Petco Dog Training

The manager on this location doesn’t not follow petco policy and is very rude. The miscommunication at this location is ridiculous. I was told one this by and employe and something else by the manager. This is the first location i ever been to that say they do not price match to there prices online. Is if that was the case the manager did not had to be rude on the situation. The price to an item on the petco website is completely different from the price in the store. Ive been to many petco where they were aboe to match the price to there own webside but at this location the manager disregarded the whole conversation and told me that they do not do that. So i went to the petco site and searched the policy and read other wise. This is ridiculous and unacceptable and will not be returned to petco anymore more.

The people there are really Nice
