I can’t thank the people at Where my dogs at enough. My puppy is rambunctious and needed a good day care. Whenever I drop him up I’m greeted by kind people and whenever I pick him up he is happy and exhausted. At other daycares I’ve found that he’s stinky, still energetic and other daycares will bombard you with emails to sign up for this and that. I also was desperate for boarding on Christmas Eve and they were SO accommodating and I’m so grateful. Thank you for taking care of Ruby!

We took our 6 month puppy here for her first real haircut. She was all matted, tangled, and her hair was long so we didnt really know where to start. We left everything up to the groomer, Cam and she did a wonderful job! She really shaped her up, and took her time to make my puppy feel comfortable. When she was running a little bit behind, she made sure to call and give me an update and was transparent about my puppy taking longer because she wasnt used to the brushing yet. Cam and her mom D were so nice, and really cared about my puppy. I am so happy with the final result - attached are the before and after photos! Please note, the patch of fur missing on her leg is from her recent spay surgery (not from the haircut!)

Good dogs deserve great spa treatments and this is just the place for it. I recently brought my cavapoo ((who unfortunately looked like a rag a muffin at the time)) for a grooming. I didn’t have any particular style I was looking for, so I let Kam decide what’s best for my dog due to the fact that EVERY DOG that I’ve seen leave that facility looked AMAZING… now I can’t lie the only troubling experience u might have is after your dogs groom they might look too good to be true… but other then that I’d advise everybody to bring their dogs here… after my dogs cut, you can clearly see the boost of confidence in my dog and I love that. The cute she choose was just perfect too

Very friendly, professional and definitely five star.Pooch Purfect messed my dog up badly and cut his neck.Where my dogs At were able to finally get him back to normal and finally get his Mohawk purple.My dog loved this place. I loved this place. I am so happy with the grooming today. I didn’t get the young lady’s name , but thank you so much for Grooming Neville. I love him!!!!!!!My husband was so happy too. We got our mini-poodle mix Blossom groomed twice at Where My Dogs At? and she looked great both times (she wears a shirt due to some alopecia on her back). No complaints and prices were reasonable. This will probably be our go-to groomer for her.

Ive taken my aussie/collie, Stella, here twice and both times we had an amazing experience. We had some bad experiences at other groomers and its been a struggle to find the right one.First of all the prices are completely reasonable, and we were reimbursed for a service that could not be performed due to our dog.The groomer is incredibly knowledgeable, she taught us about the correct cut for our dogs fur and gave us great advice to help her anxiety at the groomers.The second time we were there, our dog was way more nervous and reactive than expected and the communication between the groomer and us was excellent. She took care of Stella with her best interests and comforts in mind and worked out a plan with us so we can get Stella to a place where she can be groomed regularly.Whatever berry scented item they used in the first groom smelled so heavenly and lasted for weeks, even with a dog that swims, hikes and camps. Looking forward to making this our permanent groomer!

They cut my dog several times and didn’t even bother to mention. I noticed he had been intently focused on licking that area the day after his grooming, which is unusual for him. When he layed on his back I saw there were several cuts from the clippers in this area. It looks painful and red.I was already annoyed at the lack of communication: when I dropped him off I asked for a rough timeline of when to pickup and was told I’d get a text from their boss as the person at the desk didn’t know. Three hours later I tried calling twice and left voicemails, then texted asking for a timeline. I live about 20 min walk away so wanted to know if I should stay nearby and run errands or head home and come back later. Of course the minute I get home they say he is ready lol. I figured whatever kind of a sloppy back end operation but not a deal breaker.Then seeing the actual grooming work, I won’t be back.

Best, most professional, and most kind dog groomers Ive experienced. I took my shy 5 month old Shih Tzu puppy here for her very first grooming, and I was very nervous as she doesnt really let me groom her. I couldnt believe it but I snagged a same day appointment (a miracle!) and it was super easy via their websites online appointment system - it even let me upload vaccinations so she was all squared away by the time we arrived. The minute I walked in, I knew these guys are animal lovers who would treat my pup like their own. Sure enough, they did a fantastic job and were even kind enough to keep her an extra hour when my meeting ran long.I never write reviews, but these guys deserve the effort - theyre the real deal. So happy to have found my neighborhood groomer!

Just moved to hood and needed a local groomer. Am so pleased with Where My Dog’s at. Setting up appointment was super easy, there was great availability and most importantly, my dog looks great! Will def be coming back again for next groom.

