My girl is big and she was excited to be there her first time!! I will set up autos to take her every time! Her nails are great and she actually smells good! She loves the homemade treats and to any customer complaining about cash only you do know a LOT of places are doing this to keep your costs down!! CC fees are ridiculous!! These people care about your animals and our wallets! Very friendly, reasonable prices and GREAT service! We will be back!

I have 5 dogs. They are all taken care of at Jessie’s! Have been going there for years. The customer service is the best around! But most importantly my animals are treated like royalty! The level of care that my dogs receive while there has far surpassed all of my expectations! One of my dogs is very reactive due to coming to me later in life and not being socialized at all. The staff helped me help her in so many ways. She throughly enjoys going to see the people at Jessie’s now. I highly recommend to everyone. I also breed and refer all of my puppy’s customers there way! Have not had one single customer of mine be disappointed in anyway! I will remain a loyal customer for as long as I am here and have my fur babies. Thanks for all you do! It’s so appreciated.

Phenomenal staff - reasonable pricing....even with a dog that is a little skiddish with going to the groomer - they have always been so great with him! Definitely recommend!

Jessie is always so amazing with my dogs. Not only does she do an amazing job grooming my dogs but she truly cares for the dogs heath and well being. An honest review:Privately owned business and ready to take care of your dogs. They only accept cash and there’s an ATM for your convenience. The shop smells good, has lots of treats, and the staff does their best. Although I rated this a 3/5 I wouldn’t discourage you from taking your dogs the staff and the owner are genuine. I believe I was the one bad experience in a thousandThe reason why I am rating the shop 3/5 is because they cut the nails on both my dogs too low causing them to whimper and bleed.Additionally, they did not properly manually express my dogs glands. I had to take my dog to a different groomer (only because I’m not local) to express his glands.Ive read your previous post when people do not give you a 5 star rating. Please be professional and accept constructive criticism.

Jessies Pet Spa is a dependable grooming service that is local to Watertown and its surrounding areas. She and her groomers have taken good care of the dogs in my family for years, and she has tons of options for styling your pets. Jessie has a deep love for animals, and that is apparent the moment you step through the doors of her business. I cant recommend a better place for your pet to be pampered.

I was quite nervous taking my bloodhound to be groomed professionally. She is 4 and has never been to a professional groomer before. She can be dog reactive and nervous, so I was fearful of her not doing well and being difficult to handle. This is why she has never gone to a groomer before.I decided to give a professional groomer a chance and called this place. I am very pleased! The shop was clean and organized. The groomers saw my dog was nervous and were petting her and giving her reassurance as we walked out and I LOVED that.They had cute treats that we bought for our dog and she smells, feels, and looks great! She even got a cute bow. I asked the lady at the counter if she did well and she told me the things my dog didnt like and what they did to help her.I really appreciated it and we will definitely recommend these guys and we will be back once more before we leave the area in December. I wish I would have given this place a chance sooner! Thank you guys SO much!

Jessies Pet Spa is THE PLACE to get your pets grooming done at. When you pull up to the grooming salon you will see cash or check only, but when you walk inside you will see that there is an ATM to the right so you dont need to run to a bank before you come here.Not only is this a grooming salon, but there is a plethora of pet products! Some weirdo with a vendetta is saying this is a cannabis store, please find a new hobby. CBD for pets is beneficial for them and not the ONLY product sold.I have been bringing my puppy in to Jessies Pet Spa since July of 2023. Bobbi has been doing his grooming and every time he comes out sparkling clean and with the freshest cut!

I love this place, great service, fast and well done work , they care. For my medium sized dog is about 70 . Cash only. They take about 45 mins so fast but not to fast. I love it

A+ service. Friendly Staff. Walking in was a huge shock because your walking into a pet bakery/grooming salon...and its CLEAN. Even while the staff are grooming animals the area smelt amazing! My dog looked the best he had ever been groomed and he is an 11 year old cocker spaniel so we have been to plenty of groomers. The price was fair and is comparable to your big named businesses. The hour drive is WELL WORTH IT and the care was done within an hour. I have never gotten my dog back in less then 4 hours anywhere else.

