Ciao Bow Wow

My pup loves ciao bow wow and having gone there for 2 months now I can say with confidence I do too! The staff is incredibly thoughtful and is always happy to see our little guy! They arrange for drop offs when needed and make me feel confident my puppy is getting the attention he needs when he is not able to be with me.

Our dog Mister LOVES coming here. Truly his second family. Hes always excited to get there, and is elated if he runs into a friend from daycare. The staff is very kind and attentive. We feel like we lucked out and found a very special spot in Ciao Bow Wow.

My dog Lexington doesnt even like being around other dogs that much so I was very apprehensive about his first day care experience. The staff here was so caring and accommodating that it eased mine and my babys anxiety. I travel to Brooklyn often for business and love being able to bring my dog along. I will definitely be using their services each time! Thank you so much!

My dog is obsessed with Ciao Bow Wow. We cant walk past them the days shes not in daycare, since she gets upset when she realizes shes not going. Shes a transformed dog since she started, and is so much calmer and better behaved now that shes getting positive and structured socialization. I love how deliberate, caring, and communicative all the staff are. Couldnt recommend them more.

Our dog pulls us to Ciao Bow Wow every time we drop her off and we are so grateful to all of the staff there and the owner Sara for taking such good care of her! We have had very positive experiences with our dogs grooming appointments there as well, and would recommend CBW to any other Brooklyn dog parents looking for daycare or grooming.

My 14 year old pug Toggie was a very shy girl. She did not know how to play with others and was reserved with strangers. Spending time at Ciao Bow Wow really helped her come out of her shell. After just a week, she let the staff pick her up, hung out with friends and followed the group around like a pack! She is somewhere over the rainbow now but I would like to thank Ciao Bow Wow for their great work of taking care of the little fur creatures that we love so much. I wish I knew how great daycare would be for my girl - I would have taken her so much earlier.Btw the day care is a great space, compared to many others in the neighborhood. They have a little backyard and the door is often kept open during warm months so the pups could enjoy the fresh air. When we are ready to welcome another fur baby into the family, Ciao Bow Wow would be the first place in our mind ❤️

This place is Bernie’s second home. Sara and her team could not be more dedicated and loving. It’s telling that Bernie pulled us there on EVERY walk in quarantine asking if she could go inside. I love that their daycare days are really thoughtfully designed—and include a drop off to your residence at the end of the workday if you’re in the drop off radius!

Brought my toy Yorkie here for grooming a few months ago and have the place on my mind because Im about to book a new appointment. I cant remember the name of the person who groomed Tiny, but they did a fantastic job. Tiny was very calm and happy when I picked her up, and she looked fantastic. Looking forward to bringing her back.

The only day care our dog likes :)! They even have an outdoor area! And the staff is amazing and you can tell they love dogs. Good group size too

Very friendly staff who will treat your dog the way you would hope. Fast service (nail clipping) and very reasonable price. Far less expensive than other options in the area.
