I’ve been sending my puppy to The Little Dog Lounge for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly friendly and I can see how they love working with dogs. They provide great supervision, and I appreciate the updates they give me at the end of the day. The facility is always clean, and the dogs are grouped by size and temperament, which makes me feel confident about my dog’s safety. My dog comes home happy and tired, which tells me he had a fun and active day! I highly recommend The Little Dog Lounge for any dog parent looking for a reliable and fun daycare option.

I absolutely love The Little Dog Lounge. My dog has the best time there and she is very well taken care of. I have an elder dog and they’re so patient with her that I feel confident leaving her there while I go to work and my dog comes home so happy and almost with a more younger vibration and energy - I highly recommend

New and now forever client! Maree and her team were so kind and patient with their new client. Gus is almost 13 so switching to a new groomer was stressful for both him and myself. But they were so gentle and his haircut is adorable. Bath, haircut, and nail trim are more than affordable at this doggy salon that really goes above and beyond to give our little guy the attention and care he needs. Booked his next appt before we left! Thanks ladies!

Maree and Ann took incredible care of our two babies. They were well loved and did extremely well being boarded there. It truly is a special place with people who.love what they do! They sent us pics and videos during their stay to calm us. I will use them exclusively from now on.

I love the little do lounge, my little nephew Enzo goes there and he loves it. He is always happy to go there and exhausted on the way home :-). They have the best groomers and their staff is friendly and professional !!! The lounge is beautifully decorated and very stylish - looks more like an upscale country club!!! The owner Maree is fabulous and very knowledgeable!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

This place is so bad that I cant understand why anyone would leave their dog there. My poor dog got progressively worse each day I picked her up from that place. They did not act like they even like dogs. After a few days of going there, she started hiding in the morning and had to be dragged or carried in. Thinking she would adjust, I carried her in and was ordered to put her down! and Now, leave! Then they dragged her away.When I picked her up, she would sit in the car shaking, and when we got home, she would not leave my side and had to be in my lap every second. She has been in other daycare settings, and had not responded that way, and she has since been going to a daycare where she cant wait to get in the door and clearly loves and is loved by the people who care for her there.She comes home exhausted from playing all day, but she was never tired when returning from the Little Dog Lounge. I really think they kept her most of the day in a crate. And thats another red flag: WHEN I ASKED TO SEE WHERE THEY KEPT THE DOGS, I WAS TOLD THEY NEVER LET ANYONE SEE THE AREA THEY KEEP THE DOGS IN, AND NO VIDEOS OR EVEN TEXTS WERE EVER SENT OR AVAILABLE FROM THEM. Every other daycare I visited wanted to show me the area the dogs stayed in. This place is not a good place for dogs. I had paid in advance and did not get a refund but did not think it too much of a loss to keep her out of that place.

There used to be a lovely woman who worked here and our interactions made me feel I was leaving me dog in a good place. There were a couple other workers who didnt seem like the liked dogs at all, but my primary interaction was with the one very nice woman. Our oldest child died of cancer last year, and she was very flexible with us helping us to get boarding when we needed it during a time when my daughter was being treated in NYC, and I still do have a lot of appreciation for her flexibilty. We had random friends and neighbors dropping off our dog and picking her up during the hospice days and the week after my daughters funeral, and the business was good with that. If the woman I had the positive interactions with is the owner, she was great, and needs to take control of her business again.My dog never liked going to this place, but we have not boarded her anywhere else so it could be that she doesnt like us leaving her.All that being said, I called a few weeks ago to schedule a few days of boarding for my dog so we could go out of town. The person I spoke to said we needed to do another trial as it has been a while (it has been just over a year since my daughter passed/ we last boarded), and there would be no charge. I was fine with that and called a few days ago and arranged to do the trial today. My husband brought our dog mid morning (10ish) and I picked her up just before 4:00. When I arrived, I was informed immediately, and rudely, that they made a mistake and they would have to charge me. I was at first pretty measured in response and I explained that I was told there would be no charge, told a trial was necessary and that it was a big inconvenience for us to bring our dog there and pick her up. I didnt say what I was thinking, that it is absolutly bizarre and unacceptable to tell a customer one thing and then change after the fact. It is very bizarre to put any of the burden of that on the customer. The attitude back was of impatience and like I should have known better and I was told our dog didnt need a trial after all. She ultimately waved the fee and apologized, but it was an apology that sounded more like, f-u (we all have those relatives that say sorry but the tone of voice and attitude in no way means sorry). There was more back and forth than I would have liked (me telling her that she was incredibly rude). The entire conversation was like talking to a haughty 14 year old with a bad attitude, insisting she was apologizing while her attitude and other statements were contrary to an apology. The best she could do at one point is to justify herself was we left our dog too long, that daycare is only four hours. I let her know no one informed us of this (they just said to drop our dog of for a trial day), so I had no way to know that.Anyway, I have canceled our booking, scrambled to book with a competitor and Im really disappointed to lose this place as a resource. This was a real waste of my day and a negative interaction for all parties.I hope this business can turn it around. Based on my interaction today, and the other reviews I see here, I think cameras are needed at this business to monitor what is happening with dogs behind closed doors. Even if improvements are made, they are rapidly losing customer confidence.

The best upscale spa for dogs staff is great my poor chihuahua finally has his eyes cleaned no one else could get this done . Owner was extremely helpful and the place was beautiful Thank you to the LDL team.

ZERO stars…the owner of this business is unprofessional and flat out filthy…she would not let me see the daycare and boarding area and now I know it’s because it’s a concrete room filled we feces and urine and dogs are left for countless hours alone. The owner claims she does weekend boarding, however a friend learned that her dog was left unattended for 20 hours at least. Do not trust this business to care for your pet. Shameful

Well, after reading the various reviews, I will not be using this facility. There are too many complaints and too many excuses from the owners. They are not taking responsibility for the subpar performance, not making any changes to address their customers concerns.

