We had our first groom for our two 5 month old puppies. Bailey came and did a great job. Daddy had to be shaved because of her hair texture causing her to get matted and she looks adorable. Sully got a trim and lols great. We are so happy with the work done. Bailey was quick and took great care of the puppies. We are very happy with the whole experience and plan on using Bailey and the Ruff Life mobile groomers regularly now. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been using Ruff Life and their groomer Vanessa for a while now for my older dog, Maggie, who is 16 years old. Vanessa has made the grooming experience much more pleasant for Maggie, who can be a little more sensitive with age. Vanessa is incredibly patient and gentle, always ensuring that Maggie is comfortable and stress-free throughout the process. Maggie comes out looking and smelling great every time, and it’s a relief knowing she’s in such good hands. I highly recommend Ruff Life and Vanessa for anyone with older dogs who need that extra care and attention.

The Ruff Life has truly been a lifesaver for our family! We’ve entrusted them with grooming three very special dogs: two senior Yorkies with complex health needs and our newest rescue, a shelter mutt we’d only had for six days when they worked their magic on him. Both Yorkies required extraordinary care—one with a cardiac condition and seizures that made dryers a no-go, and the other with trachea collapse and, later, mouth cancer. Despite these challenges, Masha handled them with unmatched skill, compassion, and patience.Masha is nothing short of extraordinary. I hate writing negative reviews but unfortunately this I just cant let go. Original agreed upon price was 157$ - after the groomer had her for over an hour, we get a call mid groom stating an additional 60$ fee which brought the total to 217$!! See details belowWe called this company as new customers(we should have read the bad reviews on here before calling) after giving the manager every detail about the dog including the breed, the hair type and length the requested service and what was expected. We were given a price and we agreed(no fees were mentioned) The groomer shows up and stands for a few minutes with us with the dog, clearly seeing the dog and her hair and every detail. We place the dog in the van and leave. An hour or more after she began, we get a call from the groomer saying its going to be an extra 60$ because of her length. We explained that that was unfair as you were aware of the breed and were given every spec of details and the groomer even saw the dog for a good while before taking her in and now mid bath you are calling asking for 60$ more? Giving it a total of 217$ for a groom! She proceeded to say if you dont want to its ok but the dog is wet just a heads up! We ended up calling the manager and expressing our concerns, after the back and forth between the manager and the groomer she comes back and tells us the best she could do was 35$. Blind sided and ripped off is the least words I can describe this situation. What makes the situation worse is that my dog came out barley trimmed, her behind was a mess, her face/ head was not touched other than with probably water and her paws and body were barely done. Frustrating is the only word i can find right now. That 35$ is probably going to cost more with these reviews. Never again . And for everyone trying to book. Always have a convo or anything in writing. If we were nasty people i wouldnt have Paid a dime.

Marketa maybe a new addition to Ruff Life Mobile but she’s already a pro, a perfect addition & an asset! She’s been grooming my pom for 4 yrs now! She always give my pom the best looking booty! She has the skills & Genuine love for dogs you can rest assured that your dog is in good hands and well taken cared of no matter what issues or temperament your dog may have she knows how to make adjustment. She’s very knowledgable about dog issues, always on time, spend time to listen to any concern & shares valuable info, suggestions to better care for your dog. Not only the best groomer but such a good & kind person. Book her & surely you will be very satisfied just book early she’s highly in demand!!

Our long haired miniature dachshund had her first professional grooming today. We chose to do a mobile grooming because we trust about 3 people with our dog but Marketa came highly recommended. I so nervous for her to have her first grooming because we love her long hair and wanted to keep the integrity of her breed but she desperately needed to be cleaned up because her hair has gotten so long it was dragging on the floor and would get knotty. Marketa exceeded our expectations in giving our Lily the most adorable and perfect cut. Lily also LOVED Marketa and attempted to run after her back towards the grooming truck after Marketa brought her back to us. Rufflife in general was great to work with - making an appointment and payment was easy and they sent us text reminders and updates. 10/10 all around!

