Le Doggie Cool is truly the gold standard for pet care! When I first brought Eddie in for grooming, I was a little hesitant because, as a dog mom, I’m very particular about who cares for him. Eddie isn’t naturally friendly with everyone, so I was genuinely surprised by how much he loves his caregivers here. He lets them pet him, pick him up, and interact with him in ways I never expected. This has not only helped him become more social but has completely transformed his behavior—he’s now one of the sweetest dogs.The grooming itself is beyond exceptional. They gave Eddie a thorough wash, a beautifully tailored cut, and even clipped his nails with such care that I could tell he felt comfortable the entire time. They also cleaned his ears and ensured he looked and felt his absolute best. As a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Eddie has specific grooming needs, and the team at Le Doggie Cool truly understands the importance of maintaining his breed’s signature look while keeping him comfortable. Their attention to detail and breed-specific expertise are unmatched.Eddie also goes to Le Doggie Cool for daycare, and it’s honestly become his second home. Every time we drop him off, he runs inside with so much excitement—it’s clear how much he adores the staff. It’s such a relief to know he’s in a safe, fun, and loving environment where he gets plenty of attention and care while I’m away.If you’re looking for a place that combines top-notch grooming services with a daycare experience where your pup feels like family, I couldn’t recommend Le Doggie Cool more. I cant say enough good things about Le Doggie Cool From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly team who clearly care about every dog that walks through their doors. The facilities are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to provide dogs with a safe and fun environment.

Love this cafe and enjoyed the overnight chai thing they serve. Also during the winter the rooms outside are heated which makes it a perfect hang out place.Kids love to come play with the drugs however I think you have to purchase something to get to pet the dogs which makes sense

Le Doggie Cool may be one of our pup’s most favorite places! So we decided to try it for grooming, since she knows and loves everyone there (and you want somewhere you can trust - especially when it comes to Doodle hair). We’ve had three haircuts done by Gabriel now, and I would highly recommend him. He listens to what you want and consults with you, checks in if he has any questions, and does an incredible job. He is lovely to work with, wonderful with the pup, and she looks great every time. I cannot recommend him enough!

My sister is obsessed with dogs so we planned a visit at Le Doggie Cool Cafe on a Saturday before noon. Youd have to order some food and drinks and itll give you access to their doggie daycare. A sign read that theres a time limit if the volume of visitors are high. Luckily, it was not packed, so we had at least 2 hours of hanging out with the dogs, a variety of breeds. They ran out of a lot of their menu items (ie. hot cocoa, waffles) which was a bit disappointing, but spending time with the dogs made up for that! I didnt expect to see that many dogs and, for that matter, so many types of dogs. The staff were attentive and took good care of the doggies. They cleaned up the dogs toilet business promptly. Theres an indoor and outdoor space. You can purchase doggie treats to feed the dogs. The dogs seem to enjoy their time playing with other (new) dogs, aside from a few that were hiding in the corner. I think those dogs were just shy or overwhelmed, but Im sure they will acclimate and build their social skills. We plan to come back again for more dog therapy!

I’ve always wanted to go to a doggie cafe so when my friend invited me to go I was thrilled.there’s so many dogs of different fur, breed and of course personality 🐕🐕 will definitely have to return some day 🐕❤️🐕

I took my dog here for a dog grooming and it was a great experience all around! Normally he’s not excited to go to the dog groomer but at le doggie cool he pulls to go here. If he’s happy so am I :) I have to mention that the groomer listened to what I wanted and 100% delivered, which doesn’t always happen. I will always take Elvis here.Just editing the review to say that we love Mayte! :)

Friendly staff and great dog care facilities. On the weekend yourself and your dog can sit in the back yard / dog care area upon the purchase of a coffee from the coffee shop.

A picture of my dog after a grooming at Le Doggie Spa. She was clearly in respiratory distress when I picked her up and no one bothered to call me. They took a while to bring her up to me and no one bothered to mention anything to me. After I got to the animal hospital I called back and they told me oh yeah we noticed she was very stressed so we took her outside. I said you took her outside but no one bothered to call me to notify me. She has been there before. They know she is an anxious dog and I reminded them at drop off. The owner offered me free day care or grooming to “help.” I will never bring my dog here again. They claim to be veterinary professionals but they did nothing seeing my dog was clearly in distress.I WAS NOT ISSUED A REFUND FOR THE GROOM LIKE THEY STATED BELOW. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN PROTOCOLS OF CALLING THE OWNER OR TAKING THE PET TO THE NEAREST HOSPITAL IF THEY ARE IN DISTRESS.

