Petco Grooming

My girl, Padme was groomed by Ashley today! She literally looks so good I could cry! Padme is super anxious and serves top notch dramatics and they were able to take care of her heavily overgrown coat! Thank you so much, Ashley and the team at Petco grooming! :)

I was booked with Morgan. She got me in super last minute and I was having car problems and they gave me recommendations on where to go and asked how everything went. She did such a good job with my little dog goofy. Just overall a great experience. I will book with her again!!

My goldendoodle enjoys going here and the staff is really friendly. I think the price for a just a wash is a bit much but for now it will do.

Cheyenne did a great job on my lhasa apso. He had very uneven fur and a knot behind his ear but she evened out his fur really well and cleaned up all his sanitary areas. His nails look really good and I think she did a fantastic job I just wish his face was trimmed a little more. Took about 3 hours. Im only taking stars off because when I booked online I got a price of $54+ $4.99 materials fee for a bath & haircut but when I got my final receipt after the grooming was done I got charged another $10 for scissoring & brush out which I thought was included in the literal title of bath & haircut for $54 so that was very misleading. In total I paid $74(excluding tip). I dont know if Id come here again because of the hidden extra fees they charged me. They should really be more upfront about their prices.

I started taking my puppy here about a year ago when we first got him at 4 months old. I took him here about once a month every month to get him comfortable with specific groomers and with the whole process in general. He is an English bulldog so most times it was all about his nails and the occasional bath. Over an eight month period, I took him there and was never informed about any behavioral issues they had with him until I came to pick him up early one day and watched him hurting himself by jerking around on the table. They were never able to get his nails to a good length and I saw why that day, he was fully rolling on the table and yanking his head against the collar/leash restraints on the table. It was only then that I was informed that he had issues with grooming. Since then I’ve had to work with him at home and get him comfortable with grooming because he was genuinely traumatized from his experience here. I haven’t taken him here since and any behavioral issues they had experienced I have not experienced myself. We recently took him to a different grooming place and they had absolutely no issues with him whatsoever which leads me to believe that Petco was really the problem here. I don’t recommend choosing Petco to care for your pets.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Cheyanne! This was Blu’s first time being groomed. She helped me access a coupon as well as described each service for me. We got a report card at the end of his visit and even took a trip to the treat bar inside Petco. 10/10 — we will be back 🐶

Went here today for the first time, I’ve been going to pet supplies plus but decided to take my dog somewhere else, Ashley did an amazing job went in there really not knowing what I wanted, she did her magic and my pups haircut turned out so cute! She was sweet and took her time. Nubi and I will be coming back!!

Our dog and pup have never looked and smelled so much better! Luna Bear is only over a year and Peaches is 5 years old. I definitely would recommend these guys, they are very nice and great with animals!❤😊

Alex did amazing handling our anxious puppys first grooming experience. He gave great advice on what should and shouldnt be done for a first time groom and it turned out for the best. More affordable than we anticipated for our long haired dog as well.

We just moved to the area a short time ago as we are a Military family. I was a little nervous to drop my pup Bailey off as this was my first time bringing any dog to a groomer and this was her first time as well. When we arrived Jen came right out to greet us and started peeing Bailey to calm her and say hello. Jen showed me some photos of spaniel haircuts to pick from which was nice.It took a bit to groom her because she was so nervous. I am glad she took her time and went with how she was feeling. When I came to pick B up she looked so cute! I love this style on her! Jen did fantastic!

Went in for a grooming with a specific groomer (Ashley) and she did fantastic.

This was our first time using Petco grooming, we came here for a specific groomer and it wasnt great. We booked for a bath & cut and our groomer added stuff we didnt ask for such as buffer/teeth brush/etc.. Our dog wasnt ready for another 30 mins past pick up time and he still looked rushed. His feet werent trimmed well, his hair looked choppy in the back. Some of his nails were cut too close to the quick and that worried me most. Too pricey for the outcome.

My Teacup Yorkie has been going to Petco for grooming since she was 6 months old (now 1 1/2 years). They are always friendly and careful with her. BowBow is a little spitfire that never stops moving and they work with her to get her looking all pretty again. I appreciate the Petco grooming team so much!

My dog is very nervous and hates baths. The groomers are so kind and loving to him. It make me feel better leaving him their care. Plus he always looks so handsome when i pick him up.

My pet groomer is Jen and I just love her and so does Koda ! She treats my dog great and always listens. I would highly recommend her !

Took my big ol’ boy Boomer who is a 110ish pound year 18month old cane corso to be groomed since I lack the confidence to do his nails myself still. And he must have had a great time because he never gets into the vehicle himself but he did after his appointment with Kelsi….. he looks great, smells a ton better it was like having a new car freshener on the 30min drive home and his nails including those pesky dewclaws are all trimmed and filed perfectly!!! As long as Kelsi works there Boomer and I will keep on coming back. And Kelsi sorry if he was to loving with his infamous slobbery kisses I did warn you he was a big teddy bear

This is the best experience Ive had with a groomer for my dog.The cleanliness of the facility was excellent, especially when compared to others.

So far, the groomers have been great to work with and take very good care of our elderly lab. Go team!

Took my Alaskan Malamute over to get groomed. Never had an issue until his normal groomer had quit to seek better opportunities in life. After 6 months no issues we took him over again and tried a new groomer. They placed a Brand New groomer named Ashley to take care of him. After an hour I received a phone call that my Service Trained dog is very aggressive to other dogs and people. I rushed over to get him since I knew the claims were not valid. When I got him he was completely soaked and Cheyenne had a very unprofessional attitude to me regarding him. Best part is when I checked him in at the start Cheyenne waited 10 minutes then came over saying words to the effect of Since people cant check in the dogs they are supposed to I guess I will have too. No one likes working here or doing their job. So the lack of professionalism and no tact to speaking customers is horrid. LASTLY, when I picked up my Alaskan Malamute, he was COMPLETELY soaked they didnt dry him and it was -6 degrees out. I had to rush him to the car and when I got him in the vehicle his fur became frozen. This place is very unprofessional and made my dog be put in an emergency vet due to illness. Would not recommend, and dont take your fur babies here.
