Buckle up — long winded review here! Digs Hotel has been such a life saver for me and my pup, Rigsby. As a first-time dog owner, I was nervous about leaving him anywhere, but the team at Digs immediately made me feel like he was in great hands. They treat Rigsby like he’s one of their own, and it’s so obvious how much they genuinely love and care about dogs.Rigsby absolutely loves it here and can’t get through the door fast enough! Seeing how excited he is to go, and how happy he is to see everyone there is all the confirmation I need that Digs was the best decision. And having access to cameras to peek in is a huge plus for me (and showing coworkers in need of some cuteness overload during the day).The boarding services are great. Whenever we travel, I know Rigsby is not only having fun but also getting a good night’s rest after a day of play. Their grooming services are amazing too. They’ve helped Rigsby get comfortable with baths and brushing—something I never thought would happen at first. And Nancy, in particular, is an absolute rockstar. Every time she grooms him, he comes out looking like he belongs on a puppy runway.So grateful to Digs Hotel for taking such amazing care of my pup. I highly recommend for anyone who wants their pup treated like family.

DIGS ReviewsI was very disappointed with my experience with DIGS. My dog was injured under their care, resulting in $10,000+ in veterinary / surgeon expenses and a 6+ month recovery timeline.Management was not cooperative with discussing a plan to cover any of the costs, instead passing me along to an insurance agent who took weeks to conclude that employee negligence was not covered under their policy.I understand that this is a risk of bringing your dog to a daycare, however, one can infer that a dislocated hip to an otherwise healthy / active dog was the result of something more than a “playground” scuffle that could have been prevented if the staff had been keeping better watch / was trained in deescalation tactics.While the treatment costs are onerous, I’m more disappointed that I trusted DIGS to take care of my pet.For those thinking this was an isolated incident, my vet was quick to tell me they have had many patients with similar injuries / scares from DIGS. I hope the staff has taken steps to improve their safety protocols and training. However, recommend looking elsewhere for dog care needs in the neighborhood.

I recently switched to Digs after my usual dog watchers were booked/out of town and I am SO glad I did! My dog has done daycare and now boarding (this was her first time boarded) there and it was a great experience start to finish. The staff is attentive and so nice, the facility is clean (my dog didnt come home smelling like a pet store), and the hours are incredible, which make it super easy on long travel days to go pick up the dog. My dog came home extremely happy but also exhausted, a great combo. I will definitely be returning and couldnt recommend them more!

We absolutely love DIGS! Theyre the perfect Trifecta: treat our puppy so well that she absolutely loves going (sometimes doesnt even want to come home) and have the best customer service, theyre conveniently located for drop off/pick up and getting in and out of the city, and they are the ONLY daycare Ive come across thats open late (after 7pm). Thank you to the DIGS team for making our experience with doggy day care so wonderful!!!

I love this place they are very professional they greet you with such poise. The place very clean and accommodating. The way they take care of your pet love one is fantastic. They grooming and daycare services are great I will definitely recommend them.

DIGS forgot to feed my dog. My dog Waffles stayed at DIGS from 10/30-11/3. I had packed individual bags for each meal, so when I received an extra bag of her dinner back at pick up, it was clear one of her meals had been missed.  After asking the DIGS staff, I was told that all meals had been logged into their system correctly. It wasn’t until I pressed them further that I was told a manager would look into what happened. I was later contacted by the manager who “apologized for the mistake” after they were “able to trace back what happened” but did not elaborate on what led to my dog not being fed. Their response was to offer a $75 refund (less than 15% of the cost of her stay). After asking if they fed her the incorrect food instead of her (prescription) kibble, I was told that they can “ensure me that Waffles didn’t eat anything else,” meaning that my poor dog had to sit alone in her room without dinner for an entire night. Who knows how many other dogs this could’ve happened to; the only reason I found out was because I packed individual bags of food and sent multiple texts pressing them to investigate the issue. I paid a lot to make sure Waffles had the best experience possible while I was away, but now I am just sad whenever I think about it. I cannot overstate how disappointed I am in DIGS.

DIGS is an amazing place! Maze loves everyone and she is so happy! They even send me update pictures, which are adorable, and report cards for when I boarded Maze for a week. I 1000% recommend this place. They really love animals!

I’ve trusted DIGS with the care of my (now) 14-15 year old dog when our family leaves town for the past three years, including most recently boarding him for an entire week. Their personalized daily report cards are a great feature, and he always comes home looking and acting younger than when I dropped him off. They take great care of him!

Digs does an amazing job grooming our mini golden doodle. It’s worth the money knowing he’s going to look great every time. Our dog has sensitive skin and they are always gentle.

I put my dogs in for boarding for 4 days. I also took them to the vet to make sure they were ok. When they came home, one of my dogs had a serious ear infection and an even worse, a staph infection. My poor Westie came out looking like a Mexican hairless.When I spoke to the GM, I was told that we told them the dog already had these conditions which was a bold face lie.There are much better options just blocks away and I strongly recommend you try one of those places before submitting your pet to these “hidden” conditions. I for one will never step foot in that place again.

I cannot say enough good things about DIGS and the team there. They took care of our 2 puppies, Moose & Newton while we took a 17-day trip out of the country.I was so worried about leaving them, but the team kept us informed on how they were doing through daily report cards, text and email check-ins, and of course offer the option to watch them on the cameras throughout the day.Communication with Nicolette, Jackie, Zanola, and others was seamless and I am so glad we chose DIGs for our pups. Awesome for daycare or boarding and the pet suites are top notch! Always a ton of dogs there for your pups to play with and the care that this team takes is next level. Book it!

Nancy is the best! Rocky hates going to the groomer but she does a great job at making her feel comfortable and listening to our needs. The staff is consistently pleasant and happy to be there. They are prompt at answering phones and getting back to me quickly. I take Rocky to get her groomed at least every 6-8 weeks and she always comes back smelling like strawberries and a cute handkerchief :) thank you!!

This is a review of my experience with daycare at Digs. My 12lb shih tzu was attacked by another dog while in their care. They called me and told me, “It doesnt look bad, but you should probably come pick him up.” My dog ended up losing his eye and required thousands of dollars worth of surgery. When obtaining their services, you sign a Yellow Books worth of waivers absolving them of any liability. They will not provide me with the dog owner’s name to seek damages. This has been an incredibly stressful and financially draining situation for my family. Seek care elsewhere. Dig’s do not contact me to remove this review. Dog owners should he warned of your suboptimal care.

