Thank you for treating our Leia like the princess she is!! And today Alice Alie Cooper had her spa day and again they did an amazing job and Alie looked beautiful when we picked her up! Thank you again to everyone at Pet Spas!!

I was excited to find what I thought would be a great groomer close to home. I went into the shop to meet them and discuss my new puppy and set an appointment. I knew my puppy was not going to be easy, he is a challenge for me to brush him at home - loves baths but not the drying part. I expressed that concern at the visit, again on a call when they had an earlier appointment for us and they said, its like the child thing - better with someone else and not the parent and finally again at drop off. I was then having a chat with the groomer who would be working on my puppy. He was really overgrown because we had to wait for him to be vaccinated and have a rabies shot. I was discussing what I would like to have done - I was stopped for the groomer to talk. No one had ever said it to me before UNTIL I was there ready to hand over my puppy to get him groomed: She said they would just be getting him used to grooming - bathe him and brush him out, try to do a cut but didnt want to do it if they couldnt finish it and see how he does. Do some of his face, would do his feet and try some others. I almost said forget it but really needed him done. She would call me when he was done - a few hours -maybe 3. I called after 1.5 hours to check on him and was told hes doing ok; they would call with any issues. 2.5 hours after dropping off I got a text he was done. When I went to get him, I was cashed out first - AT FULL PRICE and asked about a tip. When they brought my puppy out, he looked basically the same. Yes his face was cleaned up. I asked if they did his feet, they started to go ask but I said no - I had done a little of that at home and it looked the same. Nails were cut and a little of his front leg hair was trimmed. Nothing else was done. They had put his harness and leash on, but he had a collar on at drop off, that was missing, and they had to go find it. The owner helping brought me my puppy, said he was tough and kept peeing on the table. I thought that was really odd- he excited pees but I have never had any other issues even at the vet. So, my puppy spent 3 hours here, had very little services done and I was charged a full groomed price. I respect what groomers do as it is not easy, but I also know that they deal with challenging animals often. Was this their most experienced groomer? I feel this was not a good experience for my puppy or me. My son at home said - He looks exactly the same! Sad that I now need to go find someone to finish the job and pay another fee to get him groomed.

So happy to have found Pet spas for grooming. Its not easy finding a good groomer, but this place is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly, and Seamus looks BEAUTIFUL! Smells good too! They did an amazing job with the details, even getting the tiny hairs around Seamus paws perfectly trimmed and inside his ears as well. Highly recommend!!!

Been coming here with out pets for well over 25 years now, and can tell you that they are kind, caring and care as much about our dogs as we do. New owners are fantastic, and all the employees are super nice and helpful.

I have a very fearful dog that absolutely hates the groomers. Ive been going to this groomers for about a year now and always had a good experience. The groomer that was working with my dog really seemed to care and tried their best to create a relationship with my dog. She did such an amazing job despite how difficult my dog can be. I really thought I had found a place where my dog could go and I could trust. However, this groomer left the establishment. During my latest appointment, I was completely unaware of this change and brought my dog in as usual. Given my dogs fearfulness, the last-minute change in both the appointment and the groomer exacerbated the situation. I felt that the staff present did not show the same level of care and attention to my dog. When i came back, the service was distance and cold. After being a regular customer, I expected a more considerate and mindful experience.

We love Pet Spas. Geordi’s groomings are always perfect. Being a Pomeranian with two coats of fur he is always trimmed just right (especially around the backend). We also like that you offer daycare after his grooming. Thank you so much for caring.

The owners and staff are wonderful! My mini poodle loves going whether to groom or board. They care for my pet as if she were theirs!

This is my favorite place to bored my cats when Im on vacation. I know they will be well taken care of. I love the fact that they get lots of space and the staff lets them out of there 4 story tower to play and get pets during the day. The staff is always happy to give updates and photos of my animals.

On vacation, I never had to worry. I looked at the cameras a couple of times a day and that put my mind at ease. So grateful that they brought back boarding. My dog certainly remembered this place and had loads of fun! Thanks until next time!😀

I took my long haired cat to get groomed today by their groomer named Cat or Kat. The staff was super friendly, the service took less time than expected, and I found the pricing to be very fair considering what was done. I can already tell my boy feels a lot better and is matte free!

