A Happy Tail Pet Spa

We have been looking for a groomer that truly loves animals and could properly groom our chihuahuas and have patience with them. Happy Tails and Tracy have us as permanent customers for our 3 babies.. we trust them without any doubt at with our babies, they looked so amazing, and so cute with the bows for the girls and tie for our handsome boy. From the bottoms of our hearts thank you so much for everything. They are still running around chasing the Kong Balls you sent home lol they love them. Talk and see you soon.

Tracy at A Happy Tail expertly grooms our bichon/poodle mix named Bryce every 6 weeks. She does a beautiful job maintaining his often matted coat and gives him her loving attention at the same time. We are very pleased with the care and attention Bryce has received from Tracy since her shop opened.

Best groomer by far!!! The service provider worked carefully and lovingly with my poodle. Even taught both him and I to trust a groomer again.

Wow!! They do such a great job. I have a malamute whose undercoat was way overdue to come out and they took such good care of her! She looks and feels like a brand new dog. They also groomed my mutt and did an amazing job. I would recommend to anyone in the area. Prices were very reasonable as well!!

Absolutely the only place I will take our shy rescue pup! This was her first grooming ever and she loved it! Extra time and care was taken to make our girl comfortable and ease her anxiety and I couldn’t be more thankful. Her coat looks beautiful and her nails were trimmed and filed to perfection! I can’t thank the team at Happy Tail enough and we will be back again and again!

I’ve been to lots of groomers and the girls over at A Happy Tail are hands down the best I’ve ever been to. My dogs were groomed to perfection and left so happy. Tracy was kind and very upfront with cost and everything. 10/10 will bring my dogs back!

These are the most compassionate groomers I’ve ever met. We recently adopted a dog who was in need of some TLC and grooming. A Happy Tail Pet Spa were quick to get our dog in for an appointment and took such great care of her. She was so timid and scared before being groomed and since, our dog has seemed more comfortable in a new home with us. We won’t go anywhere else! Thank you for your amazing work and care.

Tracy and her staff are excellent with my fur babies. She spends lots of time helping me b a good fur mama and a look ways knows what to recommend for my pets. She even tells me if she feels they need to see the vet for an ailment. My dogs love her and get excited to go see her for their pampering. I would highly recommend her for all your pet needs. I have been going to Tracey for at least 3 years now. :) :)

The groomers were happy and excited and just plain wonderful. They allow our fur babies to socialize with each other, which is unbelievably helpful for puppies that dont get out much. The only downfall is the cost. I did have some much needed add on services like nail filing and for two dogs and the cost was just a tad higher than expected. But my fur babes were happy, smelled and looked wonderful, and very much enjoyed their experience so I cant complain too much. It was mostly worth it.

Our Dog Groomer though she was amazing at what she did moved on to other ventures. She recommended A Happy Tail Pet Spa to us. FINN ( Our Soft Coat Wheaton Terrier ) had his first appointment today. I was nervous because he can sometimes be moody with other dogs. Tracey was amazing with Finn. He looked amazing and happy when I pick him up. The girls at Happy Tail are wonderful. They take great care of your pets and treat them as if they were their own. I have three large dogs, two of which do not like having their nails trimmed. Julie is very patient and makes sure your pets are comfortable. My dogs have never looked or smelled better!!

What an amazing professional dog groomer. So sweet and calm we had no problems leaving our puppy for his first grooming. He was safe and sound and so relaxed! Much better than any job we could ever do. A+ customer service.

If you’re looking for a “perfect” groom for your pup take him/her to Happy Tail Pet Spa! I have a yorkie-poo and I am very particular about the way I like him groomed. Happy Tail never fails to amaze me with their attention to detail and the end results with Kai’s hair. His paws and face are always shaped to my liking, his nails are always perfectly cut/filed, and I have never had to correct or ask them to change/fix something after a groom. Watertown doesn’t offer many spas for pups, not with the service and care Happy Tail provides. I would get on the waitlist for this one! You won’t regret it. Very affordable, clean, the staff is always polite and helpful and best of all their communication has yet to disappoint! They truly go above and beyond.

Great Service! Took my newly adopted young cat. They bathed him, cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails and even cleaned his kennel carrier. He looked and smelled Wonderful! Very pleased will definitely come back!

Our westie Oliver looks and smells great and seems to be happy when he’s at Happy Tail! We took him to another groomer last time and he didn’t have a good experience and got cut by a razor accidentally, so I was worried he was going to be extra anxious this time. But the ladies here managed to keep him calm and happy and said he did great! I don’t think I’ll be experimenting with other places again 😁

So my little morkie is not a friendly dog to people he doesnt know. I was made to feel very comfortable leaving him in a new environment. I received a text telling me he was doing great which was very comforting . He looked great when I picked him up with an adorable tie around his neck that he later chewed when he got the chance.. My previous groomer was moving and I was in a panic I would not find a new groomer. He still has not had a bath after 2 weeks he was so clean. I would highly recommend A Happy Tail Pet Spa.

They do an amazing job each and every time. My Goldendoodle’s hair mats very easy yet she is always so soft and beautiful when they are done. Would not take her anywhere else

I love taking my Max there! They are very good and patient with the dogs. Max is a German Shepherd long haired so he takes more time . He always looks so good when we leave! I would recommend them to everyone!

Unbelievably great. We had PETCO every few months and it was hard to tell if they made any deshedding difference. We thought it was just the dog. Happy Tails de-shedded our lab and it lasted for over a month in the summer. Oh have no idea how they did such impressive work but this is 100% where you need to go. Incredible job!!

Tracy is amazing. She takes great care of my dogs when they go in, whether it is for a full haircut and groom, or just a nail trim. 100% recommend.

Outstanding service. The employees were incredible and put my dog right at ease and my dog had never been to a groomers before. Definitely going to use their services again!!

They are always awesome with my dog. When she got sprayed by a skunk they still took care of me even though I didnt have an appointment. My dog is always so excited to see them when she gets there.

I was very worried at first cause it was my dogs first time being groomed. I am very happy with the results and he is also very happy 😊 10/10 would recommend

For Missi, this is a no anxiety day at the spa. She has her hair washed and styled, nails trimmed, teeth brushed. She plays with other girls there for their appointments. When she is done, she wants to make an appt for a return session. She is really glad to get there and cant wait to come back. Its really a personal experience between Missi and Tracy.

I have had my large fluffy dog groomed twice. They did a great job. She smelled good, looked great and they were very timely.

I started going back and I was happy with the service until today the ladies was great with both of my dogs but once I looked at my receipt at first I thought their prices went up then I realized that swiping my card on their square charges a fee so for now on Im bringing CHASH 😅 🙃 🙂

Self serve dog wash is great. However I have called the number for the groomer there and have left messages and have text and never get any response back. Must be they dont need more business.

I moved away from the area so I had to drove 75 miles to bring my baby to happy tail pet spa but wont bring him to anyone else , they are very friendly and treat my corgie with the care of a baby , I would recommend to anyone

We have been to a few different groomers locally and this one is by far the best. Our dog, an Akita, has a very thick coat and Ive never seen him so fluffy and clean! Prices are great and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Communication was fast and convenient through text. Definitely now our permanent groomer!

Tracy is the absolute best! We have 2 dogs, a lab and a mutt that we got as a rescue. I took the rescue in to her and explained that we didn’t know her background so I wasn’t sure how’d she react. Tracy called me when she was done to pick her up and she was able to give her a complete groom and the dog was happy and relaxed when I picked her up! We had an Aussie mix and Tracy was the only person that could groom him. She takes care of her clients like they are her own!
