Big and Small Come one come all dog care

Corrie is wonderful! She is knowledgeable and always willing to do extra. Dogs are her passion! My dog has been with her since a baby and loves her big and small family!

I am not understanding why there are negative reviews. Cori is helping me raise two great dogs. My dogs wouldnt be where they are in their training if it was not for her. Shes always there for support if I have a question too. She has taken my dogs for vacations several times and it was a blessing. If you compare her rates to other day cares in the area, the quality for the price is outstanding. I am looking forward to their new location.

Really wanted to like this place but the owner Cori is rude for no reason and really hurt our feelings. It is so upsetting when you trust someone a lot but then got turned down by them. We first let our boy stayed there for a week during our vacation and the experience was good. Then we had some other plan that we need to board our dog for another 2 days. Well she said even if there’s a minimum 3 days stay we could have our dog stay twos days there since we already paid a whole week before. She never mentioned that we should not pick our dog on Sunday. She said she won’t work after 6 pm so we made sure to come before that. So we prepaid for 2 days and came on Sunday around 2:30 to pick our boy. We could come later but since we only paid 48 hours we did not want to make her looking after the dog more than what we paid. We texted her a couple hours earlier about when we can pick him up but didn’t get response until the we arrived at the door at the time we mentioned. Apparently Cori was mad at us for coming and picking up our dog on a Sunday WHEN SHE NEVER MENTIONED AS A PROBLEM BEFORE. She said/yelled: “I am doing you guys a favor and we don’t even open on Sunday. You need to find someone else to watch your dog! “ We were confused about why she was so mean to us and we asked if our poor baby is not allowed in this place but she never responded. I still don’t understand why she yelled at us when she said 2 days fine and accepted our payment and never mentioned about Sunday issues or anything of picking up at 5. We wouldn’t bother her if we were told before. It was shocking, hurting, and confusing. Also when we went to the place Sunday, the dogs there were barking and seems like no one was there. Cori arrived in her car after we asked for picking up our dog. So I don’t know how the daycare actually works.

I cant say enough about Corie the owner. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and she definitely gives 150% to her business and the pups every single day. The dogs are highly socialized and all get along so well, and she is right in the mix all day long training and playing with them. Great prices, and she does overnights as well. No kennel when you board with her, your dog is a member of her household while you are away. She even sends you pics and text so you know your dog is having as much fun with her as you are having on your vacation.

We love this puppy day care! Cory is awesome and our puppy loves her time there. She gets excellent care and lots of exercise during the day.

During a very difficult, stressful time and desperately needing a health grooming for my dog , Corey was a blessing. She handled the entire process with great care and extreme safety. My rescue is not “easy“ and yet Corey handled her with high quality professionalism! My dog was so happy and so am I ! Thank you !!!

The owner is incompetent, rude and physically dangerous.I served in the untied states military honorably for 6 years, and my wife is a local middle school teacher. We just bought a house in the area and tried out this business for the first time.The owner double charged my wife’s debit card which has been confirmed by our bank. The owner claims that we are trying to scam her for $75. The owner refused to do anything about it and started ignoring our calls. I showed up to the business to settle the dispute, and the within one minute of being on the property I was physically attacked, pushed and kicked out of the door. I was accused of trespassing and scamming.The owner claims that the second charge was a hold and we have to get with the bank to have the funds released. We waited over one month giving her the benefit of the doubt before calling the bank. They confirmed it was two separate charges and that this company received the money.I’m blessed that I was able to avoid injury.Do not do business here, there are many business to handle dog care. It is not worth the financial headache or the risk of physical harm.

Corrie is the dog whisperer. She has been absolutely wonderful with my dogs. I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. My pups are so excited when they know it’s time to go to day care ❤️

Lucy loved coming here, playing with her friends. I knew she was in good hands all day and having fun. When she would come home she was tired and that was a good sign! The staff is dedicated to their jobs and owner cori is a passionate dog owner and lover! Highly recommend. Also takes big dogs unlike some doggie daycares that only take small dogs.

Love going to wash the dogs here the staff is super friendly and everything you need for cleaning your dogs is right there in the stall and they always come out smelling so good

Cancelled after telling me I could board my dog. I had called and tried to reach out. Should have let me know earlier. I called and owner was hardly apologetic for such an inconvenience. If I had known I would have made other arrangements. I will be missing my daughters cheer competition put of state thanks to the awful customer service. She hung up on me after saying hoepfully you use us in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about Cori the owner. She is truly the dog whisperer of the Capital Region! Thanks for making my dog the happiest dog ever!!

I will absolutely be bringing my dogs back. My willoh is a handful but corey handled her like a professional and even went as far as sending a few videos of willohs bath. She did an amazing job.

Corrie is excellent with my dog…I’ve been going there for years now and never had one issue…She is knowledgeable,understands what each dog needs…I’d trust her with any dog….She’s the best…Thanks for being there for Jake and myself…

Brought my 2 year old Chihuahua and 11 month old walker coonhound for the first time this morning and not only was I incredibly impressed and comfortable but my dogs were just as comfortable and happy to be there.

We used the DIY dogwash and it was great! They were super nice and had everything we needed right there. The best part is you leave the messy tub and wet towels there and they clean up! So worth it!

I really wanted to like this place but this is the second time I was turned away during DIY dog washing hours. I even called this time to double check the times. When I arrived I was told come back at 3pm due to training. Why didnt someone tell me that when I called this this morning?

Great place with big tubs for do it yourself dog washing. Awesome place with a friendly and helpful owner. We always bring our dog there.

The owner of this business verbally attacked an autistic child, if she treats disabled children this way I wouldn’t want to imagine how she would treat a dog.

Cory and Matt are awesome with our Fin! They are both very attentive and they engage with the dogs all day. Our dogs have gone to daycare here for a couple of years. I highly recommend Big and Small!

This place is great. I prefer to wash my dog myself and the setup here is great they supply everything needed including soap and towel.