They always do such a great job with our dog!! Would recommend them to anyone.

Pet spas and suites have always been our favorite place to board our pup. They are no longer bored, but they do daycare and grooming still! I took my baby here a few weeks ago, and she came back happy and looked beautiful. Thank you, pet spas and suites, for always being so sweet to my baby!

This is a great place for your pet to stay while youre away. Weve been using the Pet Spa for a couple years now for my two cats, and it has always been a pleasant experience. My cats get a kitty condo, which has multiple levels so they can be together or separated if they want. Theyre isolated from the dogs so they dont get too stressed out during their stay. The people that work here enjoy animals so you know your pets are treated well and given attention while youre away. Overall, Id definitely recommend this place for your pets to stay.

We have been a customer of this establishment for a few years now and love bringing Izzie here. We know that when we go away she will always be well taken care of. I cant say enough wonderful things about Pet Spas & Suites! We boarded our dog June with them during the birth of our child- certainly not an easy ask, since babies ultimately decide when they come into the world! They were SO flexible with us, and made sure there was a spot for our pup over what ended up being a busy Easter weekend. Everyone (especially the manager, Christina!) completely understood that our rescue pup can be very anxious in new environments. We were so thankful that she was well taken care of during such a huge life transition. 100% recommend and well certainly be using their services in the future!!

Staff well trained and loving toward boarding pets!!! They took extra special care of our elderly dog during one vacation when she got ill.....their attention kept her safe. Groomers here do a fine job too. Cameras are Nice to check on our pups playtime from our phones when we are out of town.

Staff is friendly, always accommodating, great with my French Bulldog. They do a great job overall!

You get to watch your doggies all day via their website. Sarah was so nice when we first came as my dog is a rescue and has special need. She understood the situation very well and helped both my dog and I to relax and feel comfortable about doggy day care. They are pretty booked so it was hard to get in.

To those looking for the most exceptional experience for your pet, old or young, there is only one place in the Capital District to go- Pet Spas and Suites off of Wolf Road. For the last year, Tracy and her staff cared for our older dog who was 16 at the time and in need of close care and love. Pet Spas did everything I would do as an owner to make our dog Lax comfortable and safe. We had to put Lax down just this week and the girls at Pet Spas were as shaken as we were. If you truly love your pet as a member of your family, let Pet Spas take care of them for you!

Was originally happy with the way the cut looked. What I am not happy with is it seems like my dog was barely brushed or not brushed at all. So in the following days after her appointment I noticed an incredible amount of dog hair all over my apartment, and didnt think much of it until I was outside and started giving her leg scratches and had balls of dead hair come off of her coat, and would keep coming. I went to brush her hair and her coat was FULL of dead hair. I pretty much brushed out a second dogs worth of hair, way more than a regular brushing session. Not sure what was or wasnt done, but never before have I gotten her back after a grooming appointment and had to brush out her dead hair myself a couple of days later. Also, she didnt even smell good when we got her back. Not a good experience.

My dog has separation anxiety and doesnt eat when shes in new places and the staff hand fed her and constantly gave her lots of love and she ate. Also, almost everytime I checked in on my dog (via camera) someone was in the room loving on my dog. I felt comfortable being away because I knew my dog was being very well taken care of and getting lots of love. In addition, I gave the link out to a few other people to check in on my dog and everyone said the same thing. My mother (who I shared the hyperlink for the camera) even told me they did turn down service for my dog each night. I will definitely be using this place again for my fur baby.