We love The Ruff Life!Mindy Gottesman is the quintessential, most caring, sweet, kind, and adoring Groomer with her assistant.Our three boys, Morty, Tobey and Stanley love them so much they get the best care. It gives us such peace of mind with Mobil grooming first of all, And with Mindy and The Ruff Life, we know their safe, loved, and the most well taken care of boys. Will start off by saying that our past experiences with Ruff Life, have been without incident, most recently in May and February of this year, however todays experience has ensured it is our last, after our dog was returned to us looking like my toddler got a hold of the clippers.Our pup, a 16lbs Cavalier King Charles spaniel, who is now 15 years young (believe it or not for that pic), but doesnt act a day over 9. During our last few visits we were informed by the RLM team that due to our pups advanced age and weak hind legs which prevent him from standing for extended periods, there would be an additional fee, so the groomers could take their time - which we never took issue with but otherwise were without incident ( RLM team confirmed to me via phone today that there were no notes his file to indicate otherwise).Todays appointment began like any other, the RLM team member, Aileen, came to the door, he walked around, went to the bathroom and after he was done he went for his appointment.About 15 minutes later, Aileen returned, informing me that despite starting his haircut, she did not feel comfortable proceeding as he was slipping on the table. I asked if she considered putting a towel down to help him get traction but she did not respond (indicating that she chose not to problem solve the issue, and instead gave up after commencing the haircut).Our dog looks like my toddler got a hold of the clippers.I really dont know what to say to her. (Why not assess and determine her comfort level prior to commencing?Why not make an attempt to try and make him look somewhat decent?)I just basically said ok, thanks...Ill call the office to speak with themShe then had the audacity to actually say Im not sure why youre upset with me... and basically continued on about how difficult it was and she made the choice to not continue (recall there was no prior history of this in any past appointments)It basically seemed like she was looking for me to give her a tip. Which is wild.I spoke with Chris (not the owner) via phone who said he would try and see if another groomer was available today. He called back and said that they were not, but also based on feedback from Aileen, they couldnt do the appointment without TWO groomers on hand.At this point, I really didnt know what to say, I asked to speak with the Owner, Chris E, and was told that he would ask, but more than likely he wouldnt call me.So at the end of the day, my dog looks like a toddler cut his hair, thanks to a local business that is run by a principal who doesnt want to be bothered by his employees actions.The reason we scheduled the appointment today is because we have 20+ people coming to our home tomorrow for a party, cant wait to tell them all what happened and they will all get to see RLMs great work first hand!

Toast had another wonderful spa bath and trim with Ruff Life Mobile Groomers. Charlie was fantastic with her as we recently adopted her and she is a senior dog with a heart condition. He understood her needs and treated her with gentleness and care. We are so pleased! Check out her new look!

5 Stars for Bailey. She was very patient with my crazy dog and she groomed him quickly. My only grievance is the cost. I was quoted one price and it was extensively higher at the end. There were a list of extras.... way too expensive!! Looks like Ill be buying a buzzer and doing it myself!! I am not a cheap person but $240 for a shave is a bit ridiculous.

Today was the first time use a mobile grooming service and I can say it was a great experience. My recently adopted senior Wally gets very stressed out when other dogs are around and figured I would try this service and I was not disappointed. Stephanie did a fantastic job with his cut and he looks amazing! He definitely doesn’t look like a 14 year old shelter dog anymore. I will absolutely be using Ruff Life again.

Today was my little guys 13th birthday, Vanessa did an absolute amazing job spoiling him!! Not only was his haircut absolutely adorable but he came back happy and alert ( he has dementia and is completely blind) . If you have a senior dog that needs some extra lovin Vanessa is your girl!!

We have been working with Vanessa for a few months now and she is outstanding! She is so patient and kind with my little guy and her cuts are gorgeous!! While we were out this afternoon someone complemented his grooming/haircut and asked where do you go? The best part is Ruff Life comes to you and your dog is in and out… I can’t recommend Vanessa and Ruff Life enough!

Had my Yorkie, Beemer, groomed for the first time today with The Ruff Life Mobil groomers. Julie and Matt did an exceptional job. They took the time to groom my beautiful baby exactly as I asked. Julie and Matt were so friendly and professional and went out of their way to be gentle and caring while having my fur baby in their care. I am so happy with the results and I’ve already booked my next appointment with them. Thank you for putting me at ease and for the wonderful job you did with Beemer.

Marketa is phenomenal! She was a miracle worker with our foster rescue pup who was neglected by his former owners. We thought for sure he would have to be completely shaven down but she was able to keep him fluffy! They also were able to get us in for an appointment the same day. Incredibly happy and would highly recommend!

Ruff Life is the best! My fur babies get so anxious when it comes to grooming, but Ruff Life sets them at ease and they always come back with big smiles and wagging tails. And, of course, the grooming is impeccable and you cannot beat the convenience of having the groomer come to you. 7 out of 5 stars!

April was great with our very large Alaskan malamute who hates getting her nails cut, service was so efficient! Our pup looks and smells brand new! 😍 very very happy with the service.

Aileen did great! I love my dogs new hair cut she looks like a completely different dog! She was on time very responsive and great communication! She was also very friendly and i will continue to use her! Thank you so much again!

