My pets have all been well cared for by Brighton Eggert since 2010. We currently have 3 cats and 2 dogs under their care , and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. It’s just top notch to me and I appreciate the care we receive from their team of vets and techs. Get the paw plan folks! 🤗

The Clinic is very personable with with your pets and their owners. They take time to discuss any problems or any questions you might have. I like the fact they recommend things for your pet.

Everyone was amazing here. My dog has ITP and was having a relapse he needed to be seen for an emergency. I called and they got me right in Saturday at 5:30. The doctor was very knowledgeable about his condition. The cost was very reasonable for an emergency visit. I have been to other emergency clinics but I just thought this one was much more reasonable price wise, it made you feel as if you were going to your own vet. The staff and Doctor really cared for my dog. I would definitely recommend.

My dog was sick for 24 hours at least. I was worried she may have ingested something that was harmful. I called around trying to find an emergency vet (ours was closed) Brighton Eggert was the only place that took us by appointment. We called a few places that had 5 hour plus wait. Brighton eggert was clear with what we had to do when we got there. They were welcoming and treated my dog quickly. The vet went over all findings very thoroughly. I left there feeling like we were in good hands. Relived. My dog felt better after being treated. We came home with piece of mind. We had a fantastic experience.

Went for my first appointment with my new rescue. Was not able to see the regular vet I saw with my past dog, but that was fine. They got me in quick for the first visit and saw Dr. Young. She was very nice and answered all my questions . They said I would be able to see Dr Bertini next time but would not mind seeing Dr Young again.

We have been using BEAC for over 10 years now to care for our pets. The doctors are truly phenomenal and have so much compassion for all their patients and the families. We recently had a few complications with our little guy Jack and are sad to say that we had to help him cross the rainbow bridge. Jack was a lifelong patient at BEAC and was primarily seen by Dr Miska, Dr Mahoney, Dr Kurzel, Dr Tompkins, Dr Rand and Dr V. Each and every one of the doctors and LVTs did such an amazing job taking care of our little guy over the years, even if we saw a different doctor each time. They always took the time to go through Jacks updated medical history to ensure he would be receiving the best care possible. There were countless times where we would call with a concern and the doctors would be sure to talk it over at their staff meeting before making a decision, needless to say, Jack was well known by all the doctors and we were told all the time that he was their favorite patient. At the end of the day, we are very happy that we had such great care for him while he was with us and that he is ultimately free of any pain now. We look forward to our continued relationship with our other pup. Thank you all for everything you do, Jack truly appreciated it.

We needed to get our dog to urgent care on a Sunday and so we looked up a few clinics on Google. Based on their reviews, we called Brighton Eggert and were immediately scheduled to bring him in within the hour. When we arrived, there was no wait and the tech and vet examined him promptly. Everyone was friendly and thorough, and we sincerely appreciate the care and attention they gave our boy. Thank you!

Reception forgot to bill for testing a sample, called me just before closing to tell me, couldnt add the payment, then were very rude and would not accept that they had made these mistakes. I asked can you add it to the bill from earlier, I am driving? and they would not and said that the sample would be discarded unless I paid in the next five minutes.I have come here for many years, but they are often chaotic and unorganized.Doctor was very rushed during my visit today, as well.

I have two dogs and Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic is absolutely my first choice for veterinary care in Western New York. They are kind, knowledgeable and love animals. Each of the technicians and veterinarians have been incredibly patient in answering questions and taken great care of my pets. My dogs both love going there - which is a great sign in my opinion!

I go here every other week for my senior dog for Rehabilitation. My dog LOVES coming here and seeing all the techs, Ms. Jess and Ms.Stormy take excellent care of her and have been over the top helpful💕

I really cant find the words to express how grateful I am for Ann. My dog needs to receive fluids weekly and I havent been successful providing that at home. I was at the office for another demonstration this morning. Ann is a fantastic teacher! She calmly and clearly explained the procedure and puts my dog and me at ease. My hope is that she can somehow be acknowledged because she is exceptional with her job and what a wonderful personality! Thank you!!

Great service with Brighton-Eggert Animal Hospital! They got us in the same day, with one of my favorite vets, apologized for a short delay, and prescribed medicine that cleared up the problem right away. And I love that I can wait in the car with my big dogs, until they are ready to see them! Ive been taking my dogs there for many years. Thanks!

As always Dr. Mahoney was extremely understanding and helpful. My dog has been diagnosed with kidney disease and she took the time to explain everything. Even took a phone call from me to get additional information. The staff has been amazing since his diagnosis. I highly recommend Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic.

Loving and caring staff. Not only to your pet but also to the owner. Leaving my dog last week at the resort was hard and difficult. The staff was great and I knew I was leaving him in capable and loving hands. He really enjoys his time when staying at the resort.He’s plus being right next to our veterinarian is a bonus!!

I could not be more disappointed in a place if I tried. I will preface this with I absolutely love the primary vet I would see (Dr.Rand) and have been a client here for years. I am certain he is unaware of the most recent situation which has now caused me to leave the practice and so do not fault him. That said I called the office on Mon. 8/26 because my dog had been injured, was limping and in pain and I was needing him to be seen. The girl who answered the phone told me there were no appointments and no way she could squeeze me in and that the best she could offer is for me to call back the next morning at 7:30 and try to get in if there was a cancellation that day, but she couldn’t promise. I reiterated that my dog was injured and hurting and I needed to get care for him and asked her what I was supposed to do again she stated again that I could try to call back the next morning at 7:30 to see if there were any cancellations, but they were booking out into October!!! I asked her if it made any difference that I was part of the paw plan and she said no, and I told her that I was really disappointed and not sure what I was supposed to do because he was hurt. And again she just said I could try to call back in the morning. They never got my call the next morning because I called another veterinarian clinic closer to my house and explained my situation to them and they were more than happy to let me bring my dog in. The new place was compassionate and caring, took care of his injury provided some pain medication and antibiotics and then even called me the next day to check in on him to see how he was doing. Unfortunately Brighton Eggert Animal for as big as they are and as many vets and techs as they have was completely ok with letting my dog suffer and leaving me to fight for a chance at a cancellation the next day bit no guarantee. When you become this big and you are booking out until October and leave no room for urgent care that’s a concern. Needless to say, I did call and cancel my paw plan with them today and will not be returning. And just as a side note, when I called to cancel, the girl didn’t even ask, why. I did let her know my experience, but she could’ve cared less just like the first time when I called seeking help for my injured dog.

They have been my vet for my dogs for 45 years. Dr. Julia Miska is a fantastic vet, and is always my choice to take care of my dogs. Veterinary care is always expensive, but the quality and care of the service you receive at Brighton-Eggert is extraordinary.

This has been my dogs doctor since the beginning. I never once have been a happy customer with them so I finally decided to switch doctors and when I had them send over her medical records to the new veterinarians office, they sent them a note saying that I owed them money, so I called their office and asked them why they are telling somebody else That I owe them money, but never told me that I owed them money and they would not give me a clear answer, so I asked to speak to a manager, They put me on hold and I waited for 15 minutes and then finally they came back on the phone and told me the manager was in a meeting and would call me back and I never heard from the manager. I don’t understand why they’re saying that I would owe them money, but they were still willing to see my dog because every time you leave their clinic you need to pay in full. It sounds to me like they’re just upset because they have a customer leaving. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Dr. Mahoney is the only vet I want to take care of my dog. She obviously loves what she does, she explains every and answers any questions I have. I am not fond at all of the check-in and check-out people. They are always rude and act like they are doing me a favor.

