Finnegan has been attending Camp Bow Wow for 3 years. He is happy going in and happy coming out. Staff is caring and attentive. Many special events to keep pups engaged. We both love Camp Bow Wow.

My dog has been attending Camp Bow Wow a couple times weekly for the past 3 years. The team is very attentive and thoughtful with my furbaby. They go out of their way to treat him well and it shows. Thank you for all that you do for me and my guy.

My dog, Copper, loves this place! Attentive and caring staff. I use the daycare option and overnight kennel services when I leave on business travel. My dog is a high-energy hound dog who needs exercise, and Camp Bow is a great place for him to make friends and expend energy. And when he comes home, he crashes on my yoga mat, as he does his sleepy, happy dog poses, which makes us both happy.

Absolutely a life saver as allows me to give my dog the physical activity and doggy interactions she needs. Also gives me the time to get things done at home without her following me around as she always wants to be close. I know she is safe and happy there. Reasonably priced so helps me stick to my budget.

Excellent place for your Dog! The staff is excellent and very caring! Camp is thorough in its requirements of the owners for your dogs shots and registrations. They care very much about each and every dog and want them to be well and have a great time at camp! The specials they have ie. Hot Dog Day are always great for the dogs! A safe and first rate run camp for your dog!

I love Camp Bow Wow, more importantly my dog does too! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. They respond quickly to booking requests and any questions. The environment is clean, current and inviting. My dog loves going and is fun to watch on the streaming cameras. Staff are always alert and watch the dogs continually. Boarding at Camp Bow Wow is great as well. I needed to change my plans and they were more than happy to keep my dog longer than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for day camp and boarding.

I’m a “single dog mom” who needs to go into the office to work part of the week. I’ve also needed coverage occasionally on a Saturday. I’m so grateful for a place like Camp Bow Wow. My girl Luna is always so excited to go there. She comes home tired and happy. I haven’t tried boarding yet but we will in October. And I feel confident she will be in good hands!

I purchased a 5 full-day daycare package and 2 nights of boarding for our dog, Hudson. We used 3 of the daycare visits to get him used to Camp Bow Wow. This was his first time ever sleeping away from home and he is very attached to us so we were a little nervous. He did great with the boarding - was kept safe and secure. The staff is very caring and will follow any special instructions you have to make your dog happy! The building is also spotless. The pet cams are fantastic - it gives you peace of mind being able to watch your dog in the play yards! Thank you for taking care of our boy! Love it there!

My pup, Honey, has been at Camp Bow Wow for three months. Love the flexibility in scheduling and the ability to add on enrichment classes for mental stimulation and training. My pup always feel safe and comes home happy and tired. She is always greeted by name by the caring staff. Parents can watch their dogs play throughout day and watch the sanitation process - so important these days.

Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I love being able to check up on our golden whole I am at work on the live cameras. I feel very comfortable leaving our girl with the staff at Camp Bow Wow. Their groomers always do a great job.

The friendly staff and how helpful they are with all of our concerns. My dog is so happy there. For an old man dog (13 years old) with health problems, I’m glad I found an affordable place that loves on my dog while I’m at work or out of town!

We got a puppy right as COVID started and quickly learned the importance of training your puppy right away. Thank goodness for Camp Bow Wow and their virtual training! Teddy had so much fun taking the classes. The teacher was great and did such an outstanding job teaching us how to train Teddy. Highly recommend them!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Dog is always excited to see the staff, and always “dog tired” when we pick her up. The additional grooming and training services and camera feeds are also great benefits. We have only done the dog day care, we have not utilized their boarding service

We love to bring our dog to Camp Bow Wow. They are great with him there and our dog loves playing with the other dogs. He recognizes the road when we are getting close and gets all excited. We like the fact that we can check on him with the App on the camper cameras too. Very friendly staff as well.

The hours are convenient and the staff are wonderful! My pup was hesitant at first - now she LOVES Camp Bow Wow. The staff were patient and kind and let my pup acclimate at her own pace.

Coach Mike is the best! We went through his puppy class at Camp Bow Wow multiple times in a row because we found it so beneficial (and fun for us and our pup). He has a great approach and is extremely knowledgeable. Our dog quickly mastered the basic commands and some more complicated ones too. She also enjoyed burning off steam with the other dogs during puppy play time. We highly recommend his classes, and so does our pup Nikita!