Katie and Loki were in need of a mid-season grooming and a rear end trim for hygiene. Loki is a wiggly boy but he was happy. It was perfect and Emily was a delight.

Kimberly is by far the best most attentive groomer! She I quick and Bella looks so good afterwards! I would highly recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for a caring and quality minded groomer! Id give 10 stars if it were possible😊

I have used Ruff Life several times. Each groomer has done a great job. Yesterday the groomer was Masha. Masha did the absolute best job on my German Shepherd EVER! This is a big dog (who hates baths), and with the undercoat its a very tough job. If you look at the photos her coat is perfect. Anyone with German Shepherd knows - (German Shedders)- how hard they are to groom. Masha also got her breath smelling sweet with oral care. Her ears and nails done perfectly. Masha was kind enough to share with me which products she uses. If you have never used Ruff Life, the low stress of having the groomer come to you and the high quality of groomers is great. Communication is excellent via text. I was able to check out the inside of the truck and it was clean and organized. I highly recommend!

It’s such a wonderful convenience to have the groomer come to us. Our dog HATES the groomer and water, but always is returned to us smiling and adorable. Bailey always does an amazing job! Would recommend to anyone!

What can I say about Ruff Life? This is my second grooming with Charlie, and I’m even more pleased than the first time. It took me a while to pick a new company, and then just as long to choose a stylist from the company. Each time I went on the site and looked thru, Charlie’s face kept catching my eye, I felt a positive energy resonating thru the screen. He’s very good and safe with animals and has a TRUE love for his job AND the fur babies. The communication is top notch. He lets you know where he is, how long he’ll be, and when he’s on his way. Oh, he’s also super fast . Charlie is now “my guy”and i hope it’s this way for a long time. Your pet needs may require another stylist with a different specialty, but the good thing about that, is there are so many great ones to choose from.Moral of the story: BOOK WITH RUFF LIFE!

This mobile grooming service does a great job for my dog. Bailey is our groomer and we love how she handles our Mia. When she is done with Mias spa session, Mia comes in the house smelling fresh, looking clean, and she shows us that she is super happy! We love that she loves her grooming visits. A+ service.

I have a soft coated wheaten terrier who is very sweet, but when getting groomed can become very high strung which requires time & patience. I had taken her to a few groomers who would comment on how they couldnt groom her properly or that I couldnt bring her back because of the way she acted. My husband and I figured she would do better one on one with a mobile groomer, so we did our research and found Ruff life mobile grooming. We use Masha and from the first visit Masha was absolutely amazing! She takes her time talking to you and figuring out exactly what kind of cut you would like for your pet. I know my Shelby can be tough at times but Masha always comes to get her with a smile so happy to see her & Shelby gets equally as excited. All of her hair cuts have been perfect because of Mashas kindness, patience, and love for dogs which you can really feel just by talking to her and see by watching her interaction with your pet. I know mobile grooming can be pricey but its worth every penny to us! I highly recommend!!

So today was my dogs grooming appointment for 2:10pm. The groomer arrived at 4pm, everything seemed normal and fine. They my dog went onto the sprinter and was off in 15minutes soaking wet with a cut in his paw. I was then charged $165 for the whole service. My dog was not even shampooed just rinsed with water. No nails trimmed or anything. Id understand if there was a fee for coming to the house but to pay for the whole service and left with a wet uncleaned dog is insane. Now I have a wet dog in my house. I have used this service before without a problem.

We cannot say better things about Ruff Life Mobile Groomimg!! They take such good care of our baby Mia and she always comes back sparkling clean and so beautiful! We have had groomers Bailey and April and they are both fantastic! Here is a pic from today when Bailey groomed her. The ease and convenience of Ruff Life is amazing, we will never go anywhere else!

Charlie from The Ruff Life grooms my 9 year old labradoodle. My dog was only groomed by us until recently, so it was an adjustment for him to go to a groomer. Charlie has been wonderful with my boy. He does a great job and my dog always looks happy after.

Groomers did a great job with my doodle. He had some matting which they took the time to brush out so he can keep his coat fluffy and were very patient with him. Bailey was very kind, listened to what I wanted to a T, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with her. If they can make my anxious pup enjoy grooming theyll do wonders for your pup as well. I would absolutely recommend.

I love this service. We have a busy schedule and they make it easy by coming to the door for grooming. My dog likes this so much better as he doesn’t have to be in a cage for half the day. He comes back in the house 30 mins later smelling good, teeth clean, nails done. You can also choose what kinds of shampoos for your dog as well. I use them every month and won’t go anywhere else.