Always the best. Every vet and staff member is always just amazing, so kind, helpful. Really wonderful vet clinic. Not a single complaint! Will definitely miss Dr. Mahoney when she moves but I’m so thankful all of the other vets are incredible. I think we’ve also seen Dr. Bertini, Dr. Sinclair, Dr. Colangelo, Dr. Rand, Dr. Vanvolkinburg, Dr. Miska, Dr. Ryndak over the years and they’re all just the best!!! Also love Dawn and Wanda! But all the techs and reception staff are really great!

Just left Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic. Long story short, very clean premises, friendly, kind staff and most importantly I wanted to give the vet tech Ann a wonderful review. She helped us with a fluid demo and was beyond helpful and explained this quite well. Very confident her help will make home care of our little one very doable!Thanks Ann!

Dr. Davies has gone above & beyond taking care of & checking in on my dog Oliver. Even calling on her days off. Cannot stress how much relief it is knowing someone cares about your pets health!

I got 99 health problems and Dr. Rand solves each 1! 🩺🐶I do, I hab lots of health problems but Dr. Rand is da best at taking care ob me! He’s very knowledgeable and you can always trust his approach when it comes to my health issues! Even after vet visits, he always wants us to call with updates to make sure I’m okay and that any treatments are helping me; which is very nice ob him. 2 paws up *womppp* 🐾 Da vet tech girls are also so nice and are always excited to see me too! Dey always gib me nice mani pedis(nail trims)

I brought in my dog Aurora for a sick visit and Dr. Mahoney was very kind and thorough with her evaluation while providing great care. Front desk staff and vet techs have always been very kind and helpful ever since I first started bringing my dog here.There is no other place I would trust with Aurora other than Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic.

Dr. Davies is wonderful. She clearly cares about the animals she treats. She always answers my questions and has never made me feel rushed. I know i can trust her, and to me, thats everything. She always gives her best for the animals and their owners. Honestly, I wouldgive her 10 stars if I could!

Brighton Eggert has been by far the very best vetinary clinic Ive ever used.They have been so good to me and my boy who I rescued a few months ago. Due to this his medical history was mainly unknown and so he has had some stomach troubles on and off.They have always gotten me right in. Even on weekends and have taken such good care of my dog.Ive seen 3 different vets there and every single one of them has been thorough and given my dog the very best care. They will listen to your concerns and find the best solution that is reasonable.Thier prices are extremely fair and I have never felt as though it was the type of place to overcharge.I have even received follow up calls to check on my pup which is such a nice touch. You can tell they really care about your pets here. I will always trust Brighton Eggert with any of my vetinary needs!

The lovely ladies—especially Dr. Sinclair— at Brighton Eggert clinic saved our tetchy old cat’s darn life. We brought her in at death’s door during emergency hours, staggering around, unable to eat or drink. Dr. Sinclair recommended an IV drip for a few nights and we felt we had to give our gal Fred a shot. She did it and took her new meds for her now-diagnosed kidney disease and seemed better—then got worse again. We took her home for one last day before we planned to put her to sleep as we were largely out of options. And somehow this cat came back. She takes daily meds prescribed by her vet and we get lots of liquid into her. She’s entirely herself again, loafing all day, cuddling on the couch, begging for fancy wet food. It’s not cheap, and that stinks when it comes to vet care anywhere, but I think elsewhere would have been even more expensive. Thanks so much for saving our tetchy ole shelter gal Fred 🥰

Had an emergency with our dog on Sunday, Mothers day. Called the emergency clinic for an appointment and they got us an appointment within 2 hours. They explained to us what was going on and gave us 4 medication to go home with and it was 300 dollars. Which I did not think was bad for an emergency visit and all the meds. They referred us to an eye specialist to make sure our dog had the best out come. Very happy with the care our dog had. Dr. Mahoney was wonderful!!This is not my regular vet....but thinking of changing now.

It was my first vet trip with my dog, had to get an annual visit. I was the only one there and waited quite a bit and when another dog came in they were seen first and I was early for my appointment. The visit was quick but the end was a bit weird, the doc took her, brought her back and said to go to the counter then I waited and was told the total. Vet bills can be expensive so for my first visit, it was less than stellar esp since a lot of people I know go here but not talking about cost before charging new customers Is a bad practice. No prices are on the items they sell either. I’ll continue to try them out but I have reservations.

My dog was taken right away by a very friendly and sweet technician. I think paying $65.00 for your dogs anal glands to be expressed in less than 5 minutes (returned back to you) is excessive.

The care and advice dispensed at Brighton Eggert Anmal Clinic is consistently excellent. The veterinarians and assistants are gentle and affectionate towards the cats, and inspire confidence.

Since switching from our previous Vet we had with our first PUP to this combo Vet/Resort due to convenience and referral, it has been nothing short of Wonderful!staff is welcoming and friendly and our PUP comes home Happy!

We called in the morning for an appt. for Bella. She was losing wt. and not eating. We were worried something was wrong. Dawn was the one answering the phone. We love Dawn. She got us an appt. with our favorite vet Dr. Mahoney that afternoon. She took great care of our beloved Bella. She drew bld and took an x-ray. She wasnt quite sure what is going on. So she will have a technician read the x-ray hoping what she thought might be wrong wasnt wrong. She put Bella on 2 meds that will help her. Shell let us know what the x-ray says. We pray it is good news.We were very happy with the visit as we always are whenever we bring our babies in. All the staff are wonderful. Ray was the tech that carried Bella. He was very gentle and kind. We could tell he really loves his job. We are very happy with Brighton Eggert and would always bring our pets to be cared for by any of the vets or techs. I like the way u don’t have to walk very far or climb stairs to get from my car to the office. The office itself is spacious. It helped ease the tension & anxiety my dog always has by the vet & assistant getting on the floor to make friends with my dog - so kind. They also took the time to make sure my dog’s harness was on just right-so important because my dog tends to wiggle right out. It would be nice if they had a jar of treats at the main desk because my dog is always used to getting a treat when the appointment is over. It would be safer if some type of fence was put up near the road so if any dog breaks away that they wouldn’t be so close to the street. I highly recommend this choice for vet care. I was very pleased with how thorough & pleasant the staff was. Ty! 😊

My experience with the staff at Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic and Pet Resort was horrible.1-I was not heard because the front desk staff and the manager talked over me in both conversations in the same call.2- I canceled my paw plan for my animal last month and I was charged again.3- I feel that they nickel and dime the pet parent for everything they can. It just sad.

After moving up to the northtowns, my fiancé and I had to find a new vet. The first one we happened to try was Brighton-Eggert because our cat became ill and they were able to see us same-day. The appointment went so well and the staff we so friendly that we just started booking our annual checkups there, and the rest is history.

As always Brighton eggert takes the time to listen and go over a plan for my senior dog . Professional and caring . Great visit . Lou and I thank you !

The staff is very friendly, caring and so sincere when it comes to the best care for my Golden Retriever. The hours are terrific, too! Theyve been caring for my current and previous dog for years. I also signed up for the monthly Paw Plan, which covers a lot of the costs for visits, bloodwork, and more! Very thankful for the hard working staff and doctors that do such a great job making sure my Golden get the best care possible.