My labrador retriever has been going here for several months. I really enjoy how tired he is after a day of play with friends. A few things I like about Digs:camera access to watch whats going onearly open time before workoption for pick up / drop off in case I cant get himamazing friendly staffthey consistently check to make sure dogs vaccinations are up to date, so I know my pet will be safe...great for overnight stays as well

Wow! My dog looks amazing! They were so attentive and great with her! Muffin has never ever looked so good with her new summer haircut! Since my dog is a poodle mix she usually gets matted badly and has to get a very short haircut. She’ll end up getting a belly rash too! Not here though she looks perfectly fluffy and smells great! 10/10 and will be coming back every time!

Digs is absolutely fantastic. From day 1 our dog, Ravioli, was treated with great care and affection. The staff (from front desk to groomers) has been incredible. They stay in constant communication with you and you have access to the cameras when your dog is in daycare. We have tried a bunch of other daycare and grooming places in our neighborhood and in closer proximity to our home but none match the service and care we and Ravioli receive at Digs. I recommend Digs to all my friends, neighbors and even strangers who compliment Ravioli’s haircuts. 10/10!

Riley absolutely loves his time at Digs, always coming home happy and tired from playing with his friends all day. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring he has a fantastic experience every visit!

My pup has loved his stays at Digs! We boarded him three times and he’s gone to daycare a few times, as well. The staff is very communicative, goes above and beyond and truly cares about the high level of service that they provide. The web cam access and daily report cards are just a few of the things that take their level of service to the next level. Also, we haven’t been able make it by the check out time so they do allow you to add on a few hours of daycare for an additional cost. If you book grooming on the check-out day, they’ll waive the additional fee to have them stay in daycare!My pup is a rescue so has a bit of anxiety. Before boarding, we had a few trial sessions (daycare session is mandatory for new boarding pups) to make sure Digs was the right fit for him. We were so happy to be welcomed to the Digs family! Larry was so helpful in helping him become more comfortable and even made accommodations to have a rug for him in the playroom (my pup is a little finicky when it comes to hard floors).The suites are super spacious and comfortable. The facilities are very well maintained and surprisingly it doesn’t reek too bad of dog.It is a premium establishment and the prices reflect that. For context, Friday through Tuesday in the second tier suite was about $800 including the grooming and nail trimming.Highly recommend to all dog parents looking for a great dog hotel!

My pup has been to DIGS for day care and boarding. DIGS is clean and requesting appointment is easy. The live webcam is great because i can check in on my little guy throughout the day.

DIGS does an exceptional job with grooming! Our Daisy always looks and smells great after each visit. We appreciate the great care they take in giving her a precision cut, choosing her stylish hair clip or collar or applying hair dye. I highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the staff and facility at Digs. They’re very friendly and truly a group of dog lovers who are focused on the care and safety of your pets. We dropped off our new puppy for a temperament test, before we schedule daycare services, and they were so good with her. They called me after about 10 minutes once we left and reassured me that she was doing well and gave me a full update. When we returned, they provided a detailed report of everything that happened and how she did during the test. Thank you so much for taking good care of our new puppy and we loved the webcam access to be able to check in at all times. Highly recommend this place - they even have treats at the front, so you can associate positive experiences for your pets when they arrive!

Always a great experience boarding with DIGS. Our pup has a bit of separation anxiety when we travel so it is a relief to find a place we know she is in good hands. We appreciate the report cards, web cams, and great communication with their staff. Highly recommend for boarding and daycare.

Beautiful facility that is open until 10pm! Even tho I live 40 minutes away Ill make the trip to come bring my dog with severe separation anxiety! Highly recommend if you are looking for a daycare open late! Also, they have some great promotions, like a free day of daycare the month of your dogs birthday!

My dog Cowboy and I both love Digs. They do a great job with daycare, boarding, and grooming. Cowboy is always pulling on the leash to get to Digs faster when we walk there in the morning. The team is professional and super sweet. They’re truly the best!!

Digs has been a godsend. They are so accommodating and helpful! They’ve taken good care of my baby, Crumpet- especially her favorite human Lary. Ariel and Courtney have been so so helpful and kind as well. I’m extremely grateful!

Digs is a gem! Their daycare, boarding and grooming services have all been standout. The team is super helpful, communicative and sweet with our pups. They even helped us with a difficult-to-schedule boarding stay for our pups during the birth of their (human) sister with flexibility and compassion. Highly recommend!

My dog was butchered by another dog at daycare last year. They did not even rush her to the vet and instead called me at the end of the day to consider taking her to the vet. The vet was horrified they did not rush her there immediately given the severity of the wounds. The staff is untrained and they assume no liability. I spoke to the vet and apparently DIGS is a frequent offender. Dogs in their care are frequently rushed in by owners with life altering injuries. Consider elsewhere when choosing a daycare and save yourself the pain.

My dog has done boarding and daycare here a few times and it’s been a great experience. They communicate quickly and clearly when making reservations and while my dog is in their care, and pick up/drop off is easy with super friendly and professional staff every time. So glad they are open until 10pm which was surprisingly hard to find. The mobile app is pretty convenient, too. I love checking in on the webcam when I’m out of town. He’s an anxious dog but he looked more comfortable each day. All around good experience so I plan to keep him here and try other services over time.

We went in for my pups first daycare assessment and was overwhelmed by how awesome and attentive they were! I felt so comfortable leaving him and loved the review of how he did when I got back. I will definitely be leaning on DIGS to get Barry to socialize and to get some time to go back to office!! And they squeezed in a last minute grooming for him, no problem. An amazing spot to have nearby!!

Both my dog and I love DIGS. We have used their boarding, grooming and daycare services and could not be happier with our experience every time. The Digs staff is kind and incredibly helpful - as well as quick to respond to questions. I am a huge fan of the web-cameras available during daycare hours. It is great to be able to be free to check in on your pup throughout the day. I am exceptionally satisfied with the grooming services. Nancy does a phenomenal job and my dog always leaves his spa day looking and smelling amazing.

DIGS is the best day care / boarding facility I’ve ever experienced. My dog Theodore is always so excited when he arrives. The staff are kind, compassionate and always go the extra mile! I’ve used other facilities in NYC but DIGS is truly the best. I’m also always in awe of their new luxury grooming offerings! An absolute life saver for a busy single NYC mum like me. Can’t recommend them enough!

