Wag Club

This place is terrific - highly recommend! Our shy puppy did puppy social here with Robert and Jacklyn and gained a ton of confidence learning to play with other dogs. The front desk staff is top notch, especially Molly. She really went out of her way to ensure that our puppy was comfortable and felt safe when she came for her daycare and boarding test. We had tried another place for daycare that was a bit closer to our home for a daycare test and our puppy left shaking and scared after 10 minutes! But at Wag Club, she had a great time and did very well. The staff clearly knows dog behavior and how to work with many different dog personalities. Bonus - it is super clean and does not smell like every dog in the universe has peed on the floor like some of the spots I toured. Thank you, Wag Club, for helping us to raise a happy puppy!

Wag Club is the best doggy day care. People here are so dedicated to our furry babies. Ginger loves the place. One can also board the dog or have somebody doggie siting

Our pup has been going to Wag Club for about a year now (day care, boarding, grooming, and classes)! You’d be hard pressed to find another facility with as good services and staff. The staff takes such good care of the dogs and they are easy to coordinate with. Our dog loves going to wag club - she always runs when we get there. Wag club took great care of my dog for an overnight, and we also had a great experience with basic obedience training courses here. You can tell they really love and care about the dogs. Definitely recommend!

We did the puppy classes at Wag Club and my dog continues to go for grooming. Marta does a wonderful job and the new grooming facility is great! Everyone I’ve met at Wag Club has been so responsive and caring.

Super kind staff who take the time to care for and watch my dog to my standards. i also appreciate their honesty about not having dogs stay for too long due to their structure. will definitely have my pup stay here when i go away for a couple days.

My dog has been groomed twice at Wag Club. It is quick (under 2 hours) and Lucky comes out clean, cheerful and cute. John, the man at the desk is friendly and helpful. The dogs in the play area seem to be having a ball.His previous groomer would keep him for up to 7 hours. He is a rescue dog, and still terrified of abandonment. So groomer Martas efficiency and skill are appreciated by all.

We were considering keeping our dog here for boarding and did the overnight test, but unfortunately it didn’t work out because our dog is not used to sleeping in a crate. We’ve had to find another option since, but wanted to share that as a heads-up in case your dog might have a similar issue beforehand. Our pup certainly seemed to enjoy the daycare though (very clean and bright) and the team was very professional throughout the process.

Every person I spoke to over the course of several calls and met during our first visit was genuinely kind. Honestly I think they take the cake in Brooklyn for customer service at grooming shops. The store is impeccably maintained and has a wide variety of products thoughtfully arranged. My dog got his first grooming appointment there yesterday and for the first time since I can remember he didnt run for the door when I came to pick him up. And his cut was exactly as we asked. We will definitely be returning customers!

My dog goes to Wag for daycare, training, and grooming. The staff at Wag Club is amazing. They really know my dog and take special care of him. I couldnt be happier.

This review is long overdue. We’ve been sending our dog to Wag for daycare for over a year, and we couldn’t be more happy with the care he’s received. The staff is wonderful and our dog goes nuts with excitement every time he sees a dog or person from Wag. It’s great knowing he’s happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

My dog absolutely loves it here. He goes a couple times a week and wants to run in the door every time we walk by. The facilities are clean and everyone that works there is so nice and caring for all the dogs. I wish I could give Wag Club 10 stars!

My dog really loved this place. We brought 10 passes and we came twice a week. Friendly staffs and they played with the dogs.
