Convenient location and plenty of dogs for my fur baby to play with… he loved it! Can’t wait to see the new renovations. Staff is great and prices are reasonable with plenty of options. I would recommend. He gets the “camp hangover” after a full day of play… he’s exhausted!!🤣❤️🐾

I could never find my dog on the visual screen when I would enter the building. I would look at 6 cameras showing everyone elses dogs, except mine. They would bring him from the back, soaked with water. They told me he was being sprayed with water to deter him from whatever it was that they didnt like. Then, I would discover that he was being held captive in a room, alone (which they dont tell you about when you sign up) and I later found out that he was in there for long lengths of time from one of the former employees. My dog wanted out so bad (I assume from whatever they were putting him through at their facility) that he cleared a 6 foot security fence just to try to get out. I dont recommend taking your dog there if he has any behavioral quirks, whether big or small. They will punish and lock up your dog regardless. Instead of telling you your dog isnt right for their program, they would rather take your money and put your dog on doggie arrest before telling you to keep your dog home. If I wanted my dog to be locked up in a room all day, Id have kept him home for free! Highly discourage anyone from bringing their dog there. Unless your dog is perfect. Then, you might have an okay experience.

October 2024 Update!I saw my review was from 4 years ago and wanted to provide an updated review! The staff at Camp Bow Wow is INCREDIBLE. They treat each dog like they are the most special dog that comes to camp. I’ve watched on the cameras and the counselors always make time to pet the dogs and engage with them.We received a text from the staff a week or so ago that they had noticed a lump on her belly. We knew about the lump (it’s benign) but I was so very grateful that they reached out. The counselors and staff genuinely care about each dog.The new remodel is fantastic. The lobby is very inviting and clean. The staff at the front desk are always very friendly and kind.We also have boarded our dog at Camp Bow Wow when we’ve gone on vacations or just for a night or a weekend. It’s so nice to know that my dog is in good hands while we are away.I’m attaching a picture of my dog Kayleigh at Camp Bow Wow when they had bubbles during camp.We love Camp Bow Wow and so does Kayleigh. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for your doggy daycare and boarding needs!***************The staff was extremely knowledgeable and so kind to our puppy!

Camp Bow Wow is a godsend. Weve been taking our staffy Maggie there for almost 2 years and she loves it, and so do we. She literally howls with excitement every morning when were on our way there! The staff is great and you can tell that they really care about dogs, and pay attention to them. And the best part is seeing your extremely tired, but very happy, pup at the end of the day. When Maggie doesnt go to Bow Wow, she wakes us up around 6:30 in the morning. The day after shes gone there -- Im waking her up at 7:30 :)

My dog loves it here! They take such good care of him and his high energy self. He was kicked out of a previous daycare for being “too energetic”. Breanna did his entrance test and was super helpful, knowledgeable and made time for us, we even got a cute first day note with how it went and what he did. The staff gets excited when they see him and go above and beyond to make him feel special. I highly recommend. (After a long day of play at camp now wow sleeping with his teddy bear)

I have been taking my dog little Bailey to daycare at Camp Bow Wow in Tonawanda for a while now . They are so great with him and I would recommend taking your dog here bc your dog will be in great care while he or she is there . They are all so friendly and nice and greet my dog by his name every time and he loves coming here to daycare. I will be soon keeping him in a cabin overnight to see how well he does . They are remodeling the place so more cabins they will have there . Bailey is in the new section as of today August 14,2024. Thank you so much for taking great care of Bailey while he is there. This has definitely changed my life in a great way bc he loves to socialize with all the dogs and he loves people. Thanks Camp Bow Wow! You all are awesome! ❤️

Friendly people who seem to genuinely love being with all our dogs. Lots of extras and reasonable prices. It gives me peace of mind that they are being cared for in a safe and fun environment

They staff is very friendly! They get excited when they see the dogs come through the door. My dog is already super excited the minute we pull into the parking lot! I love that I can check in on them at anytime with the app.