Amazing staff and facility. Staff was very attentive to all of the dogs, while also maintaining a clean and safe environment for them. Our dog is deaf and the staff worked with us to learn hand signs to communicate more effectively with our pup. They have the best hours in the area, allowing later pickups than the competition. Cant recommend DIGS enough!

We were SO incredibly pleased with our DIGS experience. We had some unexpected plans pop up and needed to schedule a temperament assessment and overnight boarding on a whim. DIGS was able to fit us in on short notice. It was our first time leaving our puppy overnight, and his first time in a day care/boarding setting. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner who was very kind, patient, and helpful with all of our questions. It made us feel at ease. We were able to see how our puppy was doing on the cameras throughout the day, and even saw some staff giving him some cuddles- which really shows how much they care. The customer service, cleanliness, and design of DIGS really sets them apart. Highly recommend!

Nancy is an amazing groomer, extremely patient and accommodating. We tried several groomers before we found Nancy, and could not be happier.

I was in need of next day daycare service on a Sunday. Quickly I was able to schedule a 1 hour assessment for my dog Nixon, and 2 hours later we arrived and were greeted by an extremely helpful and experienced staff member. I wish I could remember her name but cannot at this moment. She helped us get all of his medical in order and set up to begin his assessment. The gentleman handling the assessment greeted us with a cookie and Nixon seemed quite at ease with him. The woman who helped with his intake recommended a great spot to grab a bite which was helpful given the hour needed to watch Nixon interact with other dogs sans his owners. Returning back everyone was very pleased with his interactions and quite keen to tell me how good he was. Tomorrow I will drop him off for his first day, and feel confident he will be well cared for. I can’t wait to see him interacting with the pack on the cameras while I’m away. A+ team. Thank you.

Highly recommended for boarding and daycare. The staff is amazing and the place is always super clean. Our dog is very timid and we’ve had issues with her not eating much when she’s in new environments that make her anxious. She did great while staying at Digs and was eating normal after a couple days of days which I def think is because the staff took the time to help her feel comfortable there. I also love that they have an app where you can peek in to see your pup. Every time I checked she looked relaxed and like she was enjoying herself there. Digs will absolutely be my go to spot for boarding in the future.

Amazing dog hotel! The staff is always kind and welcoming, my dog always comes home exhausted from all the fun he’s had, and the reservation/appointment system works seamlessly. Digs gave my dog the best haircut he’s ever had, has been the best boarder I’ve ever used, and provides a daycare experience that leaves him and me very happy. I can’t recommend Digs enough!

Digs is awesome! We took our dog Oreo for an assessment because we are interested in taking her there for day care and boarding. Oreo had a super experience. She met new friends and played. I was able to watch her on camera and she was having a blast. Digs is clean, the people are friendly, and the owner gave us a warm welcome. Oreo also received her first grooming and Johnny did a beautiful job. We are so happy. We look forward to many more play dates, grooming, and boarding. I recommend this company to anyone that has a fur baby!!

We have had a great experience with Digs for our dog for boarding and daycare. She can be shy, but after a few visits she now looks forward to going to Digs. She is always very tired afterwards, which is great for us! The staff at Digs is always very friendly and professional. I really appreciate their open hours (until 10pm during the week!) which is incredible for long workdays. We’re definitely very happy customers.

Digs has amazing staff! My dog was not very socialized and they did a great job in helping socialize her. The staff listens to instructions and makes your pet feel so loved and comfortable. Everytime I check on my dog through the camera app. I see she is always so happy. It took no time for my dog to become acclimated with the staff and she is always excited to go to daycare or be boarded.

EDIT: My puppy is almost 1 now and I have boarded him with Digs about 4 or 5 times and I can’t say enough great things about the service, care and attentiveness of the staff. They truly care for each dog and go above and beyond to show the love they have for every puppy. I feel so comfortable leaving my pup in the care of Digs.—I was very nervous to bring my 4 month old puppy in for his play date at Digs but the staff was very comforting and made sure my puppy was OK and gave me updates to how he did. I will definitely be bringing him back for daycare and boarding.

We came in today for a trial play date session and temperament check ahead of potentially boarding later this month. The experience was very smooth and the staff were friendly, attentive and reassuring. I was provided with access to the puppy cam for the play room and following the end of the hour session received a report of my pups interactions with other dogs and staff during her visit. Most importantly, my dog was extremely calm and clearly at ease during our time at Digs. I now feel confident I’ll be leaving her in the right hands.

My pup has been with Digs since he was 4 months old and has loved the people and the space from his first day on. As soon as we get close to arriving, he gets excited and hops up the stairs. Steve, the owner is wonderful and reliable and all staff knows how to provide service that makes a dog owner’s life not only easy but extra enjoyable. We decided on Digs Spa and Daycare for grooming our puppy Samoyed based on all the positive and glowing reviews. We were not disappointed. Making the appointment was easy and the owner and staff were great. Our puppy came out clean, fluffy and smelling delicious! We also look forward to using their daycare and boarding services.

Our pups regularly stay with Digs and we couldn’t recommend them enough. We get daily updates on how they are enjoying their stay which makes us feel so much more comfortable about having to leave them!

Just picked up my little pup from Digs today. The daycare and facility far exceeded my expectations! It gave me great peace of mind to tune in to the webcam and check on my pup every now and then. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and of course, the best part is that my pup is totally tuckered out from a long day of play. I depend on DIGS daycare to give me peace of mind when I’m out or at work - especially now that I’m at the office full time again. It’s my dog’s second home. He loves it there and always comes back tired and content from a day of play. Steve and the staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and reliable. Their grooming team consistently delivers the best cuts my dog has ever had. I have only had positive experiences with DIGS and would recommend them for anything.

We love Digs!! Our Welsh Terrier puppy’s favorite part of the week is when he gets to go to Digs to make new friends and play all day long. He always comes home and sleeps until the next day. Drop off and pick up is easy and they take all the safety precautions for COViD. The staff is super friendly and there is a live stream you can look at in the app if you miss your furry friend and want to check in. They also offer boarding and grooming services but we haven’t used those yet. I highly recommend this place if you need a daycare for your dog!

Weve been their customer since we moved to DUMBO last year. We use their daycare, boarding, grooming, and walking services a lot and its always been so great. Staff there is always nice and they reply back to your messages so quickly - and I really appreciate that. I also LOVE that they have cameras so I can check how my dog is doing without having to contact them - especially when boarding. Their hotel rooms for boarding are spacious and I love that they dont use crates (except for when they are busy during holiday seasons. They allow you to bring your own crate for boarding). Ive recently purchased their walking package and the app they use is amazing. It shows the route real time and they even post videos and pictures. Highly recommend them!