What an experience… great drinks and food for the humans, awesome staff that truly loves dogs.The dogs look super happy and love both the other dogs and staff. A great place to go for anyone who does not have a dog and need some puppy time!

Chaotic and out of control on weekend. I went in after buying treats for my dog, so many dogs came in to smell it and knocked over tables and chairs, but no one controlled it. It was a lovely drinking a coffee and puppies but I felt out of control.Also, some people picked my dog up without my permission just for taking photos even though my dog expressed he doesn’t like being held. I understand why people want to take a photo with cute dogs but please do not if don’t like it. My dog is not live for your instagram. So I decided to leave with my dog after seeing that people keep pick my dog up for taking a photo.Lastly, be careful when bringing a small dog, as there is no separate space for large and small dogs.

If I could give this business negative stars I would. My 6 month old puppy went to Le Doggie Cool for a simple bath, and came out with a chemical burn in his right eye that temporarily BLINDED him for 1.5 months and the owner tried lying about it. Le Doggie Cool is now refusing to reimburse me for any of his medical bills, even though they admitted to the negligence (after retracting their original story). They not only injured my 6 month old puppy, but are now refusing to make it right. Needless to say, I would tell you to stay FAR away from this groomer and their corrupt business practices.

Great grooming services. Pricing is by the weight of the dog so no surprise charges. Have had multiple groomers and my doodle came out great both times!

Our dog loves Le Doggie Cool!! Every time she goes for daycare she drags me to the door and runs in without looking back. She also gets groomed here and always comes out super fresh, clean and happy! I highly recommend Le Doggie Cool for daycare and grooming and am really happy with them!

Took my dog here for a groom. Booking was very easy. The groomer did a fantastic job cutting my dog’s hair. He has long hair and I am very particular about how I want it cut. She did a fantastic job listening to my instructions and he looks adorable!

The best day care in town! My dog doesn’t want to come home & and is tired out!

Have been using them for daycare, boarding and grooming since I got my dog about a 1.5 yrs ago. Have been very happy with all their services. My dog is never so excited as when we turn in to their block and he realizes we’re going there.

Grooming is easy to book, and they keep the dogs in separate areas if theyve been at daycare, so they are clean and fresh when you pick them up. My dog (Panda) always comes out looking her best!!! And its affordable for the area, especially with a bunch of different packages offered. My go to for sure.

I got slapped by a big dog and my friend was bitten… This place needs more staff training to avoid danger

This is the perfect place to spend a weekend afternoon with your pup. There is both an inside and outdoor enclosed area for them to run around and play. Also delicious treats for both humans and dogs :-)

Took my English Cocker Spaniel Lucy here for a grooming appointment and Le Doggie Spa made her look her best. She also was clearly happy after the appointment, which is a feat for a dog that is usually anxious with grooming. The front desk was also very nice and easy to communicate with over text. Will definitely be back!

This place is the BEST!Our dog Maple drags us here in the morning, it is her happy place. Weve been going for almost a year and are so happy. Our dog goes for daycare during the week, and weve also done their overnight boarding a few times. They love dogs and offer excellent services. They are so flexible with pick up and drop off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I’ve been taking my 11-month old pup here recently, after initially taking him to another local spot.Everyone at Le Doggie Cool has been great and super caring of my dog. Nice space with a larger private yard. They are warm and welcoming, there’s a cafe for humans too that’s open on the weekends. And most importantly, my pup loves it (more than the previous place).Def recommend

The service is great. The only downside is the booking policy. Our pooch Abby enjoyed her grooming so much that Le Doggie Cool is a magnet for our daily neighbourhood walks. The gravitational pull is enormous.

How genius is it to combine a doggie daycare and a cafe where all you have to do is buy a coffee and you get to go play with dogs for as long as you want?? If you love dogs you will love it here. You may have to wait for a bit only weekends but its worth it!

They do not care about dogs, they do not pay attention to them! My dog got pregnant there! They were supposed to keep the unneutered dogs aparts, they didnt . They then started playing game with me, they called me multiple times and recorded the conversation without my permission as they were afraid Id sue them. They also provided my contact info to the male owner without my permission... anyway, do not go there! Its a terrible place!