My dog Kali had such a great time. Easy drop off and pickup and courteous staff make for a great experience.

We have been sending our Sadie Jo to Camp Bow Wow for 4 years and absolutely love everything about Camp! The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond! With the recent grooming services added, it makes for a one stop shop! We would recommend this place to everybody!

I love that when my dog and I come here we feel welcomed and like family. Everyone knows my dog and is super excited to see her when she comes in for daycare and boarding. There are a lot of staff working at once so the dogs are constantly being monitored at all times. The dog cams are a great add-on as well so I can check in on my dog during the day. I also like that on top of daycare and boarding there are training options as well as grooming and bathing services. Keep up the great work!

We were so impressed by the staff and the facilities at Camp Bow Wow! They were friendly, professional and so sweet with our dog Bella. She boarded there for 9 days, and we were able to see her on the live cams throughout her stay. She was more relaxed and playful than she’s ever been while boarding, and they sent us a great update (with photos) about halfway through her stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

The fact that I have to drag my dog out of the building tells me everything I need to know!! The staff has been very friendly so far. We love CBW and so does our puppy Charlie! It’s a great place for us to bring him so he can play with other doggies.

The camp counselors and staff are all so friendly and helpful and provide any information you need. The entire structure of their business is all about pups, and makes you feel at ease leaving your babies. Lots of play, so the dogs barely know you’re gone. They safely have the dogs wait after feedings to play. Activities outside, water in the play yards, and the best of all, you can watch your pup play for minutes or hours!!! Lennon loves it here. ❤️

Camp Bow Wow in Albany watched my furbaby closely and made her feel loved. We were a guest for a few days in the are and Lucy my pup had a great time there!

Everyone at Camp Bow Wow is friendly, knowledgeable, and dog-loving!! We know our dog is in great hands! She loves it there!!!

I am not sure how to rate this. My dog was at Camp Bow Wow for almost 9 years and for many of those years it was great. He is a high energy but sweet dog. He loves other dogs and loves to play. He used to come back tired and happy. Then it began to change. He was coming home hyper and seemed to be taken out of the yard a lot. He ended up getting expelled. There is a new owner, and it is simply not a good environment for some dogs. I don’t know exactly what happened, and I feel badly for any time my poor dog spent in a place where he wasn’t thriving. I just want to echo the other comments about monitoring the situation.UPDATE: It took me a while to try my dog out at another day care. I finally did, with full disclosure of what happened at CBW. He’s been there for a bit and by all reports is sweet and great with other dogs. Again, I don’t know what happened after 8 1/2 years at CBW. I wasn’t there. I just felt my experience might be instructive for others.

I love the way staff greets my dog with enthusiasm at drop off and makes her feel excited and happy to be there!

I absolutely LOVE Camp Bow Wow !! It took a little time to get on the same page with my pup but once we did ..... it was awesome !!! Also... may I say the owner is GREAT and dedicated to making sure we received the best experience possible while at camp! Gus is exhausted every day he attends, he is always all played out and loves being told in the morning he’s going to Camp to play with his friends. I have referred multiple people and will continue!!! THANK YOU Camp Bow WOW for taking the time to make us happy campers!!!!!

They are very personable with his needs ! They go the extra mile to ensure he’s in good hands when in their case during the day and over night !

Our dogs love Camp Bow Wow and start getting excited a block away! We love how well cared for and safe they are. Staff is caring, even called to check on our pups when they got sick. Boarding with a camp shower is the best service weve had in the area. Reasonable cost for excellent quality. I recommend them all the time.

Big Thank You to Camp Bow Wow for the generous donation to the Albany Medical Center Childrens Hospital. My 6 year old is currently a patient there and was brought a McDonalds happy meal donated by this wonderful business. They actually bought all the children happy meals!!You made her day and a brought a smile to her face. We cant thank you enough!!

I love the ease of being a client at camp bow wow. I like how I can pick different days I want my dog to come, let’s me have flexibility in my schedule. Great staff, pleasant and friendly. Good facility! My dog loves to come

Camp Bow Wow did an awesome job grooming my goldendoodle, Rigatoni!