Amazing staff. Definitely takes care of your pups here! My dog LOVES going! I can tell Jessie cares alot about her dogs as well as EVERY dog she grooms. weve been going to her exclusively since 2016. she always makes my Aussie look great even during muddy season.

I love taking my golden to Jessies Pet Spa! Jessie and her staff do an incredible job. My pup always looks AND smells incredible when I pick her up. The staffs interaction with my golden has always been friendly. I feel comfortable knowing that my dog is good, welcoming, professional hands.

Jessie and the staff at Jessies Pet Spa are top notch! Over the past few years we have taken 3 dogs with our most current love being a mini golden doodle. Jessie is by far the best groomer in the area and we look forward to every time that we get to interact with her. Ive been going to Jessie for over 8 years now and let me tell you, shes absolutely amazing!!! Not only is she a talented groomer, who has a passion for working with animals, she also has a very clean, fresh smelling shop. Jessie takes pride in her business and always goes above and beyond for her customers. She has helped me so many times over the years with pet related issues. Most recently, she alerted me to an abnormal growth she found while grooming our 13 year old dog, Otis. I immediately took him to the vet, but was sadly informed that he has a cancerous tumor. Im beyond thankful to Jessie for being so observant and caring so much about the animals she works with. If it werent for her being so thorough, we might not have been able to get him the early treatment he needed. Btw...all the ladies in the shop are amazing and do great work! Thank you all!

By far the best groomer there is! My brother takes his dog here to get her nails trimmed, and they do an amazing job! So speedy, just $10! I absolutely reccomend Jessies pet spa.

Bobbi did the best job on our elderly long-haired maine coone mix that isn’t a fan of being groomed (or grooming) and had become a matted mess seemingly overnight. Will definitely be back! Thank you very much!

I have a high drive German Shepherd (meaning a working dog that isnt the easiest to control) and took him to Jessies to be groomed. He came home and is still soft and his fur is so clean. He is known to be a bit itchy but coming back from jessies and he hasnt itched at all. I will be going back and I just love how close she is to post. Shes very easy to find and best of all my boy was done in 30 minutes. He isnt one to like getting dried or have his ears cleaned and she didnt really have much problems with him. :) I highly recommend Jessies Pet Spa to anyone and I wish I had found her sooner!

We had just picked up a kitten and noticed fleas. Called around and a few vets recommended Jessies...Took BiJuu, half hour later she was flea free and nails clipped.Still havent found a flea on her!This place and the staff are perfect and so nice :)

I absolutely love how the ladies at Jessie’s pet spa welcomed me and my 14 week old puppy into the shop for his first professional groom done on him . Wishing I could transplant this business to our town in Virginia! Jessie’s love for animals is evident, and her low stress environment allows pets to be groomed, and then relax afterwards. I had a high energy/feisty Yorkie when she first groomed for us, and he was a handful. He, and then our Brodie and Cinni always came out of there feeling like a million bucks.

I have been taking my fur babies to Jesse before she was Jessies Pet Spa. Jesse loves our fur babies like they are her own. Of course she would only employee people who are of the same caliber. I cannot say enough great things about Jesses Pet Spa! You wont be disappointed!

When we were there Jessies was the best, they even let our bad pup stay and play after we lost my husband. They are awesome when it comes to pet grooming. Jessie wish you were coming to Texas too!

The staff were very friendly and professional. We have a shih tzu puppy and took him here for his first cut. We were not sure what we wanted but the staff was patient and made some great suggestions. We could not have been happier with the results. This will definitely be our regular spot for our dog.

RUDE staff members. I hoped to find a place I could trust with my family members, saw the high reviews for this place, and thought I should be ok. I hope my pets weren’t treated with the same demeanor I encountered from one of the staff who was grooming. I prefer to review places to praise or give credit when credit is due. However, I thought this was important to share. Be careful with your animals.