Very responsive staff when I reached out about an interview.Front desk and camp counselors were very friendly and accommodating, and I emailed halfway through the day to check on the dog and got an immediate response with an update on how she was doing.I asked about having her nails trimmed and the girl at the front desk recommended we not do that on interview day - it was definitely the best recommendation but I appreciated that she wasnt willing to sell us a service if it wouldnt be best for the dog.Very detailed information provided, answered all of my questions both at drop off and at pickup. Were looking forward to sending our dog to camp one day a week going forward, and possibly doing boarding in the future.Updated to add:We LOVE Bow Wow! Our girl is a former puppy mill mama so she came with some very timid manners and is nervous about new people and places. All of the staff at Bow Wow have been so kind to us and to her - theyre great about giving us updates when we call to check on her, and they always greet her by name, whether shes there for camp or for boarding. Shes clearly well cared-for, and she loves going to play with her friends. Weve had nothing but excellent experiences with Bow Wow. We are so grateful for the staff there!

My dog always has fun and leaves tired! He’s been to camp bow wow for both daycare and boarding and we’ve had no problems at all!

Camp bow wow did not notify me of ongoing construction currently going on in the back where the dogs are. I had made a reservation for my dog months prior, and after I discovered there would be loud construction in the back and it was not advised for dogs that were scared of loud noises to board there, I explained that I discovered there was construction by chance and asked why I was never informed of the ongoing construction. I was told It is too difficult to call 200 pet parents. We also handed out flyers and you should have been following our social media. Crazy how they blamed me for not having taken my dog to camp on a regular basis to receive the notification flyer and not following them on social media. All I wanted was for them to take accountability and admit their fault, but instead they blamed me and made me feel crazy for asking to be notified of loud construction. If they are able to confirm everyones reservations, why dont they have the time to notify customers of ongoing construction? Especially when I made the reservation months prior and my dog was going to be boarded for over a week. Not to mention they said the owner was going to call me days ago and I never received a call. what a way to run a business

The dogs love it there, and generally, the staff is great, but both dogs have gotten illnesses from there. One was ill for two months last summer for two months the other recently with an intestinal virus. I think they may have too many dogs on any given day.

Camp BowWow has been a huge help with our Great Dane puppy, Tango. His energy levels far surpass ours . Grooming services are available when needed. When he comes home we enjoy that he had fun and we all get to relax together.

Camp Bow Wow Tonawanda is absolutely great for day care and boarding! Staff are super nice and really seem to care about the dogs. I always feel confident that my dog is well cared for. My dog loves it there! I give it 10+stars and highly recommend it!! Thank you to all the camp counselors for all you do every day!

My puppies were happy and wagging their tails when we picked them up. That means a lot. Our girls love their stays with the Camp Bow Wow team.

My dog loves camp and I love that she loves camp! The staff is welcoming, friendly, educated, and keep my dog safe which is my biggest concern when other’s look after her. My pup has been a camper for over two years and they’re my go-to for overnight boarding. I love the one-on-one enrichments offered to give my girl special attention. They also offer extra fun in the yard including pup pool time, edible bubbles, etc. They have cameras on in the play area so no matter where you are, you can rest easy seeing your pup living their best life. If you have a dog that loves other dogs, Camp is a great resource for care and socialization. Highly recommend!

I was recommended Camp Bow Wow Tonawanda from a close friend after a terrible experience at another local daycare so I was pretty nervous/skeptical about what to expect. The staff is beyond wonderful and truly invested in the campers. My dog always has the best time and looks forward to his day or overnight stays. Camp Bow Wow is a great place to send your dog for the day or a week. The staff truly like dogs! I bring my dog one day a week and utilized the kennel option as well. I highly recommend them for your pupper

Our dogs always come back happy and healthy after day care or overnight stays. Updating this, not sure what happened but my dog was not allowed to play in the general area anymore and we have now been told if he comes back he will have to stay in the kennel. I take him to dog parks all of the time and he has never had a problem being around other dogs like they claimed. We found a sitter on Rover and couldnt be happier with the switch . We wont be back to camp any more .

