Sniffs & Wiggles Mobile Pet Grooming

I am over the moon happy with Juan at Sniffs and Wiggles. My dog is not afraid of him. She continues to have a great experience with her grooming. Juan loves his clients. Oh yeah...did I mention he does a phenomenal grooming. Couldnt be happier. Always on time, courteous, and friendly.

My Pomeranian loves Sniffs and Wiggles! I wouldnt have anyone else groom my dog. Very friendly and always does a great job and my dog isnt afraid of him.

Juan has been grooming my wheaten terrier for the past 4 years in DC, even since he was a puppy. Juan is so gentle and my dog loves him! My dog always has amazing haircuts and we frequently get compliments about his look on the street (particularly my dogs freshly groomed beard!!!). I highly recommend Juan :)

Juan did an exceptional job grooming my very wiggly corgis. He must have gotten three dogs worth of undercoat off Percy! They look beautiful. Wonderful to have this service available in Albany!

I was looking for a groomer who travels,and read some great reviews , but when I read his reply to a few others I felt he is not someone I want to work on my dog, very rude and lack of compassion for the customer who tried several tines to make contact and no replies back Not a very good business man. At least you would think he would apologize and make it right.Since I wrote this review it appears they have taken down his comments. Good move.

Nicole was outstanding! She talked to our girl the entire time she was bathing her to make her feelore comfortable. She did a fantastic job trimming our elderly girls nails. I will always use Nicole and highly recommend her.

My Angora rabbit misses Sniffs & Wiggles so much! Juan had never trimmed an Angora rabbit, but after I had contacted him for help, he watched videos and trained himself. He made my life sooooo much easier—and Fluff always looked super dapper. Since Sniffs & Wiggles moved to Albany, I’ve tried to trim him myself and I’ve done a terrible job. Poor Fluff will never be red carpet-ready again!

I never got a response from my call - and I see in other reviews that others have had the same issue.In reading the other reviews, I am surprised by some of the owners responses to bad but honest reviews; I place more value in business owner responses than reviews.UPDATE: You responded only because I left a negative review...with a retaliatory response. My review is validated.

My Pomeranian never looked so well groomed until we found Juan!! Juan’s a great guy, professional and as my husband says as a real calm demeanor. Who wouldn’t want that in the person you trust with your dog?! We super grateful that he comes right to our home and our dog doesn’t have to be stressed with going to building to be kept all day! Were so sad to lose Sniffs & Wiggles from the DC area. He groomed our two dogs for several years and did an amazing job every time, especially with our poodle mix, who wears a mohawk.
