FETCH is just THE most fabulous dog boutique I’ve ever seen! Very much worth the drive from Manhattan, as there’s nothing like it in this city. Or maybe even in the USA! Seriously, you will not believe your eyes, and it’s so nice to have the experience of shopping in an actual store and talking with other dog owners. FETCH carries all the top dog fashions for every season, along with the most fashionable dog carriers & beds, treats, toys, you name it! The women who own the store couldn’t be nicer. They’ve even special ordered things for me. They recently moved to a larger space and added grooming services. Talk about everything you need all in one place! If you’re lucky, you’ll happen in on a day when they’re having one of their well known, over the top events! Such fun! My dog loves when I tell her we’re going to FETCH. She gets treat samples from the owners and gets to see her dog friends. Not to mention, we never leave without buying a new outfit or two or three. Every dog owner and friends of dog owners, who want to pamper their pups or buy gifts, should check out this boutique.

My precious puppy was hacked. You can see the shaved marks and his pink skin. He was so traumatized we had to take him to the vet to medicate him. Shame on this salon! They shaved and hacked his hair off for 75 dollars. Shame on this salon. His rear end was so raw and shaven he couldn’t SIT DOWN.

Ive been a client of Fetch since they opened their doors on Gerard Street and then through their move to New York Ave. Prior to using Fetch for their grooming services I used numerous grooming salons in Huntington and I can say with certainty that none of the other groomers matched the quality of service at Fetch. The owners Karen and Susan are dedicated to ensuring their staff provides exceptional service and they deliver time and time again. Besides their top notch grooming the store offers unique, high quality apparel, accessories and treats. Its a 10/10!! Do yourself a favor and visit or make an appt at Fetch, support a women owned business and a community based business that really cares about their customers and their pets!

I was recommended by a friend to bring my dog here. It is a beautiful boutique super cute stuff but very delicate. I took my dog for a bath and he gets nervous at new spots but overall he’s always a good boy. I won’t take my dog there again. Front desk lady was NOT very welcoming or nice. My dog got nervous and peed by the bench they have there not ON it like she thought. She had the nerve to yell at me “you’re just going to let him pee on the furniture?!!” I’m usually not one to stay shut but I was confused as to why she thought she could talk to me like that. So that energy just threw my boy off completely. She then called like 30-40 minutes after I left him saying to get him because he is finished but also because he keeps peeing everywhere. The groomer was very nice and sweet to my dog I appreciate that. I have taken him to a different place before and he did NOT act the way he did at this place. Not a very good experience. Dogs feel energy and my dog was not feeling that lady’s energy at all. She made both my dog and I super uncomfortable 😔

Amazing store and grooming!! We moved from the city and we were so sad to leave our groomer there, but so happy we found Fetch!! The groomer Shelby did an amazing job and made our yorkie Olivia feel very comfortable. Also, the store is beautiful and has beautiful clothing and accessories. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back soon! :)

Shelby always does my dog coco grooming ! I love how my dog looks and my coco never comes out with anxiety as it did with previous salon! I’m happy and I have been loyal customer ! I like that my dog is not caged up as it is other Salon that’s why she hated to get grooming! now she’s happy going to Shelby and whenever I’m running late they are playing with her or have her sit and wait not caged

Fetch Shop is AMAZING! The owners are friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about canine couture and sizing (which varies quite a bit!) I drive all the way from Riverhead to shop there for my dog André and I am never disappointed... it’s worth the ride! Matter of fact, I found them because I needed a tux made for my dog!The store is welcoming and beautiful - as soon as you walk in, you know this is the place to get the finest clothes, accessories and food for your dog! I highly recommend it - you and your dog can thank me later😉💯PS - they also do grooming now, and the groomer is INCREDIBLE!

My family and I were so excited to take our beloved puppy to Fetch. We dropped him off and were surprised when we were told to pick him up only an hour and a half later- normally grooming takes much longer. We were horrified when we picked him up and discovered that he was shaved raw! He was so ‘raw’ that he could not sit down, and was crying and whimpering for days. It was very upsetting to see my puppy so hurt and upset. He was shaved so raw you could see his pink skin, also meaning that he shivered constantly because he was cold. So sad to see him like that…

Wonderful shop, wonderful owners. Ive known Fetch since it opened, they provide a wonderful shopping experience to the community, wonderful service to the community, and are extremely supportive of many of the animal welfare organizations in the community. The best in town. A thousand stars.

Shelby did an amazing job grooming my 9 month old poodle puppy! He is usually very timid and shy in new situations but she made him feel very comfortable. Not only does he look beautiful, he had a positive experience as well. A few hours after I brought him home, I called to ask Shelby if we could come back to get a little more trimmed off the top of his head. She was very accommodating and my little guy ran right back into the shop without hesitation. That says a lot! Thank you Shelby!!

I knew someone who had a dog that was very matted and just a mess. I took the dog to try and help them and groomed the dog myself. I felt uncomfortable doing it’s nails since they were black. So I brought the dog to fetch to see if they would cut his nails. I told them the story of the dog. It was a very sad story because the dogs mommy had suddenly passed away and my friends suddenly found themselves taking care of 4 young children and the dog. They were very nice and took great care of the dog. They cleaned up the job I did, which was pretty bad since I am not a dog groomer. They got the rests of the matting off and cut his nails and made him look absolutely adorable. Not only did they do this at a moments notice but they only charged me $10 for the nails. I can’t thank them enough for their care a love for animals. FETCH YOU ROCK!!!

Shelby is an amazing stylist. She goes above and beyond to take the time to groom Charlie, my King Charles Cavalier. She even gave him a massage to help his aching hips. Charlie loves her and cant wait to see her. I love the store as well, with there unique clothing items. I highly recommend Fetch