My furbabies LOVE it here! They are always exhausted after a day at camp. The staff are so personal and friendly and amazing with your pups. I love that they have cameras so you can see your pups enjoying themselves. I am so glad I decided to drop in one day for info. They do a thorough review and ensure your pet is comfortable in the yard before you leave them. I also love how they do special events for the benefit of rescues etc on holidays like the kissing booth and pics with santa.

I checked on my dog multiple times throughout the day via the live cameras, each time he looked like he was enjoying himself! He enjoyed the bone shaped pool and got a lot of pets by the employees. He was exhausted at the end of the day after his exciting day at Camp! I feel safe leaving him there for the day or overnight if needed. The staff is very easy to communicate with and seems very caring.

I am a fairly recent customer to Camp Bow Wow, but I have been thoroughly impressed by the facilities and the staff. The counselors are always professional, very upbeat, and genuinely happy to see your dog. The facilities are spacious and there are outdoor play areas which our last dog daycare facility didnt have. There are always plenty of counselors there to monitor your dogs. The selection process they use to make sure your dog is a good fit with the others is also very impressive. Your dog is in great hands with Camp Bow Wow, and I would highly recommend them. Despite being a chain, they are Buffalos original dog daycare and the amount of experience they have in caring for your dog shows. My dog, Sammy, is more excited to pull up to Camp Bow Wow than anywhere else, even the dog park! We both love Camp Bow Wow so far and all the staff there.

I am so THANKFUL for Camp Bow Wow. The staff is always incredibly professional and kind. My dogs love coming to camp and staying over night when I am away for work! Last week I had a family emergency and I was unable to pick up my dogs on time - they were so accommodating and helped me out when I was in a pinch. I would never take my kids any where else!!

The workers are always so nice and they are great with my dogs. My dogs always come back happy. I, unfortunately, had to use a different kennel not long ago, as camp bow wow was booked up, and my dogs seemed traumatized and just not themselves for days. This has never happened at camp bow wow!!! I will never use another kennel again as long as I can help it!! I would definitely recommend anyone who has a dog to trust them to the staff at the camp, both for the day and for the week! Your dog will have a wonderful vacation as you vacation.

My dog loves coming to camp!! The employees are very friendly and remember my dog by name when he comes in. I love that there are cameras so you can check in on your fur baby during the day. The prices are fair and I feel that my dog is safe when I bring him here! He always comes home happy and tired.

We’ve boarded our dog here for vacation multiple times and often drop him off for the day so he isn’t left home alone for too long. We’ve never had a problem. The staff is so friendly to our dog and some even remember him! They take excellent care of him every time and are easy to communicate with. As someone whose dog is basically like another child it’s important to me that he’s is taken care of and I always feel safe leaving him with them. Keep up the great work!

Staff are always very friendly and know Jacks name. They may not know our name (lol) but they know who Jack belongs to when we walk in the door. Jack has a great time when hes there which is evidenced by his 15 hours of sleeping afterwards! Were very thankful for Camp Bow Wow and especially the wonderful staff!

My pup is always so happy to visit here. The counselors recognize her when we come in. I love checking the live Webcam to see her playing with other pups. Great place!!!

Every visit our pup has made does not disappoint. Shes a medium size girl, plays with big and small, and has the energy of a whippet. The staff is great, and is fantastically attentive, and on point; they keyed on one time during the summer when our girl got too excited with all the fun that they pulled her to a quiet room to relax and cool off, and gave us a call to let us know what is going on. Having the helicopter parent cams are a nice thing too, but gets us distracted at work watching all the fun. We have yet to board, but wont think twice about choosing this CBW location to do so.

We have been to a few Camp Bow Wow locations in our travels and this one has been our favorite so far! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They also made a point of getting to know our pup and sending home a little card with a few highlights of his stay, which for me was an indicator of how interactive the staff really is with each dog. We have friends now living in the area and we will be back again!

Counselors are friendly and seem to really care about and know your dog. The hours are very convenient, open on saturdays, and they communicate well through social media if there are any special circumstances that parents need to know about. My dog also seemed to enjoy staying overnight without an issue. Thank you!

