My first time using this service, I would have given him 5 stars but he was late, other than that he was friendly my dog was cut nicely and smelled sooo good,he did an amazing job on his nails my 🐶looked so happy when I picked him up, I will definitely use him again. Last year I took my labordoodle here and he came back with two cuts on his ears. The groomer explained it was because he was matted. A real professional will not cause any dog to bleed. I Had to take my dog to the vet because the cuts were deep and scabbed really bad. The first appointment I had was rescheduled because he locked himself out the van and couldnt find the key and the next day when I took him the groomer was in a rush because he scheduled another visits at the same time, and tried to rush me . Never went back, BE AWARE.

Simply amazing!!! My fur baby had her first puppy trim by Nelson . Nelson explained everything he was going to do. My puppy was comfortable with him right away. She came back smelling delicious. He asked me if it was ok to put a bow on her and of course I said yes but the fact that he asked was awesome and very professional. So yes , Nelson is stuck with Mrs.Coco puff 😊 highly recommend his services.

We have been bringing Biscuit to Xclusive pet grooming for almost 6 months now and have only had wonderful experiences with them. Biscuit is very anxious and they do a great job accommodating him. We also appreciate how responsive they have been!

Butters smells so so delicious! The haircut was very much on point, Nelson just knew what to do without having to say too much. Affordable and smooth transition for my pup. This is our new favorite groomer! Trust the Van with your eyes closed! Excellent service

I recently had an appointment with my puppy and prior to that appointment I’ve called plus texted to try to schedule her and no reply , I kept calling till they answered and scheduled the appointment for 9:30am a few days later .They said they’d call before the appointment to confirm which they never did so I had to call just to make sure we were still on for the next day and he said yes . Now the next day is here and I made sure to get up extra early so my dog can eat before taking her and informed my job I’d be a little late . We arrived at the spot at 9:20am and was surprised not to see the mobile so I called and Nelson answered , i said good morning I’m here with Zoey for her 9:30am appointment and he tells me he had to leave due to some water situation but would be back so I asked how long and he said 10 minutes . So they didn’t think to call and let me know that ? Well let me tell you how I walked my dog up and down the block from where they’re usually parked on Bedford and more than 10 minutes has gone by and my poor dog is shivering from the cold and it’s now almost 10am and still no call , no show . Now I’m highly upset because I now have to rush her back home and hurry to work . I never got a courtesy call from morning to say they had to move so they won’t be there for her 9:30am appointment and never got a confirmation call or text prior to her appointment as a reminder . I’m still so disappointed at how unprofessional they were , if they couldn’t make her appointment due to sudden situations the lease they could of done was call me to either cancel or tell me to bring her a little later for whatever reason . Mind you he groomed her once before and there were no issues so I don’t understand what was the reason for doing what they did that day but I would never ever bring my little girl to them cuz that was very unprofessional and I they gave me bad vibes . They ought to be ashamed of themselves !!!

My fur baby looks so good! His cut is adorable, he smells good and feels amazing! We got the full package for bathing, cut, teeth brushing, ear cleaning and nail trimming. I really like the service and will definitely go back. Thank you.

First time for my toy poodle was really matted no one wanted the job but xclusive pet groomer took on the task and he came out gorgeous very content and pleased with the outcome. Will be calling them for now on

Nelson and Xclusive Pets is an incredible dog grooming company. Nelson went above and beyond for both of my pups! He took his time to thoroughly wash, clean, and shave my two pups. For just a few dollars more, he even brushed and cleaned their teeth! Also, his mobile van where he does his grooming is conveniently located next to Lehman College, which is right by the 4 and D train, along with numerous buses. Nelson is also very friendly and texted me throughout the grooming process to let me know that my pups were okay. They came out adorable and we cant wait to go back. Nelson is pawfect!!!

This is Milo’s 3rd time with Xclusive Pets and each time it’s a charm. I swear each haircut it is better than the last. He makes Milo look so cute. BEST GROOMER IN THE BRONX! My puppy was happy & the cut was so smooth and not choppy like other groomers I’ve been to. Nelson was such a professional in explaining everything very well detailed. I loved that he showed me a video of the process and how calm my puppy was. 12/10 recommend! Can’t wait to take my other two doggies to him.

Very thankful for Nelson,He meet all my expectations for my son lucky 🍀 and my niece Diamond, I don’t trust any other groomer with my dog , my poor baby used to go to random groomer at petsmart and petco and at the time of the pickup my poor dog was scared and werd with red eye.But with Nelson he very happy dog 🐶
