Discovered an abscess on my bunnies chin and took him into Pet Haven for an exam. I was looking for a place that could get him in immediately and also take care of him without having to be referred somewhere else. Exam and surgery was done in the same place and same day. Very happy with the doctor, staff, and overall experience.

Dr Keschner is very caring and compassionate. Its difficult to find a doctor that is willing to and knows how to treat birds. He is genuine, sincere, and I always bring my birds to him whenever they need treatment.

I had a cat ,she was 19 my Snowball. She was dying but I couldnt let her just suffer untill she passed so I took her to this vet😂 ( he was a clown) This guy was old, he had a lady with him. He said my cat needs sedation to calm her down. She wasnt even moving. I refuse so he gets the needle and puts it in my babies leg and ask the women with him is it in the vein ? I wanted to freaking jump on him and give him that needle. My baby was gone and so was I. They charge me 400 to put a needle in her leg. That place is to much.

Staff is accommodating. Always cheaper than VERG. No surprise charges. They know how to handle my feisty feline for over a decade.

The receptionist Carmela is so friendly & always so helpful & answers all your questions .The Dr is so kind & patient The other staff is so kind also Great care they gave to my dog Dutches for 13 years 😍🐾She recently passed away they were so caring & supportive when I had to make the humane decision to send her over the rainbow bridge 😞🐾

I have been taking my pets to pet haven for many years, always received great care. Took my mothers cat Lucy that was matted so badly poor thing had what looked like 2 long dreadlocks on her back. I was told by groomers and another vet,the cat will need to be sedated and will cost around 800$/1000$ well, no sedation needed, the doc used 1 hand and in 1 fell swoop he got the dreadlocks off without a peep from the cat! I was amazed. He checked her out, got shots updated and left w/a happy cat and a bill under 200$!!! Under!! This is why I will always go to Pet Haven for all my pets. He has the time and experience that makes ya know walking in, you are in the right place getting the best care for your furry family members!!

I have brought my pets here several times over the years. I have never had a problem but its not for everyone. This is not a super fancy, upscale pet hospital. The staff were always very nice to me. The Dr is no nonsense and can be blunt. This isnt for everyone. It is very reasonably priced. I will continue taking my pets here for the location and price.

Front desk receptionist CARMELLa is not only a liar, but rude, absolutely rude and miserable I would never bring my pet here again. The vet is condescending which I saw a few others mentioned before taking my pet I should have went with my guy. If I could give negative stars I would. Find another vet this is not the one to visit.

You can finally go inside. Been taking my cats there for about 18 months. It isnt cheap, but its not the most expensive place either. They have a discount for two or more pets at once. They give you an appointment sometimes the same day. Best of all, theyre really really really nice.Thank you for taking care of our animals, theyve helped us these last two years and youve made sure theyve been healthy for us. You guys are superstars.

First time client in for an appointment for my dog today. The staff was all very friendly and super nice (5 stars for them!) the vet left EVERYTHING to be desired. Didnt care for the fact that I had my last vet fax over records, after I told him a super expensive surgery wasnt feasible - everything became a money issue, and worse - he treated my dog like a piece of meat. Will not be going back, would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Absolute best staff and care for your pet

Let me tell you the story of the 458 dollar bill I got from this place.- My dog is severely anxious. A rescue. After almost four months of working on her behavior, I decided to see if Prozac would help her since she hasnt really improved.- Spoke to person on phone, asked about getting her tested for hook worm. No problem, person said, poop test included with regular check up. Cool!- Vet is rude. Condescending. Acts like she really doesnt want to give me the medicine, acts like Im expecting it to be a perfect fix. Once I get a word in, I explain Ive been using and plan on continue to use positive behavior reinforcement. Finally shes like ok, but we need to do a blood test to rule out thyroid issues and establish baseline. Tells me shell give me worm prevention and that I can give it to dog once I get a negative. Cool.- Vet also says that the dose is 40mg for 70 pound dog. I say but dog breed is known to react badly to medicines, shouldnt we start at lower dose? Basically vet tells me i dont know what Im talking about, and 40 is the dose thatll work.- Doing distance appt because covid, person comes out with my invoice. 458 dollars.-- 66 dollars vet appointment (ok)-- 60 dollars worm prevention (ok)-- 234 dollars full blood panel (painful but I know its necessary, so ok)-- 60 dollars worm test (???????)-- 38 dollars for 60 tabs prozac, filled without asking me (would have cost 5 dollars on chewy, wouldnt take it back)- Im mad as hell but I want my dog so I pay and go home. Call later once -Ive gathered my thoughts, lady on phone insists that no one would have ever told me that the worm test was included, and that I was asked if they wanted the script filled. I wasnt, but ok.- Dog has really bad side effects: panting like she cant catch her breath, very lethargic, but still anxious. I lower dose to 20, no more side effects anxiety, starts getting better.Anyway, Ive switched vets. Pricing was 100 pills for 26 dollars. Asked me if I wanted to fill it first. Knows that dog breed needs lower medicine. Actually seems to care, or at least doesnt try to scam me and acts like she does.