We love taking our dog to DIGS! They are super professional, the facility is immaculate. We bring him for daycare and we are able to watch him via a smart phone app. There are always at least two attendants present in the play room making sure the dogs are safe and happy. Our pup always comes home happy and exhausted from all of the fun he had! They send you a report card at the end of the day with photos from the day! So cute!

Our 7 month old dog loves goes to Digs- so much so that he pulls us down the block once he realizes where he’s going! We adopted him in the height of the pandemic so socialization with other dogs was a priority for us. Digs daycare provides a safe and monitored environment for our dog to play in. The staff is super friendly and makes sure the dogs get along in a supervised environment. The Digs cam feature is great to check in on our dog periodically throughout the day. Our dog always comes home happy and exhausted from a full day of play. Digs is a great addition in the neighborhood

The grooming team at DIGS did a terrific job on our two dogs, Hank and Cody! Our littlest dog was nervous to go in but when I picked him up, he had become best friends with everyone there! The team was attentive, kind and I would highly recommend. I’m so happy to have great daycare and grooming here in DUMBO. We will be back!

Every time we bring our dog we have a great experience! Our dog has been in for daycare and grooming multiple times. Each time the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They clearly love dogs and take such great care of everyone while they are in their stay. We will continue trusting them with our dog.

We visited Digs for the first time and could not have been more impressed. They offered a free hour of puppy play for our dog to better understand how he interacts with other dogs. Our dog can get scared from new environments, but he came back relaxed and mellow after only an hour at Digs. The owner gave us a comprehensive tour and took nearly half an hour to answer all of our questions. It is clear that Digs was designed to create a clean, safe, healthy, and fun place for dogs, while also taking care of its employees. We will be going to Digs for daycare, grooming, and boarding.

My dog had the best grooming at Digs! Not only does she look amazing, but Nancy (her groomer) was in touch with me the whole time sending pictures and updates of how things were going, so I knew my dog was in good hands. Would recommend Digs to any dog parents in the city.

I took my 7 month old mini sheepadoodle here for a groom and daycare and I can’t say enough great things. As she was introduced to daycare they went super slow with her to make sure she was comfortable and after 1 hour gave me a full debrief on how she was doing. She was having so much fun I ended up having her stay for a few hours.Then onto her groom, the groomer Nancy was so great and showed me photos of other dogs she has groomed so I could let her know what I wanted for my pup.I was certainly hesitant to leave my pup but i immediately bought a pack for daycare after seeing how amazing DIGS is.

I highly reccomend Digs. They have the best hours of any daycare in Brooklyn- pickup as late as 10pm which is huge for someone like myself who often works late and my hours shift around day to day. They are always flexible in accomodating us, even super last minute bookings (unlike other daycares that you have to book several days or weeks out). I love that there is a camera to check in on our pooch who is often deceives us with an anxious drop off , but is always having a good time there when i check in, chasing the staff with a wagging tail and saying hello to the other dogs. It’s also a really nice group of staff there who will remember our dog even after a month long absense. Additionally the cleanliness of the environment is exceptional, our dog always leaves smelling good. I can’t rave enough about them!

The team at Digs cares more about your dog having a fantastic day than you do!(Ok maybe that’s not possible.. but I BELIEVE it’s some very close competition.)I have found the team to be exceedingly friendly, warm, and helpful with questions. Our pup is always thrilled walking in, and full of happy-wiggle-energy when we leave.The grooming team does an amazing job, leaving our pup strutting around in a head-high & red-carpet-ready attitude.Highly recommended, get your fur-babies to Digs!

We get our dog groomed at DIGS every few months. Roman does an amazing job and exceeds our expectations. The scheduling process is smooth and the front desk staff are very friendly. Highly recommend!

My pup has been here a few times now, but after last Saturdays appointment, she wont be returning. I requested a full service groom for my 10lb mini goldendoodle and with the exception of her eyes and face, she looks exactly the same way she arrived. Additionally, even after the groomer examined my pup prior to taking her back, she still added on an additional $40 for de-matting, though she never mentioned prior that my pup was matted (and she wasnt). I also learned that even though you request your groomer of choice, its often someone else will groom your pup which is unacceptable. I paid nearly $200 for a tiny dog and she still has frayed, strayed and uneven hairs all around her head and neck. We also still had to cut her nails as when we got home we realized they were uncut and still extremely long. Overall, Saturdays visit was terrible and I 100% wont be back and will be looking for grooming elsewhere. Customers should not be subject to surprise bills, especially if the quality of work done does not equate to the price paid.

Update: Now our pup has been going to Digs for over a year and he still loves it! If we lived closer wed go there more often.Our pup has been going to Digs Hotel for daycare and boarding for several months and he loves it. I like that we can check on him with the Digs webcam and when he boards they even send a report card!

My dog has been to a few doggie daycare places, and Digs has been the best. The staff is always friendly & helpful, and they clearly love what they do. As my dog is a fearful rescue, I mainly send her to Digs for socialization and confidence building, as play isnt her thing. I love that they pay attention to the details - there’s always ample staff, and that there’s a clearly structured environment  - always reassuring to dogs, and owners alike. (Managing expectations is probably the hardest job there is.)  Facilities are clean and I love watching my dog get to play with others on the webcam . Her engagement has definitely improved since I’ve been taking her regularly. Prices are reasonable and they have super easy, convenient online booking management system.  (Gilda Radner the dog says thanks, Digs! )

Digs consistently takes amazing care of both our little and big dog. They are responsive, professional, kind and so caring toward our pups. The doggies always come home happy, looking so handsome and smelling delicious! Cannot recommend them more highly!!

Amazing !!! & they know how to groom frenchies really well if you have one. I love how caring the groomer was for my Louis. She educated me on products and recommended products she thought would be best for his skin. They have your dogs best interest at heart & they are fairly priced!

DIGS was the first place our pup was ever boarded (we had been using sitters on Rover before) and we were nervous since he wasn’t great alone (he prefers to sleep with people or other dogs vs in his own little room). The staff were so communicative, kind and very patient with him when he struggled the first night. Since then, he’s been back a few times for boarding and has done a 180 - no issue in his suite and comes home happy. Everyone there is very kind and really cares about your pup. It’s great to have peace of mind now when we have to leave him.

