Another visit to Sara at Bubbles and Barks, this time with fur baby Mindy. Today was a bit of a grooming emergency and Sara handled Mindy with exceptional care! She is truly amazing at her job and caring for her animal clients is top priority!! She is patient and puts my pets safety and comfort first!!!

Brought my 18 week Bernidoodle puppy for a bath and cut. Was not happy with the cut and contacted the business. I spoke with the owner Sarah who wanted to make it right and asked me to bring my puppy back. I did so and Sarah did a great job! They stand behind their work, I’ll be back!

This was Winston’s first time getting groomed! He’s a golden doodle and has lots of thick unruly hair! I didn’t know where to take him as I was nervous about what he would look like after. My friend recommended Bubbles and Barks. I’m so pleased with his cut. I will forever be a client there. Thank you Sarah for an amazing job on my pup. I love his new style.

My Missy always comes home looking so sweet, super soft, and smells amazing. The price is 100% fair, I pay more at the pet store for groomers with less experience. Shes never scared to go and always in a good mood once she’s home.

We took our old English sheepdog to bubbles & barks, I spoke with the owner before hand and explained my fears and concerns, she reassured us that Winston would be taken care of and he was. We are so pleased with his grooming. Bubbles and barks are truly wonderful.Thank you for taking care of him and allowing him to have breaks to gain his trust.He’s so cute 🥰

Sarah and her staff are phenomenal with my dog, Yogi. For a dog that has bad anxiety and is blacklisted from several local groomers, Sarah is excellent and my dog actually enjoys being groomed. Highly recommend Sarah and Bubbles and Barks to anyone with any type of dog.

This was Benji’s first time getting groomed, I knew he’d have to be cut short bc he had mats, he came to me that way I rescued him from a hoarding situation, and the girls did such a good job with him, my little man looks handsome ☺️

Do not take your cat here! They’re not experienced, knowledgeable or compassionate with cats. They book cat apps along with a full schedule of barking dogs and then wonder why the cat is so stressed that they don’t even want to come out of their carrier. Then they call you 2 and a half hours later saying come get your cat we were unable to groom him after sitting in his carrier for all that time listening to dogs barking. And admitting it was a very busy day, “we had a lot of dogs”. Where is your head at?? Total disaster! Never again.

Bubbles & Barks salon is awesome! Easy to make an appointment. Staff is polite and personable. Had my long haired cat Lucy groomed today. It was our second time here. Sarah did an absolutely great job both times! Thank you!

I’m not usually one to leave a review But Sarah Sereno did the most amazing job on our golden doodle. I’ve taken him to many other places in the past but he’s never looked so good. I know that with golden doodles their hair is super thick and and hard to cut. I am thankful with how she took her time and cared for our dog.

Sarah has been grooming my Tibetan Terrior for 11 years.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.He gets very nervous going and they are always very calm and caring with him.I have been going here since it opened.The previous owner groomed my large Border Collie.I find the staff very caring and professional. They always ask if there are any concerns they should know about.You can tell they enjoy working with the animals.I have been wanting to write a review to publicly thank them for the wonderful job they do and encourage others to bring their pets here.When Brewster came in this time ,he had had a hard winter and was very dirty.Sarah once again worked her magic and restored his handsome image.He looks great.I can’t recommend Bubbles and Barks highly enough.

My Sophie loves coming here. She gets a bath and nail trim and she smells so much better when she comes home. The girls there love her too.

My brother has brought his cat here several times Sarah has taken care of Ollie and she does a beautiful job my issue was my brother past away and I inherited his cat.You would think that they would acknowledge a customer that has past and has been a loyal customer the only way I knew my brother came here was he had a business card in with Ollies paperwork .You would think they would at least say sorry for your loss its just a simple courtesy the hair cut awesome people skills not so much

I used to go to Bubbles & Barks for a dog we used to have, but when I took our current dog there, I got a call saying I needed to pick her up because she was snapping at the staff. I thought it was strange since they had already bathed her and dried her with no problem. The girl said maybe come back another time. I thought that was even more strange. When I got my dog home I noticed she had a small knick on her neck. They must have knicked her with the clippers and played it off as though she was being aggressive out of nowhere. I mean, just be honest that you knicked my dog and thats why she doesnt trust you. I wont be back there.

