This is by far the best grooming our little guy has ever had! In his six years our Bichon Frisé has been made to look like a poodle or other breed. Look at this photo! I can’t even! Thank you to Michele!!! She is indeed a Master Groomer and I was impressed with the documents from the American Kennel Club!

I woke up this morning just horrified because I can’t believe my pup looks like this after his first time at the groomers. This is Leo my mini Aussie shepherd who like most aussies has a double coat of fur. When I got there, I made sure to let the front desk lady know that I am concerned about his white coat underneath and that I do not want him to look like a white dog but to have enough cut to where he won’t have to be so hot in the summer time. I also believed that if they cut it too short his hair won’t grow back the same. They told me don’t worry it will grow back the same. They were also aware that this was his first time and we wouldn’t know how he reacted to groomers. After dropping him off, I got a text that he was trying to bite and that they cut him short and he’s ready for pickup. When I picked him up I found him completely shaved. And a choppy shave at that. I called to express how upset I was that they completely disregarded what I said. I also paid for a teeth cleaning that was never done. His ears were not cleaned and the front of his face was not trimmed either. It just looked like they gave up and completely shaved him after him being a little rough. I spoke with one of the groomers and she explained he was not cooperating which I understand the safety part of it. It still does not excuse that they completely shaved him without my permission. She offered to cut him again but I am too afraid to bring him back there or to go to any groomer at that. Truly upsetting and I still paid full price for this. They did not offer a refund.

This wonderful grooming establishment always does a great job with my two doggies. This is quite literally the best haircut they have ever gotten in their lives. I fully trust their groomer to clean them up and give them whichever haircut is best for them. She always does a wonderful job. My doggies are always happy and energetic when I get them back. Everything being done to the doggies can be seen right from the lobby, which also has a multitude of healthy dog treats and food, as well as cute clothing. I absolutely love the hairstyle that was chosen for them this time around. Best grooming in town by far. They even gave my doggies little pigtails and bow ties.

This establishment is so amazing.The environment is very friendly not just for pets but anyone. The hoody is through the roof. Not to mention how clean and sanitizes the spa is. Now onto the grooming..Not only did Michelle meet my expectation of the cut I wanted for my pup, but she also added her special spice on it which made it 1000 times better than what I wanted.I came all the way from Georgia and was not leaving until she blessed my baby with her charm and she o we exceeded on every level.The staff were amazing and I would recommend anyone to bring their fur baby here.

Took my doggies here after their groomer for nearly ten years closed down again. It was an easy, quick process, I was in and out. Their groom didn’t take more than an hour and half. I’m so happy to say they did an astounding job. They kept my doggies fur long and healthy, did everything just as asked. I’m so happy with how they came out. They look so cute and they even gave them the cutest little bow ties. I’ve never seen them so happy after a groom. They took a nice long nap afterward, and they smell amazing. I will be coming here again.

I just started coming here after my groomer Rina started to work at Luxury Pet. Let me say first I would follow Rina anywhere she goes. She is the kindest, caring , sweetest person I know. She has a warm soul and I trust her completely with my two girls. She does an awesome job grooming my girls. The place is beautiful as well. Very clean and the cutest selection of clothes Ive ever seen. I am always greeted with a smile from the reception and I hear them talking so kindly to my girls as Im leaving. One of my girls had a seizure when she was there , dryer seizure, and they were so informative as to what that was and reassured me that they will take steps to prevent it from happening again. Just a great neighborhood place and i highly recommend it and of course Rina. I travel from Queens to go to her. Thank you all for doing what you do

We are long time clients of Rina. She has cared for all my pups. Over 20 years of her professional service. I have had pets with special needs and she has always been someone we could trust. We were beyond thrilled to find out that Rina left Lucky Paws and moved to Luxury Pet Spa. This new shop has great customer service and treated us with respect. Lucky Paws should have their front desk staff train here and learn how to treat paying clients. I was so happy Rina moved. This new Spa has class as Rocky came home a gentlemen. A great cut and a bowtie. On my behalf I made a big error. Since last haircut Rocky had been diagnosed with CHF. I never told Rina or Luxury Pet Spa. I never thought about mentioning it and it was very irresponsible of me. I will remember those details moving forward. Thank you Luxury Pet Spa, Dana & Rina for a great experience!!

Had to take my dog Benji to get a cut. Hes picking about where he goes but Michelle and her crew were dog friendly and careful with him! The place was very clean 🫧🪥🫧 and I had talked to a few other customers and they were happy with there experience as well. Very professional and Good location easy to find I parked around the corner just to get alittle dog 🐶 walk in didnt want Benji lighting the place up with pee 😂. We followed Rita, our groomer of over 20 years, when she moved to Luxury Pet Spa & Boutique. It is the best run grooming shop that we have ever dealt with. The welfare and safety of the pets is of paramount importance. We trust them completely with our two cockers, Darby and Duffy. Everyone at the Spa is friendly and professional. We are so happy to be dealing with Luxury Pet Spa.