I brought my pet for a behavior assessment today and loved the staff. They really took the time to get to know my dog and made sure he’d be a good fit. They also have a small dog area which is great for giving small dogs the space to play with others their size. Excited to come back!

My dog, Willow, absolutely loves Digs. The people who work there make her visit incredible every time. She darts to the entry door and gives hello kisses and goodbye kisses to the employees. Digs is trustworthy and dependable. Wouldn’t bring my best friend anywhere but here!

My husband and I brought our Yorkie to Digs for a long-overdue grooming session. We’ve had several less than optimal experiences with groomers in the past, but Nancy immediately inspired confidence by asking detailed questions about our aesthetic preferences and our dog’s sensitivities. Zig was released to us three hours later with one of the best haircuts he’s ever received and several new friends. Look no further for expert dog grooming in Dumbo!

I brought my wheaten terrier/poodle mix here for grooming after months of no haircuts (due to the pandemic). This was my first time at Digs and I was impressed with the cleanliness standards and the level of care that the employees had for the dogs. Honey did a great job with my dog’s grooming, and we will be back again for his next haircut! We are very happy to have a clean, high quality grooming / daycare location in the neighborhood.

We have been going to Digs for about half a year, and my dog loves it. He has a little bit of separation distress, and it took him a while to get used to leaving me in the lobby, but now when we go up the stairs he starts pulling and whining because hes so excited to have fun and meet other dogs! I can see him bouncing around the space through the little doggy cam, and the staff is always so nice. One time I was walking through Dumbo and a few staff leaving for the day recognized him and said hi! I have always had a great experience communicating with them, and I always know my dog is being taken care of. I really appreciate that I never feel like the business is trying to sell me something, rather, they want to build a little community. Thank you Digs!

No one likes to have to board their puppy, but I can honestly say that DIGS has become a second home for Harley. She absolutely loves it. The staff take such good care of her and are incredibly proactive when they notice she’s not behaving like her normal self. I trust them to both notify us and provide the highest level of care in those situations. Finding a facility we can trust, like DIGS, has made traveling without Harley that much easier. She has so much fun that she forgets we’ve even left! Cannot thank DIGS enough.

My dog Riley has come to DIGS for daycare, grooming and boarding and I am always happy with the service they provide. I feel comfortable knowing that Riley is taken care of and her needs are met when. The cameras for daycare are really helpful for easing any anxieties and the staff always sends photos and report cards of Riley whenever she’s been in boarding which also eases anxieties.

Im so impressed with DIGS. The cleanliness of the facility and the attention the staff at Digs pay to the pups is above and beyond other doggy daycares Ive used in the past. The staff really do take the time to get to know the pups personalities & temperaments, and make it a point to reach out if/when they have any concerns. I also love being able to peek in at the doggycam throughout the day. Steve is very accommodating and during the daycare trial period gave us a tour explaining the extra ventilation and flooring protection theyve taken with the facility. A lot of thoughtful intention went into creating this space!My pup always comes home tired and happy and doesnt even bother to glance back when we drop her off, shes just excited to be at DIGS and get groomed or go to the daycare rooms. With the various events DIGS hosts, (wine night, holiday photo shoots, and more!) they really are creating a community for the dogs and dog owners alike!

We’ve been sending out 7 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback to DIGS for several months now and could not be more happy with our experience. She’s completely obsessed and the word “daycare” gets her more excited than any treat ever can. The facilities are spotless, and the staff are not only very professional, but you can tell they also all truly love dogs, which is important to me. I trust them to appropriately supervise group play and keep all dogs safe and happy. Our girl comes home exhausted, but not overstimulated. We live close by and DIGS is honestly one of the biggest perks of this neighborhood for us.

This was our first time at DIGS and we were super happy with our experience. We needed a daycare for our pup pretty last minute and we couldnt find any in our neighborhood that was open on a Sunday and that could take us last minute without a long prior evaluation (totally fair, but made it difficult for us). So we decided to look in the area that we were headed (DUMBO) and came across DIGS. Not only were they able to do an assessment upon our arrival, but they were professional, courteous, and helpful. We worked with Steve at the front desk and he was super clear about the process to register, what documents to send in, and what we could expect when we arrived. We love the live cam option and felt secure knowing our pup was well taken care of. We loved how luxe the experience is (lobby smells divine), and we will definitely be bringing our pup back to Camp DIGS the next time were in the neighborhood again, maybe for a blueberry facial to clean up our pups white face fur! Leaving my dog somewhere for the first time was honestly terrifying. We got him during the pandemic and him and I had barely been apart for years. But seeing how happy and excited he was when i picked him up after his trial day sealed the deal. He was taken care of by staff that genuinely love the dogs there and I knew he would be in good hands. I’m no longer anxious about dropping him off for my trip. My pup is always excited to go to DIGS! His tail wags the entire way there and he’s always happy to see the staff. They provide basically everything a pet parent might need: grooming, daycare, boarding, training programs, walks. It’s great being able to keep an eye on him through the webcam when you’re curious, and the end-of-day report cards they personalize for your dog is adorable. They’re attentive to your needs and are willing to communicate with you to decide what kind of package works best for you.

Had a great experience with DIGS. I was looking for doggy day care with extended hours and found them on the internet. The initial talk with them was super friendly and they were very accepting to get Ruby in. Ruby seemed very happy when we went to pick her up which ensured she had a good time at DIGS. On top of that when she returns from other day cares she smells awful but when we got her from DIGS she smelled so good. I would highly recommend DIGS for their service and highly friendly staff.

We love DIGS and, most importantly, so does our puppy Buster! When we pull up he sprints to the door and jumps all over the staff so we’re confident in knowing he has a good time. Their app makes everything so easy- you can book daycare or boarding right on there or even text with them. There is a camera so you can always check in on your dog while he is there. Every time we look, he’s getting loved on by the staff or playing nicely with the other dogs. We’ve done both daycare and boarded him and done some bath time (which is so reasonably priced) and will continue for sure. And lastly, the place actually smells good!! So when buster comes home, he doesn’t smell like gross dogs and he can be right back on the couch with us right away :)

Digs is truly the best. The staff is super friendly. They CARE about my dog and are always willing to help. Their app makes it easy to book daycare and all other services like grooming etc.They have a lot of clients and yet I feel like they know me (and Nigel) every time I walk through the door. I honestly don’t know why I’d do without them.