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. They dont discriminate on dogs as long as they are friendly and get along with other dogs. My dog loves going to Camp Bow Wow and when we get there the staff is so happy to see her. You can tell they truly care about the dogs. I also love the ability to watch her on the cameras during the day.If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

Ive only had my dog interview for this facility so far, but I love it! They certainly make puppy parents feel welcomed and comfortable with their dog staying there. After my dogs first day, I received a card with written details about her day, a photo/certificate of her first daycare day and even a Camp Bow Wow magnet to hang on our fridge! And all this was only for her interview in which she stayed at camp for free for the whole day! Im certainly going to take her to daycare again and Im excited for her overnight boarding next week! Im so happy that I have finally found a place in the capital district where my pup will receive excellent care while Im away.

If i could rate this place lower i would. do not get your dog groomed here. my poor boys butt is bloody and he is in a lot of pain. im disgusted that this place can even call themselves groomers. it is winter and he has a summer haircut because it was “matted” even though it was absolutely not. keep your pups away from here!!!!!!

When my Peaches came home she was happy and energetic. That tells me that she enjoyed her stay at Camp Bow Wow here in Albany NY. Thank you for taking good care of her!! ❤️

I have very mixed feelings on this place. The staff was very welcoming and kind. They told you everything you and your dog would do while they do an introduction. They boast their dog behavior skills, but one quick mishap of a dog being a dog, and the dog is kicked out and can come back to try an introduction again in 3 weeks. I understand that they cant have a dog attacking another dog, but our dog, once separated, didnt care about the other dog anymore. Its just upsetting to see a company that was so confident in dog behavior not know how to handle dogs. I would not recommend this location, but I guess if your dog is never going to bark, you should be good to go.

I have been bringing my dogs here for many years now. My dog absolutely loves everyone at Camp Bow Wow and he gets so excited to go play! Everyone is so professional and friendly here and go above and beyond excellent service for both the pets and pet parents. I drive about an hour just to bring my dog here now because I cannot find a doggy daycare that compares to CBW Albany!

After trying various dog boarding facilities in the Capital Region over the years were so glad we found Camp Bow Wow in Albany. The staff is friendly, the rates are good, and they dont charge you for Monday night when you pick up your dog on a Sunday (unlike several other facilities in our area). Also do a great job giving our dog his medicine and baths. Highly recommended!

I love how friendly the staff is and any questions or problems they are always available to answer. The facility is clean and never a pet smell when you walk in the door. We also took our puppy to the training class that was offered and we were very impressed with the trainer. I cannot say enough great things about Camp Bow Wow..I have to say one of the best day cares I have ever taken my dog to. Thank you for the dedication your employees have and all the kind hearts. My girl loves going and we will continue for may years. I will continue to rave over this organization.

We love Camp Bow Wow. The staff are always friendly and professional. The reservation system is easy and responses are very timely. Pepper is always happy to go to Camp and I love being able to check in on her through the camper cams. Weve been going to Camp Bow Wow in Albany for years and will continue to do so!

My interview day experience with Camp Bow Wow was excellent. The staff couldnt have been any nicer. My dog and I were both nervous about it, but Chris was very reassuring. Sadie had a great first day there. I love the webcams! I took advantage of the interview day special to purchase 5 days of daycare at 30% off. I feel very comfortable about bringing Sadie there in the future. Thank you!!

I cant say enough about Camp Bow Wow. The staff here are awesome!!! My 120lbs puppy can be hard to manage but the folks at Camp Bow Wow have done great with him. The prices are competitive and the place is clean as so be. They also have all the newest safety features and regular visits from company behaviorist to keep them up to date on caring for their dogs.

Our dog has been going to Camp Bow wow since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves it! He cant get inside quickly enough and never looks back when we hand him off to one of the employees. They all know him by name and are always super excited to see him as well. The cameras are also very beneficial! We are always able to check in on him to make sure he is enjoying himself. Love that he sleeps in a bunker like space while boarding and gets a complimentary peanut butter kong. The staff is always professional, friendly and we trust them with our pup 100%!

Riley had a great time on his mini vacation. He was boarded for a week. He had so many new friends to play with who were the same size as he was. There was constant monitoring by a staff member. His medications were administered, he was fed, he was allowed nap time and the freedom to go outside to play or play inside. We were delighted that we could watch his activity any time we wanted via web cam. Thank you Camp Bow Wow for taking such good care of Riley.