It may be great for dogs, but questionable for cats. Had a cat that needed grooming as hair was out of control. Dogs roam free in grooming area and she is terrified by them. So, depends on your animals disposition.5/6/21. Read owner reply and apologize for upsetting. Rating was difficult but could not post without making one. Tried to explain reason but apparently owner only concerned with stars. The majority of cats have an innate fear of dogs, but many do not. That is all I tried to convey if owner had read carefully, her anger caused a poorly written response.

Was going to try this groomer, based on reviews and wanting to spend money locally, however, will not be utilizing them for the simple fact of bad business practices!If you make an appointment, be prepared to book at least 1 month out (no problem, which is what we did)... the issue I have is that they DO NOT provide a courtesy appointment reminder call prior to appointment date unless you have asked them to, according to person who answered the phone today. Their reason stated is because “they are too busy, they have 100’s of clients “ ... I totally agree it’s my responsibility to remember the appointment. I did put it in my phones calendar, but unfortunately it did not remind as I had set it up to... BUT in my opinion, the business could have provided a routine courtesy reminder for their businesses sake, as well as mine, a “valued” customer. I received no such call because I was unaware I needed to request a reminder call.They apparently are NOT too busy when it comes to charging a $60 no show fee for missing the appointment today!!! AND still made NO attempt to reconcile the appointment. That’s an example of poor customer service!YES, that’s how I was reminded of my dogs grooming appointment today, the text message notification that I had just been charged for missing the appointment!I get it, I agreed to the charge if i no showed, which is why they had my account info!!! But believe me I never intended to miss the appointment and the response I was given when I called, confirmed that I will not be using their services in the future.Again, my issue is your bad business practice of having immediate time available to charge me a no show fee! BUT you have NO time to provide a friendly appointment reminder call !?!?Wish this didn’t happen, guess we will continue to take our dogs to PETCO! Never missed an appointment there, probably because they have basic systems in place to retain customers!

I will not be taking my 9 month old German Shepard back! When I called over the phone I was under the impression that my bill would be $30-45. Upon arrival I asked if they could trim his nails and was told that was apart of the bath. When I went to pick him up he had some anxiety and instead of keeping him in a kennel he was left out in a room by himself. He ended up tearing off the tags on his collar trying to take off the bandana. I was also told that next time I would have to be there immediately when he was done. I was charged $55 for the bath and sheading treatment PLUS another $15 for his nails to be trimmed. I also had a friend call that same day to see how much all of this would cost for the same breed, size, and age dog and she was told $45. If it is your dogs first time going to a groomer I suggest going elsewhere.

We have been taking our dogs to Jessie for 10 years, she grooms our 10 yr old Yorkie, 8 and 7 yr old German Shepherds. They r family and I dont trust anyone else to care for them like family except all the girls at Jessies!

The entire team is so friendly, professional and their service is impeccable. The costs for great service is extremely reasonable. This was my first visit but I am definitely now a customer for life. Thank you Jesse and ladies!

We have had the pleasure of doing business with them for 15 yrs (15 yr old Yorkie, 12 and 10 yr old German Shepherds) not only do they do a great job grooming and bathing they treat them like their own! I wouldnt trust leaving my furbabies anywhere else! A+A+A+

Very rare to find a groomer who will groom cats. The groomer did an Amazing job on our difficult kitty and simply said he got a little grumpy 😂 Love it. Definitely recommend!

I took my dogs, a Schnauzer who is very anxious and a Shih Tzu, to the spa and they did an amazing job. My Schnauzer really needed their magic and against all odds, they were able to groom him.

Moved to Carthage and had to find a new groomer. I was very happy with the cut my boy got. It was just what I ask for. I highly recommend. 2nd visit update, still very happy!

Jessies pet spa staff did a wonderful job grooming my pup and were so caring and affectionate. They cut his nails and now it doesnt hurt when he jumps up. I would highly recommend bringing your dog here. They only accept cash or check, but there is an ATM.

Amazing service! They did a great job with the haircut of our maltipoo. We also have a German Shepherd which weve taken to various groomers before and have paid the extra money for the furminator treatment and she still sheds like crazy. Not this time. Jessies Pet Spa did such an amazing job that I can say this was the first time my German Shepherd did not come home still shedding hair everywhere! They take their time and do a very good job.
