Fido Playhouse

Love Fido’s! We used their overnight stay and it was our first time ever leaving our dogs and it was a great experience. Bunny is SUPER fast to respond to texts, provides meaningful updates, and the insta stories are great as well! Our dogs came home exhausted from all the play, but every time we pass Fidos on our walks, they try and go back in, so we know they loved it! We will definitely use Fidos again and highly recommend!

Bunny and team have been my absolute saving grace and I’m so grateful I found them. I have a rescue who is blinding and she knew exactly how to care for him. I get him groomed here as well and I’m always so happy with the results. I will recommend Fido to anyone who asks. Thank you so much!

I’m honestly so relieved to find a facility and care team that’s genuine, organized, flexible, and caring. This is a top notch option in Greenpoint that comes incredibly highly recommended. You pay for the quality, and your dog thanks you for it.I was so impressed with how seamless it was to get our dog in for an orientation. Within a day of creating an account and uploading Winston’s information, I received a text and scheduled a phone call to learn more. Bunny was friendly, reassuring, and professional. At orientation drop off, so many other dog parents said it was the best decision they’d ever made and not to worry. The community vibes were strong, which I loved!I just bought a package to bring Winston back to daycare because of how impressed I’ve been and how secure we feel with our boy being cared for by the Fido team. 💕

My dog and I LOVE Fido Playhouse! My dog is always happy after spending time there and the entire team does a wonderful job! I had my dog groomed there and he looks and smells amazing, very happy with how much softer and cleaner he is. Highly recommend all of the services offered!

The whole team at Fido are incredible, they really do provide the best doggy day care services in New York - they truly are first class! Bunny is also one of the most organized people I’ve met, no request is too big or small. We recently needed our dog to be boarded for a week (they call it a slumber pawty) due to a family emergency; it was all taken care off over text with same day notice, no worries or stress. Honestly folks, invest in good quality dog day care services, I cannot thank and recommend Fido enough - the care and support they provide to both dogs and their owners is incredible. Don’t look elsewhere!!

My dog has been going to Fido for 6 months now and it’s his favorite place. I can always rely that my dog will be exhausted after spending the day there. Bunny and the Fido team are so great with him and me. They very understanding if I’m ever running late or have questions. Also, they do a great job with dog grooming, I truly recommend!

We took my basenji there since it opened up. She is always excited to go and play with the other dogs. They are very responsive and friendly. Great neighborhood spot and super convenient to the g train for drop off. They go for lots of walks during the day, so there is enough outside time.

What a wonderful place to take your dog. I was very apprehensive about taking our little miniature dachshund to a kennel, but had no choice. We were in Brooklyn visiting family and had to go to an event in Manhattan with everyone, no dogs allowed. We stopped in the day before to check it out, and Bunny said we should leave her there for a few hours so she would be familiar with everything the next day when we were leaving her overnight. She had a good time with the other dogs and didn’t seem stressed at all when we picked her up. The next day when we took her for the sleepover, she happily trotted in. When we picked her up the next morning her caregiver said that she slept with him and his wife. She was happy and so was I. I highly recommend Fido Playhouse.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing Fido Playhouse is! Bunny, Tulio, and Luciano took in my dog with open arms and it is incredible to see how happy and well taken care of he is. I am so grateful for the team and the beautiful facility. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you so much.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Fido Playhouse and the lovely people that work there. Our dog is always so happy to be dropped off at day care and we get so many fun pictures and videos of him throughout the day on their Instagram. I also appreciate that the team takes the pups out for walks during the day. Such a great spot in Greenpoint that I can’t recommend enough!

My dog has been coming here for over a year now, and I cant decide if the growth shes made or the joy Fido brings her means more to me. She goes to the daycare on my workdays and is INCREDIBLY excited once she realizes where shes going. At the end of the day when I pick her up she seems fulfilled and tired. Im incredibly thankful for all they do, as is my pup!

Bunny, Tulio and the Fido team are truly the best. They are dog people through and through and have been so amazing and attentive with our giant dog, Norman. We also particularly appreciate how flexible and helpful they’ve been when we were in a bind/running late/had last minute change of plans. We have lived in Greenpoint for years and have rotated through nearly every daycare and no one compares to Fido’s - especially considering they take the dogs on 2x long walks every day as part of the standard daycare fee. We could not recommend them more!

We love Fido’s playhouse for daycare! Bunny and her team are so great with my pup and he literally pulls me inside he’s so excited when I’m dropping him off! I love how I was able to schedule a meet and greet before my first daycare session to tour the facility and talk more about my pup’s personality and style of play. Facility is clean and huge. Prices are affordable for the neighborhood. 10/10!!