My dog has had all kinds of haircuts, weird, good & bad, and this is the most ridiculously cute cut Ive ever seen. Prior groomers cut his face narrow& it just didnt do him justice. With this cut I can just look at him & smile because he looks so cute!Shih tzus arent a 1 cut fits all like some groomers do. I may have made him lose his street cred walking around like a teddy bear, but hey, who buys the treats?Photo speaks for itself!10 stars 🌟

Michelle was amazing! They did a fantastic job on our dogs grooming. His hair came out just the way we wanted it, and I will trust them with doing our dogs hair again! Our dog was also so relaxed and calm after! Would definitely recommend Luxury Pet Spa to everyone.

Groomer/owner Michelle is professional and does a great job. Charlie at the desk is amazing she’s friendly n very helpful. I have been taking Ruffles there for almost 3 years now, I’m very satisfied with the care Ruffle get. When I pick him up he looks happy. They are very accommodating as well.

Our second time at Luxury Pet Spa we love it. Our dog looks perfect and the owner Michelle is awesome she loves her animals and the staff is nice.

After 4 years that my 36 lb mini golden doodle was going to an in-home groomer she told me that she grew too big to continue. Initially I panicked. I did not think my dog was going to do well going somewhere new. After a lot of research, I found Luxury Pet Spa & Boutique and gave them a try 2 months ago and just returned for Daisy’s 2nd visit yesterday. I had no idea how good this change would be and I wish I knew sooner. I can only say nice things about Michelle, Thinnu, Dana and Charlie and the rest of the staff. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, provide excellent customer service and show a lot of TLC to their fur babies. My dog is very well groomed, smells good and looks absolutely adorable and when I pick her up. She comes home full of energy and overall happier which says a lot. I look forward to building a long term relationship with Luxury Pet Spa & Boutique. I highly recommend them and you should give them a try.

They did a great job on my dog, Cooper. Very professional! I absolutely loved that they sent reminder messages and were able to squeeze us in last minute when another groomer (not Luxury Spa) promised they would shave him and then said it wasnt scheduled when we got there, even though I confirmed it multiple times over the phone. Luxury spa fit us in within the next two days. I am extremely pleased that he not only got great treatment, considering my dog can be a psychopath at times and a bit much to anyone meeting him for the first time, but he also got groomed right in time for Thanksgiving when other groomers were booked for the next month. I was recommended here by a friend and they did not disappoint. They were a little on the pricier side based on what Im used to paying, but with my dogs energy level and personality, as well as everything they did, it was worth every penny! They were so kind and gentile with my rescue on the first day out of the shelter. They took the time to wash Teddy several times to get the shelter smell off of him and gave him the cutest puppy cut. So grateful for the way they took care of him.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. They salon was very clean and there were so many products to purchase for your pets. The service was done in a timely manner and my cat looks and smells great! I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to Michelle.

When I went in the first thing I saw was things for my dog. My dog was so comfortable, he don’t usually like people, but he ran right towards them. I got my dog a wash and his nails clipped he came out smelling so good. and happy.

I love the prices here and Charlie has been such a pleasure to work with. She has been so knowledgeable about my dogs and does a great job because they can be a little rowdy!. Will come to groom here again!

Charlie and Michelle are both excellent and professional…my puppy loves them and they take care of him like their own. 10/10 would recommend. This is the only place I take my dogs.

Not very friendly staff, I have to wonder if they’re running a business sometimes. Called many times and placed on hold for more than 10 mins, they never picked up. This was more than two occasions. They are also very prejudice and discriminating as to what puppy they take, “your puppy barks so we can’t take him today” at this point of frustration, a message to management - you’re not the only groomer around, there’s competition atleast that should give you a reason to have a friendly staff.

Michelle and Charlie from Luxury Pet Spa always do such a great job on our pets Lia and Frankie. I would definitely trust them with the care of my pets because they treat them like their own.

This place was amazing they saved my grandmother matted dog when everybody else .refused service her I drove around for hours then found out about Luxury pet spa the staff was amazing and the job was top tier. Our Family was happy with the service.

