McGrowl-Lick Park Dog Run

Nice, friendly, neighborhood dog park. Theres a few picnic tables and chairs if you want to sit down while your dog runs around. There’s separate smaller and larger dog runs that accommodates smaller and larger dogs well. Recently upgraded with a water tap for thirsty puppies. Remember, if your dog has a party there to invite all the other doggies!

Spacious and friendly people and dogs for the most part. My pup loves it. However, I think some folks should remember to make their dogs take breaks throughtout their play.

Clean, not smelly, and a nice foresty ground for the dogs to run around. Picknick benches for owners. Green Park around the run. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

My puppet loves this park and always has a blast with the other pups inside. Its pretty basic on the inside with a large dirt open space and some picnic tables. Only downside is that since it has some trees, after it rains the sections under the trees tend to stay really muddy, but that isnt souch of an issue now that its Summer!

Irresponsible dog owners having social hour not paying attention to what their pets are doing or just laughing it off. Ganging up on other dogs, jumping on people , biting other dogs and being aggressive . Witnessed this multiple times on many occasions.

The renovation amounted to nothing more than a thin layer of gravel which has since either migrated out of the small dog run or been completely mixed in with the dirt in the big run, turning it into a marshland whenever it rains. So what happened to the water pipes that were supposed to be installed, the gazebo that was meant to go in and all the money allocated for dog run renovation?

I walk my dog around the park she loved it we dont go in the dog run its too dangerous shes so small dog and Was Bitten Twice in the dog run but she enjoys running inside the park🐾.

Im a dog walker and was working in the are for about a week only took the dog here twice though usually walked through the park first. Its standard when I think of other dog parks similar to this one.

Nice dog park thats a great alternative to mccarren. More locals, better behaved dogs, less crowded and bigger.

Quality dog park, but does not have running water. Make sure to bring your own.

Clean play area with plenty of room . There is plenty of stores cafes just gets away!!! Friendly atmosphere...

Mostly dirt. There was no others there when I went. Decent area size though.

This is a wonderful park, perfect for spending time in nature. I love the trees! I have even spent time communing with a red tail hawk! The dog is fabulous! Its a great place to let your dog run free!

Friendly neighborhood dog park. Its all dirt so muddy when its wet and dusty when its dry, but the dogs dont mind. Theres a few picnic tables if you want to sit down while your dog runs around.