DIGS captures you from the moment you step in, with a great experience. My dog and I were met with with a warm welcome. The employees in the front were able to provide a great deal of clarity and fielded all of my questions thoroughly. In fact, one employee helped me save money by talking me out of a service my dog did not quite need yet. I could easily see that the establishment was well kept and up to date. I felt safe leaving my dog here and will most likely use their overnight service in the near future. I went in for a quick groom and I must say this was the best value Ive gotten for a standard service! I was sent on my way thoroughly impressed and not to mention, with happy dog.

I reached out to Digs because I had been driving miles to get to a good groomer. Steve was super accommodating when I called. When we were reviewing avails, he scheduled me with their master groomer so that I would have a great first time experience.The groomer, Nancy, was waiting for me when I arrived. She was welcoming, listened to what kind of cut I was looking for my dog, gave me a cost estimate on the spot, and listened to my needs.Digs texted me when my dog was ready and when I arrived he was the happiest I’ve ever seen him after a cut. Nancy groomed him exactly the way I wanted - she did everything she said she would, and didn’t touch certain parts that I asked her not to. I am very particular about how my dog looks!My dog looks and smells great. And he has a cut bow tie.Loved the service. Love that they’re in the neighborhood. Slightly more in cost that others but it was worth it for me. Will be referring my friends. We will be back.

Whenever I want to bring my pup to daycare, digs is always my #1 choice. He is always so excited when I drop him off and exhausted at the end of the day (and the day after). They text me updates when needed and are very responsive. If you sign up a day or more in advance, they take your dog for a complimentary 15 minute walk! They also have a camera so you can check in on your dog throughout the day. Hours are great as well during the week if you need to work late. Would highly recommend them!

We left our puppy here the first time we went out of town, and we SO appreciated: 1) the cameras that allowed us to check in on how she was doing, 2) the obvious care they take with all of the dogs, including our own. Our pup had a great time, but we were glad she was still excited to come home with us, too 😂.DIGS is definitely a special place, and well definitely be back the next time we travel.

Today I took Harley, my 15 lb mini Aussie, for her second grooming appointment at Digs Hotel. She’s normally a shy dog when she’s in new surroundings but at only her second ever appointment she was cool as a cucumber 🥒 Which I fully believe speaks to the quality of care Digs provides and to the attention they provide each individual dog. They’re also very communicative about appointments and pickup times via text, and active on Instagram which is so fun!Harley always walks out with a little pep in her step, looking fluffy and smelling fresh. We love Digs Hotel!

We decided to give DIGS a try after many inconsistent grooms from our groomer of 7 years. They were very helpful in the online registration process and when we brought Samantha in the manager (might have been to owner) was extremely courteous and he made sure we got the haircut we wanted for our yorkie. He brought up the groomer and they were very attentive. I liked how they had evening drop off and pickups as that helps with our busy schedules. When we got Samantha back we were extremely happy. We will continue using DIGS. A welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Ive been taking my dog here for several months now and honestly I could not be happier. Our dog, Olive, is really nervous in new places with new people. Obviously the fact that we can check in on her on the camera is fantastic but whats better is when I would check in and see the staff giving her some extra belly rubs and doing what they could to make her comfortable. Shes now totally adjusted and can be herself because she feels safe and happy there!! It would have been easier for them to just leave her be but they went above and beyond and well always be loyal to DIGS because of it!Were also about half way through a 6-week obedience course held at the same location as daycare. They are really full service and so grateful to have them in DUMBO!

Ive been taking my dog to DIGS for a couple months now, and they have been great with him. My dog is a 60 pound rescue mix, about a year and a half old who we adopted as a puppy during the COVID pandemic. Our pup can be pretty anxious and has real issues with separation anxiety, but the staff at DIGS has been great with him.Our pup generally only lets me and his adopted mom pet him, everyone else he tends to back away shyly, but more than once Ive caught him allowing the DIGS staff to pet him on their webcam. I take that as a sign that he trusts them and feels safe around them, which is a huge deal for me.The people at DIGS are great.

Hands down the best doggy daycare in Dumbo, and probably in NYC. Amazing service through and through. Our dog is extremely high energy and they handle her with ease.

We had an amazing experience here! My dog went initially for a temperament assessment and they were very good with him. The staff made sure he was slowly acquainted with all the other dogs and made sure he felt safe and comfortable! We will be coming back!

We brought our dog here the day we needed her to be looked after and Diggs was able to accommodate her. They reached out to our vet to make sure all her shots were up to date and made the process super easy for us. She also got a bath at the end of the day and came home and to us nice and clean. We will absolutely come here again. The facility is clean and the staff were very nice.

Digs is the best groomer. We drive out of our neighborhood to go there because it’s so great. Our dog would always get an eye infection after grooms, even after switching groomers several times, but we’ve been taking her to digs for a year now and no infections and always a beautiful cut!! Weve been waiting for an amazing daycare to open in our neighborhood! We have a 1 y/o Labradoodle who has a ton of energy and loves to play, and DIGS is such a great place for him! He gets so excited and knows where were going even a few blocks out and cannot wait to see his friends. Rufus always has the best time and is treated so well with lots of love! This was my dog’s first groom with DIGS and he came back looking absolutely beautiful! Everyone on staff that Ive met clearly have a deep love for dogs and were thorough in vetting my pup as they introduced him to their daycare program. My pup seemed to have had a great time and I loved watching him on the web cam when I missed him through the day. Happy to be a client of Digs.

This was our first time boarding here. My dog is 12 years old and I was worried about her staying outside of my home. The facility is super clean and the staff members are friendly and very helpful- I was impressed by their quick response to my texts. I saw her each day on the web cam and noticed how kind the staff was to all the pups!I am so happy that we have a safe, clean and well run facility to bring my dog.

I took my puppy in for her first grooming. While I was sad that she was losing her puppy coat, it was getting a little shaggy and I thought a shorter cut might be a little nicer during the height of a heatwave. Ren did such an amazing job making her look so cute. She is so fluffy and smells so good. I will definitely bring her back for more grooming sessions.

My dog and I LOVE Digs. I put in a lot of research to find a daycare that would actually care about dogs. We do not live near dumbo but I come all the way from bedstuy just to take him there. The staff care more than any other daycare we’ve ever gone too, and I love the webcam to watch him while I work! The first time I took Goose to be groomed there, I had low expectations. When Goose came out I could’ve cried—he’s never been so shiny and so happy!! And they actually listened to what I asked for(P*tco could never). I can tell they really care about the pups they’re grooming and that matters so much to us bc he can be very nervous. You can’t convince me there’s a better all-in-one dog care facility than Digs.