I started taking my pup to this establishment back in 2021 (Aug)... never had a problem/issue with the services. My pup was always cut beautifully. On this last spa visit things changed, I had my pup scheduled for a hair dye on his head. I dropped him off at 8:30 am normally I get him back by 12 but this day he was ready later in the day...All went well at pickup, pup was in great spirits, then the next morning we realized my pup had a blood shot right eye (pic below), I emailed and texted the spa a pic and asked if this could be from the dye job. I was told that this could be from stress or irritation and would clear up in a day or two. (Texts being answered by the owners assistant) I thought ok cool....then the next day I noticed the eye was getting worse and I took my pup to the vet. The vet diagnosed my pup with a hematoma (see attached). I was in complete shock. I was told by the vet the black eyes typical show up hours later after being hit....I AM NOT SAYING anyone abused my pup at the spa but I wondered if he accidentally hit his head ... sometimes dogs can be a little stressed while getting groomed (not sure if my dog is since he has been getting groomed regularly since I got him at 2 weeks old and now he is 2 yrs old) any hoot, I could not contact the groomer after the vet visit because they were closed so I contacted them via text again because it would be hard to discuss all this in person or on the phone since they are extremely busy...in the text (again with the assistant) I was told that he did not have a black eye (hematoma) the vet gave me the wrong diagnose since it didnt match their google search. We had a long convo on text and they said something may have happened when the dogs had a small play period. First, I did not know the dogs get to play while being groomed, I am not upset about that I mean the dogs are there for a period of time. What bothers me if 1.) the owner Michele did not pick up the phone neither when I first sent a pic the day after the grooming nor did she call once I told her the vet diagnose just to say I am so sorry about Chewy. 2.) they mentioned if there is anything that can be done to alleviate the stress... I did not know how to answer this because shouldnt the owner have a policy setup for things like this? She has a grooming business and she allows the dogs to play together so that in itself says something/anything to happen during that time....Once again I am not saying my pup was abused but something hit his head....maybe he did but shouldnt the pups be secured so this shouldnt happen? In a business owners plan for great things but what about when bad things happen? what then....I am surprised Michele has not reached out to me personally especially since she was the groomer and she is the owner. How would a owner/groomer rectify this matter. I love the cut she gives my dog but honestly I could not let my dog go back...in my mind I would always think is he ok this time....will this happen again? (Its like having a baby going to a babysitter-if your child comes back with marks, scratches, a knot on the head and the sitter doesnt acknowledge it would you send the child back)...This has been so stressful for me. My pup is my world and there is nothing I would not do for him. Thank God this will heal in about 2 weeks but during this time it will change colors and I need to apply eye drops. I am not saying dont go to Luxury Spa (Michelle-grooms very well) I am just saying be mindful that anything can happen at a groomer place.

Bring my cat Dinah here all the time! The staff is so wonderful and well educated any question or concerns I ever have they’re happy to educate me! They also specially order me the cat Churus and Dinah LOVES them! If I could give 10 stars I would! Best salon in the area!

My fur babies and I simply LOVE Luxury Pet Spa Boutique. They smile going in and smile coming out. We often get stopped and ask where do you get the groomed? I ALWAYS REFER them here!

Great experience. It was my 1st visit & I was very pleased. My pooch is overly active & needs a little more time & patience. But they groomed her well & she didnt seem exhausted after her visit. Will definitely be going back.

I have to start by saying I have been blessed by finding this small business. That does such an amazing job in everything they do.Michelle The spa/boutique owner knows how to communicate with every single person meaning different personalities. I have to sit and wait for my senior dog to be groomed and that’s just because of my dog not because of the people! The way Michelle interacts with the customers as they enter blows my mind in the best way possible! She’s on a first name Clients human/furbabies. The kindest soul I’ve ever met in this type of business. If you’re reading this and you have a That needs to be groomed and or buy the cutest outfits for your dogs the best supplies the best Pet food this is the place you wanna be! The person that Grooms my dog, I followed her everywhere Her Name is Rina And she is the kindest, most loving person you’ve ever want to meet ! I had two dogs three years ago and when one of them passed away Rina cried with me ! She’s amazing in the profession that she’s in And she’s so loving to your animals! I close with this I believe that God puts people in your life for a reason, and I know that Michelle Was put in mine . I am forever, grateful the way she treats my baby and also me. And like I said, I have to sit there while my dog is being groomed and I’ve never once heard her be disrespectful in anyway shape or form! Even if you don’t live in the surrounding areas, it is so worth the drive because you will never go back to where you came from I promise you thatIf I could give more than five stars, I would so in my own words I’m giving five stars times infinity times infinity!

My pup Benji is 8 and in the past year, he’s had some issues with his eyes. The first time I brought him by he was a little unhappy and aggressive, but Michelle said she was open to grooming him since I was looking for a new groomer, after a prior bad experience. The second time I brought him in, she noticed something with his eyes, and she turned him away, which I appreciate because I took him to the vet and there was something wrong. After he healed, I brought him in Michelle said he did amazing, and he was his kind, sweet self. I really appreciate her and all the staff taking care of my dog in the way they did!

I have been grooming my dog Chance here at Luxury Pet Spa for 8 years ( chancey is 8 years old ). Michelle ALWAYS exceeds my expectations when it comes to my grooming with my fur baby.My pup was born with “collapsing trachea” so at times when he is excited/anxious his breathing becomes very rapid and heavy and he needs some time to collect himself. Michelle is so sensitive to him and his health issues, and just works with him so he can have a “non-stressful grooming experience” as best as she can. I can tell that Chancey truly loves Michelle and only trusts her with his cuts. I’ve referred many friends/family to Michelle and they were all satisfied with their experience. Dana at the front is such a warm, kind person with the intakes as well!Thank you Luxury Pet Spa for a five star experience at all my pups visits !! ❤️🙏🏾

Every was sooo nice. My dog looks sooo goodSetting up an appointment was super easy.My dog was matted and now you can’t even tell.I was looking for a groomer for soooo long thankfully i found one .

