I love Mr.Paw !!! I was looking for a good groomer in queens and I was so lucky to find this place , I also love that it’s not too far from my house! Their prices are great and their services are phenomenal!! Carlos takes really great care of baby Roxas and I think my dog likes going there too cause every time they bring him out he’s so happy that he’s clean lol !! I took him three times already and so far me and Roxas has had a great experience ☺️ I will highly recommend him !! Thanks Mr.Paw ☺️🐶 just look at the difference 🥰

I can’t say enough good things about this dog grooming service! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that my dog was in caring and professional hands. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure my dog felt comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to listen to my preferences and asked all the right questions to ensure they gave my dog the perfect cut.Not only does my dog look fantastic, but he also came home happy and stress-free, which is not always the case after grooming sessions elsewhere. The attention to detail was impeccable, from his well-groomed coat to his neatly trimmed nails. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be returning for future grooming sessions. Highly recommended!

We love Mr. Paw! Our girls always look so cute after their haircuts and they never have any cuts or nicks. We were recommended them by someone in our building and their dogs always look amazing as well.

I’ve been bringing my 4lb pup (Lulu) to Carlos for the past 4 years. I cannot be happier. I always ask for a puppy cut and nail trimming. He does an excellent job every time, and I believe his technique has improved considerably over time. Lulu is an anxious and small dog, so she could be harder to deal with, but Carlos always gets the job done. In a few hours, Lulu goes from scruffy mess to clean and cute. When I drop her off, I never have to worry about a thing. Carlos calls me after when he’s done and is communicative through phone or text. Prices here are super reasonable. I can tell from the way Carlos interacts with Lulu that he truly loves what he does and the dogs he works with. Awesome place!

Don’t do reviews but I have to say this is the best cat groomer I’ve ever been to!!! I have a large orange cat who’s aggressive but they took great care of him. He also looks amazing. So professional and understanding. Thank you SO much!!! 🥰🥰🥰

I’ve taken my dog to several grooming spots but I never found one that I really like until today I took my dog Milo and I absolutely love this place. It’s clean, well organized, professional and nearby. The groomer was very kind and honest and gave me helpful advice for my dog and recommended me what was better for him. He even gave me some advice on what stuff is good to purchase on Amazon to have for you’re dog. Price was good for everything included. Not expensive at all. My dog looks so handsome I literally can’t take my eyes off of him

I love how they left Sassy and Milo looking clean and smelling so good. Although Milo had a bit of a nip on his paws but knowing how hes very hyperactive, that was going to happen. Regardless of that they tried to save some of Sassys fur on her head. Overall I gotta say, they really know how to groom dogs so well! Love it 😀 oh and the sir who works up in the front is so charismatic and sweet. He told us about how it was going to be difficult with their fur being in so much of a knot with sassys fur. Not a lot of groomers do that. Weve gone to many and all of them would give us a bad fur cut on these two. Thank you again for getting them looking great 👍

Was an amazing experience for my my puppy Lilah. Shes very difficult and she bites because shes teething. Im so happy with the service although I did remind the cutter to cut her nails because it was forgotten that the end but I can imagine why. She really loved the groomer and even kissed him goodbye. Weve gone to other groomers but no one has been as patient. Well be returning soon.

I do not recommend the service at all, they are never on the phone to be able to schedule an appointment it must be in person, they do not know exact or close prices, always wanting to charge or exceed any service separately, I ask what the additional service would cost and they cannot even approximate the price. value so I have to wait without having a budget, I left my dog ​​for a bath, they raised me 15 dollars more than what was agreed plus tax and he was even more disheveled than when I took him. terrible

I am always soooo happy with my dogs (Junior) haircut!! He does a great job cutting the nails short. The man who works there is also very knowledgeable and noticed my dog had an allergy and told me to try cutting out meat from his diet and it worked like a charm! I love this place!

Took my 6 month old puppy here for his first grooming and I cannot be happier! I was terrified to have him groomed at a place that would mistreat him or wouldnt honor my wife and i’s requests when it came to the type of cut we wanted for him. I just got my shiba and husky full groomed and trim included hair cut and nails trim. As spring is here and summer is approaching, my dogs have been loosing a lot of hair and have hair that stick off of their coat but after I took them to Mr.Paw, they look so perfect. I would recommend bringing your pets to this grooming place!!

Mr. Paw Pet Grooming is by far the best groomer ever! Cherry loves going and is always excited when she see’s Carlos. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to take your furry friend!