The staff at check-in/check-out, nurses , vet technicians, and the vet doctors are truly wonderful. Its not easy for us to hear that there is something wrong with our babies (cats & dogs) and it is very hard for the vet doctors to have to give the bad news. It never gets easier for them or for us. But Ive appreciated the vets honesty, willing to work with me until the time comes to have to make the heart breaking but kindness to our beloved pet and set them free from their pain and discomfort.Thank you all at Brighton and Eggert Animal clinic & resort.I still have a young furbaby who will be a patient there for years to come.

My dog was hit by a car and BE took him right in as soon as I called. This is my regular vet. They checked him over and cleaned him all up. They were very sympathetic. They didn’t charge me for an emergency visit either. I really trust them.

I have transferred from another clinic after a few dissatisfied visits and Brighton-Eggert has been exeptional everytime. Dr. Guenther was great and i will highly recommend the clinic to everyone! JoJo thanks you, Keep up the good work!

We have been taking our Border Collie mix here for vet services and boarding since we adopted her around 9 years ago. We have never had a bad experience. We see a different vet every time, but they usually ask if I want anyone in particular and I always say I dont care and it works out fine, it probably makes scheduling easier too. I recently took our dog in for her annual and saw Dr. Nicole Socie, she was awesome. Answered all my questions in detail and really took her time to make sure she addressed all my concerns. It was such a good experience that I might change things up and ask for her next time!

This is the best veterinary clinic in western NY. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and show so much care to my cats needs. They gladly prescribe medication needed to keep my boys happy, healthy and calm. Best of all, they carry the PureVax line of vaccines which is extremely important if you want to prevent feline injection site sarcoma for your cats. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Mahoney and her staff were simply outstanding! They were sensitive and caring in working with my elderly Weimaraner. In addition, they carefully and professionally addressed each of my questions and concerns. I would recommend them very highly to anyone who wants the very best care for their pet.

My dog got injured a few weekends ago and needed stitches. I called this place to see if they would take him in. He has super bad anxiety to begin with and hates the vets office. They were all super kind about it and very helpful. Not to mention they did an AMAZING job with stitching him up, it’s almost fully healed and looks amazing. I always stress about taking him to the vet and they made the experience so comforting.

Over the last 11 years with Brighton Eggert Ive had nothing but extraordinary experiences with them for both dogs and cats. Even when we had to put our beloved boy down they were so kind and compassionate. Even now with our rescue pup they are patient and simply amazing with him I will recommend everyone looking for an amazing vet to check them out. And they do have Saturday appointments which is amazing

I have never had my golden doodle groomed as stylishly and as well as Sarah does at Brighton Eggert pet spa.She is the best groomer I’ve ever met and I’ve had to golden doodles since 2009.

I love Dr Miska. She works so well with our dog Charlie (who isnt the most co-operative dog). She helped save our cat about 5 years ago. We thought for sure we were going to loose him.

I have been coming here for about a year. A cat that my husband and I took in has been coming here her entire life. Shes an older girl with kidney issues, so we come often. We love this vet. They are so good at what they do - the offices are immaculate, they are super organized and they always get us in for appointments in a timely manner.The vets and techs have all been very nice, patient and just exceptional with my little old cat. They take the time to really explain everything and look her over good. Today we saw Doctor Spires and shes one of my favorite vets yet! She was super nice and sweet to Cookie, cleaned her ears up good and found the cause of her ear troubles.They are a bit on the pricey side, but they are worth it. They are also good about giving quotes and making sure Im okay with whatever they want to do before they do it. They offer the paw plan and a prescription plan, which helps immensely. They are like a literal hospital for animals. I absolutely trust them with our cat. Highly recommend - weve had nothing but good experiences here!I should also mention their hours. Theyre open way later than most other offices Ive seen - so I dont have to miss work when I take her. They also have weekend hours. This really is a great practice to be a client at. Heaven forbid theres an emergency with Cookie, I know I can call them.Update 2024: Cookie has been seeing Dr. Socie. We go every 3-6 months and sometimes on emergency visits. Dr. Socie is patient, very informative and spectacular with our Cookie. Theyve gotten us in fast when something comes up, and they were able to do bloodwork in house to get us answers in a time of emergency. Dr. Socie is clear about what she recommends, and is able to tell me costs as well. She doesnt recommend what isnt necessary or needed.I really cant say enough about this place. Under Dr. Socies guidance, Cookie is living her best life and thriving. She gained weight and she plays like a kitten - its remarkable that she is doing as well as she is.

My dog was a regular years ago. Brought him back because we have to board him and he was so excited, he couldn’t wait to get in the door! It has been 3-4 years and he still has good memories. That says it all!

I came to Brighton and Eggert after my vet quit & the other vet got sick so I was looking for the personal connection I had with my last vets. I feel like it’s an even better connection with all the vets I’ve seen here! They are amazing so compassionate & just understanding. The staff is wonderful you call & never get anything but complete understanding & compassion. The vet techs have been amazing so helpful & they’re so good to my dog. I recommend anyone needing a vet to go to Brighton and Eggert! You will be very happy with your experience! My dog sees Dr. Calandulo & Dr. Rand & she loves them both!! I’ve heard good things about every vet who works there!My dog has some special needs and they are so good to her about that! So understanding and just kindness pouring out of them! My dog loves going to the vet bc of the way everything is there! She also gets groomed by Sarah at the grooming a daycare and boarding part and she gets a regular groom. She gets an amazing cut every time and it’s a good price! If you’re thinking about trying Brighton and Eggert go for it you won’t be disappointed. My man’s cat died on a Sunday and thank goodness Brighton and Eggert take emergencies on Sunday. His vet wasn’t open. I called up Brighton and Eggert and they set up and account for him and let us bring in his kitty for cremation. We got to talk to the vet and pick out a beautiful rosewood box for her to rest in peace in. They were so good and really helped us understand what happened to BB cat. This is a wonderful place for your dog or cat! I hope I didn’t spell the doctors names wrong. My man brings his new cat here to o & they’re amazing on the cat side too! Highly recommend this place! Oh and the paw plan is so amazing for the price and what you get. It saves us a lot of $ per year for vet care! So many things are covered you just decide what your pets needs are and choose the appropriate plan!

Our 2nd rescue dog. His first time at the vet. I couldnt ask for a better experience in all respects. Caring, patient, gentle, knowledgeable.... I strongly recommend.

We continually rely on Brighton Eggert Pet Resort to care for our dog Bubba when we’re away. They always are considerate and kind to him but, most importantly, his safety is the prime reason we trust Brighton Eggert. We’ve probably entrusted them a dozen times for our boarding needs and we always are put at ease knowing Bubba is in safe hands. He gets plenty of playtime and exercise while he’s there and they have an in house grooming salon available as well. Plus, we have the peace of mind knowing his vet is right next door. On arrival, Bubba runs right in so he knows that he’s in caring hands while he’s there. Totally satisfied.

My pups last visit was just for vaccines/possible allergies. All went well.The vet tech was very nice and gave my Josie plenty of pets.Dr. Mahoney is very knowledgable, which makes her in high demand. I always ask for her, but any vet there is good.Dr. Mahoney speaks honestly about what action should be taken and things that can wait.She is a good listener and asks many questions to help in the diagnosis of problems.I trust her medical expertise and advice.And trust is very important in treating a patient who cannot advocate for itself.

