint awesome

I recently went to this place so scared because it was my first time taking my dog to be groomed, I have a Cockapoo who has lots of hair that gets knotted but they did a great job with my baby… I gave them a picture of what I wanted him to look like and they were spot on, I even got a free sweater for my boy… Hands down, they know what they’re doing and their customer service was amazing, the owner is a sweetheart❤️ I would recommend them to anyone who has a dog with lots of hair that gets knotted, looking forward to taking my dog back for a 2nd time!

They are really sweet, genuine people. I took my Yorkie to get groomed. The groomer did a fantastic job. I was so impressed. Management is so friendly and helpful. Really good people who actually care for the animals. It was refreshing to receive such great service. I highly recommend Puppy Resources. They can groom any breed dog. They also have great prices on their products!

I took my two 6 month old pups to get groomed and am totally satisfied with their outcome. I will definitely be back!

If you love your pet, do not bring them here. The wait time is long staff are rude, especially Junior who seems to change his prices each time you visit .

Puppy Resources are as reliable as they are professional. Dont allow the aged, bland exterior to fool you, this store has been a blessing. Yes they have a large selection of pet supplies, not just for dogs, but pets of all types. The biggest thing they have is a professional groomer who will take your pet and with all the love and care he can muster groom them. I gave him two dogs, one that is extremely elderly, and he was able to groom her to the point that she looks like a totally different, and that in a good way. The prices are good and for the service they are all the more worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am sooooo disappointed and disgusted. I dropped my baby off at 10am only to get a call at 5pm that they would not be doing her. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever been to and worst experience I’ve ever had.

I take my Chihuahua to the groomer to get her nails clipped. They always do a great job & treat her with care. They sell quality dog food, and other doggy items, such as clothes, carriers, & more. The owner is very nice. I recommend this store.

Been with the groomer Lisa for years and by luck she started grooming dogs there, she is kind experienced and has a great caring attitude towards the dogs and their owners. She is a hard worker so TIP HER WELL!!! I do each time.The staff there as well are very helpful and the place is very quick and easy to get to by train and bus.

First time taking my baby Roxy,2 Year old Yorkshire Terrier and won’t be the last.So So happy with the outcome and not to mention the knots that she had,just what I ask for.I always go to the location for my babys food but never for grooming,I’ll recommend to anyone 💯

They did such a wonderful job to my dog Dior today. I would recommend everyone that have a dog or ect to go to puppy resources. Excellent work they do. Dior will be going to them for now on. Today was my first time taking my dog to them

I been coming here. The staff are great. I dont trust nobody with my dog but I trust them. I dont want them to move they are so good. My dog wont bite she only attacks lol 🤣 but a cute. She small she gets nervous lmao

Rather go to petco. Hours on google are false someone should update that. They say they are open to 7 but were closed by 6 so idk get it together. place a tad bit run down and dirty.

Great place take your dog , friendly ,helpful good staff ,n there so many thing for ur dog many different harness for dog ,cool beds, n they got a wall full of clothes for ten dollars wao ....

This pet salon is spot on,since Ive been bringing my Ginger here.The GROOMER is very patient professional and Great at his trade.The Staff is professional and friendly,the merch is good quality and some sales..I do recommend this pet salon.

Store ok it seem that the people who work there ok.. BUT when i asked for a spray where the dog WILL NOT PEE.. the woman give me the wrong one of course and being a trusting person i DID NOT CHECK . MY MISTAKE.. that will not happen again i live where 90% of the people have dogs. and of course when they asked me about this store NO NO NO DONT GO THERE.. your better off going to PETCO OR TARGET NEXT TO HOME DEPOT.. WHERE THEY REALLY KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING.. THIS SHOWS WHY IT A VERY SMALL PET SHOP.. THEY MAKE TO MANY MISTAKES. BUT IF YOU go there CHECK.. MAKE SURE 10 times over.. last time i go there.. they lost a person who knows 100s of pet owners.. WHO CARES ... OH .. NOT ME...

Took my dog there recently to get his fur shaved , they did great but there was a few little red spots .. perhaps shaved too close to his skin

Cut my dogs hair horriblee!! On her but part they cut hair hair so low and we can dee her skin with blood they cut her skin. DO NOT GO

Sweet woman and nice older gentleman at front but maybe get new groomers? That aren’t afraid of a sweet only 30lb dog. Annoyed because I was told to come in the next day that they would work on my pup. To come in and be turned away by both groomers because she’s “too big”. We aren’t talking about a golden retriever or husky she is half that size. So at least have one groomer willing to work with that not both scared or lazy to work on a 30lb pup.