I love Camp Bow Wow! I feel so comfortable with my dogs spending the day/night, with them. You know that you are leaving your furry kid with a staff who love your dog as much as you do and they are very open and transparent, which I appreciate. I’m so happy to have found them and Lucas always perks up once I say “guess who’s going to camp today?” Soon our new pup Huxley will be joining him and I can’t wait! I know he will love CBW just as much as Lucas does.

We love everything about Camp Bow Wow! Their hours are convenient, counselors and administrative staff are super friendly plus they love our dog as if she is their own. Their bathing service is super convenient! We look forward to using their boarding services in the near future!

The staff is great. I dont take my dog too often, but they always recognize Archie, and when I walk in without the dog, they recognize me. Im always surprised. Archie is always excited to get out if the car when we get there, and is thriled to head to the back when were inside. Id highly recommend Camp Bow Wow.

Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! We started out with the FREE puppy socials and from there we were hooked! Went to puppy training and day care. Even recently we have used their boarding services. The staff are so friendly and helpful to the parents and pups. I can’t say enough. Thanks Camp Bow Wow for helping make our first year so special. Don’t know what we would do without you! ❤️

Our dog is a big boy, around 75-80 lbs. He also has a lot of anxiety, for which he takes medication, however he certainly requires extra TLC. He is not always easy to handle! But Camp Bow Wow has totally exceeded our expectations. The interview process was thorough and honest and we are completely convinced that the dogs who “pass” are behaviorally appropriate for camp and up-to-date on immunizations etc. My lovely wife is a veterinarian herself and she is impressed, for what it’s worth.The employees are always so sweet with Eli, even when he’s being silly. Recently he was scared by a loud banging noise outside as I led him out after picking him up. He scuttled back inside and was frozen in front of the desk :( I knew the employees were trying to “tuck in” the dogs boarding that night soon, and probably didn’t have extra time to deal with our little nut, but a young woman whose name I did not catch did a *perfect* job patiently leading him back outside with treats, after I failed in my initial efforts to do the same.We have a blast watching Eli playing with other campers on the webcams too, and they are generally easy to access from their app and online. In short, we absolutely love Camp Bow Wow!!

My dog Kali just started going to camp and she absolutely loves it! The camp counselors are wonderful and they really love and care for all the animals that come through the door. Kali now has so many friends and I cant thank Camp Bow Wow enough for providing such a wonderful social place for her!!

While in the Albany area for work I brought my Chihuahua to day care. He seemed to have a great time with the counselors and other dogs. I really like the fact that they have cameras that clients can check whenever they want. The front desk staff are friendly, and the weekday hours are convenient.

I cannot say enough great things about Camp Bow Wow in Albany! The staff is fantastic! Whether Cooper is staying for an afternoon or a weekend, they are attentive and extremely friendly, but most importantly patient and kind with both campers and their crazy parents (guilty). Cooper undoubtedly has a great time each visit (he is usually asleep before we even get home)- but if I every have my doubts- the live Web Cams are great for a little extra reassurance. Above all, Camp Bow Wow has a policy of complete transparency, which is invaluable to a dog parent. The staff, service and camp environment is unparalleled in the Capital Region.

Fabulous place. My dog loves it there, and every other dog Ive seen come out of the place is also in a simply fabulous mood (and superfriendly). The staff loves dogs, and the management is highly organized and professional. I feel extremely confident leaving my small (but extroverted!) dog there.

I give Camp Bow Wow a 10/10 because the people who work there have so far been very friendly and I like that they get to know your dog by name. Two of my favorite features of the day camp are the fact that someone is always supervising the dogs and the fact that they have an open indoor and outdoor spot to play, rather than being cooped up in a kennel all day. Camp Bow Wow also offers a lot of services for a fair price in comparison to the market. So far so good!

I have started bringing my dog to daycare here and we love it. Everyone is extremely professional, prompt responses, and my dog gets soooooo excited when she knows where we are going. Its great being able to watch her on the camera. I feel comfortable bringing her here, which means a lot to me.

My dog loves her time at Camp Bow Wow. She always runs up the steps and is probably less than enthusiastic to leave. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facilities are very clean. I also love that I can check on my pup on their app.

Recently boarded my dog with camp bow wow for a week while we were out of town. Overall I’m pleased with the experience. I liked that I could watch the cameras to check on him during the day and he seems happy while there. Only complaint I had was he smelled horrible when I got him in the car to the point I took him right to our groomer to be washed and his bed that I sent was smelly and soaking wet so I threw it out because it was dripping with something. Overall would board him again but would not send his home bed as they do provide a bed for him to use while there.