Recently my girlfriend and I sold our home and bought and closed on another. Our dog, Brody is a 10/10 anxiety riddled and fearful mess.He struggles with meeting strangers, and to be honest, we cant fully trust him to not run, or hurt himself. It takes him forever to warm up to people. So, you can imagine how horrible it is to have to show a house, move with movers, and settle into a new house.Tracy and her team at pet spas truly helped beyond measure. They knew how challenging he was and were able to keep him safe in his own little suite, and took the time to get to know him. They were able to excersie him, keep him about as calm as I could have hoped, and didnt treat him like an inconvenience as a client.Knowing he was okay while we were moving in and out and not having to warn countless people took a lot of the stress out of a whirlwind of a day. When I picked him up reception actually gave him a proper almost snuggle of a goodbye.That normally isnt possible. Needless to say Im pleased and thankful they were able to help with Brody, and our cat, Nami. Leave your fur babies with confidence and know that you can trust that they will be viewed as individuals and not just random dogs and cats.

I am so thankful to have found Pet Spas & Suites, My dog is very nervous and hard to groom. The employees at pet spas and suites have no problem grooming my dog and keeping him calm and happy. He always looks great. Thank you!!

We have been coming to Pet Spa for 11years (yes they have been here THAT long!), and my little Pomeranian, Jinx, always comes home looking and smelling beautiful. My dog has also boarded at Pet Spa, and the staff is so attentive and accommodating. Why go elsewhere when you are served by the best? My little Jinx just loves it here.

Fantastic place. They treat pets as their own. Extremely caring staff. Only place I use. My dogs get so excited as soon as we get in the parking lot & run to the door to get in. They love it there

The workers Were very kind, to my four legged children. As soon as we walked through the door we got a warm welcome. I didnt get a chance to do the grooming yet, but I will get them groomed here. They stayed at the spas hotel for 2 days, and I get to see them during their play time.

This place is amazing. If you are looking for a day care, or grooming to boarding to a spa day for your son or daughter this is the place to go! They even have cameras in each room where, when you login to their app, you can watch your pup from the comfort of your home, vacation spot or work! Loved it!

Tracy and staff never dissappoint. We were one of the first customers way back when in Latham. They moved to Wolf Road. We went to someone a little closer. What a mistake. I didnt realize how much I missed Pet SPas until I returned. You should do the same. You will see like I did. There is a difference.

Not only does Enzo love Pet Spas & Suites but we do too! They are clean, friendly and treat Enzo with the best care when he is there. We love that we can watch him on the cameras during the day and all the dogs get along. We give Pet Spas & Suites a 5 and highly recommend sending your pet here!

Wonderful people! Brought my lab, Marshall, who sheds like crazy. He hasnt has a grooming since the beginning of COVID lockdown. Got him groomed here a week ago and he still isnt shedding. Very kind, polite, and professional! Will be our go-to place from now on.

I recently boarded our pup Gus at Pet Spa and Suites.Early in the morning I checked the camera in his suite, he didn’t seem to interested in eating his morning meal.The next thing I saw was one of the terrific staff members came in to his suite, sat on the floor and hand fed him his meal ! The staff here have a pure love and kindness for all our fur babies. Honestly, there is no place I would consider having Gus go to for daycare, grooming and boarding than Pet Spas and Suites. They’re simply the best.

We do a monthly doggy daycare appointment for our dog. We usually add a grooming at the same time because the cost is just a little bit higher than daycare alone. Weve also boarded our pup overnight. The daycare and suite cams are a nice touch. The staff is always very friendly, as well.They took the attached photo during a spa visit during the holiday season and emailed it to us free of charge!

A great place to have your pet groomed or boarded. I have a large breed, double coated dog that has bladder problems. Ive had other professional groomers refuse to take her on but the Staff at Pet Spas & Suites welcomed us the very first visit and they do an awesome job every single time, while Not gouging for a difficult groom. The lobby has monitors showing real time video of the dogs being boarded and their rooms look large and comfortable with beds and things to do. While I dont board my dog Id have no hesitation bringing her here.

Weve been going to Pet Spa for close to 25 years. Phase 2 opening went as smoothly as can be...now able to include tip on charge so dont have to worry about having cash on hand. Joel does an amazing job with our retriever/border collie. 👏

I boarded my english bulldog here. They took great care of him - I loved the fact that I could see him over the webcam they had set up in each luxury suite. Great staff members, very responsive. I would definitely board my dog here again in the near future.