I took my puppy for her first groomers experience and let me tell you I was very pleased. Since it was her first time, the groomers told me that if Luna doesnt allow her to do something she will not force her, because she doesnt want to scar her on her first experience. And I really appreciated that. Overall my baby came out looking fabulous.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The owner of this establishment is terrible. From the time she picked up the phone, she was unpleasant. I called to get pricing info and set my dog up to do a trial. I wanted him to be boarded at their establishment while I went away for a family funeral. I let her know that my dog had been to daycare with them before, but it had been a while. I apologized profusely for this being so last minute & told her that there was an unexpected death in the family, so thats why things were so rushed. I let her know that the daycare center my dog normally went to for boarding was all filled up, and politely asked her if there was any way she could accommodate us. She expressed her frustration that is it was so last minute, had no compassion, sympathy or empathy that it was a last minute request due to a death in my family, but immediately proceeded to air out her grievances on the phone to me, while letting me know how big of an inconvenience this was for her and her business. I should have taken my dog elsewhere, but hindsight is 20/20. I wasnt thinking clearly and was rushing to get out of the city home to my family. After continuing to apologize to her and calm her down, as she was extremely agitated and repeatedly made a point to let me know that I needed to prioritize better (I wasnt aware that we could prioritize when people in our families kicked the bucket, but alas!), we finally ended up agreeing that it was probably best that my dog do an additional trial before she agreed to let him be boarded at their establishment. She wanted to reassess my dogs temperament before she made an official agreement to keep him. This made total sense to me. I understood her reasoning completely! I go and drop off my dog, the employee there to receive him tells me that my dog CAN be boarded and that the trial is no longer needed since he already had one before. I drop my dog off, run back home and come back to bring them his toys and food. I head to the airport, assuming that all of this had been cleared by the owner. Boy was I wrong! As I am in route, I get a call from the owner who is once again mad. She yells at me and says, why would you leave your dog here? I did not tell you that you could leave your dog here! I did not agree to this! I politely told her that her employee told me it was fine to leave my dog since he had already been there before and that I assumed that as the owner, she had okd this. That is not what you and I discussed, you need to learn how to listen and follow instructions she exclaimed to me in an increasingly elevated tone, as if I was her child. I again apologized, because at this point my dog was in her care, and her behavior and temperament had been so erratic, I didnt want my dog to end up being at the receiving end of her anger towards me. I just didnt trust at her this point, due to her angry outbursts and the disorganization of her staff and establishment. My flight ended up being canceled, and I was unable to go home, so I obviously went back to go pick up my dog. I called as I was on my way, spoke with a staff member and let them know that my flight as canceled and I was on my way to get my dog. She said that was totally fine and that my dog would be ready upon arrival. Well guess who was there when I arrived to pick up my dog... the owner! Her attitude was just as foul in person as it was over the phone. She brought my dog to me and let me know that I was a sloppy inconvenience and thats when I cut her off, thanked her for watching my dog & left. I still have yet to receive my refund since my dog ended up leaving early. I try to support black, female owned business, but I cannot in good conscious give my hard earned money to someone who lacks compassion and moves through the world with such malice ad cruelty. Please do not subject yourself or your dog to this kind of behavior and go elsewhere for a better experience! Just look at how she responds to negative comments, you can get a good glimpse of just how nasty her attitude really is.

Awesome place! They were listed in an email highlighting animal groomers in Brooklyn. My fiancée called to book an appt for Carter (@cartertheshihpoo) our 3-month old Shih-poo. Kami did a phenomenal job on our puppy! Definitely one the most professional, and skilled groomers. As a first time They made our first experience a memorable one.Theyre very reasonably priced. We got him the whole spa treatment package, which includes a face mask, wash and dry, nail trimming and a cut! He’s a puppy with a new coat and a poodle mix, which makes him fluffy. He also developed some tears stains around his eyes, which is almost impossible to clean. When we got him back he looked so adorable! Highly recommended everyone to check them out.

Truly the best dog day care/boarding place in the neighborhood. The team is incredibly friendly, kind, and truly takes care of your dog as if they are their own. We have been using them for our dog Finley for the past few months and it is quickly becoming his favorite place because of how much fun he has. You can tell how well he is treated because he always comes up happy and exhausted. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I have not been to another Groomer in over 5 years. That says a lot. My dog loves coming to WMDA. He enjoys his time. Comes out in a great mood. If he had any issue during the process, they communicate and let you know upon pick up. Never cut by the clippers. Never a bad trim. ALWAYS top notch service. I will be a loyal customer forever. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

I wouldn’t imagine getting my dog groomed anywhere else. The groomer here is amazing, takes wonderful care of our dog, and he comes out looking amazing for a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Highly recommend for daycare too!

