Brenda is amazing at what she does. She always so patient with my Rosalina & her grooming is top notch. Always a pleasure going to this store. All employees are kind and welcoming.

2nd time going, pretty happy with my dogs grooming experience. Brittany and Heidi do a great job with my big baby. He always comes out so fluffy, soft, clean, and smells so good ❤️

My four year old lab’s groomer, Vanessa was amazing. She was super attentive to my dog and kept her by her side with no cage as she is a very nervous dog. She gave her such personalized attention and calmed her from the minute she came in until she went home.

I took my dog here and they had so many dogs they preferred to say that my dog wasn’t cooperating and that they weren’t able to cut his hair. I don’t even think they showered him because his fur was stiff. Only thing they did was cut his nails. When I paid for a full service wash and cut. I would never bring my dog back here

As always, Brittany is amazing. Shes wonderful with our lab/pit mix Switch, who hates taking baths. But he always loves his trip to get his spa treatment. He loves Brittany and the other groomers.

Most horrendous cut ever!!! Cones home with knotted ears... uneven cuts and a gash behind her ear which def hurt!!! Brenda should find another professional!!! She knew she hurt my pup!!! Never going there again!! Read the yelp reviews on all the complaints of injuries in grooming!!

I’ve been taking my dog there for about three years now. Brenda L. is wonderful and I trust her with my best friend (Leo). She’s so kind and patient with him. I’d definitely recommend her.

Excellent job on nail clipping on my puppy!

Penny looked absolutely beautiful when we picked her up. We were absolutely satisfied with the grooming. We have had Penny groomed here before and we will keep coming back. The groomer was very good and very pleasant too.

My pup always comes home smelling amazing. Brittany and Vanessa are the best. Very patient with my golden and they make sure to take care of him.

Ive scheduled a grooming service with specific groomer yesterday on 6/1. When I got there, I was told the groomer is not available and the service will be done by different groomer. I have not been notified ahead of time. The worst part is that my dog looks horrible after the service. I think I can do a much better job myself. I would say this is one of the worst grooming my dog ever had so far.

Helene was super accommodating, always professional and did a great job with Winston. She takes good care of him, and remembers all his idiosyncrasies. We love Helene!!!!

Brenda was warm and welcoming to Poppy on her first spa experience. Grooming a puppy cannot be easy and Brenda was very patient with my pup.

They took good care of my dog, being it was her first time. Also made me very comfortable leaving her in their care.

This was the first hair cut for my puppy. Ther had been complications due to him having to have a cone of shame... which made it impossible to comb his neck and chest for the two weeks.