I like the fact that your staff is very friendly and that the customer service is superb. Its a very clean and open environment that you can even watch your dog all day so you know that the staff is always top notch and keeping everything running smoothly and know that your dog is taken care of. Its always great to see all the staff bending over throughout the shift to show the dogs love and give them each attention. Its a wonderful setup and recommend it to all my friends and family.

Baxter loves gong to camp. He gets excited when we get off the exit because he knows where we are going. The counselors know him by name and he is always happy to see them. I had a concern that I asked about and it was handled immediately. All the staff really care about their campers and I have total confidence leaving my fur baby there.

I have boarded my Husky Niko at a number of daycare facilities and, hands down, Camp Bow Wow of Albany is the best by numbers of magnitude. Amy took great care to explain how the facility works and how the dogs are treated. I greatly appreciate the care and warmth that all of the staff provide each camper. Camp Bow Wow, you have a customer for life!!

The staff is friendly and the dogs are happy. Who could ask for more? My pup comes homes exhausted after his day of playing and socializing with other dogs. Camp Bow Wow offers several different services, including the 1) the day camp; 2) boarding, which, unlike many other boarding facilities, gives boarders the opportunity to play all day; 3) Home Buddies, which is when your dog can stay home and receive visits from trained staff, while you are away at work all day or on vacation; and 4) dog training from qualified dog trainers.

The staff is so great with my dog piper! They are always friendly and welcoming! Plus Piper loves it there. She always runs to the door. It is nice to know I have a place to watch her on my long days at work and when I go away.

Charly is always excited to enter the Camp and jumps up to see who is behind the Counter.He loves it when we say your going on vacation at the Camp.

I cant begin to explain how happy I am to have a place where my dog can play all day and come home tired! The staff are wonderful and take very good care of each and every dog...my favorite part is watching my pup on the live cams so I can see how much fun hes having. I appreciate all of your time and effort, especially the love you provide our dogs while we are working :)

I love that the camp counselors are patient with the dogs. My Stella is now very cautious about entering the back room and the play yard. And the counselors move her slowly along. thank you for that. this behavior is new this year and we havent been to Camp Bow Wow since last summer. In the past Stella would jump the door to get into the play yard if she could, so excited to be with the other dogs!We feel this new cautious behavior stems from several attacks on Stella by other dogs, some vicious, but none that required her to receive medical attention, and none that I have witnessed at your Camp. However, there was one not so friendly greeting that happened this week in Bow Wows lobby.When she enters the play yard, her tail is between her legs, her ears are back and she cowers in the corner. this lasts for about 1-2 minutes. Then she is fine. Today, as I was watching the video cam, there was a very spirited mob at the door as Stella was entering and counselors quickly trying to disburse the mob. she cowered in the corner for a while and then seemed fine. This concerns me but, knowing that the counselors truly love the dogs and are generous with their affection, it reassures me that Stella will be OK. Each day gets a bit easier to come and go. so I will continue to monitor her behavior and hope for the best.

I wish there was another word for amazing because this place is the best decision I’ve ever made for my pup. After checking other daycares, nothing compares to Camp Bow Wow. The staff is very friendly and learned my pups name in a day which shows me that they care who he is. He has so much fun and i know he is in good hands! If your pup isn’t one of their campers yet then what are you waiting for!

Very organized, well planned boarding calls prior to your pets stay. They are very responsive to questions and run a great operation. We will be back with our two pets.

I recently used Camp Bow wow for a short trip I took over the weekend.They were EXCEPTIONAL. They came and spent almost an hour at my home before hand to talk with me and get to know my cat Diablo. While I was gone, a younger girl Bridget came to take care of my buddy. She took care of everything and even sent me two pictures of him, he looked like he was totally enjoying the attention he was given. They brought in my mail as well while I was gone. Based on my first experience so far, I Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow.Al Fox

Our puppy absolutely loves coming to Camp Bow Wow. The employees greet him with a smile and a hug, you can tell they truly care for him. It definitely makes my husband and I happy to know that our puppy is being well taken care of and having a great time at camp.

My dog and I used to love this place, but its changed a lot. Its overcrowded now and the new staff are easily frustrated with the playful dogs. The dogs are no longer really permitted to run around or wrestle. They used to work with the dogs if needed, but business is so good now, they just lock up the high energy dogs. If you watch them on camera you can easily pick up on the staff who are anxious and lacking in knowledge of dog behaviors. Its a shame, because with the right staff this place could again be great.

