My name is Julianna: and my furr babies name is CUZZiE & he absolutely loves and adores Joann as much as I do! He knows when its time for a hair cut! He legitimately runs to her as we turn that corner on Rhinelander ! Joann is such a warm welcoming beautiful woman inside and out and I am overly satisfied at the treatment she does for my baby she always makes time and goes above and beyond with her love and care for my baby! I will never stop going to her for cuzzies hair cuts! Her service is top tier and I would recommend any and everyone to take their furr babies to her!

The owner is hands on . Wagging tails is a small family owned and operated business. The owner grooms my dogs personally. My dogs love her. I think she loves them to. My dogs are my babies.. I know when they feel happy, sad, angry and anxious.My dogs go with her and dont even look back. They know they are in good hands and look forward to the time they spend at Wagging Tails.

Shes the best! Very patient with my dogs Chewy and Rambo. They love her. Prices are very reasonable.

My Bella was handled with care, and updates were sent along the way. I have never had such a great groomer for my dog. She looked so pretty and clean, and she smelled like the cutie she is.

Waggin tails is one of the best places to get me little angels groomed. Joann has been there forever! Shes a professional! She knows how to take care of my dogs. They come back beautifully groomed, smelling great and happy! I believe she works with her son so its a family business too!

Joann is an amazing person and groomer.My new baby girl cookie a shitzu cocker spaniel mix went for her first cut she took her time and really did an amazing job. Bought my dog here for an 11am appt. Called after 2 hours and she said dog wasnt ready. Waited another 2 hours and still nothing. Decided to go and check what was going on. She told me she was running behind. I asked to give me back my dog so i can feed her and walk her bc she was in a cage for over 5 hours. She closed the door on me and said to wait. Banged on the door until my dog was given to me. Never again did I bring her back. 5 hours in a cage and nothing was done. Then about 4 days found out my dog had fleas. Terrible place.

Took my pet here and had a fantastic experience. Joanne was attentive to my pet needs. Worked with my schedule. And my pet came out fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend and come back monthly. Thank you!!!!!

Joanne groomed my previous dog over 14yrs ago. I now have a difficult dog and she has been grooming him since I got him 8 yrs ago. She’s absolutely the best.

I was in front of the door and read that I had to text before entering. I text the establishment and explained that I was in the front and was trying to see the place before I bring my dog here and they wrote back, that they are too busy to come to the door. You cant even see inside the place and the exteior looked DINGY,so I wanted to make sure first. One thing for me is customer service ,My money isnt given to just anyone.. Soo not a problem...NEXT...

I called to make an appointment I requested Saturday or Sunday being that I work full time . In a matter of two days I received 4 messages offering me Friday 4 times I politely declined and explained I cannot because I am working . This pysco lady Joanne starts screaming like a child that she will no longer bother me lmao you cannot make this up through a tantrum and texted me that she cannot handle my rudeness now I saved all her crazy messages and I am telling all pet owners out there stay away from this place I wouldn’t let someone that unstable touch my dog let alone give my money tooThank you

Joanne is a very caring groomer. I’ll be the first to admit my dog is not the easiest customer - very snappy! But that didn’t faze Joanne. Very impressed!

Her attitude is ridiculous i should have listened to what others say on this about her . It’s literally a mess in there , has three dogs out at the same time which is not recommended. There is a young teenager there helping but i highly doubt he should be cutting the pets hairs. Would never go there.

Appointment by text, the groomer waited until I was at her front door to tell me she doesnt want to groom my 1 year old yorkie pup because shes too matted I had sent her pictures 2 days prior to the appointment and seriously said right to my face, I knew she was matted when she saw the pictures, my issue is if you knew this 2 days prior why waste 2 days of my time with an appointment you didnt have the intent to honor. This was a complete waste of my time. You cant even go inside the establishment. The groomer asks to hand your dog at the door, but from a glance, this place looks dirty.

She might be a good groomer, but the appointment process is very confusing. I gave up trying to arrange something because it is only through text messages and those are often not complete sentences. Much miscommunication. I cannot recommend first time persons trying to arrange a grooming via this method. The woman works another job and that takes precedence and she will cancel. It is better to try a more professional set up with multiple groomers where you can talk on the phone or they have a web site. Again, she may be a good groomer. I never had a chance to find out.

The owner was very nice to us, but a bad job was done on our pet. When we picked up our pet from the shop we were all excited and didnt notice it. Once our pet was home and we check him, the job was horribly done. It looks like a three year old did the job.

Horrible called for a appointment not only did they not show up but left me with my pet in the rain waiting for a half hour called and called no answer they called the next day all apologetic sorry wont recommend anyone going there and I hope they go out of business