If youre looking for a great doggie daycare, look no further. WDMA is the best! We have been taking our dog Juna to WMDA for daycare regularly since she was about 5 months old and now she is almost 2. She absolutely loves it and pulls us to get there in the morning! The staff is fabulous, incredibly responsible and responsive, and I know that our dog is safe, happy, and loved in their care.

I recently re-located to Brooklyn and needed to find a doggy day-care that I could trust with my Puppy (Ace). WMDA is hands down the best doggy day-care in Brooklyn. Ive never seen Ace so excited to get dropped off in the morning. Each time I pick him up, he is in the best spirits. On average, I bring Ace to WMDA 3-4x a week for a full-day. Dee and her team are fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Would highly recommend.

We took our puppy for a groom and also for a trial daycare session.Pros: they are very careful about vaccinations (not all places pay attention), easy and flexible to book, local small business, clean and safe facility, the person who observed our pup was great with giving us feedback on how he did at daycareCons: no outdoor space, the dogs are not separated by play style, no camera for you to see what is going on, they were hesitant to tell me their protocol for breaking up dog altercations… they reported to use a “tool” and water bottles (reasonable)For us, it wasn’t the best match for daycare because our puppy is small and a bit shy. Other owners of bigger dogs were super happy with this place!Grooming was relatively quick and they did a nice job! No crazy issues with nail grinding which is great :)

Thank you for the great services! I brought my pup here so she can socialize and she/we loved it. She stayed for the day and the staff was great in caring for her. They even sent us a report card with her mood, behavior and friends she made which I appreciated very much. When we picked her up she was very happy but sooo tired. (Again thank you!!!)We recently went on a week vacation and without hesitation we chose Where my dogs at to care for her while we were away. I would check in during the vacation and always got a prompt response. Highly recommend this place for your daycare and boarding needs the owner, staff and doggies here are great !! For those that need it they also do grooming.

I never write reviews but Where My Dogs At? deserves a glowing, 5-star review! We have been using Where My Dogs At? for our dogs daycare and boarding for over a year, and the staff have become part of our dogs family. Every time we travel, or need someone to look out for our dog, we know our dog is safe, and in good hands. We have complete trust in the staff, so much so that they literally have keys to our apartment. We are so thankful for Kam and Dee. If you are looking for an excellent dog daycare, look no further!

We took our puppy here for his second grooming experience in his 6 months, and he loved it. He came out looking like himself but cleaner and softer, and he was wagging his tail and happy to stay longer. This was quite the opposite of his last experience, so top marks for that. Additionally, the owner and her mom are lovely and have great taste in wall art. Would definitely recommend.

Very sweet owners and staff. My dog Edie LOVES coming here, and getting groomed by the team. Could not recommend enough, I always tell other dog owners on the street about it. Definitely a fantastic choice for watching or grooming your dog.

Professional, helpful, and friendly! I brought my dog here for a day care trial, and the person at the desk answered my questions very thoroughly. It ultimately wasnt a good fit because they only have one space for the dogs and I know my dog gets overwhelmed in places that dont separate by energy level. I really appreciated their transparency and the time they took to talk with me, especially since it was the morning and dogs were getting dropped off. Thank you!

Updated review: Went back to WMDA for a routine grooming and had the most unpleasant experience with the groomer. I went back to check on my dog because the grooming session took more than 2.5 hours. I was told it would take longer for the appointment but since I was back in the neighborhood I went in to ask if my dog is almost done. Next thing I see is temper and frustration projected onto me because the groomer thought I was here to pick her up. I felt so disrespected after being a returning and supportive customer. I truly understood she was behind & didn’t have any help, but her projection on a customer was completely unnecessary. I will not return because of how the situation was handled was uncalled for. I hope this feedback will allow this business to reflect and view this experience from a customer’s point of view.

Went here for daycare with my puppy. When I asked a couple of questions at the reception I was told to read up on Yelp and Instagram. I didn’t like that response, but decided to overlook it as I was excited to have found a doggy daycare not too far from where I live.They only have one room and mix dogs of all ages and sizes. My pup, who loves to play, felt intimidated by the other, much bigger dogs and I decided to take him back home with me. I did not like the lack of engagement and communication. Will keep looking for another place that has a more appropriate facility for puppies and offers a better customer experience.