Highly recommend this spot! Michelle’s professionalism and knowledge on maintaining a healthy coat for your pup is helpful. I’m a new dog mom and I wasn’t aware of the importance of keeping up with their combing. My Pup always comes out so fresh and so clean.

We had the BEST experience at Luxury Pet Spa. Michelle was so sweet and informative. She was busy and still took the time to get me serviced and taken care of. I was a bit nervous because my dog hadn’t been groomed before so I didn’t know how she would react. When I came back for pick up Michelle affirmed me and walked me through all that they did and gave me some tips for my dog and future services, as well as recommendations for other service providers that could help my dog. That’s the true definition of community care. I love love loved my experience and we will definitely be back!!!

My standard Bernedoodle is groomed at Luxury Pet Spa. They do a beautiful job on his hair cuts and grooming- whether full grooming or partial. My dog is always well cared for. They are very kind to the dogs. When I walk my dog, People will often stop their cars and ask me where Jackson is groomed. Big or little- the men and women at Luxury know how to bring out the best in your pet. Give them a try. They are very receptive to requests- for new styles, etc. I get my dog groomed every 4-5 weeks so as to avoid matting. Jackson is usually in and out of the salon within 3.5-4 hours.Michele B.H.

I’ve taken my dog to several groomers including Petco. I wasn’t to pleased with them so I decided to look elsewhere. When I came across to Luxury pet spa I was amazed how clean, and spotless they are and it does not have a bad smell. It smell very good in there! I love how they groomed my baby they did exactly what I asked for. He is forever a client.

10 YEARS!!!! Our beloved Toy yorkie King has been going to this incredible establishment!!! Michelle and her incredible staff were the first people to groom him and forever will be! What can I say!!!! We fill our beloved babyboy with a lot of TLC at home and Michelle and her staff do just the same! We are extremely particular and detailed and every single time our request are executed perfectly!!!!!! King naturally gets nervous but in the arms of Michelle he always jumps for joy as if it’s one of us!!! He always comes out so beyond adorable most importantly he’s safe and protected and cared for with LOVE, at pet luxury spa! Can’t believe I haven’t left a review sooner!!! It’s one thing to know that you’re getting incredible looking services ( I mean look at the pics from his most recent review) but to know and see the beautiful passion they put into their work is another!! Every time my mother, boyfriend or I drop king off we always see how every single animal is being treated with much love and care as they are getting groomed. They also have the most sweetest cat in the front as well. MICHELLE THE OWNER IS A HEAVENT SENT ANGEL SENT FROM ABOVE!!!!! She truly makes us feel as if we are family and we don’t trust king with anyone else but her and her staff!!! If you love your fit baby bring them here!!!

I am a new costumer and I love the salon. Before discovering Luxury Pet Spa, I would take my dog King to get groomed at Pet-smart, but I was never completely satisfied with how he came out. I decided I wanted to try a new place so I made an appointment and hoped for the best. King was groomed by Michelle and he has never looked or smelled so good since I got him. Not only did they do a great job with my dog but the costumer service was great as well. Highly recommend taking your dog to get groomed here.

I brought my maltipoo in yesterday and had such a great experience. He looks amazing. Whenever i take him for groomings at petsmart they never cut his nails properly or shape his face the way i describe but luxury pet spa did!

In the 20 + years Ive lived in the area Ive tried several other groomers. I consider myself to be very picky about the businesses I return to. Other places and groomers just didnt cut it for one reason or another and I kept seeking a groomer I could trust with my dog and who followed my instructions for how I wanted my dog groomed. Ive been a steady customer for about 7 years now and have only found Michelle to be competent and reliable. I am very happy with the service at Luxury Pet Spa and Ive referred many friends to Michelle and her staff.

I love the quaintness and personal attention that my puppy and I get coming here.I highly recommend going here if you use Primal food …..which is the one my holistic vet recommended to me and the only one I feed my puppy. The great thing is that I no longer have to drive all the way to my vet to get his food as they carry Primal food here. Sidebar: I also love getting an açaí bowl a few doors down after my beloved puppy and I are finished our shopping at the spa! lololol!!! Note: I am looking for that yellow raincoat for him in his medium size so please order more!I am a new doggie mom and I am very particular of my little fur baby . In his very first puppy grooming here I truly felt his he was handled with so much TLC from the owner just as I would do when I groom him myself at home because when I picked him up he was so relaxed, happy and calm. I was also educated for next time to say I wanted a scissor cut as I want to keep his coat on the longer, fluffy side as I was not in-love with his first cut, but now I know for his second cut the exact type of cut to ask for.I am happy to support your business for me and my beloved puppy as opposed to going to a big impersonal chain grooming store that does not know me or my doggie.Thank You again to the owner Michelle for your care and attention!

