I cant say enough wonderful things about Lilly and her team! I have used their services for dog grooming, boarding and daycare. Not only was I extremely happy with his haircut, I can’t thank them enough for accommodating last minute boarding on Christmas Day. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. The staff here are truly exceptional—they treat every dog like their own, giving plenty of love, attention, and individualized care.Koko came home happy, tired (in the best way), and clearly well-socialized after playing with other dogs all day. The facility is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both fun and safety. I also appreciate the regular updates they send—photos and videos of Koko playing always make my day!If youre looking for a daycare that genuinely cares about your pets well-being, Lilly’s Pet Service is the place to go. Highly recommend it to any dog parent!

I’ve been taking my dog to Lilly’s for grooming services since I adopted him over a year ago. Lilly and her team are the sweetest and give so much care knowing my dog gets very anxious. I started utilizing her daycare services as well whenever I have doctor appointments in the area because he has separation anxiety. I see the care Lilly takes and thankful for all the help

Best haircut my doodle has ever gotten. Even a couple months grown out it looks amazing. They did exactly what I asked and they were quick and efficient. This groomer is out of the way for me but I will be coming back forever! Worth going out of my neighborhood to get a good groom.

Brought our sweet boy for his first grooming and first day of daycare this week. The staff is so attentive and communicative. During his first groom they had to go over in time about 45 minutes because he was scared of the dryer. I appreciate her going over time because she took into account his fear and went slow to make sure it was perfect. As for daycare they were amazing sent pictures and videos throughout his time. My little one left looking beautiful and happy after great service provided here!!!

He’s usually shy at first, but the team is so gentle and patient that by the end of his grooming, he’s happy and relaxed. His grooming is always done perfectly, and he comes out looking great and smelling fantastic every time. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and care!

Had a great grooming experience with my fluffy malamute mix. They did a superb job with de shedding and drying! Will definitely be back

Weve been using Lillys for grooming for the last 6 months. They do an amazing job with our dog Lucy! She gets nervous during grooming, but they do such a fantastic job with her. Extremely clean facility and everyone is super nice. Weve tried several other grooming services around Williamsburg and this is the absolute best!

The best place! They are the sweetest and do an incredible job grooming. They’re also very quick, she’s in and out in only an hour or less. Couldn’t recommend a place more!!

I’ve been going to Lilly’s for well over a year now for daycare and boarding, and I absolutely love it and trust Lilly.She genuinely loves and cares for dogs, and she has her own dog, so she knows how to handle and take care of them.I’ve also boarded my furry friend lot of times with her, and it’s always been a great experience.My dog absolutely loves Lilly’s daycare.

I AM VERY UPSET AND REGRET TAKING MY DOG HERE!! Front desk was NO HELP with my dogs situation i picked him up from what i thought was a good daycare and turned out he has a scuff on his nose and asked about it and was told that he had come in like that if id saw it i would’ve let them know to be Careful!! No one seemed to know what happened

We are absolutely thrilled with Lillys Pet Service! My wife and I recently used their daycare service for our dog, Skye, and we couldnt be happier. Lilly and her crew are incredibly nice and outgoing. We received regular updates, including videos of Skye playing and eating. The attention to detail and care shown towards Skye was exceptional. We have used other daycare services in NYC however picking up Skye from Lilly made us realize that Skye truly enjoyed daycare at Lilly’s Pet Service! Were definitely planning to bring Skye back for daycare and are eager to try out their grooming service as well. Thank you, Lilly, for providing such a fantastic service for our furry friend!

OMG what an amazing, beautiful experience at this place! Not only is staff friendly and caring towards me and my pet but they know 💯 pct what they are doing! I loved the grooming they did on my mini golden doodle. The prices are incredible and my dog looks like a teddy bear ❤️ . I highly recommend this place.