We couldnt ask for a better place to board our Bella than at Fido. They are like our pups second family. She is always excited to come, and leaves very tired after a lot of playing. You can really sense a genuine love for dogs amongst everyone who works here, and they care not only about providing a safe environment for your dog, but also are eager to share tidbits and advice on dog training which is greatly appreciated. The Fido family have my complete trust to look after our girl.

When your fur baby gets excited and starts pulling you towards the door, you know you’ve found the right daycare :) Bunny and Tulio Of Fido Playhouse did a great job caring for Penelope. I liked that they walked her, (she absolutely loves her walks) and did it with a pack, which i felt helped her to assimilate with the pack & calmed her puppy excitement. When she wasn’t feeling great, they isolated her and even made chicken and rice for her. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond. It gives me a peace of mind so i can focus at work when i drop her off at Fido. Would highly recommend this day care and boarding!!! Definitely bringing penny back.

This is hands-down the best dog facility! We were nervous about sending our doggies off somewhere but we couldn’t have made a better decision. Wilma and Ares have had a blast at Fido Playhouse. Bunny, Tulio and team are so wonderful with all the dogs. Our dogs stayed with them for eight days while we went on vacation and I felt secure knowing they were in great hands. They take the dogs out for walks several times a day, have plenty of room for playtime and comfy space for slumber parties. We are so happy and grateful that we found this place. This will be our dogs go to facility whenever we need to travel. Highly recommend sending your pups here! Trust me, you will not regret it!

Fido Playhouse is awesome! I have boarded my dog there and they come and walk her usually 1-2 times a week. You can tell they really love what they do and take great care of the pups. My dog couldnt be happier after the walks or the boarding.

We have been using Fidos daycare services for the last month and they have been excellent. They take our dog on several long pack walks a day and she socializes with a great group of dogs. Our pup is very high energy and she is wiped out when we pick her up. The team is also so kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

The team at Fido are amazing! Jack absolutely loves everyone. I picked him up from a week long stay and he had an amazing time. Everyone at Fido is so loving and caring, treating every dog like their own. Fido coming to Greenpoint was such an amazing blessing to everyone who uses them in the neighborhood. 10/10 recommend every time.

Bunny and the team at Fido is incredible! I feel like it’s an extended family for my little guy. He’s been to the daycare and done multiple overnights, he always comes back happy and well cared for. I highly recommend Fido Playhouse. They’re so easy to make plans with, just give them a call or drop by!

Our dog has been shy around new people and new dogs, but after a few times at Fido, she has made incredible strides. She’s much friendlier around new people/dogs, and she really enjoys her time at Fido. The staff is very knowledgeable , very nice and cares so much about each dog. They are certainly the best doggy daycare around.

This is a tough one to write. Bunny and her team are lovely. And they treat the dogs so well. Unfortunately, to board it is just impossible to afford their services. I have 2 pups. They charge the same price (double) per dog. My husband and I were on holiday for 13 days and our bill was $3000. I’ve never in my life even come close to paying a 1/3 of this price and I’ve taken longer holidays and the dog company had sitters that would either come to our house or take our dogs to their own homes. Even when they go to daycare they are charged double the price per dog. I’ve never experienced this before anywhere else. It makes me sad we have to continue the search for dog walkers/daycare/dog sitters - but the prices are just not it. Lovely team though - if you decide to try them out your pups will certainly be in good hands.

I cant say enough about the incredible care and attention my dog Nina receives at Fido Playhouse. The staff is genuinely caring, and Nina is always thrilled to play with them. I highly recommend Fido Playhouse to anyone looking for a daycare that truly loves and nurtures dogs.

My dog LOVES Fido Playhouse. Daily walks and the occasional doggie daycare keeps him active, happy, and socialized. Bunny has been amazing and so accommodating to work with as our schedule can be all over the place and Tulio is amazing with my dog. Hes even provides training and reenforcement while walking my pupper. 10/10 no notes!

My puppy loves going here - they have tons of space inside including fun play equipment, and they take the dogs on group walks, which has been great for my high energy pup and his leash training. Bunny and Tulio and team take care of my little pup like hes their own.They have great prices and hours that are accommodating to working and commuting. My pup is so excited to get dropped off and the best kind of happy exhausted when I pick him up!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. They care so much.They take the time to speak with you about anything concerning your pet. Bunny is so understanding. I told her that my Sherlock was not good with other dogs. She met him, she smiled and said dont worry.They take three hours for the assessment knowing that a dog has to adjust before looking at their temperament. Sherlock loves it there and is fine.I brought my other dog, Teddy, to pick up Sherlock today and he stayed to see how he would behave if he was there once in awhile. No charge. No charge for Sherlock going past his half day. Picked them both up. Luciano was so kind and informative. He gave me a collar to try to see if Sherlock would be better on a leash. I asked to pay. He said dont worry about it unless it works. They always want to help.This place is not about the money at all. They love our dogs and take them on walks!!! I am so lucky I found Fidos Playhouse. Thank you!!!!

