Brooklyn Family Dog Walker has cared for my dog for a few months. With the daily updates and timely walks, this is the best dog-waking service Ive found. I can go on about reasons for working with (BFDW). If I did, this review would be too long winded. We plan to use this service from the start until the foreseeable future.

This is just my personal opinion, but five stars are not sufficient enough for the type of service Brooklyn Family Dog walker provides. I called Brooklyn looking for a dog walking company. Thankfully I was recommended Napoleon and his Brooklyn Dog walkers. My dog now walks/runs three days a week with Brooklyn Family Dog Walker! Those three days, I can count on my dog to be well exercised. My dog Ty is well taken care of, and Im happy I found a service that is true to its word. Also, my vet recommends this service. So that made my decision easier. Brooklyn family dog walker truly spoiled my Ty, they are super clean, friendly and know how to get my Ty to bond with them closely.

Napoleon’s team is Organized and outgoing. I always have a walker for Nephew. Yes, Nephew is the name of my greyhound. I have nephew walked three times a day. We have two consistent walkers and a third walker just in case something happens to the other two. A lot of our past walkers would take days off and never have anyone to cover them. We have found Brooklyn Family Dog Walker to be experienced, open to instruction, organized, and responsible. Our Walker provides a clear mind for us. Veronica is a bit to handle, and we need someone who is understanding of her needs. Veronica enjoys the dog run and exercise, which helps us when we get home. A 1-hour walk always does the job.

He has been walking my dog (Golden Retriever) for over 2 years now I think, and its been great. She loves going on walks, and has more energy from getting walks every day while I am at work. Reasonable rate as well, and you get updates every time your pup goes on a walk. Also he has saved me in emergencies, such as when I took a bus out of town for the day and my girlfriend realized she left like 20 huge bagels and cream cheese on the table (on a saturday) and he went over, took her on a walk, and put away the bagels (that still remained)!

They know how to handle dogs. Theyve been walking my dachshund who has a lot of problems for the past few years and Ive never had an issue. Communication is fast and the owners always willing to accommodate last minute requests or changes. Also really great with dog sitting and even helped to train my dog a little (considering how stubborn dachshunds are, its a miracle). Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have a dog with special needs/or is aggressive!

This is by far my favorite Dog Walker agency in town. My dog is always picked up right on time and seems to really bond with their walkers. Whenever her favorite walkers show up she is ver excitable and usually comes back so very calm and happy.

I dont know what we would do without Napoleon. We have two big pit mixes who are both a handful, and we do not trust them with well, anybody. When we moved back to New York we tried many dog walkers who claimed to have had experience with big dogs, but when we saw them walk our dogs, we knew they could not handle them. Napolean immediately knew exactly how to handle them and they both fell in love with him instantly. Now they wait by the window for his arrival. Napoleon has also house sat for us in our home, and we feel so much better knowing he is there. We can relax knowing they are having the time of their lives with their best bud, while also getting some training and plenty of exercise.