We are new to Camp Bow Wow and were so impressed with how we were treated on our first couple days. The personal touches (like our dogs name on the welcome board and her first day report card) make a difference and the staff is friendly and reliable. I appreciate knowing my dog is always being supervised.

My dog loves playing with the other dogs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and there is plenty of supervision while the dogs play. All day play means all day play. My dog comes home happy and tired. Also you can watch through their web cams so you can see what your dog is doing and who they’re playing with which is fun.

Counselors are very nice. Love how there is always somebody watching the dogs at all times. The facility is very clean. The ease of scheduling boarding is great, and the value for peace of mind is wonderful. You don’t have to worry that your dog is stuck in a kennel all day, and you can tune in and see that they are having fun is priceless. I love how the counselors know my dogs name when we walk in the door. That level of attention to detail blows me away. I always recommend this facility to anyone I know looking for daycare or boarding for their dogs.

Camp Bow Wow was well worth the price, with excellent staff and a nice facility. The dogs have ample opportunity to interact with other dogs, or even stay by themselves if theyre a bit shy. The staff takes great care to make sure that each dog is happy and that all the dogs behave well. The interview process ensures that dogs who are not properly trained to interact with other dogs are weeded out. You can be sure that your dog will be safe, have plenty of room to exercise and play, and will be cared for as well as at home. The cameras that allow you to check on your dog remotely are an added bonus and give you additional peace of mind while youre away. Camp Bow Wow is the one place I can trust to care for my dog when I am away; I highly recommend them.

The staff is very friendly and it is clear they get to know the dogs.I have a foster dog who attends day care at Camp Bow Wow. He has some behavioral issues in the home and so it is really important that he stay well socialized with dogs and other people.Camp allows him to do this. I am so very appreciative of what you all do to help fosters with their transition to their forever homes. Thank you so much!

We have never used a boarding facility or day care with any of our previous dogs. We have been taking our now one year old dog to Camp Bow Wow for about 9 months. She stayed overnight as a puppy when we went out of town and was happy and healthy when we picked her up. All of the staff is very friendly and we really feel they care about all of the dogs. We love that we can drop Zoe off for an afternoon or all day whenever she needs a bit more excercise and play time. Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow

Our Weimaraners had a great time at this facility. It was nice to be able to have the ability to view their room online. The staff that we interacted with were great.At peak times though, the number of dogs to caretaker ratio is concerning. Our dogs were fine, but one could see how that could easily be an issue.

Staff is super friendly and polite. They have cameras so you can watch the dogs play. Prices are decent and its in a pretty easy to get to spot just watch when you pull out of the parking lot people speed on that road.

Camp Bow Wow Tonawanda is the best! I feel totally comfortable leaving my dog with the staff, who seem to love her as if she was their own! The camera live streams are an added bonus, so I can check in throughout the day to see how my dog is doing. I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone looking for doggy daycare services!

Great place to bring your dog. My fur baby Molly loves her day at camp. The staff is super friendly and great Molly by name every time. Sending her there has really opened her up socially with both other dogs and people as well. I recommend Camp Bow Wow to all my friends with dogs

My dog is always happy and smiling whenever we come to leave her. She practically leads us in! I particularly like the web cam so I can visit with her from wherever we are. Our last time, however, the cam was down for several days and that was disappointing. Otherwise we have only very good experiences. You can tell the handlers really do enjoy caring for the dogs. I recently brought my German Sheppard to Camp Bow Wow in Tonawanda, as I have been doing for the past 10 years without any issues. I received a call from Camp Bow wow stating that my dog bit a hole in one of the counselors hands. I then asked her if she wanted me to come pick my dog up right away and was told No. But he will not be allowed to come back. Upon picking my dog up, I asked to speak with the counselor that my dog allegedly bit and was told No. We dont allow you to talk to the counselor. But we do have it on video for to view. I then asked her to see the video and she said Fine. We have had several conversations with you about your dog biting the counselors which we have documented. This took me off guard as there were not multiple conversations regarding my dog biting the counselors. I then requested to see the documentation of all the alleged conversations about my dog. I was told that these were company records, and I was not allowed to see them. After requesting again to see the video of my dog, I was told to leave. At this point, I raised my voice which I probably shouldnt have, demanding to see both the video and the documentation which was followed by me being told to leave again. It is my belief that the dog did not bite anybody, which is why they were refusing to prove that this happened after stating they had alleged proof. In addition, I notice a constant staff change which leads me to believe that the counselors have no prior experience or training working with dogs. I suspect there may have been some abuse against the animals there as well.Beware of bringing your dogs to this business!