My dog got Kennel Cough at Le Doggie Cool, they said they would send a notice it the other members of their daycare, which they did not do.Then they called and said it is not their responsibility to send a letter because it’s in their terms and conditions.Just be careful where you send your friends. Understandable that dogs can get sick at daycare, they just really don’t care.

Im pretty sure my dog was ABUSED in her grooming session.This is Konas second grooming session with LDC. The day I picked up Kona, the female staff told me “I don’t know” when I told her I’m here to pick up Kona and took her a while to find someone and figure out that she should bring Kona to me.Once we arrived home, Kona threw up a piece of PLASTIC that is not from our household, which I also provided the picture in previous email thread.Meanwhile I noticed her legs and tail was a little wet when I picked her up at the spa but didn’t realize it was PEE, so I had to wash her again.After her grooming session on 4/7, she started shaking when taking a bath which was never the case. And now she HATES getting nail trim. She almost refuse to do any nail trimming and always shaky when taking a path.I contacted them twice: 4/10 & 4/24. They refuse to provide any information, video footage but only been denying what happened at the SPA. And offered 15% discount for her next grooming session?They simply denied everything and didnt addressed any of my concern let along my dogs condition.Several dog owners I know from dog walking also told me they noticed the spa has been understaffing and request tips charged even before they pick up their dog.We had a good first experience with this place but I dont understand why theyve become such terrible place.If theres more negative experience from other dog owners, I will continue to share the experience.

I dont know what I would do without Marianna and her team at Le Doggie Cool! Its a great space, v clean, with lots of room for the dogs to play, rest and enjoy the outdoors. They give every pup so much love and attention, mine literally drags me to it in the mornings and is so excited to be there! Drop offs and bath services are also great!

Would never send my dog to daycare here.Stopped by over the weekend with my dog to get a coffee and check it out. There were around 30 dogs and one staff member supervising. Pure chaos. Dogs eating the fence, big and small dogs arent separated, and each time a new dog walked in they were swarmed by the pack.I would say it was an off day, but my friend took her dog here for daycare a few times and she started showing aggression towards other dogs and was clearly anxious after.I wanted this place to be great so badly. Not every dog was in a stressful state, but several certainly were. The whole operation feels irresponsible to the dogs.

This place exceeded expectations! I’m so lucky to have found Marianna and Le Doggie Cool. She and her staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy. True dog people. Been coming here for a year-just grab a coffee and you can play with the dogs. TODAY: They started to add a 18% gratuity to my drink!!! 18%?!!? I ask the lady up front and she said it was tax, which was a lie until I asked them to text me the receipt and saw the charge. I don’t appreciate the dishonestly.Response to owner: I don’t mind supporting the workers. Just put a sign so it’s clear, no miscommunication.

Stumbled upon this place with my family while looking for coffee, and were all so happily surprised! The coffee was delicious (definitely recommend the Earl Grey Latte) and there is a nice backyard where you can play with the dogs. So cute and so fun!

We’ve tried 3 different doggie daycares in Williamsburg and this one is by far the best. It has an outdoor space, lovely and attentive staff, and our dog pulls to go here Every Day. He can’t get enough of the place and I swear some days he’d rather live at Le Doggie Cool than at home ;)We’ve tried all their services: baths, nail cutting, and boarding. Very happy with them all!

We (and our dog of course) absolutely love Le Doggie Cool. The staff is trustworthy, kind, and so loving towards all of the dogs, and I love checking their Instagram for cute video updates.This is hands down the best doggy daycare in the neighborhood—we started bringing our pup last year after several awful experiences with Happy Dogs and have never looked back. Absolutely the most loving and caring daycare for dogs! The people who work there are very responsible and well disposed. A safe place where I’ve always seen happy doggos having fun.

The owners think it’s okay to open a doggie day care and let loud barking dogs echo throughout our backyards relentlessly. It’s 7:55am on a Sunday and I was just woken up by loud barking dogs from their facility (even though it says they “open” at 9am). This is so inconsiderate and just plain rude to neighbors.

Ive been taking my 4lb maltese here for the past 3 months and Le Doggie Cool staff has been fantastic. My dog drags me into the door and cant wait to get off leash to play with staff and all the other dogs.The vibe here is local and personal with the abiility to talk to staff as opposed to other services that I thought lacked responsiveness and almost impossible to interact with anyone face-to-face.I was naturally hesitant given how small my dog is to put him in daycare, but this one is a no-brainer - Le Doggie Cool is the answer.

