My 15 yr old golden Captain had his first appointment with Scrubadub grooming yesterday and they did a fantastic job. He felt so good after his grooming he had so much energy. It was so great to have such wonderful people help us. He loved his new friends. Thank you Scrubadub grooming.

Made an appointment check the dog in for a full grooming they claim they bathe they cleaned all the ears nails over charged $110For a 12 lb shih tzu. They claim they charged by the size of the dog God help anybody that brings in a Shepherd or something3 days later my dog was acting up I hurried out and took her to the vet the vet tolooked in the ears and they were inflamed the hair was loaded in the years that she had her pull it all out cost me $280 for somebody that was supposed to clean the dogs and never did what they said they were going to do very disappointed in this place

I am consistently impressed with the service and professionalism at Scrub-a-Dub. The shop is clean and Dawn and her team are always so meticulous with both of my Goldendoodles. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service. They know our dogs’ personalities and put them at ease during grooming. And our dogs like the snazzy ties they go home with!

I have 2 big Labs who always get incredibly stressed out when they leave home. I have always groomed them at home but I found myself short on time and unable to bathe them. I did not want to bring them anywhere for grooming as I was certain it would be super stressful and scary for them. After a lot of research, I came across ScrubADub and I could not be happier.They were patient, kind and understanding with my pups, the senior needing more time to warm up to new people and new situations. Both pups got off the bus super soft, smelling wonderful and not stressed. This service also prevented me from getting a furry shower and saving me time. If you need a grooming service for your dog, ScrubADub is the place to go with!!

Cant say enough about the awesome care my 3 year old golden was given. He can be a little nervous at times but Dawn was able to have him looking sooo handsome

We got our big boy groomed here last weekend and I absolutely fell in love! They paid so much attention to detail and he smelled amazing! He had an itchy ear and ever since they cleaned it he hasnt picked at it once. I have a 100ibs+ german shepherd so grooming him in the winter is extremely difficult, but they came right to the house and gave us a call when he was done. It was an amazing experience and we will for sure use them in the future! I totally recommend ScrubADub grooming!

Awesome experience for my 2 huskies. Dawn came to the house with her self contained bus. Spent a couple of hours working on them and they look AMAZING 👏😍Will definitely be calling again when they need to be groomed.

Very poor customer service.Didn’t show up twice for appointments scheduled. Had to contact them both times for no shows. First was due to bus being broken down (understandable and I rescheduled) and second one today due to appointment not being “written down”. Called and texted when they didn’t show today. Two hours later they respond and tell me they didn’t write the appointment down when they made it for me, one week ago! Then proceed to tell me they have decided to no longer service my area. In absolute shock over this! I was so supportive of this business. I raved about the idea, my dogs loved it and I recommended to so many people. Then this happened. Such poor customer service. What a shame.

First visit. My dogs are afraid of having nails trimmed and and these ladies knew just what to do to keep them calm. Ill be back.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommend Scrubadub Dog Grooming! Dawn is great with the dogs and my pups looked like brand new dogs after she was done with them!

Expensive and was not impressed with my dogs bath and grooming. They didn’t cut her nails because my dog “didn’t want them done”. I asked and payed for them to brush her and she very clearly had not been brushed. Won’t be going back.

This is the first time weve use a mobile grooming service and we were extremely pleased with the service we received from ScrubADub Dog Grooming.Bethany was prompt with responding and thoroughly explained the different services they offer both at their salon and with their mobile bus. She was able to work us in quickly into their schedule which was great since our pups desperately needed their nails clipped.It turned out Katie and Natalie, their mobile groomers, were running a bit behind schedule but Bethany notified well ahead of time and kept me up to date. Im all about being informed and setting expectations so there was no issue with this.Our dogs have been by our side, literally, for 2 years now (thanks covid) so we were a bit concerned if they had any issues being led off by strangers. Katie and Natalie were kind and patient so we knew our pups were in good hands.Katie was sure to give us feedback on how they did and recapped all the services they provided.We opted for the full bath service (required for a mobile visit) for our boy, Marlow, and a smaller bundle of services (nails, ears, teeth, clipping of paw fur) for Sookie. Both came back to us without stress and seemed as happy as can be. Theyre looking forward to their next day at the spa!PS: While Marlo got a rainbow tie, he wants everyone to know that hes really quite the Ladys Man! He just wears that in support of his two dads ;)

All I can say we are 100% satisfied with grooming to our babies ,we have been to groomers, before but the quality of the groomer completed by Scrubadub was the best ever.

My dog hates car rides and this service is the BEST alternative for us all! Professional, quality work, friendly staff and SO convenient! Thank you!

The very best grooming salon in the Capital Region! The owners/groomers are true professionals and dog lovers. Very clean, bright and comfortable space with open access to grooming area. As a dog owner, I feel much more at ease knowing that my dog is the only dog being groomed when she is there, getting undivided attention and a perfect cut every time.