The Bow Wow people are always helpful and friendly. We recently had out 1 year old pup stay with Camp Bow Wow Tonawanda for 8 days. We were able to watch him play on the webcams throughout the week. As always they took good care of our pup, administering his food on schedule and his medicine. When we picked up our pup, he was groomed, clean, fresh and ready to come home! We will continue to use Bow Wow for our boarding and daycare needs!

I trust the Camp Bow Wow in Tonawanda. I had my puppy try another daycare closer to where we live and is a little bit cheaper, but I didnt have the same professional experience as Camp Bow Wow. I believe they do the best job at separating dogs based on energy levels and I like that there is always a staff member in with the dogs. The cams you can watch online are a plus as well!

The staff is so friendly and does so well with thumper! I love the cameras to check on him throughout the day. It’s a very affordable price and and always flexible with timing and needs. My dog goes crazy when we get to camp and is always exhausted coming home!

We recently lost one of our two Pomeranians so we started taking our 6 yr old Milo to Camp Bow Wow for socialization. I love that they have half or full day options. I like the way the dogs are grouped by temperament and I am really hoping after a few more visits Milo will start to play with the other dogs. It is very helpful to be able to watch the Camp Cams to keep an eye on Milo. The price is very reasonable. He comes home exhausted even after a half day there. The staff are always very friendly. Im not a huge fan of spraying the dogs in the face with water due to their behavior or if they are trying to get out when the gate gets opened so I am really hoping Milo behaves and does not become fearful of water.

Its nice to know that I can always count on Camp Bow Wow to be there when we are going out of town. The Tonawanda facility is convenient, clean and the employees always know my dogs name no matter how long it has been since his last visit. I know he has both indoor and outdoor play areas and will be well taken care of. Thank you to the staff at Camp Bow Wow.

Excellent services!!! My dog is always well taken care of and as a result, loves going there. They take care in knowing my dog is elderly and give him time outs and a quiet rom to sleep (when available). The only two things I would change. The price is kind of steep. And for that price, there should be someone there all day on Sundays so the dogs can play. Besides that, its perfect. Thanks for taking care of my pups!

My english bulldog Blanche stayed here for 6 nights during my familys recent vacation to Disneyworld and Camp Bow Wow far exceeded my expectations. My dog has never stayed here before but I was able to quickly determine that she would be well cared for. Amazing staff and if you download their app you can view you dog in real time via their multiple cameras they have set up throughout the areas where the dogs are. Highly recommend!!!!!

We boarded our previous dog, Indy, at the Tonawanda location. It was always an excellent stay. We are going to board the dog, Katie, we have now there also. They are kind, efficient and attend to the dogs needs. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow.

We really like the camper cams! Our dog is very afraid of people. The employees at Camp Bow Wow have been patient and worked with him. Its the only place hell go. We use it for daycare and overnight boarding for our family vacation. Camp Bow Wow has helped us so much!

Love Camp Bow Wow! Our lab puppy went for the first time at 6 months old and absolutely loved it! He is very energetic so it was nice to be able to let him burn off some of his energy while playing with other dogs at Camp.

What a professional, clean and fun place to take your dogs!! The staff is wonderful and its refreshing to know that there is a place where I can take my 2 fur babies and let them play hard all day and not have to worry about them. Honestly, this is the best doggie daycare I have EVER taken my dog too, and he has been to a lot during our travels! The staff here is amazing; they exemplify what customer service should be like! I am excited that I will be back in town over the next few months because I will be able to bring my dog back here. When I called to ask about coming in for daycare, the girl on the phone immediately remembered my dog (although we had not been back to this location in almost 9 months), and sounded elated that he would be coming back. We had tried other daycares in the Buffalo area previously, but this is hands down the best. The customer service and facility are second to none, and I hope the owners realize what an amazing team they have! Bismarck and I cannot wait to see everyone again!