My dog has been coming here most of her life. She gets great cuts from great people. It’s clean, good price for all that grooming entails and staff is very friendly! It’s owned by 2 pet lovers so you can’t ask for more loving people to groom your pet. My dog Penny sees Jenette and she loves her. My dog acts as if she’s going to the spa on grooming day! I can’t wait for them to be aloud to open up again & get Penny into see Janette. My dog needs a special cut and every time she comes home she looks amazing!*amendmentMy dog came back after 4.5 hours traumatized two different times! We now go elsewhere as my dog did not deserve to be treated as they did to traumatize her 2x!

Took my dog today for a grooming and she looks and smells amazing!!! And the pricing was also amazing! I loved the staff, they were so friendly and gentle with my baby. I will not take her anywhere but her from now on!!!!

I have taken my dog here for many years. The staff is super and has been very responsive as my dog has aged. We have always appreciated the calm atmosphere - it helps the dogs while waiting. I always loved the cuts and care taken. Especially I appreciated Sarahs responses to my diabetic dogs needs and loss of strength. Your dog will be in good hands here.

I have taken my cat there twice now and each time they do an amazing job. I have a long haired cat that even with brushing gets matted. My cat also hates getting her haircut and is really difficult! But the groomers here do an absolutely perfect job with the situation and my cat is so much happier after her grooming. I moved further away and will absolutely continue to make the drive down there. Definitely worth it and highly recommend.

Ive been taking my two little dogs to them for over 5 years now and I love them! My dogs enjoy going and they clean them up very nicely. The staff are so professional and pleasant. Sarah the owner treats my fur babies as if they are her own. She always looks out for them each time they visit! I highly recommend them!

We have been taking Angus to Bubbles and Barks since he was a puppy. Angus is 11 now, and Bubbles and Barks is the only place we would ever take him. They are very caring, hard working, and always give him the best grooming. Thank you for all you do Bubbles and Barks!Update 2023 - Still amazing! They do a great job grooming my cranky Persian cat. I love how I can do a walk-in for a just a nail trim. The only negative is that they are cash or check only which is an inconvenience for those of us who never carry cash.

We bring our two dogs to bubbles and barks all the time! They do a great job, especially at helping to defur our dogs in the heavy shedding season. The staff is friendly and great with my dogs. Its nice to know my dogs are in good hands when I drop them off here for grooming. They always do a great job, and the location is very convenient and easy to find. Only downside is that they are CASH ONLY, so do make sure you plan ahead.

We have been taking our dogs here for a few years now and we love picking them up after a grooming everyone is so happy and excited. Our dogs look and smell and feel amazing. They took extra great care in grooming my new feral kitten. They absolutely transformed her emotionally and physically. The cat was so much more receptive after the love and attention they showed my kitten that day. Let alone she smelled great also

What can I say about Sara and the rest of the girls, except.....THEY ARE AMAZING!We have a golden retriever, and when he goes for his Spa Day, every 8 weeks, not only does he look forward to it, but comes back looking and smelling awesome! They listen to everything you have to say and address all of your needs! I would drive hours, just to have Sara groom our dog. You definitely get what you pay for here. They always go above and beyond! Thank you guys and see you in a couple weeks! 😊

I would give them 10 Stars. I took my 6 year old (rescued) husky to them for the first time today and she came out looking absolutely beautiful. My husky is afraid of everything. She was abused at the puppy mill. They were so patient with her. She smells clean. Shes fluffy. Shes gorgeous. Now I can proudly show her off on our walks. You wont be disappointed, and I am a very picky person.Thank you bubbles & bark.