I am so thrilled to have found this location. The staff is SO kind. And so good with our dogs. The place is huge and clean and well organized, and I truly felt more than anywhere else we had ever taken the dogs to board that we could rest assure that the dogs were being taken great care of. At other locations I had noticed when picking up the dogs from boarding that they would seem a little zoned out and lethargic and detached but when we picked up the dogs from boarding here, they were happy and had just been out playing and seemed connected and energized. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our dogs!

Coming from a different vet, I was nervous walking into this one with 2 puppies at once! They were absolutely amazing, made me feel at ease and simply let nature run its course. They brought me to one room with both the dogs, which already made all the difference. They had 3 staff members total come into the room, 1 to distract one pup, while the other was being seen by the vet and distracted with another staff member! I felt like I was able to take a breath and really hear all the information they were giving to me. The vet seemed genuine and was friendly and clearly depicted best practices moving forward and why. All in all I am so happy have switched vets, Brighton-Eggert Animal Hospital made a positive experience for both myself and my dogs!

We recently switched vets and had our first annual appointment here yesterday. It was AMAZING. the staff was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I felt like the doctor we saw and her staff were incredible and really cared about my pup and had her best interest in mind. They answered all the questions we had and were so personable and friendly. I am so happy we switched to Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic!

Brighton Eggert is the greatest! Prompt appointments, friendly and caring atmosphere and the Paw Plan always saves me money!

Scheduling got a little mixed up, but once my puppy was at Brighton everything was good. The staff was friendly, the doctor was knowledgeable and my puppy truly enjoys going there.

Have been coming to Brighton for over 20 years and I wouldn’t trust myself to take them anywhere else. They usually see Dr Mahoney but after meeting with Dr Sinclair who’s gone above and beyond for my little Ziggy and I just wanted to thank you for that. Thank you Dr Sinclair for taking so good care of Ziggy this past month, you’ve been nothing short of amazing with him!

When I walked in the waiting room, it was very crowded so I thought it was going to be a very long wait but they were very organized. I was put in a room quickly and the doctor came in not long after.The doctor was very thorough and kind. She even called me that night, which was a Friday to give me additional information she discovered after further analysis of the samples she took and wanted to put our dog on an antibiotic. She didn’t want the weekend to go by without him having his medicine. It was the best experience I’ve had yet at this office. Check out was very positive as well!!

We took both fur kids to Brighton-Eggert after trying two other veterinarians in Buffalo. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of our wait before being seen. It was about 20-30 minutes. Our doctor, Dr Kurzel, was extremely thorough. She found inflamed gums - overlooked at previous vet clinic. We discussed their weights and food intake goals. She took time to ask us questions and she really listened. I could go on, but I’ll just say that this vet clinic takes animal health seriously. I’ve had animals since the time I was little, and these people are serious doctors. Was extremely impressed w their staff - vet techs and front desk personnel. Professional but also authentically kind.

Me and my family are long time clients of more than 20 years. This clinic takes amazing care of our cats. The staff is friendly and takes their jobs seriously. The facility itself is clean and inviting. The pricing is reasonable. I will not go anywhere else.

Seems like a great place. It was my first visit with my one kitty cat, I will be bringing back my other puddy tat In March. Dr. Sprowls seems to be unique in her methodology that she doesn’t seem to be trying to get as much money as possible was one thing and she was also a lot of fun and did not take to heart any issue that seemed very normal for my cat. I was very pleased with her and the reception in and out of the building building. I recommend this Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic and Resort

Had to take our 12yo Terrier in for urgent care. She was suddenly crying and yelping anytime she was touched. Dr. Mahoney (and the entire staff) took amazing and incredibly efficient care of us. Dr. Mahoney was able to diagnose her quickly, and accurately, and saved us the expense of unnecessary & expensive imaging. This was our first time there, and they made a great impression! We love our visits to Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic! Dr. Sinclair is fantastic and does so well with our dog. He is a larger German shepherd who is very nervous at vet visits but Dr.Sinclair always takes her time with him and makes sure he is very well taken care of. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

From walking in, to checking out, everyone was so pleasant and professional. Dr. Sinclair was extremely thorough in helping my Gabby feel better. I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else.

Brighton Eggert was recommended to me by some fellow awesome pet parents when I was looking for a new vet. I had my first visit recently and I had excellent vibes the moment I walked in the door. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. It was clear that they love animals and they kept my cat, Rascal, calm during the visit while treating him with care. Highly recommend.

This review is for the pet resort only as I use a different veterinarian. My dog is a 7-ish year old Great Dane mix thats both deaf and has a vision impairment. He loves to be petted but hates hugs and hates having anyones face near his. I needed to board him for three nights due to a surgery. I half-expected them to call and say that hes too aggressive or reactive because he doesnt like strangers, whether theyre people or dogs. Instead they called me on his last night to say that he destroyed the pet bed I included when I dropped him off, and that he was a fan-favorite of their staff. I was so happy and relieved to hear this. Last month he was kicked out of Barkology for being nippy. Im not trying to bad-mouth Barkology. He was being nippy, and thats unacceptable. But kudos to the staff of the pet resort because they were able to keep my reactive dog calm and happy in an unfamiliar environment. I dont like having to be without my dog for any amount of time, but Im glad I have a place I can bring him when I do.

The Dr. Kirsten Mahoney is fabulous, patient, kind and caring. Spends as much time with your animals as needed. We recently brought both of dogs in for their annual physical. As always everything went smoothly. The only negative is that we found out that Dr Mahoney is leaving the practice to move out of state. Definitely a major loss for Brighton Eggert Animal clinic. However I’m sure they will continue their high standards for all your animals.

Was very happy with our experience taking our puppy there especially since it was a Saturday evening and they could see her. The Vet and her assistant took their time and answered all of our questions. Very nice receptionist and what really matters is they all took good care of our puppy and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic.

This was our initial visit....Dr. Colangelo was very kind, patient, and easy to work with. She took her time with the consult, and didnt rush just to get to the next patient.I appreciate the time she took and her bedside manner. My dog was at ease, and that was a great sign.

My husband & I were new to Brighton-Eggert when we brought in our sweet 13 year old girl we had recently adopted and we immediately knew we made the right choice. Everyone there is so friendly and caring, we felt welcome from the moment we walked through the doors. When we first brought our Vega in, she was not in good shape at all. Dr Sinclair was caring and honest while she spoke with us and although Vegas situation was not good, Dr Sinclair gave us options when we thought there was only one. Fast forward to 4-6 weeks after our first visit, Vega had gained almost a pound, her coat was shiny and soft, she was grooming herself and playing - she was absolutely thriving! We were so excited to bring her in for her checkup and we love that Dr. Sinclair is genuinely happy to see Vegas progress! Thank you Dr Sinclair & Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic!!

I have seen Dr. Mahone a few times, and she is absolutely wonderful. The staff is great. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. Since moving to a new home, I still stay with Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic and make the almost 20 minute drive despite other vets being much closer. They even sent a sympathy card after my last dog passed away. 5/5. Highly recommend.

We have taken our cats here twice and each time our experience has been great. The front desk staff were nice and able to fit us in on short notice. Dr. Kurzel was very patient with our cat and took the time and energy to check out everything that could possibly be going on with our cats health. Dr. Kurzel didnt rush the visit and actually took the time to explain what she thought was wrong. The prices are reasonable between the visit and testing that needed to be done. We had taken our cat to Green Acres Veterinary on Niagara Falls Boulevard before Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic and that place was terrible. Green Acres was all about money(expensive) and not the pets health. Green Acres wouldnt even look at my cat without thousands of dollars of testing first and we saw the veterinarian at Green Acres for maybe 30 seconds total. Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic was the exact opposite experience....thank you!