I have been grooming my toy Maltese at luxury pet spa boutique for a little over 2 years. Michele and her staff are nothing short of professional and kind/loving to not only my baby boy but all the other pets as well. This is such a family oriented salon and every time I am there I feel like family with Michele and Aja. My dog loves them and so do I! I’ve never been disappointed with a cut that I have received for my pet from them and I am a regular here and have referred many of my friends with dogs as well. If you are struggling to find a groomer to call home definitely do not hesitate to try Luxury Pet Spa!!

First time I bought Frappe here and he looked wonderful. The cut he had was great and I know he was treated with patience and kindness.I will certainly go there again .

I forgot to write a review on the day of, however, my dogs look amazing, they take good care of the dogs and make sure that they look amazing. My dogs look like a brand new set of babies, I love what charlie and Michelle did with their butts so much. Would recommend this place!

This spot asked for my feedback and didnt like what I had written about their service. They said it wouldve been nice if I wrote about the service they provided for my pet. Once I wrote back, they deleted/blocked me in advance. So, here Im going to write what had happened! I WANT the owner to see this and if the same lady who worked on my pet is the owner, thats just sad on your establishment.The fact that you guys took my pet in since it was around Christmas time and other spots were booked, I think I thanked enough but the lady over the phone NEVER mentioned that we were being squeezed in or anything. She seemed normal when she booked us. My kitten was a stray kitten and needed a good wash with his nails cut. Thats all that had mattered to us. However, the nails were not cut properly. My husband and I were both surprised at your job. I asked the lady in the front about how much everything will come out to be but she kept saying that it depends on the pets behavior. You guys charge based on how much of a fuss a pet gives you? Thats the first scam alert! Next, the pet brochure on taking pictures were totally different than what you guys snapped on your phone camera. Also, if you guys were too busy, it was okay to let the customers know that you guys are busy instead of scamming them with the brochure pictures and snapping regular cam pics? You didnt do me great by taking in my pet or agreeing to taking his pictures with his clothes on/off. I had no other spots to go and I was taken advantage of! Not only that, when I went to pick up my kitten, the lady is talking sh*t about me and my kitten while Im right there! Great job on your establishment!

BE AWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!Michelle the owner/groomer injured my pet severely when grooming him. When asked what happened, as any concerned pet owner would, she was very rude and disrespectful.She became very defensive instead of explaining what happened, she kept saying that my pet bite himself, which is completely mind boggling to me because the wounds are on his upper back. I simply just wanted to know what happened, but she was playing the blame game. She then offered me a refund so we can move past this, my baby is more than just $130 refund. I am shaking as I am typing this, you leave your loved one with people like these who clearly have no love for animals. I cant imagine what my baby went through, he is distressed and keeps hiding away. I will have to take him to the vet if the wounds doesnt heal. I am seriously considering lawyering up, the groomer needs to be held accountable.If you care for your pet do not take them here, they abuse your fur babies!

More than just a groomer. Michelle has mastered her craft. She provides an overall service for the care of my puppy. My puppy kept continously wining and scratching his ears. She was able to recommend everything we needed from ear drops to a change of diet that is all available in the store. He recommendations worked, Milo is back to eating and hiding shoes.

The friendliest and most accommodating staff! I’m so glad we came to Luxury Pet Spa & Boutique. They take great care of my dog and always work with my crazy schedule.

Yesterday 9/9/24 I wasn’t happy with the service, I took my dogs for nail trimming, which I’ve always done, my female dog was ok, my male dog wasn’t he was making noise (which he does all the time) as they trimmed his nails.Michelle told her worker to stop trimming her nails and for me to take her to my Vet to get them trimmed cause she didn’t want my dog to get sick (since when a dog get sick from trimming their nails?) they didnt realized that it was the male dog they had in their hand kept saying she .. SMH. Michelle didn’t want the worker to continue trimming his nails cause her son was asleep and didn’t want him to wake up cause she wouldn’t be able to finish cutting the dogs hair.Very Disappointed…

Anyone looking for Black Owned Dog Groomer look no more. Yesterday, I took my dog to get groomed at the Luxury Pet Spa at 1209 Jericho Turnpike, New Hyde Park, NY 11040. The Store is beautiful. The Staff is extremely professional. My pup was done in less than two hours and she was really matted. I found them through a recommendation on Black Long Island a group on Facebook. I highly recommend this business. This store has decent prices.

I brought my dog and cat here and trust me after the experience I had it’s no other grooming salon I would take my fur babies ! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable Dana at the front desk was helpful and I even got to meet the store owner Michelle she is the lead groomer and had my babies looking fresh and smelling great . I will be back especially to get some more clothes the store had some nice things to shop from and special treats .