They did such a beautiful job with our Great Pyrenees. The price was very reasonable as well. They were very sweet to our dog, you can tell they enjoy their work. I highly recommend.

Easily the best pet groomers in western new york. Its been about 10 yrs of bringimg our dogs in to get groomed. Unfortunately, one of our two dogs has passed away since the last time bringing them there. When I only brought one of our dogs in today I told them our other dog has passed away. They offered their deepest sympathy.

I brought both my dogs about a week ago, as this place came highly recommended.Upon my arrival, there was a dog that was having a severe nose bleed and the owner was only offered paper towels and nothing more.Then I was told that it would take 4 hours to have my dogs groomed. I found that odd as I set an appt at 1.After the 4 hr mark, I went to pick up my babies and was happy with my older dog and was disappointed in the cut my puppy got, but I showed my appreciation by tipping the girls for their time.After getting my babies home, I noticed my older dog ended up with a slight sneeze and cough, which has been diagnosed with kennel cough. Not too happy with this as my dog is 20 years old and this can have a severe effect on him. And the same day as I took my puppy outside and she rolled in the snow, as puppies normally play, her hair curled up and you could definitely see the chop job she was given.Needless to say, I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to Bubbles and Barks.

Brought our dog there today. Our dog was used to a single groomer who worked out her house. They were so busy that they put our dog into a cage for about 3 hours!! He was traumatized and would not let the groomer get near him. They need to schedule better so as not to have to put dogs into cages. I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!

Always professional and friendly. Had our long haired cat with knots shaved down for summer. They do an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff. Wish they’d accept card for payment, but oh well. I bring my cat to get his nails trimmed, and after having tried a half dozen other places, nobody does it as good as this place.

I took my lill baby to get groomed last week and, the groomer was very nasty towards me and my dog. She vocalized that she had trouble grooming my dog, but neglected to tell me that she had cut my dog under her arms and now has two huge blood blusters. I will never bring my dog back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I have never experienced such bad customer service, along with horrible, and mean behavior towards my dog. I will never go back and if you get a girl that is tall with dark hair and piercings, run for the hills. :(

Took my 3 year old Dalmatian for a nail trim and she has ben here before for baths . Well she had a Seizure In the lobby this is never happened to her before it was extremely scary And actually got very mean coming out of the seizure she is not a mean dog she loves the mail man and everybody it was not her.The owner and staff where amazing trying to help her and me because I was a damm wreck. They locked the door to keep anyone else from coming in and helped me take my baby Girl to the vet next-door to be checked out. This says so much about this business and the wonderful people that operate and work there . There caring and compassion goes above and beyond. And there Knowledge of what was happening. I just thought she was getting sick . But they knew immediately what was happening and what to do . Thank you all so much . Gracie says thank you for helping her 💗

I love how they care for my baby. When I take my dog in he gets so excited when I just pull in the parking lot and even more when we walk in the door. They truly take care of your babies ❤️💕

Its close to Mandys home and they have a great situation there. The dogs all run around and play together (approximately up to 7 small dogs or also a couple of larger ones) instead of being stuck in a small crate after and while waiting for their owners. This is much less or no stress way of handling the dogs. I was contacted by the other salon to notify me Id made a mistake in saying THEIRS was the salon I was speaking of.......soooooo Correction.....Im mistaken on the exact name.....where I took Mandy was BUBBLES SALON on Greiner Rd just past Transit Rd. They are well behaved, due to a regular clientele Id say and the dogs know each other. Obviously if there were an issue of any furbabies being aggressive Im sure they know how to handle the situations. When I go there they are playing together or with toys and are watched by the numerous staff members as they are all together in the same huge room where they are groomed......never left alone. Youll be pleased.😇👍

Just had another wonderful experience with them today with my dog grace. My family has been taking our dogs here for many years. We have always had great service and happy pups.