This places is amazing and Carlos is great! He always made me feel like he was caring for one of his own dogs. He took care of my pit bull and husky and they both came out beautiful. The customer service is outstanding. Would definitely recommend. 10 of 10.

Took the best care of my 5 year old cat with a shower, nail trim, ear clean and a sanitary trim in the backside. Was done with much care and I always feel comfortable bringing my cats to this groomers. Thank you guys!

Carlos is great with our Frenchie and patient she gets a little anxious at the vet or groomers. We also take our family cat he’s so good with him, so glad they’re in the neighborhood!

Our experience with Mr. Paw was quite interesting. We took our two dogs for a haircut, the cut was nice but the issue started when I started playing with one of them and he squealed. We checked around where I touched him and saw that around his shoulder it was red and untouchable. After we saw this we checked our other dog and we saw the same thing except it was on the back of his ear. Both of our dogs are untouchable anytime we touch them around there they cry. Both of them were not like this when they walked in the store. Now our question is if something did happen why werent we told anything when we picked them up? We didnt even get to exchange words with the groomer since he left immediatly which we found suspicious.

I have been taking my two dogs here for over 5 years now. I moved 3 years ago from the area and I still make the trip to come see Carlos from Mr.Paw. One of my dogs is a husky Pomeranian mix (about 35 lbs) and the coating is INSANE. What would take me a whole day to bathe and dry him takes him about two hours and my dog comes out looking brand new: clean, fluffy, soft, no knots, completely dry, nails trimmed, and grommed in his private parts to maintain cleanliness. What you get for the price is a steal in comparison to other pet groomers I’ve been to and the work is outstanding! Cannot recommend him enough!!

THE BEST! it was my first time and i loved it so much very kind and sweet attentive staff. I LOVE how they left my puppy, they did an amazing very professional job. i had taken my dog to petco twice and it was never a good experience. My puppys grooming is Much better with Mr.paw then with petco! wherever they go i will follow and always take my dogs here also very economic.I LOVE THIS PLACE!!Here we are again 5 years later and all I have to day is this place is amazing! I now have 2 fur babies and they always look fabulous after grooming, they are super friendly, caring and professional 🙏🏽🙏🏽.

They made my pet bleed!I always came here for my dog grooming and the service was decent though they missed cutting my dog’s nail multiple times and charged me full price for everything. (Shower, haircut, nail trimming etc.)For that specific time, when we picked up our dog, I asked my bf multiple times to check whether the nails are trimmed in front of the groomer. Until then he apologized that he forgot and took my dog to the back to cut his nails.After a few second, we heard our dog shouting poorly, but we thought it’s no big deal and our dog can be loud& vocal. However when we got home, I found blood paw print on my floor and all over the dog bed and my dog licking his paws with blood all over his paw, we realized they cut my dog’s nail.With that much blood, I’m pretty sure the groomer noticed, but he failed to tell me the truth and admit it.My dog has PTSD now. He let me cut his nail before, but now nobody can’t even touch his nail. He will growl and try to bite if anyone shows intent to trim his nail. I don’t know how long it’s gonna take for me to train him to trust nail trimming or maybe he never will.Me paw is my first groomer and now I’m losing trust in groomer.

I came to Mr. Paw to groom my nervous Yorker. They did an AMAZING job handling and cutting her hair, taking extra time with her given her nervous state. I feel they truly did a wonderful job cutting her long hair and went out of their way to make sure my dog was comfortable. Will absolutely be back!

Carlos is amazing at what he does. I have a medium haired chiweenie. She sheds insanely long hair that gets every where and someone told me that buzzing their hair really short helps and it does but I never did a good job by myself. So I went to Carlos and he did such an amazing job with her. Smooth and no nicks and cuts anywhere. She smells amazing and it was honestly a great experience. Will be returning!

Great place to take your pet for grooming. Carlos is the best with my dog Casper. Carlos has great customer service and hes a wonderful groomer as well. Small place, but they are very flexible to work you in for an appointment. Im sure you and your pet will ENJOY the experience and the cost is INEXPENSIVE!!

I took my dog in quickly today because his nails were super long. He doesnt like it when we cut them. We have had issues with other groomers because he flips out. I was looking for a groomer in queens with good reviews. I called and they told me i could come in the same day since it was just for a nail trim. Frankie did not cry or try to bite the gentlemen. They had a few pets in the place and the pets seemed to be very happy. I can’t wait until both my dogs are groomed on sunday. They are clean, attentive and really care for animals. If you live in queens, you should definitely try this place.