My dog was groomed by Kim. She was super sweet, professional, and knowledgable. My dog was matted and hadn’t been groomed in a long time. Kim treated her with the utmost care and professionalism. My dog came back looking beautiful and happy. I can’t express my gratitude for finding and having a service like The Ruff Life mobile grooming. While the convenience of having a mobile groomer is top notch- it’s also the groomers they have on staff. My dogs love Ariela! She does a great job with both my Labrador retriever (Monty) and my mixed breed (Moose). She is kind to them and treats them as if they were her own. The convenience of the app, booking appointments and the text updates really helps as well. She is always prompt on arrival- either early or right on time. 5 stars and I’ll keep booking appointments because I trust their service that much!

Shannon at the ruff life mobile groomers is the best! She always provides the best service for my dog & gives us exactly what we want!! She’s also the only one my dog will let groom her to perfection without any trouble because her anxiety with grooming is really high. We love Shannon & the ruff life!

This company did an amazing job with my pitbull, Aileen has never disappointed, I requested a flea bath for my energetic pup who loves to roll around and run in the backyard all day! I have a very anxious and nervous lab. Trying to find a groomer has been difficult especially because she has seizures and does not like the blow dryer. Marketa took the time to talk with me before she took my pup into get groomed and immediately put me at ease. I was worried she (my dog) would be trouble but Marketa shared that she did great, which was so great to hear! I’m glad we now have a groomer that we can trust and have regular groomings!

I cant recommend Marketa enough! She is incredibly thorough and patient with my dog. You can really tell she cares about animals and pays attention to every detail. The grooming is always top-notch, and my dog comes home looking and feeling great. If youre looking for a groomer who truly loves what they do and treats your pet like their own, Marketa is the best choice!

Marketa has been grooming my cavaliers for a few years - but yesterday was a different day. My boys had been infested with fleas - I know gross- to say she went above and beyond to get my boys clean was an understatement. Not only did she help me get rid of those pests, she gave advice and comfort. I am so grateful to have her as my groomer but even more grateful to have her as a friend. She is a special person with the biggest heart and I am very lucky to have found her.

I have a cockapoo who was groomed perfectly by Marketa. She was very professional, friendly and made my dog comfortable immediately. Lucy looked beautiful when she was done and seemed very happy. Marketa has a natural way with animals. Even my other dog wanted to come out to greet her.

There is nothing “Ruff” about the Ruff life. Their groomers are highly skilled and kind. Rex loves bath time with Ariela and always leaves the truck looking like a million bucks! So convenient!

Ariela was amazing with my dog Jovi. We normally do our baths at home and was a little anxious as to how our dog would take to being groomed but she absolutely loved it and Ariela was amazing! She kept me updated and even sent me this adorable picture. She was quick and thorough, I highly recommend Ariela and the Ruff life mobile!

My family has been using Marketa for over 8 years! When we had our beloved Bailey, no groomer was willing to see him because he bit. Everyone turned him away!!! That was until we met...Marketa. Her warmth, patience, and expertise, allowed our Bailey the experience he so well deserved. As old as he got, he acted like a puppy again after each grooming...so full of excitement. We knew right there and then that she is someone we are not going to ever let go of. Bailey has since passed away (19 year old shih-tzu), and now we have 2 beautiful malti-poos. We would not trust anyone else with our dogs. We are always comforted knowing our dogs are in good hands. The amount of love they give her when they see her is adorable! Today Tiffany came to groom my boys, Bruce and Clarence. I had no worries about them, and knew she would groom them to perfection. They looked adorable, and I appreciate the hard work Tiffany put into their grooming today. It’s been awhile so they really needed a professional day at the spa! The best part for me is that whenever a Ruff Life truck pulls up, I’m so relaxed. In the past, taking them to a groomer caused me anxiety since the place was always so loud, I could never communicate with the groomer. I’m hearing impaired, and Ruff Life accommodates me, and I truly appreciate it. Thanks Tiffany for making my boys look adorable!

We had Masha come and groom our husky collie mixed breed who is a rescue and is terrified of everything. Masha was so gentle and caring and took her time to make the experience non traumatic for cholulah. Absolutely would recommend to anyone with a nervous dog they don’t want to drop off at a grooming salon - so clean in the van too!!

We see Brooke from Ruff Life every 4 weeks and couldnt be happier. She is great with the dogs and they always look fantastic when shes done. Brooke is always kind, helpful, and friendly. Weve had great experiences with everyone else weve met there as well. Highly recommend.

I have a 6 year old Morkie who has always hated being groomed . We have tried multiple groomers and have gotten the best report from Shannon at Ruff Life! Shannon is patient with our dog and he always comes out looking perfect. If your dog is fussy with grooming I highly recommend booking with Shannon!