The staff and place is spotless - clean and well put together. The trainers/dog care professionals are friendly and will take the time to chat with you to give you the necessary information you need. Steve Whiteman did an excellent job overall. End of the day, you can trust DIGS to look after your fury babies.Also the grooming services is top notch. Shout of to Nancy!!

Digs is the only place my husband and I have ever boarded our dog, Gemma. We would much rather cancel travel plans than leaver her anywhere we don’t feel 100% comfortable with and Digs gave us that piece of mind. Thank you, Digs! We will be coming back!

We sent our dog to Digs daycare for the first time yesterday for almost 10 hours and he seemed to have a great time. We got a “report card” at the end of the day that clearly showed they interacted with him and noticed his habits - and he slept like a baby after! Will definitely be sending him again.

We are so grateful for DIGS. We send both of our dogs to daycare, and it has been a lifesaver for us in terms of giving them a chance to socialize and burn energy with other dogs. Before DIGS, we had tried other daycare locations in Brooklyn, but our dogs were never excited to go. At DIGS, both of our dogs drag us there and their tails are always wagging at drop-off and pick-up. Would highly recommend to other dog owners in the area!

My husky, Stella, absolutely LOVES digs!! She gets so excited the moment we step inside, and I love how I can check in through their live cameras to see how shes doing. Best perk: she comes home and takes a looonngggg nap after her hard work at daycare. The employees are super sweet and always communicate so I know Stella is safe with them!

We used DIGS for Pippas first grooming appointment and we couldnt be happier!! Nancy was so friendly and thoughtful, and listened to all of our requests / concerns when we first dropped Pippa off. We got the deshedding treatment done as part of the full grooming which was actually LIFE CHANGING (anyone who has a double-coat dog in the spring will understand). We cant wait to have Pippa go back!!

Even though the prices are a bit sketchy and they are not what you expected to have in the first place, I recommend this place with out a doubt, I plan to go back with my puppy.The grooming services provide was impeccable, my puppy returned home, not only looking beautiful and supple, but also stress free, which gave us a lot of confidence.This a great spa for dogs, professional and I’ll definitely coming back, great website and communication. I just wish they clarify the prices -ranks and information- before doing any further service.

DIGS Hotel and Spa is the only boarding and daycare I trust for my sweet and silly shiba inu, Bella. To be honest, I was very nervous to bring her to any dog boarding after the bad experiences weve had in the past. But DIGS changed my mind. Ive never seen Bella come home from boarding so happy and energized. Even if DIGS hotel is far from where we live, we would travel all the way to DIGS over and over because Steve and the great DIGS team is the best ones to take care of my Bella!

Digs has been a lifesaver for us! We moved to Dumbo in September 2019 and could not find a good doggy daycare. When Digs opened during the pandemic, I signed up our Shiba Inu Sega right away. The actual play space is large, clean and full of light. Weve had great experiences with both daycare and grooming and are hoping to board her there as soon as we start traveling internationally again!

He took his time showing me where our dog would be boarded, the daily routine and what was offered with our stay. side note- my dog pooped in the lobby, he was beyond comforting and was not phased by the whole situation. - I was mortified.Our dog spent 2 nights at DIGS. We were able to watch him play from 9am-5pm! They have camera access via there app. They were so kind, loving and caring! On more than one occasion, I caught them petting and hugging Kuma! Truly amazing!At pickup, Kuma was happy and really excited to see us! He also didn’t smell like a “dog boarding” place if you know what I mean.We will DEFINITELY be going back to DIGS!

First time taking our dog there and this is the quality of dog boarding and day care we have been looking for in the area. The staff was attentive and took their time to walk us through their services answering all our questions. With video cameras installed we could check in on our dog during her stay and feel good about how she was doing. They did an excellent job with grooming as well.

We bring our labradoodle here for grooming. We love Nancy - she gives our dog a better cut than anyone else we’ve brought our dog to in NYC or the Hamptons. Steve and the entire team is also very professional and responsive. Additionally, we’ve brought our dog to daycare a few times and had great experiences.

Digs soothes all my anxieties leaving my pup for work during the week. My bichon started going to their daycare right after her vaccinations were complete, and she’s been having a blast ever since. She made so many good friends and is excited to go into daycare every morning!

I planned to drop off both my beagles for a evaluation not knowing one of my dogs was not up to date on his vaccines. I left one with Digs and took the other to the vet for his shot. Came back after and both drops played free for the afternoon. Awesome and professional and super helpful!!

Our dog, Beanie, started being scared of dog grooming places and we’re not sure why. We tried this place after talking to them on the phone and felt assured that it would feel like a safe calm environment. Nancy, came out and asked lots of questions about how she should groom our dog and the whole time was very sweet and gentle. Beanie liked her right away. Nancy did a wonderful job and to top it off, gave Beanie a purple satin necktie which is the freshest thing I have ever seen, so now I’m ded.

This is truly one heck of an absolutely amazing facility. It is not only beautiful, modern but also one of the only places I’ve ever come across that has air filtration along with anti microbial floor (yes, as a nervous pet parent, I do very thorough research, especially when it comes to my dog!). You can really tell by all the fine details that the owner really went above and beyond to make sure that the health and safety of our beloved “fur-children” is a top priority. This is extremely important especially during these uncertain times with COVID. As a pet parent, it puts me more at ease knowing my dog (who also has epilepsy) is safe and at the same time is also able to enjoy himself. I’ve been to other doggie day cares and this cannot even compare. From the owner to the workers, there customer service is immaculate. So friendly, helpful and professional, you can see that they really love what they do. I always say, a business is nothing without the people who run! I 100% totally recommend anyone who is looking for a fun, CLEAN, trustworthy day care to give this place a try. Trust me, once you do try it, your never going to go anywhere else!

Ive taken my pup for Boarding and Grooming many times here and these guys always rock it. I feel comfortable leaving my kiddo here and will keep doing so. My dog gets so happy when we walk in and starts pulling the leash to go and play at the daycare.

The staff at Digs Hotel was very responsive to me questions and helped me through each step of the sign up process. The dog walker that walked our two dogs was professional, courteous and on time. All in all, an excellent experience!