I love love love that place!! I think the staff takes really good care of the dogs and you can hang with them on the weekends with a cup of good ol’joe!

Love the concept so brought my little guy in earlier to have a coffee and play around. Unfortunately he was chased and bit within a minute of getting there. Not much I can do, but wasnt a great experience.

IMPORTANT! LE DOGGIE SPA EXPERIENCE IN WILLIAMSBURG, BK.Yesterday, 03/19, my husband and I brought our dog to Le Doggie Cool for a grooming appointment for the first time. Upon completion of the appointment, the groomer pointed out a rather large skin irritation that presented to be highly inflamed, bright red with little red dots, and warm to the touch, spanning about 8 inches along her side. We were shocked to see this considering it was not noticeable prior to her appointment, but we didnt want to jump to any conclusions. They advised us to consult with her daycare and vet, suggesting that it was a result of a food or medication allergy.After taking a closer look once we got home, we noticed the hair over the injured area felt noticeably thinner and rougher compared to the rest of her body, with the bright-red skin visible even from a distance.To cover all bases, we first confirmed with her daycare that she had not been fed anything during her stay, which aligned with our suspicions. She also exhibited no signs of distress between picking her up from daycare the previous evening, and dropping her off at Le Doggie Spa the next day.After consulting with our vet and providing photographs, he concurred that the condition was unlikely to be caused by a food or medication allergy. Typically, such allergies manifest with symptoms like loose stool, vomiting, or itching, rather than isolated patches of sudden redness. Furthermore, he suggested that the appearance of the injury resembled an abrasion, possibly caused by vigorous rubbing or forceful brushing. As of this morning, the redness has diffused and there are just little red dots left. Deshedding was a part of her grooming appointment, and it honestly looks like they used something abrasive with a lot of force resulting in ripping out hair and causing severe inflammation of the skin. Again, our vet has concurred with our analysis of the situation, especially since the skin has calmed so quickly without really doing anything different.While initially hesitant to assign blame without thorough investigation, the evidence overwhelmingly indicates that the damage to her skin & coat occurred during her grooming session. It is profoundly disappointing that no accountability was taken, and instead, attempts were made to deflect blame onto other factors. We have reached out to Le Doggie Cool via email to outline our findings after speaking with both the Daycare and Vet, and they still take no responsibility.Prioritizing self-preservation over integrity poses a significant risk to every pet entrusted to their care. I wouldnt wish this ordeal upon any animal or pet owner, and we consider ourselves fortunate that the harm inflicted wasnt more severe.I strongly advise anyone contemplating the utilization of their facilities or services to proceed with extreme caution.

The groomers here do a great job with my dog! She gets nervous and they are very gentle with her, and she always comes back looking cute. She likes to go to daycare here too. They’re the only one in the neighborhood with a good outdoor space.

Fantastic dog daycare and boarding. They really do care about your dog (even going so far to throw them birthday parties) and it doesn’t feel overly cramped or impersonal. 10/10.

We’ve been sending our pup to Le Doggie Cool and the Le Doggie Spa for over a year and a half. He has the best times and always gets so excited when he sees the LDC staff. They post pictures constantly on their Instagram story and he always has his tail wagging and a giant smile on his face. The Le Doggie Spa always gives great baths and haircuts and they always listen to our special instructions. There are lots of other dog daycares and groomers in the area, but we plan on always using Le Doggie

I understand you guys are running a business here, but the noise is getting out of control. This morning, the same dog has been barking for a half hour, starting at 7:30 am. This happens almost every single week, ESPECIALLY on weekends. Ive somehow been woken up by dogs barking at 6:30 am on a Sunday, before youre even technically open. Ive called you guys before to ask politely to, at a bare minimum, operate within the law, which states:DEP may take enforcement action if the noise can easily be heard from a residential address:For 10 minutes straight between the times 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM OR For 5 minutes straight between the times 10:00 PM and 7:00 AMYou break this almost every week. You stick 30-40 dogs in the backyard of a residential area and when they start barking, your employees start yelling at them to stop, bang on a window/metal pan, creating more noise, or do absolutely nothing at all. So PLEASE be more conscious of this. Again, I understand this is part of the nature of running a dog daycare, but how you guys operate this is disrespectful to the neighborhood. Please find a way to make this better for everyone.

Absolutely fun place to hang out and slowly drink a strong cup of coffee! It was funny seeing the different personalities each dog has. They have a really nice set up in the back. Chill out and relax.