I had an appointment set a month in advance. They called two days before to reschedule , which is understandable. But then they called to reschedule two more times . Its happened a few times. I’ve only used them 3-4 times. Different person each time and was rescheduled 3 times out of 4. It seems there’s a lot of mismanagement with this company. It’s more of a corporate operation and a money grab. Their prices are extremely high as well.

First time ever using a mobile grooming service. Chrissy was punctual, listened to my concerns/request for my pup and she came out beautiful. I already booked her next appointment!

This was my first time using this service and I must say, I loved it!. The groomers were personable, pleasant, on time and professional! Their friendly way madeMy Zoe feel very comfortable. They asked me my preferences as far as length and style and were very receptive. Zoe’s hair cut came out great and had a wonderful scent! I will definitely use this service again.

Always a great experience with the ruff life. Julie is the best and so sweet and understanding of a crazy dog moms issues! Her cut always comes out amazing with Julie. The price is a little steep, but it really is a personalized service and the haircut cannot be beat! Definitely would recommend them to anyone that needs a mobile groomer.

Ruff Life is Amazing. Not only did they offer me an earlier appointment 5 days prior to the originally scheduled date, the groomer Chrissy was so sweet and courteous with our little Jake.

They did a great job with my dog, she looked and feels great again. However, $462 (with tip included) dollars for this service is tad too much for me. I would love to come back if the prices were a bit more affordable. I understand they do hard work and they are great at what they do, but that is just too much for the service in my opinion. I would recommend them to people though! Guadalupe was friendly, accommodating, and listened to concerns.Maybe if they run a special I would love to come back. In todays time prices are increasing everywhere and it isnt sustainable if your dog needs frequent hair cuts.

You never know how your puppy will do during its first grooming. Vanessa and her assistant Sabrina made us feel like they could handle our little troublemaker! Shes generally a good puppy but she is definitely strong enough (40 lbs) to protest a bath. Mobile grooming is expensive but it was important to us that our dog would be as comfortable as possible during this experience. We thought of giving Vanessa some treats to help create a positive association with the van and she was happy to help. Last but not least, our doggys haircut came out great and she is SO CUTE!!

Ease with making appointments. Vanessa was so great with my energetic puppy. It was his first haircut. I was very nervous but she eased my nerves and took great care of my pup. I have a teacup poodle & I use to take her to a groomer who I thought was good until they messed up my puppy fur. The top of her head was all chopped up & I was very upset until I found out about Ruff Life. Yes, it’s more than going to the actual groomers but it’s worth it. They’re focused on your pet only which I love. My mobile groomer is Julie & she does fantastic work. I love how they call you to tell you they are 10-15 minutes away from the appointment. They’re always on time & will have your pet looking beautiful! I’ve been using The Ruff Life mobile groomers for a few years now. Our groomers Masha and Bailey are fabulous with my nervous pups. They are super patient and caring. They always look beautiful after their groom and look very happy. I have a big 70lb goldendoodle and a 15lb yorkie mix. They groom them back to back. It doesn’t get more convenient! I’d definitely recommend Masha and Bailey 100%!

Charlie did an excellent job with my two dogs, Maggie & Coco. This was our first time using Ruff Life and I was VERY impressed. Charlie went out of his went to handle my temperamental older shitzu with ease. He also went found a solution for my matted golden doodle. Other groomers would even try to preserve any of the dogs coat. But Charlie did. Very impressed with the service and will definitely use them again!

I have had terrible experiences with groomers in the past with my other dogs so I’m always a little nervous with anyone new. My dog now is like Velcro and very anxious so I was extra nervous. Upon meeting the staff at Ruff Life, I was put at ease. I’ve had Ariela and Kim F. groom my dog and they’re both fantastic. So sweet and you can just tell they’re true “dog people” who understand that grooming can be overwhelming for anxious pups. The convenience is an added benefit. And my dog looked adorable after each cut. Very happy to have found the new grooming squad.

There is no one else I trust with my crazy moody Pomeranian. He doesn’t even let me brush or bathe him but Masha is wonderful with him. We pay a little more than we used to with our old groomer but it’s worth it knowing my dog is right outside getting pampered. Masha is ALWAYS early and pleasant as well!