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, super clean and the dogs LOVE IT, dogs NEVER LEFT ALONE. You can even watch your pup play on the Webcam. Was my Leos 1st play day, and will be many more. They even have training.

Dante, my German Shepherd LOVES going to camp. He knows just by how I get ready in the morning if its his day to go and jumps around. When we get there he drags me to the door and never looks back. Every one there is great (Dante loves Jason) and greeted him by name the second time he went, even a few weeks after his interview. Weve been going every week for almost a year and recommend it to everyone.

The staff is so friendly! I was nervous to bring my puppy for the first time bc she can get nervous around other dogs.The staff made me feel at ease. Love that you can check in on the webcams. Received a certificate with a picture of my pup on the first day. Super cute! Chelsea was great to talk to! I will definitely be bringing my Cali back to play with her new friends!

We love our Tonawanda location at Camp Bow Wow. The staff are so friendly and very accommodating. Our fur son Riley loves hanging out with his fur friends. Price is affordable and staff is great with the pets. 🐺❤

Great place to take your four legged baby while youre at work all day! The staff are trained in first aid procedures as well as loving your dog as much as you do, and its a great way to exercise and socialize fido while youre working hard for the money! Trust these folks with your dog, theyll take good care of him.

Our puppy loves to visit Camp Bow Wow. When we are on vacation our kids enjoy being able to watch her playing on the web cams. Its great seeing her enjoy herself! Definitely recommend.

Every time I take my dog to Camp bow wow she gets sick, Today we are visiting the vet again. Overall the place is good and take care of the dogs, but the dog owners take their dogs to camp sick or dont realize their dogs are sick. Overall friendly staff.

I have been taking my dog to the daycare for a couple of years now and this place is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog has a great time. We also enjoyed their puppy class.

The area is so warm and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. Any questions or concerns that I had they were able to address. They also provided a packet regarding my dogs interaction with other dogs and any other resources that I may want/need to refer to. Cant wait to go back!

I board my dog here for vacations and day camp. The staff are all incredibly nice and I love being able to watch my dog on their cameras and see how he’s doing. When I pick him up he’s always super happy. I highly recommend this place for dog boarding!

Kirby loves going to Camp Bow wow. We can hardly contain him before he gets out of the car. He comes home exhausted after a fun filled day. He also enjoys staying overnight. He is always greeted with a smile and warm hello. We have never had a bad experience.

Every single time I drop my Ellie off or pick her up - the staff are so kind and clearly care about each of these dogs as if they were their own. Everyone is friendly and greet Ellie by name which I love and appreciate.

Camp Bow Wow is the ONLY place we trust leaving our dog Sasha while we are out of town. Sasha gets LOTS of exercise running in circles. All of the counselors are fantastic and know her by her AKC name (The Silver Snuggler)! The facility is always clean. The prices are fair. The cameras are an added bonus!

Great dog daycare center. They really get to know your pet and offer a firendly atmosphere. They offer training courses and overnight boarding as well as day care. Facility has cameras that you can watch via their app and see your pet at play. Great place to take your pooch!

I have a rescue dog named Alabama who is generally a shy dog but just saying the phrase Camp Bow Wow around her makes her go crazy with excitement. Ive never had anything but positive interactions with the staff and the facility is clean, safe, and secure, which is very important for my wife and I.

The Staff is great with the dogs! My Layla didn’t want to leave. They made me feel comfortable about leaving her there and I love that I can access the webcam whenever I like. ❤️❤️

Very Professional, clean with everything thought of that would be needed in such a facility. The people are extremely well-equipped and very nice to both the pet and the owner. I have already recommended you to many people at UB and I have emailed about nine people of family and friends and told him that while I am away in New York all day Saturday they are to watch Charlotte and hopefully with the computer versus the iPhone take some snapshots of her. I missed her being on top of the mountain. Dont forget Ill be dropping her off before 7 PM this Friday, you will have her all day Saturday, and I am to pick her up my choice the morning hours or the split going into evening hours on Sunday. Thank you with your help with her.