What can I say? Aside from caring for our little dogs like her own, Lacey continues to go above and beyond for her clients. My dogs accidentally scratched me (to put it lightly) and she and her team assisted me right away getting me ice, bandaids, a chair, water, and more. I cant thank her enough for this and will always recommend the little dog lounge above all!! Theyre incredible! Thank you Again!

I love The Little Dog Lounge, every time I bring my dog there for daycare and grooming he comes home soo happy and tired. The girls that work there are great and make me more than comfortable leaving my dog in there care. Highly recommend bringing your dog to them!

Everyone here is always super friendly! Emma always does an incredible job on our dogs! Finding a good groomer was always difficult for us but we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I have a Golden Retriever and an Australian Shepherd so they are very high energy and chaotic and the staff there is always great with them. I would highly recommend The Little Dog Lounge for any of your grooming needs for any size dog! They have never disappointed

I recently took my dog Luna there for a weekend boarding stay. I am a very overprotective dog parent and have never taken her in for boarding before. The Little Dog Lounge put me 100% at ease and even took my call over the weekend so I could check in. I will 100% be utilizing this place in the future as my dog had so much fun there she didnt want to leave when I picked her up Monday. Price was more than reasonable as well!

Not a good experience at all! My dog developed an ear infection after the grooming bcos of water in her ears. Once my dog’s nail was cut so deep that it started bleeding. She also developed anxiety of grooming after going there. Would not recommend the place

I saw a couple questionable reviews and should have taken that as a sign to not use this service, but there were enough positive reviews that I was willing to give this place a try. They do not let you see the facility/ area where the dogs are kept and the daycare area is not supervised on a continuous basis. There are no cameras like other daycares and the person who was at the front desk was not well versed on canine behavior - odd considering your entire job is taking care of dogs. She simply answered most questions with, Well we dont stay back there it gets the dogs worked up... We dont want to keep interacting with the dogs because they get worked up and they should play with each other...We cant take you back there because the dogs are usually sleeping at this time (while dogs are barking loudly in the background). This place might be for some but based on our experience we would never go back.

Greatest dog stylist in the business, Lucy you are so very talented, we are very grateful you have made our dear Trudy comfortable to get a haircut + style, even giving her a signature look! We tried to cut Trudys hair ourselves + she was terrified, Lucy you have the magic touch.

We had a terrible experience at the Lounge. Im not sure if my Rescued dog just doesnt like small dogs, or if the fact we couldnt take ANY of my dogs belongings or snacks in with him, because there might be a fight, according to the owner, but my dog was back to being very skiddish when I picked him up 4 hours later! We WONT be going back, and my dog, the dog who according to the owner might bite, met ANOTHER dog and about 20 other people in the 4 hours AFTER I picked him up, and he didnt bite one, and he made a new dog friend! Im sure in another 10 years everyone working at The Little Dog Lounge will have A

I wish I had pictures, but my Pomeranian always comes home happy and soft as when he was a puppy! Emma does a terrific job grooming according to what his needs are and how much he’s been shedding, and the lounge area being so comfortable is a major plus

I have referred so many of my clients to the Little Dog Lounge. Especially clients new to the area looking for a great place for their special friends. The staff at the Little Dog Lounge treats every dog like family. I highly recommend ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

This place was recommended to me by my neighbor since he takes his dog here for play time during the day. My dog, Max, had never been here but since the reviews were good I decided to leave him for the holiday weekend. I picked him up after the weekend and took him home. He was very much out of it, was dehydrated and lethargic. He layed around and was not his playful self. This continued each day and he did not fully recover for about a month. I have never ever had this happen so I have no idea what they did to him but I will never go back there or recommend this place ever. I can assume they certainly didnt care for him and the only other time I saw anything slightly similar to this was when I left my dog at a place that left him in a crate for several days. This place was supposed to have been crate free, however. This is my experience.

We live the Little Dog Lounge. They are responsive,courteous, knowledgeable and kind! My dog isn’t comfortable most places, but he loves the daycare and grooming here.

I followed my groomer to this location from My Little Dog and Co. that previously closed. This location is great. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. I highly recommend using the services they offer.

Grooming experience-shaved my Pomeranian’s underneath and butt and now he has anxiety. The vet is putting him on trazadone. He’s a mess. Honestly miss my groomer so much this has been a nightmare.

BEST groomer ever!! Lucy is seriously the best ever and my dog LOVES going. He always looks fabulous after but seeing how well lucy takes care of and loves my dog seals the deal. I’ve had some pretty traumatic experiences with other groomers in the area so I am so happy to have found Lucy.

Very nice and wonderful with my dog. WORST golden groom ever!! They chopped her . I wanted to get away from petsmart because of the non personal experience..but at least they know how to groom a golden properly!!

Finally a doggy daycare where my 40lb Beagle is one of the big dawgs! Great place run by really nice people who love the doggies they care for.!

The groomers at the Little Dog Lounge are the best around! Lucy has been so great to my beagle Bella. At first, Bella was very scared of getting a bath and being blow dried but Lucy was so patient and loving with her that she earned Bella’s trust! I love how much they care about the dogs and see them as their family and not just their clients. We will never go anywhere else!

Today I took my dog Cooper in for his first cleaning at The Little Dog Lounge. I was greeted by the owner and staff. Cooper is a big dog and they cleaned, cut and dried everything. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and the price was even better. The Little Dog Lounge just got a new life time client. I recommend everyone go here. Thank you for a great experience.

Highly recommend. Brady is always eager to play with his other doggie friends. Its a great feeling to know He is in a safe, caring environment when we have to leave him.