My little one, Nunzio, is literally the love of my life! He is treated better than most people treat their child. Finding someone who I trusted wasnt easy. I used to drop him off at the groomer and he would shake like crazy. He isnt used to being in a cage so going there made him very nervous. On top of that, some places keep them there all day!!!!! The last straw for me was when he got kennel cough from one of the places. At 14 years old, it took a lot for his little body to recover. Thats when I started looking for mobile groomers and I found The Ruff Life. I cant tell you how much I love Vanessa and her team. Not only do they do a wonderful job grooming him, but they love him too, which for me is the most important thing! They do exactly what I ask in terms of grooming and are very careful doing it since hes an older dog. In addition, they do it rather quickly! Hes not there for 8 hours like most grooming places and hes never in a cage. Nunzio is never nervous with them and is always excited to see them so I know hes being treated well. Beyond happy that I found The Ruff life. My little one will never go to any other groomer besides them.

We recently had our puppy groomed by Julie, and couldnt be more pleased with the experience! Julie was warm and welcoming, making our pup feel completely at ease. The worst service... My mini schnauzer puppy does not look like a schnauzer at all after the haircut. She was in a desperate need to get groomed, which would be her second grooming ever. With my groomer closed, I called Ruff Life. They came yesterday, and the service was terrible. They just shaved her down, everywhere - the body, legs, face, even the eyelashes. They didnt follow my instruction to keep the face styled as a schnauzer. I paid $200+ for the platinum package, which is supposed to include 13 procedures. They shaved the coat down, and were in and out in less than 1h. My baby doesnt look like herself, doesnt look cute, doesnt look like a schnauzer, looks like a little, sad bat. We are heartbroken. My advice is stay away, and wait for your groomer if you can.

Recently used the ruff life for cat grooming services. I can’t recommend them enough. The communication was excellent from the moment I made the appointment all through to the end. They arrived early and gave my cat the best spa day ever. He’s a real long haired boy who was suffering from some bad matting on his underside and overgrown hair on his paws causing him to slip and lose traction when running around the house. He’s also a very anxious cat so I was really blown away by how little the grooming experience freaked him out. After some snacks and a nice cat nap, I’ve literally never seen him happier. He moves around better with his cute little lion haircut. He’s become more playful and affectionate. When I woke up today, the giant pile of cat toys which often goes untouched was scattered all throughout the house. I’m so happy that they made my baby so happy. Emily did the grooming and she was punctual, kind, and efficient. The grooming took hardly any time at all. I didn’t catch the second groomer’s name but they were great too. I’ve already recommended the ruff life to all of my friends and they’ve definitely earned me as a customer for life.

There is nothing but positives you can say about the Rufflife! Theyve been taking care of my little chonkycat for well over a year now and I dont see a reason to ever stop going! As we all know, cats are extremely difficult when it comes to grooming but the Rufflife does an incredible job in making my little man feel extremely comfortable and stress free! My boy doesnt even hiss at them, thats how relaxed his is!! Based off my experience, I can tell you with 100% certainty that each individual groomer is extremely knowledgeable in the grooming industry, have YEARS of experience, care about your pets health/being more than their own, and have extraordinary pride in their craft. Its nice to know there are companies and groomers like the Rufflife out there that actually do care about your pet compared to others. I am a customer for LIFE and will debate anyone who disagrees. Similar to what another customer experienced a few months ago, I also had the same terrible experience with this place. For the amount of money you pay for their service, I would expect great customer service, communication and safe grooming. This was NOT the case with my most recent appointment with them. After my dog finished her appointment, I noticed a bruised area on her stomach that was not there before. I tried calling them a few times, and could not get through - so I sent a text message notifying them in which they originally replied that they apologize for any inconvenience. However, after asking if we could speak over the phone so we could discuss a refund or credit of some sort - they got EXTREMELY defensive. They had the nerve to text back that the groomer said that there was nothing on the belly area when she handed the dog back to me and that maybe the dog might have been moving. Wow, wow, wow. How on earth could my dog just get a mysterious bruise after getting groomed with them, but then they also say at the same time that it couldve been caused due to her moving. They couldnt get their story straight which says a lot. From there, they refused to answer my texts or calls (and still to this day hasnt).This place takes NO accountability and thinks its okay for a groomer to not give the paying customer a heads up if something went wrong during the grooming. Please also read what you sign because even if they hurt your dog, they will not give any refunds.Avoid this place at all costs - SOMETHING happened in that mobile van that resulted in a bruised stomach on my dog and they could care less. This scenario is NEVER okay, but even more, especially not after paying upward of $250. Listen to what other people are saying and protect your dog; Ill never trust this place again.

I have no words to describe what happened to my poor baby. The groomer took a buzzer to his ears which should never ever happen! My baby has been getting groomed for two years and I never thought this could happen. I used Ruff Life because of the amazing reviews. Never ever again! Not to mention that the groomer actually asked to be paid! My dog’s ear was bleeding for an hour and I will now have to take him to the vet.