The drop-off without a reservation is very convenient. I also find the employees to be warm, compassionate people and feel very comfortable leaving my fur baby for the day and longer while on vacation! Charlie also loves going to camp!

Very well set up Bella had a blast she was out of it the rest of the day. This is a wonderful place for my Dog to go for the day and have fun with other Dogs. Will be going there often at least once a week.

Chase had an excellent time playing with all his friends for 7 days and his 6 night sleep over..... workers take time to monitor the play time all day long along with interaction and keep the yards outdoor and indoor very clean - would highly recommend !!!

Thank you so much for being able to take Charlie while we explored the Falls while on vacation. It was a greater bonus when we received a call that you had an opening for the night. Our boys were able to see the illumination of the Falls for the first time. The boys loved logging on to watch Charlie play with his newly found pug friends up until bed time.

I love that Camp Bow Wow has soft clean turf vs stones or pebbles for Bentley to walk, run, and play on. We are always greeted with a smile by friendly, caring staff and its a pleasure to come here everyday!

My husband and I have been sending our 3.5 year old mutt, Draco, to Camp Bow Wow in Tonawanda for several years now. I love so many things about Camp Bow Wow - the cleanliness of the facility, the fact that they have cameras so I can watch my dog play while Im at work, the attentiveness of the staff... but the thing that I think always hits me the most is, even when Draco hasnt been to camp in months, the staff still remembers him and calls him by name when he attends for the day. As soon as we pull in the parking lot, Draco knows where he is and I cant get him out of the car quick enough. We have no children, so we truly feel like Draco is our baby and we are very particular over who cares for him when we are not around. Aside from my parents, I feel most comfortable leaving him in the capable hands of the Camp Bow Wow Tonawanda counselors. They are an amazing group of people who make Draco (and his humans!) feel welcome. I would highly recommend their services to everyone!

I absolutely love camp bow wow in tonawanda! The staff is super friendly and caring towards all the animals. I love that I am able to watch my dog on the camper cams. I highly recommend this place!

I took my puppy to camp bow wow only a few times, he seemed to enjoy playing there, however i dont think they take him to the potty as much as he needs to go since hes a smaller dog and often would be in the small dog room. on my last visit with them i requested him to be washed right before i pick him up, and i was excited to see him all clean, imagine my disappointment when i picked him up! he was not washed AT ALL. they charged me for the bath, and i thought well ok maybe he got dirty playing outside while waiting for me, but when i picked him up he did not smell fresh at all but smelled like a dirty dog who got washed a few days ago and still had the smell of my shampoo that i use on him. he came out dirtier than when i brought him in and i am almost positive that they did not give him a bath at all. i ended up paying for a bath and when i came home ended giving him another bath. why charge me for a service that they did not perform just makes me mad. i dont think i trust to bring him in anymore because if they lie about this what else are they being dishonest about??

Great experience. I love that you do not need to make an appointment ahead of time. When life happens and you need someone to watch your furry children then let them have fun at camp bow wow with some friends.

My Cooper has a wonderful time whenever he goes there, the staff is wonderful and he comes home so tired and happy. Makes mommy happy to see him play and make puppy friends.

Great place for our husky mix to socialize and get his energy out! Counselors are always friendly and accommodating! I just wish there was one closer to my house.

Our Plott Hound Henry loves Camp Bow Wow! He is greeted warmly every morning by the staff, gets tons of puppy energy out by running around & playing all day, plus his (overprotective) parents get to check in on him on CBWs web cams!

My dog Trapper loves coming to camp. He is always greeted by name even when it has been awhile since they have seen him. He gets so excited when he realizes he is going there.