Our 1 year 10 month old skittish rescue labadoodle General Waverly had his new clinic appointment with Dr. Mahoney and I was impressed. She literally got on the floor with him to do his annual physical and administer 2 vaccines that were due. She answered all my questions relative to a heartworm and tick preventative I wanted to switch too (which I did after the consult). She provided nutritional guidance in regard to fresh feeding as well and recommended a solution to keeping his diet balanced. 💯 recommend this clinic. Happy to foind them through a referral from a traveling vet tech that we are using for nail trimming.

I brought my pup here yesterday for urgent care, she wasnt even able to stand and she was quivering in pain. They saw her right away, did an exam, blood work, and gave her an injection. By the time we got home she was able to walk and go in the backyard to go to the bathroom. This morning she seems much better, coming upstairs and going outside like its no problem! Thank you so much to the staff for being so helpful and kind!

The staff here are horrible to their clients. And horrible system for record keeping. I brought my dog multiple times since 2018, and boarded him twice. I have receipts that show his care and my payment for his care. I tried to schedule an appointment for a new pet, and these people tried to tell me I was a new client so that not only canceled my appt that I made online, but tried to charge me because their system was wrong. They even found my name in their system but because no record of my dogs visits there. It wasnt enough that their system was wrong, but they chose to believe I must have been lying rather than believe there was a keying error made resulting in an error in their system. Awful. Dosgusting. I have no interest in doing business with a facility who has customer service that terrible, so I found a different vet for my new pet.

The doctors are nice and the technicians are nice. But make sure you get any information about pricing in writing, because it would seem that much of the staff is uneducated about their own policies and prices. And that includes the doctors. I was in the building, asking the front desk employees, who do the checking in and checking out and everything About pricing regarding a procedure. Not only did they not offer a plan that the doctor in the exam room had offered me, but the number I got for the procedure from the people behind the front desk was significantly different than the number when I called to clarify and spoke to an office manager the next day. The actual price was, in fact, almost double what I had been told the previous evening at the front desk.

We boarded our dog there while we went away for our daughter’s softball tournament in July of 2022. When we came back we paid in full and picked up our dog. A year later we get a bill in the mail saying we never paid. We no longer had the credit card that we used to pay, so we didn’t have the proof requested. Even though the lady told us that payment must be paid in full to pick up dog. Now after going back and forth they sent the bill to collections. We will never bring our dog back there. They screwed up, and now they want us to pay again. Be Careful if you choose them, they may try and screw you over a year and a half after the fact.

Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic did a fine job of taking care of my cat Pearl. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and did a thorough job at attending to all the needs my cat had.

We just had our second annual visit at this office, and have had an excellent experience both times. My husky is quite a handful at the vet, but they handle him very well and I am SO happy we decided to switch to this office. Would give 10 stars if I could!

At least Azumi didnt try to run back out of the door for her last visit! And she had a message...see her photo below: Dr. Mahoney could you help me find my ball? She is very pleased at the care she receives here. In addition, we has her boof & poof done at the new grooming studio. And she also does not want to run and hide, like she did at her previous grooming studio!! Believe me, her grooming is a real challenge, she is a long coated Akita, hair hair everywhere hair! But she comes out very pretty 8

I could not be happier that we came to this facility after a pretty terrible experience at an animal hospital near this facility the night before. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Dr. Sprowis & Grace for our Nala. When you know, you know. Experience, laid back, compassion, everything you could for when seeking care for your four-legged children. I cant say enough good things. Keep up the great work! Thank you for removing the anxiety of worrying about trusting someone with our dogs; we were so happy with our experiences that we switched to this location for both our dogs going forward for primary care and brought them in the following week for vaccinations and checkups!

Your resort is very clean and bright!The employees are marvelous very friendly, to both me and my dog!I could tell my dog was well taken cate of as she was not stressed once home, just plain tuckered out from all the fun playing with her poochie friends!I will be bringing her back as no where else has been as nice!Shout out to all the fantastic employees who helped put my mind at ease about boarding my baby.

Sarah does a wonderful job with grooming our dog. He always looks so handsome, and she gives us the cutest report of how he did.

Ive been taking my chihuahua to Brighton-Eggert for about a year now, and Ive enjoyed my experience so far! Their love for pets shows when they greet my dog and all the pets who walk through their doors while Im there. I particularly love how gentle and patient they are with my pup, who gets anxious, especially once she gets into the exam room. They always give her lots of encouragement, reassurance and -- my dogs personal favorite -- neck scratches.

Heather contacted me after I had a TERRIBLE experience with the vet and receptionist (it’s hard to say which one was worst regarding their poor attitudes to lack of care for animals which is disheartening), so I was extremely upset on 3/18 and was honestly going to switch vets because that’s how bad it was.Heather personally reached out to me and apologized, listened to my concerns (4000 characters wasn’t enough to address all the concerns so I read my entire original comment to her) and I could tell she was as upset as I was. She knew it was never okay to treat anyone like that and was so incredibly kind, apologized for the receptionist and vet. So going forward, I will thankfully never have to go back to the same vet and Heather was kind enough to make note of it and she also did something that was so beyond unnecessary, but very much appreciated and I know I can also speak on behalf on my corgi (aside from her being mouthy sometimes) and say we’re so appreciative to Heather for putting our faith back in Brighton-Eggert. Great vets, tech, and staff. Everybody is professional, caring, and truly has the best interest of the animals at heart. My cat recently had 2 surgeries here and the communication of the vet and LVT was outstanding throughout and after the surgeries. I highly recommend them.

This place has gone downhill Im my opinion. Never get the same vet. And dont get me started on the people behind the desk. They lie to your face and get nasty when you call them out on it. Ive been going here my whole life and sad to say but Im done. This place is just looking for money and has lost the care and friendly atmosphere that made them big in the first place.

In and out for my very first appointment. I feel as though I can really trust the staff they were all friendly, kind, very professional. I chose them since they have been around for a long time and everyone who I talked to who took their animals here had really great things to say about the place. It wasnt outrageously expensive either I was surprised when I got my bill at the end. I would recommend to any friend or family member.

I had to bring my cat in on a Sunday for an urgent care visit. Every step of the visit was excellent, from the intake call through checkout. Dr. Kristin Mahoney was spectacular - she spent a lot of time reviewing my cats history and listening to my concerns and answered all my questions. She helped me make the best treatment decision for me and my cat and I am so grateful. I highly recommend this practice!

Always a wonderful experience when I bring Guinness! They accept his “quirks” and always welcome him even if he just yells at everyone when he’s there! Guinness has been going since he was a puppy and he’s been boarded and gone for daycare so many times and he’s always happy to go!

Excellent- I called in the morning with a concern about my pup they fit me in at 6:30 and took care of the issue / my lady is happy and no more discomfort- she slept through the night 🙂 the Dr was awesome as was the staff

Joined the Paw Plan to help cover cost for dental cleaning for my dog. Its has proven useful to reduce cost. Provided great service with growth removal on his eye lid, which another Vet removed but came back in a week. We are so pleased with care given to our dog by both Dr Sprowls and staff, Thank You!