The staff is so friendly, skillful, and quick! The quality service is unmatched and worth every penny. The truck arrived on time and was very clean. All of my requests for his haircut were followed perfectly.My dog was super happy and calm during and after his session. He usually has high anxiety from his horrific experiences with petco grooming in the past. My other dog also really enjoyed getting his nails cut which he usually hates.Can’t wait to treat him to another session!

This was our first experience with a professional groomer for our current pup, who has a habit of rolling when outside. This time, she managed to get her cream colored, double coated coat covered with smelly rabbit poop. Ruff Life was able to accommodate her the next day and Callie couldnt wait to climb into the van with Bailey. 50 minutes later, she exited the van, with a bright, shiny, sweet smelling coat. Bailey was simply warm and wonderful.

We are so happy we used The Ruff Life for our puppys first haircut! Aileen arrived early and finished grooming in an hour. She was beyond kind and attentive, and did a great job! Our pup looks great, well be booking with Aileen again for sure.

We have used this service a few times now for our 10 yr old Australian Cattle Dog (approx 45lbs). We have had Ariela every time so far and she has always been fantastic. Her first service she called and got a brief history of our fur baby and even gave recommendations for allergies. She’s always on time, if not early and her communication is on point. I’ve recommended this company to several people and will continue to do so

I have been using this company for over 2 years now and have been content with their services until today. We usually have Kim and she is great, but today she was off so they sent someone else to groom my dog. She cut her nail way too short to the point of bleeding. We called to complain and they’re denying it saying it “could’ve happened on the way out of the truck” which is a terrible excuse to try to give me. Clearly they cut the nail way too short and now it won’t stop bleeding but they won’t take accountability or give money back. Very disappointed with this.

Masha was amazing with my anxious Golden Retriever. She came in and spoke to us first and did exactly what we requested. His grooming came out beautifully. I would definitely recommend Masha!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I needed my baby Demis hair groomed asap and they had me scheduled in very next day. Masha was awesome and made me feel comfortable leaving my baby in her hands. Today is our first time using The Ruff Life Mobile Grooming for our British Labrador, LEO. The scheduling process is easy to request. The website and the app has all the prices listed.I like that they send you confirmation via TEXT 2-3 days before the scheduled day. We booked with MASHA, and since it is our first time, she asked questions like any allergies which I think is good for safety precautions.Overall experience is GREAT! What we loved the most is that LEO smelled AMAZING after! I love the shampoo/fragrance she used!!We will definitely recommend to friends and family. And we will surely book for our next appt!! I’ve had two experiences with Ruff Life and I am so thankful for their services. My dog began having seizures in February and using this service has cut down on a whole lot of stress for her when in comes to grooming. Thank you to Aileen and Kim for providing such great service to us and for always leaving us wanting to come back again!

The two ladies came to my home and took great care of my Bella. They bathed her and unmatted her fur. She is now clean and her hair is cut down which reduces the shedding. Very happy with the results and Im confident my Bella feels better as well.

We had the pleasure of having Bailey as our groomer today, 10/10 experience. Ive got a 90lb english lab, and he adored her couldnt wait to hop in the truck. My pup Saint come out so clean, smelling amazing, and he was so relaxed he was snoozing in 2 minutes. Just goes to show the nurturing and true spa feel they receive with Ruff Life groomers. The Ruff Life was a great choice for our senior Labrador. We typically got him groomed at places where he would be caged and didn’t want to do that to him anymore. They came on time, with a text to let us know they were on the way. Everything looked clean and well maintained. The best part is that it only took 20-30 minutes. I love that they are only focusing on your pet. My dog came in smelling great and shedding a whole lot less. Would definitely recommend!

Ruff Life Mobile Grooming has been been a life saver. I have a nervous dog so I don’t like to take her on site to the groomers as it could be really stressful for both my dog and I. Julie has been extremely patient and caring with my dog Pepe and I would highly recommend their services.

Shannon from Ruff Life Mobile Grooming is an amazing groomer. She’s very calming and extremely gentle with my dog. My dog, who hates to get groomed in shops because of all the other dogs and chaos, goes right with Shannon and loves her. I have and still would recommend Shannon, she’s the best.

I have 4 dogs, 2 of which are seniors. Dropping them off at a salon is very stressful for them, especially for my 13 year olds. I’ve always had a great experience with Ruff life but recently Kim was my dog King’s groomer. She was literally the sweetest girl. King is always nervous getting groomed but Kim assured me he was in good hands. Usually whoever is grooming King says he is matted and they will have to cut him short but I told her I’ve really been on top of the brushing to avoid that. She felt his hair and said nope I don’t have to shave him, I was so relieved! When she was finished she said she did some extra thinning to avoid matting and said he was so well behaved. She also said King has the cutest face, which of course I agreed. Kim is now Kings groomer from now on, we both just loved her!!