Being a new doggy mama I had been taking Kenza to a well known large pet store and wanted to try a smaller establishment as I felt Kenza wasnt getting the grooming she deserved. So I booked her in to luxury Pet Spa. I am not going anywhere else from now on. The experience was personable, Dana was very tentative and her welcome was so warm. Everyone was very friendly. My dog kenza usually hates going for her baths but she took to the place right away. Upon picking her up she looked and smelt beautiful, looked happy too. Oh and I brought her a beautiful sweater, soft and cozy.. THANK YOU ALL for making our first visit so pleasant and fun. See you soon 😊

First time customer..I was recommended here by a neighbor and they did not disappoint!!! My muffin came out so energetic and happy, so I believe she enjoyed her experience as well! The staff was very nice and friendly. The shop itself has plenty of treats, collars and clothing to chose from (I actually got her a raincoat at pick up). We will be returning!!

I have been coming here since my usual groomer was making it close to impossible to get an appointment around when COVID began. I have 8 dogs that range from 3 pounds to 20 pounds, and from 1 years old to 10 years old, and Michelle grooms them all. If I needed anything changed, she was always more than happy to do it. Their prices are very reasonable, and I appreciate the fact that I do not feel gouged if one of my dogs coats needs a little more work. I appreciate that she isnt quick to shave them, but always tries to save their coats.

Michelle worked at another pet spa not too far away, when I called to schedule an appointment, the receptionist stated Sorry, Michelle no longer works here, oh NO, now what, when I finally find someone thats really great at what they do she was gone, so now the search started to track down Michelle, my friend searched on Facebook and there she was, we found her! Our first time here, definitely wont be the last. They really aim to please. Outstanding customer service from Dana. Gio groomed my fur baby Oscar today and my husband and I were very happy with his grooming abilities, plus he knows his breeds. Thanks for the great job.

I initially started coming here and was very happy however after speaking to the owner whose name is Michelle I believe, this is a terrible terrible place, the owner is very rude, was yelling because I questioned about extra charges that she added, before I left I was told $75 and when I came to pick up my dog they said it was $100, she completely lost her temper on me, started yelling at the top of her lungs and I was so confused. Michelle also stated how she squeezed me in last minute when all did was call to ask when the next available appointment was, also I dropped my dog off at 10:30am and got her back at 2:30pm. She continued to bad mouth me to the rest of the staff, it was so unprofessional and it really just ruined my day, it was almost like she was bullying me and this is all during the holidays. I am never coming back again, the owner is terrible. Also if you step foot into this place youre going to be covered in dust and pet hair its so gross and dirty. I still cant believe how she treated her customer, I am so disturbed by this, please do not go here.

Doggos looked great and smelled great after. They did everything I asked and they said they would do.One of my little guys are super nervous and is a thrasher which I warned them about and they confirmed after and said they needed extra hands to help and then kindly suggested we bring him back in 4 weeks to get him groomed again so he can get more comfortable and accustomed to it. By no means were they pushy with this, I am happy they suggested it and I will be doing that as in general I am working on making that little guy less skittish. My skittish guy was NOT traumatized at all which I am grateful for and leads me to believe they were gentle with him. 😊❤️I am happy with the customer service everyone was friendly and most importantly cared about the animals. I am glad I went with them over Petco!

My dog always looks great after coming here! He never fails to look clean cut and smell great after getting groomed by the staff. Everyone is always super friendly, polite and professional, and I know that I can trust them with my dog.

Luxury pet boutique definitely stand up to it name its a experience for not only the pet but the mom and dads of our four legged babies. You walk in and the boutique smells amazing. Its clean the workers and friendly and inviting and not to mention well informed and inviting. I been taking my Bella there and everytime my Bella has come out look so amazing. Smelling good and looking better. Michelle has made her boutique a experience while i wait it a pleasant experience to sit and see all the goodies and information she has about the different breeds that she equipped to handle. I would recommend and to bring the baby her i trust them that isnt easy to do because of the love we have as caretaker but i leave the boutique feel safe and secure bella is in the right atmosphere. They call when she is ready and if there are any questions they welcome you to call and vice versa. I find in boutique you find rare pieces of clothing you can necessarily find in chain department store well i apply this same experiences in the Luxury Pet Boutique you find products are quality products for your pets. I love it here.

My beautiful 5 month old shih tzu, Maggie, was groomed here and I could not have been more pleased with the results! She was beautifully groomed & the staff here are super friendly & humorous! They make you feel like you’ve known them for a while & they make you feel like your pet will be safe in their care. Love it!

I went here a few times with my dog at first the owner was very rude and I was not going to return but then a young male groomer did my dogs grooming and I decided to keep seeing him but after the first or second visit he wanted to dye my dogs hair and offered free grooming if I let him dye my dog, I said no. After that each time I went my price was different. The following few visits were okay but then he started catching an attitude. I had brought numerous new customers there and non of them were happy with the results of their dogs haircuts nor did I ever receive any benefit for bringing these new customers. Finally my bad day came.. I requested THE USUALNO cutting my dogs facial hair (leave the beard !) dont shave the top of his nose ! I was VERY VERY VERY CLEAR. Spoke to everyone in person and repeated myself multiple times as I normally do during drop off. I like to make sure they understand the instructions clearly each time!! Nevertheless they dont care what you want ...I pick up my dog and his face is shaved! The groomer whom I tip $20 or more each time said - i know what you wanted but I did what I thought was good for the dog.I told him I was upset he would just do that when I was so clear, he did not care or show any sign of remorse.I decided I would never have him cut my dog again. Now I have ptsd from this.So I call a month later for a BATH only and they wont see my dog anymore because now I have stated I dont trust them !Lol the nerve.There is a dog groomer on every corner.If you want attitude and a chop job go here. They will not appreciate or respect your business. Enjoy!Not reliable.Not professional.Not trustworthy.