Brighton Eggert is full of amazing people. They always, always, always treat my dog Jarvis and I so well. Id drive here for his weekly visits even if I lived 30 miles away. Jarvis cold laser administrator, Anne is so good with him. The front counter personnel are always very friendly and swift. And they all know Jarvis and I as soon as I come in, which means these people really care about us. They have so many customers a day and to remember my little guy means the world to us. Id give this clinic 10 stars if I could.

I took my cat here for urgent care after she was having a rough time with lingering side effects from a vaccine several days prior. Dr. Mahoney was generous with her time and listened to all of my concerns. I even brought extensive notes with a timeline of events and all of my cats medical history. Dr Mahoney without hesitation wanted to hear my story and took notes herself as she gave my cat an exam. She recommended a treatment plan and offered me additional options to really cover our bases, wasnt pushy at all and was very empathetic and attentive, as was her vet tech Alissa. As a bit of a worrier and stressed cat-dad, the team at this facility was exceptionally kind, considerate, and engaged in the process. You really cant ask for more as a pet owner, especially in stressful times. Thank you Dr M for helping my little girl.

Dr. Schaefer is amazing! When my 8 pound, 12-year-old cat Spencer was diagnosed with diabetes, Dr. Schaefer and her staff was so helpful with showing me how to give him insulin shots, checking his blood sugar and answering all my helicopter mom questions.The care and treatment they give Spencer is worth the drive from Niagara Falls to Tonawanda.

Best vet experience in my life! The staff are very friendly and thorough. Brought my cat in as a new patient, after leaving a previous vet (harris hill…terrible never go there they don’t care about your animals just your money..) and Dr.Rand was so awesome. Highly recommend. He told me exactly what was happening and how to treat it. Honestly bill was on the cheaper side from what I’ve seen in the past. (Especially for what I needed done!)

Unfortunately this review is after I already spoke with the staff. I brought my pet in for a concern and was told they could not (or would not) look into the concern but recommended I have my pet euthanized. I took the time to speak to the staff about my concerns but was reassured that this was the correct course of action. I took my pet elsewhere and she was able to get a biopsy and the care she needed. Be mindful to get a second opinion if you are trusting this vet with your pets care. Also, do not sign up for the paw plan, it is very low value and we will still be paying for this plan since weve determined this vet wont be trusted with the care of our dogs.

They are always friendly and helpful with Gotti. Even after moving 20 miles away, I still bring him there. Always a great experience! 😊

Dr Kurzel used fear tactics to convince us our dog (who is young and otherwise completely healthy) had terminal cancer and needed a rather expensive surgery immediately. When explaining the situation, she repeated how she was unsure and had to google what it was, which didn’t make us feel confident. So we sought a second opinion, who completely negated everything we were told by Dr Kurzel. Diagnostic testing confirmed she was wrong as well. Besides having vets scare you into spending thousands urgently and unnecessarily (without completing proper diagnostic testing to confirm their hypothesis), the desk staff is rude and unreliable. We had to request medical records be sent to our new vet three times before it was completed. Dominque at the desk, is completely rude and disrespectful to traumatized pet owners, despite being told their pet is terminal. She lacks empathy and respect and should not be in a costumer facing position. We have had multiple interactions with Dominique where she was unpleasant and unwilling to help across the three years we have used this clinic. Needless to say, we will never return. This clinic used to be smaller and more personal, but it is no longer and has a cooperate feel, where they just dig for as much money as possible. I accepted their higher prices before, but based on how we have been treated multiple times, it is no longer worth the additional costs, the trauma of incorrect diagnosis and the disrespectful and incompetent staff. I had also contacted the office via phone and email to speak with a manager regarding our situation and never received a call back. Ultimately, we paid this clinic an unnecessary amount of money for an incorrect terminal diagnosis of only a blood blister.

I highly recommend Dr. Mahoney ❤️ just brought our new pup in for a checkup.

Best vet Ive been to around WNY. They care about your animal and the problem at hand. They dont try to up sell anything unnecessary you didnt come in for. Also very respectful of conservative medication approaches. Great not to be shamed for weighing all risks and side effects.They also did not try to up sell with pet insurance. Very reasonable, upfront prices. 10/10!

Really happy with them. We moved our pets over as weve been much happier with the way they treat owners and the genuine care they seem to show.Weve boarded cats and our dog with them for two vacations now and been very happy every time. My dog has been a patient there for several years. I called to see if I could make an appt, as my dog was actively bleeding from possible ruptured cyst. They would not fit me in until 5 days later.I continued to control the bleeding but a few hours later I could tell it was infected so I called back. All they could do is give me urgent care numbers.I took him to an urgent care and paid the astronomical fees that accompany that instead of being seen at my normal vet. It’s a disgrace

The care our pets receive is outstanding, from the front desk staff, to the technicians, to the doctors.  The front desk staff is very efficient.  The techs are great and seem to really, really love animals and treat our dogs so well. The vets are the best, in my opinion. Although with 12 dvms listed on the website, its difficult to understand how you cant see a sick dog until Friday when its a Monday. Fortunately I contacted a clinic with higher reviews and only two dvms listed and they can see him tomorrow. Glad to hear you have an ER option, Im assuming the prices are the same? Thank you.

Extremely displeased with our $250+ grooming experience. Our long haired German Shepard Husky was returned to us completely shaved (except for his paws and face) down to the skin, so much so that he now has razor burn that required us to seek veterinarian advice to help fix. We are now over a week after the incident and our dog is in extreme pain, he and we cannot sleep through the night, and he is now more susceptible to skin irritants from allergens and sunburn. We also learned after the fact that double coated dogs should NEVER be shaved down to skin unless it is severe matting/neglect (i.e., lack of grooming for 4+ years, which he was groomed less than 6 months ago by the same establishment), as this is unnatural for them and leaves them vulnerable in ways they aren’t used to being. We called to complain and were told he was “too matted to be normally groomed” which just simply isn’t the case, as I was easily able to run a brush through him prior to his visit. Workers on the phone were apologetic about the dog’s pain but did nothing to right the issue by offering any sort of refund. We will NOT be returning and will be sharing our review with everyone we know.

My wife and I were both so impressed with the personal care we received for our dog. The care and personal attention my dog, Bishop, received was absolutely wonderful. Thanks for all you do and especially for caring for my dog. You are truly the best.

Ive boarded my animals for over 40 years all different places and cities. Very impressive, the staff, super clean, helpful getting records. My dog came home happy and chilled. Will use them again, highly recommend.This is the 2nd time now, and all of the above still applies!Update:Ive now switched to have them be my vet. Just had first visit and the Dr. was terrific. FULL exam of dog and personable. Still very impressed with this whole practice!

The staff accommodated us without an appointment and we were directed to a room immediately. Performed a procedure right then at a fair price. Dr was very thorough and explained procedure well considering pros and cons. Better experience than other vet services we’ve utilized in the past!

Another 5 star experience at Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic.Our dog Bubba can be skittish at times going to the Vet. He must have remembered his previous positive experience because he went right up to the front door and walked in. No tugging, no hesitation.Once in the exam room the vet and vet tech were so professional and helpful that Bubba never stopped with the tail wagging. Brighton Eggert is highly recommended!

My new kitten saved me from a bat and I became worried about her health immediately after. I already had her first visit scheduled for September but I called and was able to get in on a Saturday (yesterday) within 2 hours. Dr. Colangelo along with her assistants were thorough, thoughtful and gentle with my baby. Everything was explained to me, step by step, with no unnecessary/extra procedures. I am extremely pleased to have found such professional and heartwarming care for my fur baby!