Unprofessional. Receptionist never gave me any water for my cat, she was hyperventilating after the walk in the sun from my house. From the receptionist to the Vet him self, there was no respect. Only the girl with the piercings was normal. Compared to European vets this check up was very fast and none of the questions they ask in Europe they asked here. Had such high hopes for American vets… Also, let’s treat younger people with respect not just 30 year olds own pets.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at this office. The staff is professional, kind to my dog, and they offer generous, thorough care. They’re great at explaining what they are doing, why, costs, and aftercare Instructions as well. It’s a comfort to know my dog is in good hands when I take her there.

I visited this vet during covid 19. We were doing a general check up for my lovely cat. The employers and the vet himself were very attentive and very kind. There wasn’t in person communication but the way they stay on the phone with you and talk you through steps profoundly is as if we were in person. The service here is great. I spend hours on hold before in any other vet. This has definitely been a wonderful experience here at pet haven animal hospital.

Merle loves going to the vet here. The staff here are super friendly and absolutely amazing when it comes to taking care of my baby. Theh answer and address any question or concern that you may have with their best ability. Due to covid they are having the doctors talk to you over the phone and are doing curb side pickup for their patients but the have a seating area next to the building to keep you out of the weather. 10/10 for everything with the staff my dog and I love them.Edit:After hearing that I lost my dog Merle they reached out to give their condolences. Our new puppy Alfred Alfie loved this place. The doctors there are always kind and listened to all my concerns with Alfred and recommended only things that we would absolutely need. I couldnt think of a better place to have fur children taken care of. 10/10

Posted on behalf of my aunt. I gave two stars because although the vet is a good one I am very unhappy how my pet was returned to me after cremation. My pet was returned to me in what resembled a cookie tin. I payed almost $400 to have her cremated. She was returned to me in a purple metal tin can. Something you buy holiday cookies in. When I called the office to explain my frustration to them the receptionist told me that if you do not ask how your pet will be returned they do not tell you. They also will not give you other options on a “urn “ because “people don’t wanna pay”. You could understand my frustration because when someone loses a pet they are emotional and forget to ask some of the common questions you’d normally ask. She told me I could go online and order one for cheaper and that she’d call the company to see what they’d do but she couldn’t bring my pet back. IS THAT HOW YOU SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN MOURNING?? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Her tone and choice of words were absolutely unprofessional. For care I would recommend the veterinarian but for cremation take your business elsewhere if you want your pet to have a tasteful memorial urn.

Lucas is so empathic. From my first call, I knew I was in good hands. I had to wait in the car (Corona precautions), so Dr. Keschnercalled me and spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions. The team handled everything with care and empathy. Happy I found a vet who is highly knowledgeable, professional, skilled and personable. I had to call a couple of times with questions. Lucas answered me with the time and care as though I was the only patient. When he wasnt sure, he tracked down Dr. Keschner. who also makes me and Baby Blue feel cared for and in the best hands. It feels great to trust my Vet and his team.

Although pet haven has some negative reviews, Ive been going here for several years. I know my cat is getting good care, and Id rather the vet tells it like it is than tries to sugar coat anything. Some say hes rude but I find it refreshing to get someone who is blunt but honest.

They attend me with such kindness and got me an appointment ASAP and my dog was good and she taken care of it . On top of that the vet was so honest and evaluated my dog from head to toe . Overall good people just wish they can discuss with the people maybe insurance that covers In the vet . Overall I am happy that my dog was healthy and she was feeling better as well .