I called and specifically asked if they can give my Akita poodle a little trim bc his hair was covering his eyes and he can’t see. They said they had time and we made an appointment for 1230 - we walked in and they said they didn’t have time to give him a trim?? Only a bath??? I told them a few times on the phone what breed he is so idk what the confusion was about that. I’ve never in my life had to deal with something like this before. I honestly don’t even see the point of me even making an appointment just for them to say “oh we don’t have time to give him a haircut”. They weren’t accommodating at all- absolute waste of time. Would not recommend this place.

Luxury Pet Spa & Boutique Is JUST THAT. Luxurious... A Pet SPA and a Boutique that carries just about EVERYTHING. Food, Treats, Doggie Apparel, Doggie Products for their upkeep. I mean, I was so shocked the first time I took my pups there. They have been going there for months now and I will not be going anywhere else. They come out looking ready for a dog show and smelling AMAZING. Whatever shampoo they use works so good they don’t ever smell anymore. I just take them for haircuts it seems. Definitely would recommend to anybody that’s looking for a groomer.

This pet spa is just what the title say it is. I took my baby girl Autumn there to be pampered and they did just that. The staff there is absolutely amazing🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 this was the best experience I had with a pet spa. They where so kind and courteous and they took care of my baby which was a plus.. Her cut was so on point and we went out and showed out the rest of the day.. I met with the owner recently to show her my dog and ask pricing. She was so nice and informative! She sat with me for over an hour talking about grooming and a pets diet, as I explained to her an eating issue with my small breed dog. She gave me so much info that my vet never gave! I made an appt for grooming for the next day and im completely satisfied! Her and her staff are the sweetest and its obvious they are animal lovers! I will never go anywhere else ever again! And her prices cant be beat, which makes it even easier to groom often with this tough economy!IzzysMom:)

The owner viciously slapped a late fee of 15.00 which I agreed to pay. My fault. The attitude and negative energy caused my pet dog to have an unhappy and stressful experience. He became aggressive. When i came to pick him up the owner yelled and slapped another fee of 20.00 for him being aggressive with the groomer and stated moving forward I will have to continue paying 20.00 extra. I’ve used this spa for many years. Never encountered this woman before. The owner cursed at me and called the police because I asked for a paper receipt with letterhead. She was extremely rude, nasty, calling me out my name even in front of the police officer. Today 3/20/21

Amazing place, my wife found the place. She always sopke great things. One day was my turn to take him. staff is great and friendly... Love bringing our little guy there plus he actually enjoys going there. Love the little things they give him to take home and amazing referral program... happy she found the place. We use to take him to Petco... Wasnt happy there... This place for the same money you get 100 times better quality and you feel safe bringing your furbaby there!

Avoid this place. I would give a zero rating if possible. My dogs groomer for years from another spa joined this spa, and somehow this spa owner got hold of my number and bombarded me with text messages that Rina is with them now if I want to bring my dog. Though I was not impressed with their place and people, I went there a couple of times. I did not meet the owner till today - if I did on day one itself, I would not have tried them even the two times. She was so rude and disrespectful. Now what I see is I do not see / cant talk to my groomer. I am not even sure if she was the one actually grooming my dog. I give Rina instructions every time. Todays grooming is so bad. It appear to be done in a hurry. Pretty bad job. I should have known the ethics of this place, given they were trying to steal me as a customer from the other spa. The only reason I even tried them is because of my dogs groomer, Rina, for last three years. If you cant let me talk to her or use her services, why would I come to you? Why were you even bombarding me with text messages trying to get me as a customer. You need to have some ethics.I suggest for anyone to go to this place only if you have appetite for unprofessionalism and rudeness, and if you are willing any groomer to work on your dog and accept the lousy job they do on your dog.

My Peppa is a 1 year old yorkie that got pregnant on this groomers watch . My Peppa is a house dog that is never around other animals . I went to the store to let the owner know and she hasn’t been cooperating . I gave the owner enough time for her to look in to her camaras the way she asked me but still no responsed From the owner . I been sending many emails all I asked to reimbursed my vet cost .

I felt so violated after bringing my dog here. After my dog was ready I asked to see my dog. This is not the first time I’ve had my dog groomed. Usually they allow me to see my dog and then payment is made. The owner demanded payment before I even saw my dog. I should’ve called the police but I paid and I left. I will never come here again.

The place claimed my friend denied payment but he didnt. Owner was not friendly, at least in replying for complains where my friend listed what happened item by item. The pet that got service just had surgery a few months ago and neck part should be handled with care. Even if there maybe misunderstanding, owner should have communicated better with customer.