I love this place. I would recommend them to everyone that has pets! The staff is great and they work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Doctor Rande is my favorite Doctor and I trust him with my fur babies. He always makes sure your babies are well taken care of. And takes his time so that you understand the care he is giving. I have been taking my kitty Suki at Brighten-Eggert for many years. The Paw Plan is affordable and helps with the cost of semi-annual visits and services. In my opinion, this is the best Vet place in the area. The staff and my vet are friendly and deeply care about my kitty’s health. Brighten-Eggert is a welcoming place for both me and my kitty. I highly recommend taking your pet for care here.

Been bringing my dogs here for years. Very professional and friendly staff. Theyve taken good care of my dogs for the 20+ yrs. Ive been a client!7/11/23 just took my pup for annual checkup. Staff was professional, as always, as was vet. The doc answered all my questions and gave me suggestions on how to help my dog lose some weight. 🙂

The doctors here are amazing. They get down on the floor to treat my dogs to make them feel more comfortable. They’re very knowledgeable. The Paws Plan is great, and makes visits very affordable.

Extremely disappointed as they came highly recommended to me prior to calling to try and schedule a visit for my cat. When I called and spoke to the receptionist today, and explained I was in the process of looking for a new vet, they came highly recommended, my cat was recovering from a URI, and was hoping they could squeeze him in this week. I was told they couldn’t, and that I should try either an emergency vet or maybe another local clinic, as they might be cheaper. I was aghast. I never mentioned price or being concerned about cost. I was aware this clinic was expensive. I was told by the person who recommended them and by the reviews online.I also expressed, at the time, that I didn’t think it was a proper emergency but was concerned that there might be an underlying condition that triggered the respiratory infection, as my cat is a senior cat. The response was insulting, condescending, and showed a complete indifference to my situation. I hope this is not how their actually clients are treated. Seems unfortunate that a place with a good reputation and high level of care has such poor customer service as their first point of contact.

I love this place. 10 minutes from my house...very professional there...cute & clean facility. I took my cat for a grooming there the other day. Its a nerve wracking process for my cat , myself and my family. But the ladies there put me at ease and I knew my Giselle was in good hands...they did exactly as I asked and they were so quick. In 2 hours they called me to go pick up Giselle. No waiting with nervousness all day. All 3 of our cats go to Brighton Eggert for medical and grooming. Its just the best place for pets !

I am not usually compelled to write online reviews for businesses but I had such a good experience here, I truly feel like this place deserves it.I just got my dog a month and a half ago, and needed to make a vet appointment. Because of an ever-changing work schedule it is difficult to get an appointment. I called and asked for a SAME DAY appointment and they were willing to accommodate. They offered an after hours appointment (6:20pm). I was running behind due to traffic and called to let them know, they were still okay with me coming. After accidentally driving the wrong place, I ended up being 30 minutes late for the appointment. They were still kind and nice when I came in, and did not seem angry at all. I felt so bad!When I got there, the first thing I noticed was how CLEAN it was in there! It didnt smell like dog/animal AT ALL! It was spotless! The exam room was spotless as well, the assistant Elyse was very thorough. She spent a lot of time answering all of the questions that new puppy owners have. She was great with the pup and helped us know what to expect and kept us informed of the Doctors timeline. She was great!Dr. Rams, I just cant say enough good things about him! He was SO thorough. He took so much of his time to educate us and we really appreciated all of the knowledge he shared with us. We felt he gave us a very objective opinion and was SO good with the puppy. Even though we were the last appointment of the night we did not feel rushed at all, in fact, he and the entire staff stayed AN HOUR AFTER closing time.Sue at the check out desk was SO kind and helpful. I honestly couldnt be any happier with the experience there. After a lot of price comparisons too, theyre right in line with what other local vets are charging for services. I would absolutely recommend this facility and dont think Ill ever go to a different place.The one and only thing that bothered me, was after leaving and doing more research I found a $25 coupon on the vets website. So, it did kind of disappoint me that they did not apply that to our visit considering it was the first time we have ever been there.

My Cairn Terrier goes to Brighton-Eggert and they are just wonderful. The facility, the staff - all top notch. Dr. Kendra Sinclair is her primary vet. She is so professional, so caring and truly makes you feel like your fur baby is the only animal she’s treating, but we’ve seen other veterinarians in the practice and they’re all outstanding. We always have a wonderful and positive experience from the appointment call to the visit, etc. I was referred to Brighton-Eggert and I would, in turn, refer anyone who wants caring, prompt, professional and loving care for their animals. 🐾❤️

I was a little worried that it took 3 days of my dog being so sick to be seen. We are usually able to get right in. However, when we were able to get in on Saturday Dr. Sinclair was Awesome with Chewy! She took the time and explained everything and examined my sick pup very carefully. Chewy was feeling better the next day from the medicine! Ty so much for getting us in and taking great care of Chewy!

Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic is the best clinic we have been to. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Our cat had messed up her kennel and the staff helped clean it up during the visit. The wait times are negligible and you get the vet to see your loved ones at the appointment time.

Dr.Bertini did an AMAZING job with my not so friendly cat. We came in as an emergency, everything went fast and smooth, which I really appreciate. They handled my fragile boy with care and were very thorough going over everything that they did and what needed to be done. The follow up call the next day to answer all of my questions not that I was a little more clear headed was just what I needed to put my mind as ease. Everyone there was very nice and didnt mind all of my questions as I am a worrywart with my cats.

They have provided excellent advice, and also heard my concerns, about my dogs health. In addition to providing what I believe is exceptional customer service and exceptional care for my dog oh, they have service plans which make it a portable. Ive chosen to take part in one of the prepaid plans that offer, which provides annual physicals, lab work, and vaccines. I also an annual sick visit this covered, which we tend to use once a year and overall I just could not be happier with the experience I have received from Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic.In all I would recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone who wanted quality doctors for the plants at what I believe are affordable options.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a veterinarian/ grooming services. They were rude and did not tell the truth on how the procedure was handled with giving the dog a shot put him in sleeping mode. Apparently he woke up and they continued to shave and hold him down with 2 groomers. This was a crazy haircut there are no excuses for this choppy job.

“I love Dr Mahoney ,so do my dogs. She is kind compassionate and understanding. I especially like that she gets right down on the floor with my girls making the visit less stressful for them. I have never called requesting a visit that they were not able to accommodate me relatively quickly.”I posted this a few years ago and it is still true today. My 10 year old Golden trots in as though she is going to see and old friend, and you know I think she is!

I. Love. Dr. Mahoney! I have had so many dogs in my life and now I have my first puppy. I come to all of my visits with so many questions and I love the way she answers them. I have a background in medical research and I like to get super into the weeds on evidence-based medicine and shell totally get in the weeds with me, but then zoom out for my husband. Our pup absolutely adores her and is upset every time we go home because it means leaving Dr. Mahoney behind. Im so glad we found this place!!Oh and the puppy playcare is top notch. All the staff clearly love their jobs so much and are always happy to see another pup walk through the doors. My pup always comes home exhausted and happy 😊

My family has been going to Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic for decades. When I became a pet owner myself I knew this is who I wanted taking care of my dogs. We normally see Dr. Rand who is always so caring and helpful. It is a relief to have a vet that genuinely cares for the wellbeing of your pets. Dr. Mahoney has taken care of both my dogs when there has been an unscheduled emergency and she is lovely. Her bedside manner is so calming and my dogs love her *almost* as much as they love Dr. Rand. The entire staff is warm and friendly, the vet techs are always happy to see my dogs which makes every visit much easier. Thank you all for being reliable, understanding and caring.

