I have been taking Archie to this salon for many years. The owner lady she is very professional, she listens to you, she is sweet and kind. Archie walks out happy looking great and smelling delicious. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend this place. They did an amazing job and were patient with my dog. He is very energetic and does suffer from separation anxiety. They got rid of every matting and followed instructions. He looks better than ever. Will be coming back!

Amazing place to take your pet. I was a little apprehensive about trying a new groomer because my pooch is a little anxious, and I had a bad experience in the past when my dog got ear infections after He returned from a groomer. But I trusted this place base on the very good positive reviews I found on google. They certainly took a very good care of him. The Staff was very friendly and professional as soon as we walked in, they even allowed my pooch to get familiar with the place. The haircut was really well done, Blu came back with a very nice soft hair, He smelled really good and was very happy, that behavior told me that They really gave him the care he deserves. I can really noticed that they love what they doing. Thank you Furry Planet Pet grooming. I hope this review will be useful to all the pet parents like me. I can say the this is the only grooming place I will trust to bring my beloved pooch. Blessings!

I always tell the lady to please not cut her top hair (I like to keep it long and have a little braid) and to cut the beard hair and make her round and clean (cause she gets super dirty when she eats food) I got literally the opposite she completely cut off the top of her hair it looks ugly and I can’t make a little braid or pony tail her beard face is still long and SASHA MY FEMALE DOG NOW LOOKS LIKE A BOYDO NOT COME HERE AS SHE WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR TWO SIMPLE REQUESTS THAT YOU ALWAYS TELL HER IN THE BEGINNING OF THE GROOMShe has no excuses cause I left my dog with no knots and her hair fully brushed I will add pictures of her before and after

I was happy, my dog looked great and she smelled wonderful ,they did an awesome job!

This is the first time I take my yorkie to the groomers. I normally dont write reviews but I had to make an exception! Great service for me and my fur baby. Her hair was well cut, soft, and smelling good. They give advice on how to maintain your dog coat healthy. I told her how I wanted her cut and she did it exactly as I wanted her to look. Very polite and trustworthy. I honestly will come back because my experience went great so I totally recommend going here 100% best part, they put on the bows for your fur baby!!! She came out looking like a princess

They do a great job with my hailey. They are mostly Spanish speaking however, they always understand how I want my dogs hair groomed. I can always call them last minute and they squeeze me in. Its cash only.

First time at this place and Im very happy with my fur baby haircut and the service as well. I recommend!

For me it’s sad to say this I took my puppy 3 times and for the first time they hurt my puppy and I think the lady should have to say at least something bedside I had to find out but I’m never gotta take my puppy there again I’m like really disappointed

After 2 days find out my dogs has multiple cuts in his private parts. Traumatized since grooming almost 3 days my pet crying in pain.plz dont visit and trust this place.took 4 hrs i dont know what they did to my pets!

Such an amazing place they took great care of my huge baby he is a Great Dane and they did an amazing job he smell so good when I went to pick him up they wer very quick but yet efficient he was so happy that he didn’t want to leave anymore Ihad try other places and nobody had done such a good job as they did I totally recommend them wouldn’t go anywhere else anymore !!

I love this place. Very small but pleasant. Beautiful accessories you can purchase for your fur babies. My Roxy always comes home clean and smelling good. I ask for a certain look and it gets done.

Staff is very friendly and communicative. Overall great experience for my puppies first cut and wash. Would recommend to anyone :)

I always go to Furry Planet to get my cats bathed and get their nails cut. They always treat them with care and love! They look amazing once they are done. Definitely would recommend to anyone. The staff is great and make your pets feel at home.

When I went to pick up my 10 month old shih tzu from this groomer. She tells me she was being bad and that she has to get used to the groomer if not they’ll hit her next time for not being cooperative. That was the first sign that this place was not what I thought. Then I get home and she’s scratching her eyes. When I look, under her eyes were shaved so close to the skin that she was irritated and bleeding. Had to Take her to the vet. Vet says thank god she had no tear inside her eye but had an eye infection and cuts underneath her eyes. Aside from the $200 bill, She was given antibiotics, eye cream plus eye drops. Still trying to recuperate. I don’t recommend this place!

Dont get fooled with the positive reviews. My puppy was left with bruises on her stomach. She kept saying 15 more minute and we waited 4 hrs before it was done. She said my puppy kept moving. Not specialized with puppies.

I took my dog here after a bad haircut at a top rated groomer and the lady absolutely fixed it. She was so nice and professional, it was a great experience for my dog. Im definitely going to go back!

First time using this groomer and they let us walk in! My dog doesnt do well with people, but they were able to handle him and make him look great! He looks like a puppy again!

Excellent groomers, my dog is always happy when I pick her up, and the customer service is amazing.

I have two Shih tzus ages 11 & 9. For so many years i have been switching groomers in hopes to find a great one that would qualify mine and my babies needs, my babies are very spoiled and they have issues getting their nails trimmed they dont like anyone touching their nails. The owner of Furry Planet has been grooming my babies for 3 years now and i feel so lucky that i have found her, her and her daughter are so caring, gentle and kind to my babies, that everytime i take them to get groomed i feel confident leaving them and not worrying about anything, above all they are very professional.

Love this place, my baby was so handsome after his haircut. Its very hard to find a good and gentle groomer around here. I highly recommend this place....

My dogs came out looking amazing. Ive been to other groomers and they normally just shave them. But she took her time to make them as fluffy as possible.

Brought my dog, Jack, for his first time grooming. The owner and groomer were very patient with him and his cut came out great. Will be bring him back for future cuts.

The worse service i took my puppy who was overdue on a haircut and they burned his testicles required me to take him to the vet.

My appointment was at 10am. I was told to come back in 2hours but I actually had to wait for 5hours, why do they even make appointments? If they don’t respect people’s time.

Worst ever , my baby always got cut on his skin and messed up his hair cut ….

This is my spot! i was looking for some place to groom my dog pocho. Istubbled upon furry planet. i didnt know we had one around here. the service was great, the staff was fantastic, really nice and welcoming. They also sell a lot of pet products, this is good because now i dont have to go far in order to get what i need. Their products are pretty decent in price, not cheap but good prices. i will definetly bring back pocho to get pretty and clean.
