1st time for my 2yr old Airedale TerrierMax and he never had been to a professional groomer before.. Ashley did such a fantastic job on him , I give them 5 stars!

Oh my goodness! I was more than pleasantly surprised and beyond that my dog is SO happy, cute and clean! She had a great time with Tori and literally I’ve never had her come out of the groomers before in 13 years (regularly) SO happy and relaxed…she slept on my lap on the way home - a total first. We will definitely definitely be back! Couldn’t be happier with the service! I took so many pics when she got home because she was so happy! For a 13 yr old to get that much energy…it’s been a long time since I saw her smile so big. Thank you Tori and the Flawless Paws crew!

Karissa groomed my Merle Yorkie to perfection!!! She knew exactly what I wanted. I’ve taken him to multiple places and they’ve all insisted on cutting his face like a schnauzer. This is the first time he’s EVER looked this good and been this confident. I’m obsessed

Took me 3 times to find the perfect groomer for my husky! Love Flawless Paws. Yes, its a lil pricey, but you get what you pay for. I cant see ever using any other groomer.

First time here to take my precious dog they did such a good job on his haircut. I change places from PS because i became aware of lawsuits and dogs that died because of them. I love my dog to much to be okay with that and to make it worst they kept it a secret. So far I am loving this place.

I took my cat in for a bath and sanitary trim and clip off some hair mats. I wasn’t expecting much because cats are difficult to work with. She looked beautiful and would definitely go back again.

We had moved between a half hour and an hour away years ago but were back because theyre quality groomers who do well with cats.

I had my 5 pound 18 year old rescue groomed at Flawless Paws. They did a great job, he looks absolutely adorable. They were great

I brought my sassy girl (cat) to be groomed the gentleman helped me and he was so kind and awesome. Long story short they gave sassy a bath but that’s all they could do bc sassy was just having a hard time! They were compassionate and went above and beyond making sure my girl was okay! I love this place! Bringing my Yorkie back for the second time today, our first experience was amazing! The atmosphere of the place makes you feel good about leaving your pet there. My dog was soooo hairy, like wolverine, and when I saw him again he was so cute and all shaped up, it really took me back. Definitely recommend!

Flawless Paws always does an amazing job with my dog, Hazel! She’s not the biggest fan of the groomer and tends to be scared upon drop off and they always take great care of her making her feel as calm and comfortable as possible, especially Shae he is wonderful! She always comes back very happy and clean, from ears to paws! They also always get me an appointment quick and have even squeezed me in the same day. Highly recommend!

Fabulous grooming place! My dog Mia looks so cute every time!!

We have been taking my dog here for the last 6 years! They have always done an amazing job. And today was no different. Nicole was all alone due to COVID but made sure she took good care of our senior dog and even gave her an extra bath when she had an accident at the end. Always will recommend!

Had some miscommunication issues my first time here, but Shay the owner was a great help. I brought my dog in who was matted and the groomer gave a great cut with the situation she had. Some miscommunication on the type of cut but she did what was best for my dog. My pup ended up breaking out from the sanitary cut and became inflamed and swollen in his private area due just because it happens sometimes. Shay reached out quickly and gave me a refund and even gave me some options to help his itching and swelling. Great customer service and just some messed up communication from both sides, but everything is good in the end!

Everyone was incredibly nice, services offered were reasonable. I chose a scent that was for skin calming but will probably not use it again because it was so strong after picking her up. I just have a sensitive nose. But cannot wait to bring our lovey back!Update: another great groom!! We love this place!

My dog and I have been going to Shay since she was grooming from out of her house. She is amazing, super responsive. I live in Warwick and I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to go to Flawless Paws. I will never go anywhere else, and I seriously mean that lol I am super judgmental when it comes to my little boys haircut. He always looks so handsome.

Excellent grooming service with a caring staff that truly loves pets. Easy to make appointments. Facilities are clean and well care for easy parking rates are reasonable.

Flawless Paws was able to clip my anxious dogs nails without a sedative. Now I dont have to pay my vet lots of money to fully sedate my doggo for nail trims. The groomers also werent upset when my dog acted a fool when they bathed him. My dog is super soft now and smells great. Im definitely returning the next time my dog needs his nails clipped!

Had an older cat that was found in NYC. His coat was matted. Now he’s like a new cat! They did a great job!!!!

I recently had my Thunder groomed by Amy, she did a terrific job. He is a bit hyper and wasnt especially cooperative, but she did a great job. I will definitely be back.

You should not waste your time at this groomer!!!! Multiple issues, like forgetting to pluck and clean ears to not able to groom dog because not tranquilized enough!! What a joke!!! The only reason I came here is because my groomer moved to South Carolina. My original groomer never had any issues with any of my dogs. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldnt give a 1/2 star!! Totally useless!!!!

Our beloved Freddie is not an easy groom...Sweet boy, but frightened to death grooming, especially nail clipping...Flawless Paws is amazing...They get him done quickly and professionally...Cannot reccomend them highly enough!

Took my 10 month old cattle dog mix here and just needed her nails trimmed. Everyone was friendly and Blu was in and out before I knew it.

I suspect that my dog suffered an injury at this establishment. Specifically a torn knee ligament. I do not recommend this place for larger breeds.

Took my nervous rescue kitten, Romeo, to have his nails trimmed and a bath. The staff was so friendly and the groomer was very patient with him. Romeo was too scared to have a bath, but he got a nice nail trim and a brushing! He looked so handsome when I picked him up. Will definitely go back!

Let me just say you do NOT get customer service like this anywhere these days. They’re so polite. I was late for my appointment and was told to still come in and when I got my Shepsky back you could tell they did such a thorough job & she smelled amazing. I look forward to bringing back our second dog. Only thing is they only accept tips in cash so make sure you bring cash when you come in. Another plus side the store is clean & my dog had no issues. They made sure my dogs were fully vaccinated which means others dogs are too. - Thanks *****

I took my dog to Flawless Paws today for the first time. I was impressed with all the options they offer, and with the cleanliness and lovely decor. The staff was professional and very nice to work with, and best of all, my formerly stinky dog is now soft, fluffy and smells like lavender. Highly recommended.

Nice looking facility, clean, neat, smells good. There are signs asking you not allow your dog to potty in front of the salon but an alternative area is not offered. The prices are a little high especially nail cutting but they do a great job. Making an appt was easy and the gentleman was most pleasant and helpful as were most of the techs who cut nails and groom. There was only 1, seated in the front left who was abrupt and defensive. Overall, an ok experience.

Waited for a month to get an appointment for my Shih Tzu because a few people I know raved about this groomer. Showed them a pic of what I wanted but when I picked her up my pup was completely shaven off. I don’t know if they just ignored what I showed them or if they truly do not understand how to give haircuts to Shih Tzus. Thankfully her hair grows fast, but I won’t use them again. Disappointed ☹️POST FOLLOW UP: The owner was very understanding and accommodating when I explained what transpired. I greatly appreciate the customer service, detailed follow up and their very diligent effort to correct the issue as quickly as they did. I look forward to working with Flawless Paws again in the fall after speaking with the owner this week.