The veterinarian is knowledgeable of what hes doing. I had my kitty for almost 12 years. The vet told me if I want to spend more money to see a specialist trying to save my kitty or put my kitty to sleep to avoid the suffering from his lung condition. My kitty had too much fluids in his lungs that can come back even though the fluids arent present. The vet also told that my kitty had it for a long time. I never knew that my kitty had it because I wasnt seeing any signs at all. In very emotional tone,I told the vet to put him to sleep. I absolutely had no choice. I was emotionally devastated but I want my kitty to be in a better place with God and with other canines and felines . My kitty makes me happy. He is like a son to me. I dont listen to bad reviews. I think that the pets owners have attitude problems and I think theyre the ones who starts with vets and the receptionists.

I received wonderful service from Dr. Keschner and his staff at Pet Haven. They looked closely after my cat Bongo and provided him with great care. Their office is very clean and professional. I feel comfortable trusting them with my darling pet.

Every time we have a visit or the dog is sick they are incredibly attentive, caring, and the follow up is always so great. I would highly recommend any of the doctors, nurses, and the front desk staff is wonderful.

I enjoy this facility when the MAIN Dr is OUTUnfortunately, my experience with him has been less then optimal. He has the ability to be both condescending, obnoxious and unpleasant. I KNOW that he knows his profession, but Ive always felt talked down to and belittled. I suggest asking when the SWING Drs are on call

I would give this place more stars if it wasnt for the rude receptionist and elderly Dr at this location.Last Saturday, I took my feline in for a checkup because he has not been himself lately. Dr. Bris looked him over and provided us with his diagnosis along with a plan for us to follow. So, that we can pinpoint exactly what is wrong with our cat. Dr. Bris and the staff who were there, were extremely helpful and answered our concerns. They were all amazing! -- Dr. Bris suggested for us to provide a fresh urine sample sometime this week.So, just as he requested, today I went in to provide the sample. I called reception to notify I was outside and quickly gave an explanation as to why I was there. I was cut off at mid sentence and she was just extremely rude. I was surprised by this.Shortly after, an elderly Vet Dr (wish I asked for his name - he wears glasses) came out with my felines chart and was interrogating me as if I was lying about providing my felines urine sample. (Now why would I walk around with my cats urine sample in my purse?.. hmm.) He would ask me questions and as I tried to answer them. He would rudely cut me off in an condescending manner. He rudely asked me, Is your cat sick or not?! multiple times as if I didnt understand him. I answered, Yes he is , which is why I brought him in for a check up last Saturday. As I was explaining this to him. He cut me off multiple times and was exasperating as if I was taking too much of his time. Mind you, it was raining and I was standing out there without an umbrella. I didnt think this was going to be such an issue.At one point, I got so upset. I actually told him, Im so confused right now. Btw, Youre rude!... Dr. Bris suggested one thing and youre telling me something else. He ended up leaving me with the mood as if I stressed him with my presence. This was disheartening! Ive never experienced this type of service in this location in the last 5 yrs.Shortly after, a nice gentlemen -vet aide- came out and apologetically spoke to me about my situation. He took the sample and told me I will receive the results ether today or by Friday. He even asked how my feline was doing so far since the weekend!After, I waited in the tent with a rotating heater which by the way is useless because it does not hold any heat inside the tent and you still feel the cold. The receptionist called, she tried to be nice now. Im guessing she felt some kind of guilt. But, at this point I wasnt having it and could careless. As I waited -which seemed like an eternity- just to pay for the Urine test. I decided NOT to bring my fur-baby to this place anymore.Im big on clientele services and today was so unnecessarily frustrating. I at no time was rude. No one should EVER be spoken to this way. How do you expect for people to continue to bring their pets for aide when you are treated rudely by the receptionist and this elderly Dr. Its such a shame indeed!

Sometimes we feel like they are gauging us on prices depending on the doctor. Since we cant go in with our pups right now, naturally the dogs are scared and they have been somewhat rough with them, I feel, to get them in the building. Unfortunately, they are pretty much our only option with where we are right now

Price was affordable, service was quick. But our vet was rude and masogynistic , assuming my wife, who said she came back from the hospital, was a nurse rather than a doctor. Additionally, he was very short tempered with us.