I just started taking my 5 month old puppy (Jerry) to Where My Dogs At for day care- its been an amazing experience - so much so that Jerry runs to the door every time we walk by. The staff are lovely, calm and collected. The prices are super reasonable and buying a package makes them even more so. I am looking forward to more day care days and other services with the Where My Dogs at crew!!!

My baby always comes home looking super clean and well taken care of! Good quality and smelling products used. She’s always soft...Kamy who grooms Cupid always pays attention to my request and never gives me a hard time if my dog is a little matted from time to time. They are passionate about animals and it shows... This is the only place I allow my dog to be groomed. We love them. 💜

Our dog has been going every Monday for full day doggy care for the past year. We have always had the best experience, he is always happily exhausted at the end of the day. They also groom him and always do a great job. Plus, there is usually a cute extra touch like a bandana to make him even more dapper.

Took my Maltese here for a cut because his fur became matted so we knew he would come back pretty shaved - not his first low cut shave due to being matted. However, when we picked him up they informed us that they snipped his tongue while trimming his face which we could see happening because he tends to stick out his tongue randomly when nervous and this was his first time with them. But what they failed to tell us as well was that they also snipped his private part and alittle on his stomach too … we never had this happen to him before so most likely we won’t be coming back here….Update!! :: a few minutes from writing this review, I got a call from the one who cut my dogs hair & boy was she mad at this review. Unprofessional and rude. But it is what it is . Not asking for a refund or anything. Just letting people know to be careful where they take their pets for grooming . Seems like they’re not that experienced nor transparent.To the groomer :: it’s very amusing and desperate for you to blatantly lie on your response to this review. The conversation you claimed you had with my parents during drop off never happened and they never told you any such thing in regards to his condition. And like I said over the phone to your deaf ears , referral or not , if you felt uncomfortable cutting his hair we would have preferred you say that. We gladly would have went elsewhere. The only reason we came to you , was because his usual groomer at petco was on vacation and this location was the closest to us. This was not his first time becoming matted and petco who has seen him multiple times for cuts matted or not have NEVER cut him. The countless lies you told over the phone to cover your mistakes was ridiculous, also claiming you did not notice you cut him and that my dog did not yelp or anything when you cut his private area and stomach was such bull. My dog yelps during a regular nail trimming & it’s very hard to believe he did not yelp when you cut him those few times. . My dog was matted but not to the extend that you claim with dreads. You can try to defend yourself all you want but your unprofessional work ethnics and smug attitude will definitely shine through. This isn’t the first time someone has claimed you cut their pet in the process. You could have accepted the criticism and just apologize for your mistakes but instead you responded aggressively and ignorantly defensive. I’ve tried posting pictures of my dogs cuts so people can see the kind of work you do, how my dog looked before handing him over to you and they can decide for themselves whether that’s a scratch like you claim or a small gash or if that looks like a neglected dog in severely matted condition. But apparently Google doesn’t show the pictures I guess because the area shown is considered as “nudity “ So u may have lucked out on that part . But Like I said , he won’t be going back to your place ever again and it is what is is. You got a bad review from me and I’m not changing that regardless of your ignorant phone calls & deceitful response to reviews. Just accept the fact you messed up this time & I spoke on it publicly :) I do hope you get better skill wise to prevent future snippings though.

This doggie daycare is great. Its reasonably-priced, clean and the folks who work there are super responsive and great with my pup, Reggie! Its really nice to know that when I drop my dog off, shes going to have a great day and shell be safe and taken care of. She loves it there. They also do a great job with dog grooming by the way.

My dog Rico is a regular at Where my Dogs At?! The care that is provided is top notch. They’re extremely responsive and flexible with my crazy schedule. They feel like an extension of my family. I can not recommend them enough. Sometimes on my days off I think he’d rather go to daycare than hang out with me!

DO NOT GO HERE I brought my dog here for a simple grooming and when I returned for her she was cut and I wasn’t giving any notice by the owner or worker and when I asked for a report stating what happened they yelled and cursed at me.I even called to follow up with the owner and her daughter answered the phone telling me it a waste of time it’s just a 60$ grooming for a dog this place is horrible do not trust your pets here I have the phone call recorded as well as the encounter also recorded if any one needs the proof just comment your email people like this shouldn’t be trusted around pets they had no remorse and this could happen to somebody else..Don’t go here this place is horrible and this isn’t about money not once did I ask about a refund this place is just horrible and hurting Pets