I was looking for groomers near me since the groomer closest to me wasn’t Pitbull friendly. I called up this store and asked if they were Pitbull friendly and they said yes ofc we do every dog breed, which being a groomer you should. Me and my dog love this place the owner is attentive and very kind to my dog, and my dog loves him. When we take him to the groomers he comes back with his fur feeling so clean and he smells amazing. This groomer is inexpensive and worth every penny for the attentive, caring, and friendly service we receive. I go in early to take my dog to the dog park before his appointment that’s across the street. Once again, I definitely recommend this groomer, they won’t disappoint!!!

My local groomer shut down due to covid and i was in search of a patient groomer for my wiggleworm dog Bailey. Someone recommened Mr Paws to me and while I was wary (its been an experience trying out different groomers around middle village), im so glad I took the chance. Carlos was patient, kind and understanding of the situation. Bailey walked in a hot mess and I carried him out looking like a little king. Carlos made sure I was comfortable with the cut and offered to make any changes if i wasnt happy. I would not hesitate to recommend him and we will absolutely continue going back to Mr Paws. He is fully capable and willing to work with you and your dog to ensure a safe and great groom.

Carlos is thee best! He always asks what kind of style I want for my puppy and makes sure I’m happy with the result. I don’t take my puppy to other groomer around cause I’m always 100% satisfied with his service.

After taking our dog to several grooming spots we finally found the one that we really like Mr Paw pet grooming is really friendly and clean and overall we had a good experience. Even our dog Zemu mini golden doodle seems to like it,, so glad we found this spot.

Carlos has been grooming princess the pitbull for almost a year and she loves it. There is little parking in the area but there is a dog park across the street. It is by appointment so call ahead to check when it is best to take your loved one. It is inexpensive compared to petco and other places.

This place is horrible ! i live around here so one day during our walk i pass by here and saw this new place and saying to me self why travel so far to get my dog groom when there is one next to my house, first time was fine i make sure there is no serious cuts and burns so i head back the second time.OMG my dogs razor was so bad i had to bring him to the vet to get stitches!! if you want to spare to your dog from pain do not come here.

I brought my dog here in September because I didn’t wanna take her to her old groomer everything was fine she a had a few knicks but it’s okay then we noticed after a while the hair by her tail wasn’t growing back and then we noticed her right ear was hurting her so we took her to the vet and there they told us she had a yeast infection in her ear & they also told us she had post-clipping alopecia

I have two dogs in my household. One hates to be groomed and the other one has allergies. Carlos is very appeasing to my craziness with Zeus (allergies). His skin is so much better since Ive been taking him there. Zero (my Yorkie) looks beautiful when he come out of his grooming session. Not chopped up because he wouldnt stay still. We have 5 beautiful dogs in my family and all 5 are groomed by Mr. Paws.Caring with the animals and their parents, professional and reasonable priced. LOVE IT!!!!!

The staff member who trimmed my pups nails was gentle with him. He also took the liberty to trim some of the hair off the corner of his eyes. My pup isnt usually calm with new people, but he was when the groomer took him in. Great job! Excellent care !

Great customer service. The groomer did a great job in giving my cat a bath. Great treatment with my cat as my cat was not stressed out when I picked him up. As soon as I got home, my cat was being himself. That demonstrates that the groomer did a good job in handling him during the grooming process. Highly satisfied.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They made my puppy bleed 3 times. I noticed she had dry blood on her body and they didn’t even tell me that she was bleeding. They than continued to tell me that my dog was going crazy. BUT MY DOG IS A SENIOR SHE DOESNT HAVE THE ENERGY TO BE GOING CRAZY. They also cut her nails horrible that she kept bleeding non stop. My puppy’s nails are all crooked some are short some are long .This place is horrible. If you love your puppy and don’t want them to be in pain do not take them here!!

The owner is very kind, honest and professional and does a very good job. I asked for a lion cut so that my baby wouldnt suffer this summer from the heat and it left his face very well cut and left his tail like a lion in other places they removed all his hair. It smelled super delicious and was very delicate and precise so as not to cut my babys skin. I also went with my sister to check some of her dogs glands and she did it super fast and since that day the dog has never smelled bad again. Very affordable prices and impeccable quality of work