Dr. Keschner is TOP NOTCH. Really knows is stuff, very professional. My rescues were a mess and one had to have 13 teeth extracted. Cost me a small fortune but would have cost me more if he hadnt waived some fees. A very busy office, so you will generally have to wait to be seen. This is after all, an animal hospital, not just a regular vet. If your pet has serious medical issues, highly recommend.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS TO GET SPAYED AT PET HAVEN!!!!I brought my perfectly healthy kitten to Pet Haven on Wednesday 4/28/21 to be spayed. She never woke up from surgery, and there are a lot of inconsistencies in Dr. Keschner & the Vet Techs stories. They claimed that she was not breathing for 20 mins and dead, came back to life and started breathing again. When we got there she was stapled up, barely breathing and likely brain dead. There were several people waiting outside, numerous other appointments at this time, and yet only one vet working. Had we not taken our cat to Pet Haven, she would still be alive today.Please do some research before taking your pets here, and you will find that there are others with the same story as me. Dr. Keschner is one of the bad ones.

I came here because Brooklyn’s regular vet was fully booked. She came for a dental exam and dental surgery. The doctor did a full exam and noticed she had a breast tumor and an ear infection. Which her other vet didn’t exam and she was just there three weeks ago! Needless to say my first experience especially in the times of COVID pet haven was AMAZING !

I highly recommend Dr. Keschner after just recently coming to his practice with my rescue dog who has been having chronic skin problems. I really enjoy the homey atmosphere, the straight forwardness of Dr Keschner, and the feeling that you are getting the best care. You feel that Dr. Keschner really cares about your dog, and does not mess around or do unnecessary tests. Overall, I would recommend this animal hospital to all of my family and friends.

Dr Sola was fantastic. Normally my cat is shaking from the minute he sees the vet until we leave but he stopped shaking very soon in Dr Solas hands. He was thorough and immediately gave me the diagnosis. He also corrected a diagnosis made by Banfield Hospital and his medicine worked immediately on my cats eye condition which was not even the reason for my visit. Highly recommend.

They were so good with the treatment of my fur baby through her surgery and cancer. They even sent conolences when my fur baby passed last wk. Staff is always super friendly and nice.

Dr keschner was really nice and so was everyone else. They really made my snake feel comfortable, the wait wasnt long everything was perfect so Ill be sticking to this hospital and bring the others and it was so worth the long distance travel!!!

My big boy Riddles needed a lot of dental work done over the years because of his decaying teeth. Dr Keshner was able to clean and save many of his teeth, and only had to pull out the really bad ones which he was able to see with his digital dental xray machine. The technology in the office, along with Dr. Keshner skill, made it feel like I was in a human doctors office.... which really impressed me (didnt even know they had digital dental xray for animals?!). I really liked that Dr Keschner was honest and made me feel like a friend. He and the rest of his staff were very inviting, and really made the experience less daunting. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

They gave our dog good care, but the personalities of the staff vary a great deal. Public relations is not high on their list of priorities.

Not very flexible with short notice appointments seeing dog thats been a patient for ten years (difference between 2 pm and 3pm). Do not recommend.

The staff is super-sweet, demonstrating genuine caring. They also offer financing for bigger pet-related expenses through in-house applications for Care Credit which has no interest on charges > $250 if paid in 6mo. 5th star witheld due to gruff bedside manner of veterinarian though his training and expertise is self-evident.

We came to PetHaven when our dog was misdiagnosed. Not only did Dr.Keschner find the right diagnosis but found the right treatment protocol and the appropriate pain killers to keep our girl free of pain and comfortable until she passed away. We now take all of our animals to PetHaven(all 7 of them).He may have an interesting bedside manner which turns some people off but if you want someone who truly cares about animals and will tell you like it is go here.

Been coming here for 20 years. Another good experience yesterday as Dr. K caught a metabolic issue with one of my geriatric cats. He is already perking up on meds!

I had a turtle emergency and went by online reviews to find Pet Haven. Their bedside manner is EXCELLENT and its obvious that they really love what they do - unlike A LOT of vets Ive encountered in New York. Theyre a warm bunch of people and I wish I had MORE pets to take back to them.

I have been trusting Dr.Keschner with my pets for as long as I can remember. The staff is great, always super friendly, very accommodating, last minute appointments and very reliable.

I took my recently adopted cat for a wellness exam and the vet did not check her temperature, heart rate, eyes, or ears with any tools. He only looked at her and and slightly felt her neck and sides. Needless to say more should be done during a wellness exam. I’ve had pets in the past so I know the steps that are generally taken in a wellness exam.