I have tried to really like them but their customer service could be better. The owner is kind of rude and has an attitude and I always felt like I was inconveniencing her. I changed appointments a few times due to my schedule and she got really annoyed and rude to me. Her mom is awesome though and so friendly and she should be in charge of all booking and customer service things. She seems to be nicer and better equipped for it. But the grooming itself was good but not worth dealing with the attitude and lack of quality customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. I was looking for some place local to start having my Poochon puppy groomed and I made a great choice. The customer portal was easy to navigate and I was able to make an appointment very easily. The location on Washington Ave was easy to get to and the staff was very friendly. I was able to get my questions answered and I even upgraded the initial service I was going to get. I received a text when my puppy Snow was ready and he looked and smelled AMAZING!! I was so happy and he was too, he’s a shy guy around people he doesn’t know but I could tell that he was treated like the little pampered pup that he is lol. As a first time customer I also received a 15% discount. I have recommended this location to other pet families and I’m also excited to know that I have a place to board Snow in their Pet Hotel if needed. Thank you again! This place was absolutely incredible for our pup! She has really hard hair to groom (shes an aussie/poodle mix) and they did a PERFECT cut on her. She looks amazing. Weve never had such a good groom on her! This is definitely our new regular groomer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

First time using WMDA as a groomer, and my dog Hank looked fantastic afterward! It was his first grooming as a puppy, and though he was difficult, they still took the time and made him look wonderful. Will support this daughter/mother business indefinitely from here on out for Hank’s haircuts.

My 12 year old Shih Tzu, Zinga, has been groomed by Kam since she was about 6 years old. She has always been amazing with Zinga from day one and has never disappointed with her finished looks. From the first time that Kam groomed my sweet girl, I have NEVER taken her to anyone else. Her customer service is amazing, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions you may have. She offers her best advice and never steers me wrong. I appreciate her for providing continuous phenomenal service to us even after all these years. She is truly one of a kind. Thanks for always making Zinga feel herself after every appointment lol! I took my Australian Shepard here for a bath/trim treatment and they provided amazing results! Very knowledgable about how to groom this dog breed. Super nice people and great prices. Highly recommend.

This was a truly delightful experience, for me, my pup HATES his nails being clipped. He’d prefer to lose a leg, so dramatic. The groomer was so helpful and understanding. I’m thrilled to have found a place that is so close by and so professional.

My doggo has pretty bad separation anxiety, but he LOVES daycare. When we are two blocks away he starts running out of excitement, and he always comes home completely and exhausted. I super recommend!

I don’t know who’s running this place now whether it’s the daughter or mother but whoever I spoke to at this place was Very rude and disrespectful this morning. My dog has been here before for a few visits and it WAS fine then when I was dealing with the OWNER whom was a Mature Grown Lady but whoever is there answering the phone is very immature, rude and doesn’t know how to treat nor speak to people. I will never take my Dog back to this place that doesn’t respect people but wants the support from everyone. And their pretty expensive and always trying to include packages for the dogs which means they care more about money rather than the feelings of the customers like me that are bringing their pets to receive a good grooming for a decent amount of money… I would not recommend this place to any of my close friends and family. Respect is respect which goes a long way and the value morals aren’t there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL THAT DOESN’T LIKE TO BE SPOKEN TO ANYHOW….

Love this daycare my boys starts pulling to get there as soon as we get in sight. They are fantastic and when work keeps mom late they walk him home and put his food down. Don’t know what I would do without them!

My neighbor boarded their dog here and they lost him and did not contact her about it! My other neighbors and I had to go around the neighborhood looking for her dog, who was running around the street. If you care about your dogs safety, DO NOT board them here. Such a scary and stressful situation.

Called because I wanted to see if they could watch my dog after finding out I needed to travel at the very last minute. Spoke to a very rude and dismissive worker who answered the phone and told me no before I could get anything else out. I dont know why I tried to give money to a place where they dont respect their customers, can only imagine what they will do with my dog.

We didnt have a positive experience with this groomer. Our puppy was terrified, crying and shaking when I picked her up. This was our puppys first haircut and we had questions which the staff did not have patience to answer. When we requested a certain style we were told that the groomer would determine the most appropriate style for our dog (one we didnt like). Luckily there are many other options in the area. I waited until our pup had several haircuts at other places to determine if this experience was as bad as it felt and Ive confirmed that the customer and animal service is awful at this place. Other groomers listen and handle our pup with kindness. Every other experience has been better!

This place opened up recently around the corner from us. They were very punctual in responding to set up an initial appointment, and the facility is very clean and new. Our dog absolutely loves to come here and drags us to the front door every day. They’re very organized and scheduling/payment is very easy. So glad to have this addition in our neighborhood!