Very easy to schedule an appointment. Extremely convenient. My long haired jack russell who is pretty grouchy looks fantastic and he comes out happy and excited. Erika is wonderful!

We adopted Ruthie from PETA after she was rescued from a lifetime of neglect and abuse. She had been left outside for 5 years and bred repeatedly. Each time her babies were taken from her and the cycle continued. She never had a name, never had a toy, never went on a walk and had no idea how to navigate doorways when we got her.Took some time to find someone we were comfortable with but it was worth the wait. Julie has always been available and often times shes answering my questions for a couple of weeks leading up to our appointment. That level of understanding is truly priceless. Weve also got old man Marley who was also adopted and recently turned 15. Hes almost impossible to groom but Julie does her best every time. Forever loyal to Julie as shes been so special to our pooches. Yall are the best!

Great experience once again with Danielle and April!! Treated my Shakespeare and Theodore like they were their own. Trust them with my babies while I worked remote from my home. They were professional and prompt and did a rather quick job getting everything done in less time than I had accounted for. My boy friend is still raving about the cut Danielle gave his beloved Golden. My Theodore is a spicy old guy and he was quite happy and playful when he came back home. Loved the service. Ty ladies for making this experience so special.Both my dogs were groomed by Masha and I absolutely loved what she did for my pups. They are both seniors one is 18 and the other 15. Many groomers had turned me down due to their age but Masha comes with experience working with senior dogs. The next day my pup and I were walking past a mobile groomer and he barked and ran to the truck thinking it was Masha. Made me smile 😃

It was so easy and convenient to have the Ruff Life come and take our pup into the salon. Our furdresser, Kim, was great to work with. She listened well and brought us back and adorably coiffed goldendoodle.

I was very impressed with the overall grooming experience with the Ruff Life Mobile Grooming. My dog’s groomer was Julie and she was very sweet, very gentle and very professional but overall I loved that she was able to give my dog a perfect haircut. Not many groomers are able to perfect my dog’s cut but Julie did just that and more. It’s was very convenient for me because they parked in front of my house and gave my dog a full grooming in under an hour. My dog loved her grooming experience! Something she usually does not enjoy usually. I gave them 4 stars only because of the price. While I understand that they do come to the customers so they have to charge more, I think for a 3.5 pound dog, the price was a bit much. Other than the price, the service was superb!

Shannon is the best! I have a 5 year old yorkie named Jesse. He means the world to me. I love him so much. He is my little boy, I have had Jesse groomed at numerous grooming salons but he didnt seem happy afterwards. I had to find a solution. I happened to be watching a spin-off show of Shark Tank about a year ago which featured the Ruff Life Mobile Grooming. I was impressed so I decided to give them a try. Jesse has been groomed by Shannon for about a year now. She comes to my house and greets Jesse at my door and he goes to her right away. His grooming takes about 45 minutes. Jesse comes to me happy, with his tail wagging. I cant thank Shannon enough for taking such good care of my little boy. Thank you Ruff Life, but most of all, thank you Shannon.

Such a great service to have available for my anxious/slightly snippy Shitzu/Maltese, Lola. When we adopted her about 17 months ago, no one was allowed to touch her face, paws or tail so I had a very difficult time finding a groomer who could handle her. Then I tried Ruff Life mobile grooming. Charlie has been absolutely wonderful with her!She goes off easily with him and comes back into the house happy and beautifully groomed! Monthly grooming day is now a pleasure!

Shannon did a stupendous job on my dog’s grooming. The only issue I have is that the groomers are often late without warning. Other than that, again amazing service.

Today was my first time using The Ruff Life Mobile Grooming. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. I couldn’t believe I got an appointment within a day of filling out the application, most place you have to wait weeks for an appointment.My dogs Rusty & Charlie (both are American Eskimo/terrier mix) shed A LOT! Stephanie did a great job and the dogs warmed up to her quickly. I was very happy with the job she did and would be happy to have her come back to groom my pups again.The only reason I didn’t give 5 star was because of the price. It is a little on the expensive side for me, but honestly not sure what the going rate is for a mobile groomer. That being said, I would definitely use them again because overall the experience was great.

We’ve had Masha do the grooming for 2 of our pups and she‘s done an incredible job both times. She listens to exactly what we ask for and definitely delivers. The most recent grooming was done on our 6 month old puppy for her first grooming. Masha handled her so well and our pup came out calm and looking amazing. The convenience of rufflifemobile as well as the professionalism makes it so worth it. Thank you again Masha!