I go to Digs for all services (grooming, daycare, boarding) for our Bernese Mountain Dog, Gryffin, and have had a fantastic experience with them. The entire staff is caring, attentive and clearly love animals. After grooming, Gryffin comes back looking, smelling and feeling amazing. During daycare we get constant updates and Instagram pictures of what Gryffin is up to. When he comes back home he surprisingly smells great (they must give him a quick wipe down or something) and he is exhausted from all the activity. I can’t recommend Digs enough.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for the longest! The service at DIGS is great. The value is as well and Red loves spending her day there! The space is spacious and very clean. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our dog. DIGS is the best!

I waited anxiously for this dog salon to open.My labradoodle needed a trim not a shave, like other groomers take the liberty of doing.Honey, the groomer, listened carefully. Asked questions and low and behold - followed through!!!My pup is so handsome. He smells amazing and I am very pleased. Needless to say -We will be back!Thank you Honey & Steve!

My dog loves Digs! She is always so excited to go play with her friends and spend the day running around. She gets separation anxiety when I leave her home alone but at Digs I don’t have to worry about that because she gets to see all her doggy friends!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! a couple of the staff members even had their own dogs there too, which made me feel more secure leaving my baby. if they feel safe enough to bring their own dog then my dog must be safe!

We had our 7 month old mini golden doodle groomed for the 1st time at Diggs and couldn’t be more satisfied. Nancy is awesome! She listened to what we wanted and delivered! Thank you Nancy!!!

An overpriced meh experience overall.Took pupster in for a cleaning and a brushing....and while I got my dog back alive and clean, Im not entirely sure the brushing happened. From the moment we got back home, lil homegirl was shedding like a monster. Usually, after I brush her, the shedding subsides for a couple of days - not here. So, either they did a very perfunctory brushing or they didnt do it at all.Considering that they are pretty dang expensive, youd image a level of service and quality that matches the cost. Not so here.Maybe their skill is more in boarding/daycare but, not so great on grooming.That said, theyre very nice and facility is clean and they seem to legit treat the dogs that are boarding there well. So, use them for that. Grooming - there are probably better options around.

They gave me a tour through the entire facility which was very clean and modern. Once I brought my 15 week old puppy in for a grooming, she came home looking great, smelling delicious and clearly had a wonderful experience. Love this is across the street from our apartment and great addition to the neighborhood!

Just took my dog back for the second stay and I’m very happy with this place. The staff are attentive and really care about dogs (should out to Courtney for giving my pup so much love!). I love the webcam so I can check on my baby. Thx Digs!

We love bringing our Great Dane Zadie here! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also love all of the services they offer with regards to overnights and grooming/spa.

Ruby loves going to Digs. The staff are wonderful and ensure she’s always got a ball to chase. We love to get her report card at the end of each visit to hear about her day and who she made friends with. Highly recommend!

Very nice place on a quiet street. Was excited to have our frenchie participate in this day care as he also belongs to 4 other day cares in the city. I’d say Diggs is one of our favorite places to take our Frenchie now!Dior is looking forward to more visits!

My little girl is on the shy and skittish side. When I got there for the trial in advance of boarding, I was relieved to see the staff took it slow and explained everything to me.I dropped my girl off for an hour and when I picked her up she was grinning and jumping around - let’s just say she was a pleased pup! I’m definitely going to set her up for daycare, too.

This a nice clean facility with looooots of attentive employees looking after the pups. Everyone is so nice and my dog was very happy! Have only done daycare but will be boarding him here for a weekend this summer :)

We took our dogs here for a day of daycare. The facility is very clean and well-staffed, and our dogs were happy and excited to be there. We have an older dog who is deaf and they took extra care to make sure he got breaks and downtime during the day as needed. The staff was super helpful and patiently answered all of our questions about boarding, which we intend to do in the future. Very happy we found this place!

Customer cant book appointments online and neither in person. Kinda hard, huh?- Website had a bug on the submission form, which forced me to walk over to schedule and appointment in person.- When the day came, they said my dogs appointment was never booked, and a team of at least 5 people gaslighted me saying I couldnt have booked in person.- Also they didnt accept my dogs vax records claiming the expiration date was not readable, even though I was pointing to the date and showing them.This business is set to failure, as theyre chasing away customers like Ive never seen.

They take such good care of our dog, and she absolutely loves it there. For daycare and boarding I can’t really imagine a better place. Really nice staff too. We’ve had zero complaints in 5 months of bringing our puppy there.

This place is amazing! Ive been bringing my ridgeback here for doggy day care over the last few weeks and hes loving it. Theres cameras setup all over the facility where we can watch how hes doing. The staff is very professional and extremely nice to all of the doggy patrons. I will continue to use this place and highly recommend it.

Came in with my dog Astro, the receptionist wasn’t as welcoming to me as the other customers I assumed it was just maybe she was more accustomed to them but regardless I feel like it should always be the sameWelcoming energy to everyone ……. I paid $120.00 dollars for a full groom on my Yorkie ….. what really annoyed me waswhen it was time to pay and the receptionist told me that my card decline and it clearly didn’t I literally had to show her that it approved on my end for her to acknowledge her mistake I’m always very nice and respectful and the energy in there was extremely weird.As far as technique Astros body trim was nicely done the face not so much and Nancy reasoning was because he kept moving I was understanding about it but I also feel like if someone’s paying that much for a groom appointment as the professional groomer, that’s no excuse get the job done he’s still a baby and I’m sure that she has dealt with far worse then a little wiggling … I normally do it myself but I wanted to try something new…. This review isn’t too bash it’s just to be honest… they have a contest where it’s likethe best review win $500.00 so everyone leaves 5 stars but I’m just being honest.

Absolutely love DIGS and so does Levi. He gets so excited on our walk there and starts pulling me when we are a couple away. Safe is friendly, space is clean, and hours are great.

Great training and daycare services! The app they offer services thru is so great too! You can watch your puppy on a webcam while at daycare. My puppy enjoys going there every time.

I had a last-minute work trip to Brooklyn and didn’t want to leave Vinny the Ears in a hotel alone. They took him in last minute. Everyone is friendly and fantastic and I could keep an ion him when I got that little urge to be doggie codependent via live cam. Great spot. I even bought a cute merch hat with a frenchie like mine.

Chloe’s got some think hair and they do a great job bathing her and de-shedding every time! They spend the time to really do a thorough job. I am always happy with the results. Thank you Digs!

We love this place almost as much as our dog, Ziggy. We drive 45 minutes to bring Ziggy here, even though there are closer daycares. That’s how much we love and trust the staff here.