I lost a family member last year to cancer. Unfortunately towards the end of their battle they became extremely unwell and unable to take care of their dog, Sandy. It made sense for me take Sandy in while my family member focused on getting their health back. Sandy unfortunately was in really bad shape, which is no one’s fault. She didn’t go to her pet visits, she wasn’t being walked, she wasn’t eating well, and certainly wasn’t being groomed.I had no idea how to take care of a dog, but coincidentally Lilly’s pet service opened up right before I adopted Sandy. My husband and I took her to the vet, switched her diet, and as soon as we could, booked her an appointment with the groomers.This is probably Sandy’s 4th time coming to Lilly’s, and she treats every dog like it’s their own. Lilly’s prices are extremely affordable, the location is clean and grooming takes about 1-1.5 hours. I never shared with Lilly Sandy’s story, but she treats her with so much gentleness that doesn’t go unnoticed. This dog has been through a lot unfortunately, and I’m thankful for genuine and kind businesses such as Lilly’s dog service.Thank you for treating my girl well!

Oh Lily what can I say but only that i absolutely love her! She’s so attentive to detail with your lil stinker. I take my cavapoo literally looking like poo poo and she comes out looking like a super babe! If you live in the area (I moved to queens recently) (and still take her there ) I highly recommend Lily. She’s the best!

My pups Abby and Odin love Lilly’s and always stops at the door as we pass by on our walks hoping to go in. Lily knows how to make your pups look and feel their absolute best! So happy to have this gem of a place for my babies.

Lilly and her team are the best! Our dog is very shy and nervous but they are so great with her, and she looks forward to her walks every week. Paula has also stayed over with our pup and it was a fantastic experience. Lilly also gave us such thoughtful holiday gifts, including a picture magnet of our dog. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Lilly and her team are amazing! Lincoln loves Lilly and Paula. They’re almost always available to walk him for us when we aren’t available, and they’ve helped us with some overnight stays at our apartment too. Lincoln has been able to stay with Lilly for extended periods of times when my husband and I have to travel and are unable to bring him with us and he always has so much fun running in her yard and playing with her other pets and guests! Lilly is responsive with texts and often shares videos and pictures. The prices are great and the quality of care is wonderful. We recommend Lilly’s Pet Service to all of our pet owner friends!

We would HIGHLY recommend Lilly and her team. Our dog, Gracie, absolutely LOVES her daily walks with Paula. Gracie can be a little shy and Paula is so sweet to her and makes her feel comfortable. Gracie gets so excited to see Paula each day and we can just tell how great care Paula takes of Gracie on her walks. We also like how her walks are tracked so we can see where they went and if Gracie went to the bathroom and an extra bounce is the pictures of her walks that we get each day!

We are immensely grateful to Paula for taking such good care of our girl (Lucy). Lucy is a rescue and is wary of new people. Paula has taken the time to not only get to know Lucys quirks, but to embrace them. When I was home for Lucys pick up one day, I saw Lucy go up to Paula at the door and nuzzle her. I had never seen Lucy behave so affectionately with someone coming in the door who wasnt my husband or me. We so appreciate Paula for taking the time to see Lucy as an individual and build a relationship with her. Thank you, thank you!

We were very excited to come seeing the reviews, unfortunately although we asked for a scissor ONLY cut, she chose to shave our lhasa’s belly (?!) and in between her toes. Being a scissor cut we were charged an additional fee and our dog came out with several knots all over her body after the appointment and she has also been itching and licking her belly and her paws since the appointment, her paws were shaved and quite red since then as well with a small cut between the toes . May be good for new pet owners but not enough experience for specific coats and quality of the service. We asked for NO clipper to be used and you still went ahead and shaved a part of her body, very disappointing

By far the best groomer in NY! We’ve tried many and Lilly and the girls did THE BEST job ever! Our little doggy is very nervous but the girls made her feel safe and at home. They cut her to perfection and even got rid of her stinky breath! Lol couldn’t recommend highly enough (also the price was lower than anyone else)

Excellent service and all the girls who serve are incredibly friendly...the service is super fast...I thought they were going to call me after 4 hours to tell me that they finished taking care of my dog...but They called me to Laos in 40 minutes. I was super surprised and my pet looked super cute 💕