The staff is very friendly and personable! I love seeing them greet dogs by their name and asking pet parents follow up questions that prove they are more than just working here, but that they develop bonds with the pups and their families. Plus, its kind of addicting to watch the puppy cams while my dog is there for the day.

We love how you take care of our girl. She is always so happy to go into camp and she just recently boarded for the first time with you. It was so nice to have the ability to see her while we were out of town and the texted pictures of her at Snuggle Time were amazing.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Easy to book a reservation or make changes if needed. And most of all our dog seems to enjoy going there. Being able to watch the live cameras and see him getting lots of love from the staff or laying relaxed taking a nap puts our minds at ease when we travel out of town.

They have boarding and doggy day care. Its fun to watch your dog on their app via their cameras so you can check in on your pet throughout the day. Their app is really easy to work with and you can do boarding and day care reservations off the app of over the phone. My dog gets excited whenever we go. The staff are great with all dogs and separate them by weight. They do offer training classes as well.

I had decided to give up boarding my dog after yet another bad experience at a popular local boarder. I decided either to have someone come to my home or to give up traveling. Then I received an email from Camp Bow Wow. They were offering a free day of camp when you bring your dog for an interview. I decided that I would give it a shot for a couple of hours, what harm could it do?My first impression was how cute and clean the place was. The décor and furniture did have a camp feel and there was NO smell of dogs or even dog clean up products. The staff (even the owner) greeted us and couldnt have been more friendly and reassuring.I was able to watch my dog as they slowly introduced him to the other dogs, one at a time, with constant supervision. When I picked him up four hours later he was happy and not at all anxious to leave.I would not hesitate to bring him to camp or to board him at Camp Bow Wow. I recommend

Daycare can be any day and full or half day. The boarding area looks clean and well maintained. The people who work there are very friendly and seem to love and take care of animals like they were their own! Our friends board their dog there and cant say enough good things about it! Our dog loves daycare and comes home happy and exhausted!

My dog absolutely LOVES it here. We’re a one dog house so he doesn’t get to play with other dogs much. Dog parks make me nervous but the “interview” process they put the dogs through sets my mind at ease that the other dogs there are well mannered and I like that I can just check the cameras to see how he’s doing. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, my dog absolutely loves it there and I love being able to check in on him throughout the day. It has greatly decreased any destructive behaviors at home, provided great socialization and peace of mind. The only suggestion I would have for them is that they provide mats or something for the dogs to rest on, as all they currently have is concrete and if your dogs as pampered as mine... concrete doesnt work well for them!

These people know how to treat a dog! My husband and I can tell that they really care about taking good care of our dog, Lucy. The interview process is easy and they keep your dog for a few hours so you actually get a few hours of free daycare! The space is nice and its clean. We felt comfortable leaving Lucy for a weekend and knowing we can leave her in their capable hands for longer, if we need to, makes us feel great!

This place is a lifesaver for our dog Clover. She is always excited to play with the other pups and is nice and tired when she gets home. Weve used the day care service on average about once a week for the past two years, and have boarded her a few times for up to a week. The staff is generally very nice.

I like the personal attention your staff give the individual dogs in your care. I also like how quickly problems between dogs are handled efficiently and quickly. And the webcams are an added bonus! They provide confidence to the owners that their dogs are well taken care of.

Friendliness of the care givers, the details and all aspects of the facility and how they handle everything. From knowing and working with your dog and the environment the dog is in, to focusing on the assurance of the owner that your pet is in good hands and comfort of the pet and all its needs, Its great. I also like that I am able to watch my dog at play online. A wonderful place to have good care for your pet.

This place would be good for day care IF and only if you have a playful (but not too playful) dog. If your dog is like mine and too quiet/reserved/curious about things that are going on outside of the room, then its not a good match and they will recommend other places for day care/boarding. Having to listen to multiple people say its not going to work out with my dog because she sat there the entire time and minded her own business is just astounding to me. The only good thing about this place is the live cameras you can stream and watch from.

Recently boarded my dog for an over night stay. My dog was happy when I dropped her off and happy when I picked her up! I love that I can check in during the day using the live cam. I will definitely be using Camp Bow Wow in the future!