Been here twice for our Yorkie and they do a good job, but suffer a communication breakdown between employees. First time was fine (their version of a puppy cut is SUPER short, FYI, it lasted all summer). Second time the cut was good but... I had not asked for a cut! I had taken him in for nails and sanitary trim, but was given back (and charged for) a fullu groomed dog after I had explained to the person I left him with that I am growing out his coat. He looks cute, they dont do a bad job at all, and the girl that cashed me out was apologetic and said she was instructed to give him a full grooming. So, only 4 stars because I felt like I was overcharged for their mistake. Other things: they only accept cash so be ready for that or youll end up going across the street and using the gas station ATM. Also their prices are on the high end ($40 for yorkie) but are also adjusted by breed so animals with less actual grooming needs dont cost as much, which is nice. I do RECOMMEND them but make sure you outline the services youre getting and how much it will cost you upfront.

I have been going here for quite a few years. I am always pleased with the outcome. The staff is nice. They try to please. Most importantly, it seems they always treat my dog with kindness. Cash only - so be prepared for that.

OMG I cant wait...no my dogs cant wait for the opening. The virus has turned my 3 dogs into Skuz Buckets that need your attention. Skuz Bucket is actually a new breed that only Bubbles and Barks can change back into a respectable looking dog :) ! Those folks work miracles ! I have been coming to Bubbles and Barks for over 5 years and never had a problem or issue.

We brought in our sheltie for a cut & trim. The groomer (who is also the owner) gave our dog a puppy cut without our permission and authorization. As a result, our dog is now short-haired and no longer looks like a typical long-haired sheltie. Our dogs fur is gone and we are concerned that he will be exposed to our harsh winters. The owner apologized and gave us a refund, but it will take a year or more for our dog to grow his hair back. We are very upset over this situation.

I’ve used Bubbles and Barks several times for my dog Penny, who is a Pomeranian mix. Her hair gets very thick and so I get her shaved with a lion tail. She’s also part Papillon and has those beautiful butterfly ears! I leave those alone!I would recommend this groomer.

Frankies nails were not cut,or do you not cut his nails anymore?frankie likes to look out from door window,and he looks outside driver side,and he scratch and bruised my both forarms with his long nails,other than that his haircut was good.

Myself and my family have been taking our dogs here for at least 15 years. My aunt used them and when I moved back to Buffalo I started talking my dog. They took good care of her even though very old age when she had a condition that made her difficult to groom. I didnt know at the time but that was her last trip there before she passed away. At first they didnt think they could finish her cut - she was unsteady. But when I went to get her, she was done and I was happy that at least she was comfortable when she left me. I now take my new dog, a rescue with fear issues. Ive been working hard with her and they understand dogs with special needs. I use the express service so shes not there for long but more importantly, the groomer, Sarah, remembers her and gets her done very well and knows how to keep her fears from being a problem. The last time I brought her home, she even seemed excited that she had done it, was back in her house and nothing bad happened to her. The positive experience helps me to help my dog keep progressing. Many years, many dogs, zero complaints. Highly recommended.

The ladies are amazing and understanding of dogs and some behavioral issues they have . I would recommend any one to take there furbabies there. I have a dog who doesnt like to be caged and they handle him very well and treat both my dogs with care and understanding

They always do a great job every time I bring my dogs in, whether its for a quick trim/bath or a full deshedding!

Groom looks the same everytime, though I ask for different. I rarely get to speak with her actual groomer so it is hard to say whether information is passed on reliably or who is actually doing the work. Picked up my dog today and she is still damp and there is some residual shampoo on her coat.A couple other things Ill briefly touch upon... a typical groom should not last 4+ hours. Ive never experienced that in my many years of animal husbandry and medicine. Also, if a groom IS going to last that long, please offer the dogs some water as they wait to be picked up. My dog is frantic for water when she gets to the car. As my dog ages, it doesnt seem worth the stress of a 4 hour ordeal just for a glorified bath.
