PetSmart Dog Training

I sent my dog there and they charged me almost $200 for no reason!My initial charge is $110, and they charged me extra because they said my dog hair has many knots so they have to do extra work to groom it, however my dog’s hair got all cut! Which is nonsense, if you just simply cut the hair, what is the extra groom charge for, and it is really high charge that almost double the cost!Asked the employee and they said it’s their manager did so. Typically one bad manager ruining the whole store brand name story.Photo comparison before and after. Never go there again, and also anyone else shouldn’t neither .

Great place for pet food, prices are better than anyotheres. Friendly people too.