We were impressed right away with the interview process and being able to watch our hound Kiki get acclimated to the daycare and other dogs. When we drop her off we know she is safe and its fun to check up on her during the day and see her socializing with her favorite friends. Most importantly, Kiki loves going to Camp Bow Wow. And as dog owners we know that a tired dog is a happy dog!

I contacted Camp Bow Wow and Home Buddies for an in-home visit when I had to be out of town during the day. They came and met with me in my home a few days before the day of my trip to go over all the needs of my dogs and to have a chance for my dogs to get used to them. Halfway through the consultation one of my dogs was asleep on Samuels feet and snoring away! Then the day of the visit I received text pictures of my dogs playing and having a great time! I have a cat whose life mission is to get outside and they were very careful not to let her out. My dogs are like my children but I felt so at ease leaving them in the care of Home Buddies. Im so excited I have found someone I trust to care for my animals if I cant be there. I wish I found them earlier.

I was SO happy about the services provided by Camp Bow Wow. My dog, Max, had a blast playing in the yard and indoor play area as I saw on the videos. He also came home very tired which my boyfriend and I were very happy about. I look forward to taking him to daycare again very soon!

Oliver had a great time Sunday for his doggy interview. Came home and passed out from playing all day. We got the tour of the facility too...Very clean and all the camp counselors were great! We will definitely be back!

We love Camp Bow Wow and so does Moses. We were super excited to see them open here in Albany. Since we have used other locations to board and give Moses play dates safely with others. If you arent using them then you are just simply loosing out. We love watching him on our computers and were excited to watch him on the mobile app too. The staff is super friendly and after leaving Moses for two weeks and only meeting the staff twice. I was greeting with a warm and friendly here comes Moses Dad when I walked in the door. He also received a bath during his stay and he came home super soft.

Staff is friendly and my dog is well taken care of. I wish they had an outdoor/grass area and/or some play equipment. I feel like my dog gets bored going to daycare everyday. Otherwise, great for boarding/short stays.

We have taken multiple dogs here since shortly after they opened. They always come home exhausted, and therefore well behaved. Have also used them for overnight boarding which always went well when we were not able to have a friend cover it.

Our experiences at Camp have been great! The staff is super friendly and our pup always comes home happy. Well definitely be using their services for quite a while!

We LOVE CBW!!! Our pup was on a bit of a hiatus from CBW because of an injury and personal schedules, so this was our first time back in almost two months. We were both greeted like we had never missed a day and he was elated to see the staff, which goes to show just how kind and generally incredible they all are. He was as excited to see them as he is when he sees us after a long day, so it only affirms for me that he loves you all and is treated as well and as much as we do.

Camp is the best place ever for my 2 dogs. I have a 13 pound Cavachon and a 70 pound Lab and both have a wonderful time at camp. The staff is amazing and the prices are fair. We will be coming back to camp for years to come.

The people working at CBW are great, the facility is safe and clean. Everyone seems to truly love dogs, and my pup LOVES going there, which is saying something since he usually has separation anxiety.

Everyone there was highly professional. The prices werent too bad but were high enough to deter us away for a last minute venture that we were planning on using your services for. I believe that the likely hood of us using you in the future is very high though because the dogs were exhausted and happy when they came home, regardless of the fact that they didnt play much. I feel like they need more interaction and more stimulation in order to get over certain habits theyve become accustomed to.

The staff truly cares about the dogs in their charge. They are attentive and loving. I love the live Web cam available so I can see how my dog is doing. Camp Bow Wow is top notch.

I absolutely love this place! I had terrible anxiety leaving my puppy home alone for long hours, he would destroy everything in site, cry all day. I bought a petcube for christmas only to witness a howling puppy every hour. This daycare is amazing. their hours are the best, i finish my classes at 6 so having pick up until 7 is phenomenal. Theyre very good with my boy, even transferred him from the big dogs to the little dogs because he was feeling anxious and closed off. Theyre amazing, the staff is amazing. I wish i could give more stars.

This new facility is well organized, super clean, and very cutely designed with the camp setting. Cameras means you can watch your dog when theyre there and check in from time to time. Staff is knowledgeable and open. Really nice place!

The people are great and they love all the pups. The hours are very reasonable for anyone that has to go to work and they work around last minute reservations (when possible). Nyla goes to day camp twice a week and she loves every minute.