Business owner Michelle , disgusting with her mouth and how she treats customers . My cockapoo has been going there for years, Never once had an issue , hes dormed there for a time and always loved it there . Until yesterday, when they decided to charge me extra because he kept peeing . Now we all know animals will be animals and sometimes we can not control their behavior , however it was not the what they wanted to charge me it was how they approached me on it . Could not believe my ears, yelling at me, to get me to understand. Then when the owner comes out to handle the situation she was actually bashing me and getting ready for a full blown fight, calling me fat and cursing. Anyone with common sense , could see that this is not how you treat a customer who just asks a question as to why she is being charged when they are CONSTANTLY spending their hard earned money at this business . So i suggest Michelle rethink how she will aproach the next customer on this topic , because she might get one that wont take it so lighlty.

Took my small dog to this boutique for a grooming and when he was picked up he had an open wound on his face. In my opinion, the manager was not helpful but no one is claiming responsibility at luxury pet spa....Beware out there..In my opinion it is better to be on the safe side and go to a large chain which is what I did before and dont know why I didnt do it this time, their prices are comparable to the big chains like petsmart so why not pay for the peace of mind for a major co. who wont give you the run around.....lesson learned, never deal with them again..

I had been struggling to find a grooming spot for my dog for some time. He has a little bit of separation anxiety & doesn’t do so well with males. The very first time I took him to Michelle and team, I saw that he instantly felt safe and comfortable. It’s been sometime now and I’ve moved & I still only take him back to her when I visit. Michelle always makes sure to find time for us in her schedule. It’s hard to come by groomers that treat your pets as their own and give you optimal service at the same time. Been coming here for a while for a quick bath and nail trim. Front desk girl, Charlie was really accommodating. I was running late but was still treated with exceptional customer service!

They charged me way too much for a small cat to be washed and haircut and nail trim I was thinking it was going to be around $60 but was shocked to pay 110$ I will not be going there again 😳😂😔😭😽🤬🤯🤑💩😈🙀😿😾 and she was not trimmed enough under her belly I would like half of the money back because it was half way done

The experience was nothing short of amazing. I was a little nervous because my mini poodle is a little feisty and wouldn’t allow anyone to groom him without putting up a fight. They gave me a few pointers on how to ease his anxiety and it worked because he was receptive to being washed, cut and having his nails cut. I’m not sure if the amazing Groomer is just The Dog Whisperer but she got the job done and he looks absolutely amazing. I will totally be coming back they now have a loyal customer. I highly recommend this business!!!!!

I am rating my experience as horrible. I would give negative stars if I could. My dog was at your salon for 6 1/2 hours. She is 4 lbs-tiny! After not hearing from you for 5 hours I tried calling but no one answered. I was very concerned. After 6 hours I received a text my dog would be ready in 15 minutes.I came to get her & was left waiting for 25 minutes with no explanation while you, Michele,the owner along with 2 other staff members (one the receptionist-Dana) worked on other dogs, leaving my dog in a crate. Dana finally took her out and was struggling to put on her harness and adjust a bow on her head. She had to go into the back for assistance, so now 2 people were unable to get her finishedMichele, you, the owner had to also help them. 3 people to fix a bow !! I finally get my dog, Dana tells me - were working on getting her face to look like you want! Well, for the second time coming here, I did not not get what I asked for. And her face and ears looks like you chopped it up, with one side looking untouched, uneven and pieces of hair hanging in her eyes. Her private areas were also untouched and parts of her underbelly left long.. Oh and the bow, falling out and crooked-.she looks like an inexperienced, unprofessional groomer worked on her, leaving me to question the authenticity of this establishment. I feel Michele is very distracted and not giving her undivided attention to her work! I will never be returning and would never recommend you to anyone!! Its a shame considering the price we pay for this grooming service. Very unprofessional salon.

When we think of luxury we think of the best hotels we think of the best cars the most fashionable clothing when I think of a grooming salon I can only think of luxury pet spa. My experiences with luxury pet spa has always left me wanting for more, in the sense that I know that my pet is coming out with a phenomenal haircut and has been treated with kindness who doesn’t want that there really is no other salon in the area with an owner and a groomer as skilled as Michelle Brice. She is a truly talented Groomer and she cares about her space the shop is clean and up to date if I can say anything to you today you need to check out luxury pet spa!

The people there really care about the pets. People always stop and say how beautiful the dog looks. My dog loves to go there because he is treated with love. I have never had any problems or issues. i would recommend this place to everyone!

I just love this pet spa. I took my pup there and the service was remarkable. Mrs. Michelle is so sweet and very caring and gentle with the service she gives for animals and that’s a plus for me. I will be back everyone there is A one I wish I could give them 10 stars

I love this place and trust i have been to alot. Michelle and staff are very accommodating which i appreciate. I am super anal about my peaches and they have never disappointed. My first born is always so clean and good smelling. Best groomer i have ever been to.