I recently adopted a new Shih Tzu. He was neglected and severely matted. He was very uncomfortable, and in pain. I got sent away from other vets/groomers for his condition. I called here and explained the situation. They said they would like to try grooming him. I didn’t go far after dropping him off I was for sure I would get called back as I did with other places. Nope! They spent 4 hours with him (he was that bad!). Someone even stayed past their shift to help comfort him. When I picked him up, he was like a new dog. His whole mood had already changed , he was so much happier. He came home with a cute bandanna and a detailed report card on his visit. Report card also had recommendations for future care. ALL staff were so sweet and amazing!

Called for help for an emergency during business hours. I was two minutes away and they told me you need an appointment to schedule an emergency visit. How is that possible? How do you schedule an emergency?Edit: If you arent an emergency clinic DURING business hours, reword what your website says then before other people have more issues.

Brought in a sick kitten - wait time was zero minutes! Love the front desk staff (especially Dawn) and of course Dr. Davies. She never rushes her exam and has time for my dumb questions. Kitten is well and back with his sister.

They take extra special care with my super senior pup, offer but never push recommended treatments or products, recognize monetary concerns, and take extra steps to ensure our comfort. Love this place, staff and vets are awesome.

Brighton and Eggert has always been amazing to us especially in rough time. A few years ago my sisters dog was not going to make it on Easter Sunday. We all were able to come in and say our goodbyes before he was out down. The staff was very comforting. Fast forward a few years and now my cat has cancer and wont make it much longer. Dr. Bertini and all the staff at Brighton and Eggert have been amazing to help me through this tough situation. We take all of our animals to Brighton and Eggert Animal Clinic.

Our dog (4 yr old golden boy) stayed in the 6*8 for boarding and we got him back happy and as he was before. He enjoyed his time since he wanted to go back in right when we came to pick him.I packed his food for the 4 days and booked a grooming before pickup. He was happy, tired and clean when we picked him up. We called every day of our vacation and got great updates from the staff. He enjoyed his time and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing he’s in safe and reliable hands.

I would recommend them to all my family and friends! Not only is everyone super friendly but it’s also very clean! The Doctor was very patient with me & answered all 50 of my questions with a big smile on her face! My new puppy loved everyone too!!

This is the most unprofessional vet office in the area. I made an appointment on 08/19 for 09/16. They call my brother (not even me) on 09/15 saying they have to cancel my appointment because they’re short staffed. I called to confirm that change and got to speak to the lovely Cheryl? I believe her name was. No apologies about the 24 hour cancellation, did not offer to reschedule, absolutely no sense of customer service. Cheryl informed me that since most of the vets are on medical leave, they had to cancel my appointment. That’s fine, I would’ve totally accepted that and rescheduled. But no, she had to continue the conversation by questioning whether I’ve been taking my dog to another vet since I’m inactive in their system. Well that’s none of your business Cheryl, is it? And since I show up as inactive, they cancelled my appointment and will not be taking any inactive clients. Okay cool, I accept that. I asked why wait almost a whole month to inform me of that. Cheryl’s response was because I booked online. A little heads up a month ago would’ve sufficed but no, let’s wait until the day before the appointment. Cool thanks Cheryl.

Brighton Eggert Animal Clinic has treated my baby Beagle for the last 9 years. Theres a reason for that. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. They have given us amazing tips on how to prolong our beagles life at very reasonable prices. But the best thing about them is they treat our baby like one of there own. I strongly recommend you take your pet to them for his or hers veterinary care.

Today my dog was not feeling great and we knew it was serious.. our regular vet did not have any availability at all today, but when we called you were able to see us within the hour. Our visit was prompt and better yet one of your rooms had toys for our 2 yo to play with. Our dog ended up going to sleep but I was happy we were able to be seen quickly. The staff are always very friendly, and love my dogs like I do. They are knowledgeable, and always explain the options for treatments if needed. They dont judge you if you choose the less expensive option.I also have them enrolled in the day care two days a week. They must love it because they want to go everyday! It gives me peace of mind when I drop them knowing they are exercised, socialized, and staying out of trouble at home . They also come home tired out. Having the option of weekend days as well is great !UPDATE:My goldens are now six. My situation changed and they dont go to daycare anymore. But they get so excited when they see it they remember the happy times there. They love other dogs, because of their experience at daycare.Yesterday I made an appointment last minute for Gus to be seen for a possible ear infection. I was waiting to hear a scolding because I havent been there in the past year because of covid. I was a little upset they wouldnt let owners in with their dogs and wasnt going to send in my dogs alone for their well checkup. So they were doing February of 2021. I was able to make an appointment same day due to a cancellation. Brought Just got in for his ear, was seen and diagnosed and treated easily and happily. When I apologize for not being in sooner, for well visits, the veterinarian said she understood, that it was very difficult year for everyone. I was very pleasantly surprised. Of course thats the way it should be! So if youre behind in your checkups feel no guilt. But schedule your appointments for your fur babies.So the long and short of it still happy with Brighton Eggert animal clinic!

My husband and I have been taking our two labs Nemo & Stitch since they were both puppies and we have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Brighton Eggert & their whole staff. We have had to bring both dogs in for all different things (allergies, yearly appts, shots, other things here and there) and every time they have been awesome. Everyone has been patient and caring every time.We’re sad to have to leave them as we’re moving out of state but I will continue to recommend Brighton Eggert to all my local family and friends. It will be hard to find a vet office we like as much as them!

Dr Mahoney is the kindest and most educated veterinarian. She helped us for 3 years with a sick liver pup and was so compassionate when we had to put her down. We returned to her for our new pup and just love her! The rest of the staff is very helpful and nice.

The staff was great and easy to talk to! They answered all of my questions and advised about my cats diet when I told them what I was feeding my cats. They made sure I wanted all of my cats shots updated and did it all right in front of me. I was very happy they didnt try to sneak anything in, like my last vet. I left my last vet because they put flea treatment on my cat without asking and then charged a huge fee. I really like the offices decorations, it is nice but not over the top and stuffy. Separating dogs and cats is also very nice. Im very happy with my experience and look forward to bringing my cats to Dr. Kendra Robertson!”

When my dog was diagnosed with cancer they were very insistent that we take the most expensive invasive route; surgery, their recommended oncologist in OP. As he was 13 we choose a hybrid medical and holistic method which they did not like. He stayed with us an 8 months past their expectations and was happy. They refused to assist us in finding a healthier diet for him as that is not what they do they told me. When he passed and we were in the special room with him to say goodbye, the staff was on the other side of the door hanging out and laughing and yelling about whatever. I had to open the door and ask if they would show a little respect and take the laughing and cursing outside or to a more isolated area and not right outside that door.Today I brought my puppy in to be neutered. The estimated bill was $844. This is twice the cost of all the other vets in Buffalo. I asked why. They said they added in micro chipping. I didnt ask for micro chipping. They added in an E collar for three times the cost of one at PetSmart. But even without those add in the cost of neutering was $700. Outrageous. I am taking our pets to another vet. I had only gone here for the convenience of location. It isnt worth it for the cost and lack of service.