We love Fido’s. They are so accommodating with my crazy single mom and work schedule. I feel like they are the family we don’t have here in GP and their answer to everything is whatever we can do to help.We are very lucky to have them in our community.

Can’t say enough about the great team at Fido! My dog has a blast every visit and loves the additional exercise he gets from the group walks. The team always takes great care of my dog whether it be for day care, overnight stays or grooming!

Bunny and Tulio are seriously amazing! Ive never left Boo (my dogue) at a daycare because she can be hit-or-miss or difficult with other dogs. They made sure to be careful with which dogs played with which and accommodated her needs!Before booking, Tulio even made a trip out to my hood to meet Boo and see how she was. He was amazing with Boo and left me feeling so reassured that Boo will be safe.Day of, Bunny picked Boo up and kept me posted with videos and photos throughout my entire trip (playing with other dogs - I cannot stress how huge this is for her!!)!They just opened their doggy playhouse in Greenpoint and it is so spacious and clean! Even though its a bit out of the way for me, its a absolute no brainer and 1000000% worth it for me (and Boo) to use Fido Playhouse for daycare (and boarding)! I seriously cannot recommend them enough!

Having tried out a number of doggy daycares in the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area, I am confident that Fido Playhouse is without doubt the best out there. The space is immaculate, and the dogs have plenty of space to run around inside when theyre not otherwise taken on long walks around the neighborhood. The owners treat every dog like its their own, are well versed and diligent in pet care (ensuring that all of your dogs needs are met throughout the day), and are incredibly responsive and flexible (even posting videos of your dogs playing throughout the day). I have been bringing my dog here at least 4x a week for the last 6 months and can honestly say it is 100% worth the price and I would never go anywhere else.

Absolute nicest people. Very kind with the dogs and super genuine as others have stated. You can tell that they respect the animals and the owners so much here. Would definitely recommend.

Bunny and her team treated my pups like part of the family. I felt comfortable that over the holidays my boys were safe, loved and well taken care of. At Fido, they went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and that mom had a relaxing vacation away :) thanks again Bunny and team! We love Fido Playhouse!!

Hands down the BEST dog daycare around!! The staff is professional, responsive and treat the dogs like their own! Not to mention my pup comes home happy and tired after a day full of long group walks and playtime. I’ve tried other facilities in the area and none of them come close. Look no further than Fido’s Playhouse!!

Our big guy Blaze just spent another week at Fidos Playhouse. He has been going there for almost a year and can’t wait to get through the door when we get there. Our dog Hudson has been to many facilities but this one is clearly the best! The whole team puts so much love and effort in their work and cares way more than other daycares ever did. They even walk him several times during the day and play/train him with no extra charge. You can definitely feel that this business is about dogs and not about making money! Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely amazing! They take such good care of the dogs and they always seem to have such a fun time. I also love the fact that they take pictures so you can see what your dog is doing all day. I wouldn’t take Mehel anywhere else!

I can’t say enough glowing things about this Fido and their staff! They have been amazing with my two huskies. From day one, the staff showed incredible care and attentiveness, making sure my dogs were comfortable and happy. My huskies have been to several daycares around the nation (Seattle, DC, Bay Area) and Fido definitely has been the top runner. They provide plenty of exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation, and I love how personable the staff is. In addition, this has been the cleanest daycare we have experienced.Both of my huskies come home tired and content, which speaks volumes about the level of attention and activity they receive (they love the pupwalks which isn’t offered everywhere). It’s clear the staff genuinely loves what they do, and I trust them completely with my fur babies. Highly recommend this daycare for anyone looking for a caring, professional, and fun place for their dogs! The owner truly cares about the business and it shows tremendously.

My Aussiedoodle is a super strong leash puller and by the time I was back from the holidays she would just walk next to me (unless she saw another dog…she’s still a puppy lol) she had a great time!

This place is the absolute best. Bunny and team take amazing care of Henry. they treat him like their own dog. They even took Henry to the vet for emergency blood work when i was out of town. Henry loves Fido and I feel so lucky to have found them. they take the dogs on long walks and even gave henry his own couch cause they know how much he likes to be cozy! this is the best doggy daycare i’ve found. don’t even hesitate to trust them with your dog!

Fidos is the absolute best doggy day care place we’ve ever been to. The staff is lovely and they really go the extra mile to make sure your dog is taken care of. We love how they take the dogs on walks everyday - it means our Boston Terrier is ready for nap time when she gets home :)