Having the owner and one of the employees involved with the home visits come to our house for an initial discussion was extremely helpful. It was also very nice to know that we were not going to be nickeled and dimed for every little service provided during a visit. It was also very nice to hear that the companys owner was interested to know about the pets needs and personality so that they could provide not only the food and cleaning needs, but also the attention our pet required. Receiving a text photo during the visit was also a very nice touch!

Camp Bow Wow Albany was my two dogs home away from home during a recent extended trip. The play yards are genius...it takes what used to be torture for the dogs (kenneling in cages all day and night) and turns it into fun. My dogs have learned the word Camp and respond to it with happiness and excitement. Its now a treat for them to go to the kennel. Thanks to all the folks at CBWA!

The entire place was filthy. Most dogs kept in “suits” but they were pitch black and the dogs cant see in or not. Also the little dogs are Able to roam outside freely with no supervision and a hawk will def scoop one of them up. Another thing is the owner pays their workers 3 dollars under minimum wage. Which is illegal and i plan to go to NYS LABOR. do not take your dogs here.

We brought our dog in yesterday to see how he would do, and he failed his interview. The counselor felt that he was not ready to be in with 20 other dogs. That says to me that they care more about the dogs, then they are about making money. That means a lot to me. I think this would be a great place to take a dog.They also gave us 2 recommendations to pursue.

We were initially excited about the capability to watch our dog remotely. Our boxer was there for a first time behavioral assessment. My son and I watched the feed the entire time from home. The area was overcrowded and the young girl couldnt control all the dogs. Our dog was barking at another dog who was becoming aggressive with a third. We watched the girl remove our dog call us on the phone and tell us he failed his assessment because he was showing signs of aggression. I agree with their philosophy of screening dogs. I disapprove of their screening methods.

My black lab Jasper seems ro enjoy himself at Albanys camp bowwow. Its nice to see him on camera knowing hes in a safe place. My only concern is on occasion they seem over crowded during the day.

Both of my Shelties love Camp Bow Wow. It got us thru a long, cold winter with a puppy. Brady is very well adjusted to being around other dogs. It helped him mature. We use daycare, overnight and showers and cant recommend camp enough. Very caring, attentive staff. Brady even got a birthday card when he was there for his birthday.When on vacation in Punta Cana we could watch all the fun the boys were having!

I appreciate that Dog is treated with love and attention like he is one of your own dogs. I didnt I also like that he gets a cabin instead of a crate. I also enjoy the Web-Cams so that I can check in on my boy and any point during his day!

The staff are amazing with my dog. They send pictures when they do snuggle time with my Bellatrix and I can see her on the cameras to check in. They even have a new sniff and seek!

Amazing place, convient location to the major highways. The staff is great, always super friendly and enthusiastic. The facility is brand new and super clean. The ability to watch your dog on the web cam makes you feel very secure especially when bringing your dog for the first time.

I have used Camp Bow Wows boarding and Home Buddies. We boarded Kovu there last year when I was out-of-town having surgery. I loved being able to watch him on the video cams. You can tell that employees really care for dogs. We are currently using Home Buddies to walk Kovu. He is always excited to see his walker. I know hes in good hands with Home Buddies.

Always friendly and my dog comes back happy. Nice being able to watch on the live feed if I get curious. Reasonable pricing for boarding which is nice, considering the dog is not locked up all day.

I love the fact that my dog is at home being cared for my people who take a genuine interest in him. I have found the staff to be extremely reliable. I dont worry at all when I cant be home to take care of my dog because I know whoever is visiting him will do an excellent job.

Home Buddies took great care of our two older dogs. They sent us a text twice a day and even sent photos to show us the dogs were having a great time.

The staff is wonderfully transparent - I loved getting a tour of the facilities! Its clear they take excellent care of the dogs. Our little pup loved his time here!

They always provide a safe environment for our elderly dog. Although they see so many dogs, we rest assured knowing that they will be compassionate and accommodating with our elderly dog:)

Lucy loved other daycares, but didnt move from the door while here a half day. So many dogs a sea of them, being.corralled all day , herded to keep moving. Not allowed to play with each other or even sniff each other too much. Not for us!!!

The worst customer service that I ever had a deal with. I called up and asked for a price and the girl had no idea. The only answer I got for a price $40 something. They made me feel like I wasn’t important enough to give me the actual price on a price to board a dog. I recommend highly not to call this place