I was under the impression that the workers employed here enjoyed their job, and was a big part of why I trusted them to watch my dog. As I was walking into the building, I heard a woman yell at the dogs that were barking to shut up.I have more visits paid for and rather take a financial loss than take my baby back here.

All of the staff are wonderful! I love how great they are with my puppy and the special care they give. I also love that there is a meet and greet with a trial run to ensure everyones safety.

The staff is extremely cheery, polite, and kind- especially for working with my hyped up doberman. Big kudos to them. Theyre flexible and able to accommodate last minute changes.

I have used Camp Bow Wow for boarding twice, first for a week long trip and just recently for a two day trip. After the week long trip, my dog was noticeably thinner, but I just attributed that to the fact that she was away from home and her eating habits do change. However, on the second trip last week, I came back to see that her fleece coat that is used for outside activity was torn half way through. The reason given to me by the attendant was that some dogs tend to be nervous/stressed and do that. The problem was two fold - the instruction I gave them was that she was only to wear the fleece for outdoor activity, but they admitted to me that she had it on for the entire time. Secondly, they knew she was trying to tear through the garment YET THEY LEFT IT ON HER! I spoke to the Manager on duty today, and as expected she tried to deflect the blame on me - we didnt have anything in writing about this, maybe another dog tore it, etc. No compensation for the torn garment, and additionally she had a bath in the AM but you would not know that based on the quality. I will never bring my dog here again and would not recommend you do either.

It would be a tragedy to leave loved ones here, this so called “business is nothing more than a side job for the owners; nanette is not fit to care for any creatures as her record shows and other reviewers have pointed out. Buying franchises (and essential oil schemes) as a solution for ones financial woes, does not make for a qualified pet caregiver. Please take your pets to a legitimate pet sitter for their sake and your piece of mind. The owners are not qualified for this position and are in it for all the wrong reasons.

There is a ton that can be said about how wonderful this place truly is, but more how wonderful and caring the staff that work here are. I have been taking my dogs here for well over a decade now and they always enjoy their time here. The staff are always happy to see your pups and take the time to know your dogs name when they come running in through the door. Not only that, but the staff here treats the dogs with the upmost care as if they were their own. Nothing shows this more than what happened back in mid-November of 2022.While I was on vacation in Florida with my fiance, we had our two dogs at daycare for an extended week. Unfortunately, one of our dogs fell unexpectedly ill on the last day she was to be there. The staff noticed her change in attitude immediately and had called us. While they had offered to take her to the Vet ER, we had our emergency contact take them and unfortunately she ended up passing that day due to a tumor rupturing that we werent even aware of. Had it not been for the quick act of the staff in noticing her change, our dog surely would have been suffering in pain.It didnt stop there with the staff though. Knowing how distraught we were over the loss of our pet and not even being able to be there during her final moments, the staff went out of their way to have a stone memorial made for my fiance and me to honor her along with a card with condolences from the staff. And if that wasnt enough, they cut the bill that was to be owed for the daycare by $400.If this doesnt tell you how much they care about the pets and their customers, I dont know what else does. The staff here are the best and I will always use Camp Bow Wow as the place where my dogs will find their home way from home.

We love Camp Bow Wow!!!! Linkin and Skye will be staying there again in July. I love that they get to cabin together and that they get to play all day. I recommend getting a bath the day you will be picking up because they get dirty. The extra bath is worth it. You can bring their bed or blankets with them, as well as any favorite toys. The staff is wonderful. The only downfall is that there isnt 24/7 staffing, but we have never had an issue.

The thing I like the most is that I know Snowball is getting love while we are away. The staff genuinely enjoy the dogs and treat them well!

The staff is terrific. Very happy with the treatment our 4 month old baby received. We love that they have live cameras and you can see how your baby is doing throughout the day. We appreciate all of the shot records they requested. We will definitely be bringing our girl back at least once a week.

Every morning we take our pup he is greeted with a smile and they always say Hi Dougie!!!. He loves everyone there. He has a great time and is so tired once he arrives home. There is always someone at the desk in the morning to help us. Doug loves the pup-cups so we add those on a lot when we board him.
