Weird dog run but enough for my little girl. It has a weird mound in the middle and its directly underneath the Manhattan Bridge. So if your dog is afraid of loud noises I wouldnt bring them here. Otherwise its a cute enough park. Also, please get the lepto vaccine for your dog if youre gonna bring them to public parks, it could save your dogs life

Nice doggie playground to bring your dog out to play. My Bulldog Max loves to play with this large ball and doesnt want to share it with anyone or any dog. I cant even try to touch it. lol

Great place to let your dogs run wild! Right underneath the Manhattan Bridge. Has nice shade coverage most of the day. Dont expect it to be quiet. Clean but I would like to see a water fountain or sorts to cool down and water for our dogs.

First & foremost, Im not a fan of dog runs. Would much rather take my dog to a real park such as Fort Greene park or hiking to New Jersey. I do agree with one of the previous posters that the hill is a weird fixture. However, the real reason behind my three stars which I am surprised nobody has mentioned is that the run is right underneath the trains. The noise is simply intolerable to me, it raises my stress levels as I am sure it does my dogs. Do yourself a favor and drive your dog out hiking once a week, and for the rest of the time, just walk them on the streets.

It was clean and not overly crowded. If your dog is sensitive to loud noises then don’t bring them here because the trains pass directly overhead. The other dogs were friendly.

This place is incredibly small and incredibly loud due to the subway running just above to go across to Manhattan. The urine smell is also pretty strong.

Its a great little park, but my dogs get bored quick because there usually arent many dogs there. However, its a convenient location and a nice spot to let them run for a bit

Amazed that any dogs can come here with the sound from the trains. If your dog is the slightest bit frightened of thunder I’d avoid...

Take a walk over the Manhattan Bridge into Brooklyn and find yourself at this small wood chipped dog run. Visit Janes Carousel afterwards for a photo opp with your pooch.

Wonderful place to walk, picnic, read a book, hike or jog. Possibility of going shopping or eating in some places nearby or on the trucks.A relaxed visit, with time, to return to Manhattan over the bridge and see the buildings is a must.Preferably at dusk

While Manhattan is complex and chaotic, Brooklyn is quiet and serene. Its streets and buildings are very different from Manhattan. If I lived in New York, Id probably live in Brooklyn