What kind of clown send you home with a kitten that has a Flea problem, spitting out fleas... Telling me to go home and use a fogger to clean out my apartment. Where am I suppose to go with a cat dropping fleas, while my apartment is being bombed for hours??? Tells me her Revolution is better than anything and the Fleas coming off will be dead or dying... THAT WAS A FLAT OUT LIE!!!!!!!! These things ate me alive last night! They were not dead, they were fighting back and biting like hell! Not to mention the estimate I got over the phone was $120-$130... I was charged $186, and went home with a kitten dropping angry fleas everywhere and a list of instructions for me to medicate my own cat. Last time I visit this clown!They get one star for the dude that helped my cat, I feel sorry for him to be working with such a clown excuse for a Vet that is Dr. Udoji!!Update 1 week later: Dr. Udoji called me back and I missed her call. I called at 10am she called back at 4pm, goes to show she doesnt care! Then when I called back 1 minute later the shop answering machine answered! The Revolution did not work and 5 days later my kitten was still dropping baby fleas everywhere! All of her advice, the revolution, dewormer, and ear infection all did not go away! This good for nothing lady acts like she knows it all, but here is the prove she doesnt even have a clue!****I took my kitten to another Vet on Church Ave and was treated the same day!

Ive always had an excellent experience at Pet Haven Animal Hospital, 30 years and 3 dogs, and 2 birds and I have nothing to complain about, from the office receptionist who always have been courteous, compassionate and professional to most importantly the doctors who always addressed my concerns with the care that put me at ease, and oh yeah and the staff that assist the doctors who seem to have a special touch with dealing with at least dogs, I thank them 😀

I took my vibrant flying loving pet budgie on 3/11/2014 for a concern of mild regurgitating he was having about 3-4 mths ago, Dr. Sola saw no signs of regurgitation at visit. He took fecal sample and gave him a dose of Panacur liquid, then he gave me 2 syringes with dosage for the bird to continue 3 day course. The next day I went to administer the med it hardened in the syringe like concrete,had to make another trip on 3/13/14 complaining. Gave some in a bottle and told me to restart for 3 days since I missed a day. After the 2nd day bird vomited but I thought it was just bad tasting, continued up to 3 days, on the 5th day he was at the bottom of cage which he never did before in his life, not as normal but getting up sometimes, and eating little, next day full blown diarrhea. I called and informed them what happened and they also questioned me at midday. They told me there is NO room and that I have to wait until 5.00 pm, I was very nervous and had great anxiety and my bird was dying, waited until 5pm on 3/19/14 when doctor Sola determined without further test It could be lung or liver the ova and parasite test was negative. My poor bird was 43 grams and the prior visit week bird was 54 grams. he began pumping b12 injection and injected some colorless fluids for electrolytes. Lo and behold my bird died in the night. IT was an allergy as his eyes were swelling and he didnt last the morning!! I miss him very much! My head was not clear as I was seeing the pain he was in and of course couldnt think and trusted my bird with DR. Sola. He could have referred me to an EMERGENCY 24 hrs. hospital doing intensive care ,as they do not provide intensive care for small birds. I was shocked ,couldnt think and didnt know where and what to do in that emergency moment. Vets should consider advising pet owners about emergency places when they see an extremely sick pet at 5.pm just about their closing time. My poor birdie would have made it to an icu in NYC for an allergy injection or they would have remove the fluids with new ones. It was most definitely allergy as he worsened and began swelling on the face and eyes later that evening. His diagnose was incorrect for that visit. Panacur was given and can have allergy in rare instances.

Usually good care....but receptionist was NASTY to me on the phone today...the one time I make a mistake and had the wrong time for the appointment she gives me an attitude...this was after I had the grace to apologize for my error...tried to call her back to tell her how unprofessional she was but phone just rang and rang...we may change vets after this... I dont accept this kind of behavior from anyone...Sincerely, Rose ( mother of Peaches).

Ive brought two animals here: one for a diagnosis on swollen nipples (cancer) and one to get his nails cut, and the doctors are friendly enough.I changed over to Park Slope Vet Clinic because I preferred the attention though, so that says something.

They helped when my cat of 19 years passed away ,very kind and compassionate in my time of needing help to deal with her remains thanks for being there

We board our family dog (Stroodel - our Maltese) here whenever we go away on vacation, and are always happy with the service. We used to board in Brooklyn at a place that was just for dog boarding, but when we checkout their renovated kennels we were impressed with the space and cleanliness (and prices).

Today I took my two reptiles for our first visit to their amazing clinic. I can’t thank the entire staff and of coarse Dr. Keschner enough for their time, advice and patience.

They took me as a walk in for nail trimming for my dog. Its about 20$ call ahead to make sure they can squeeze you in. Receptionist was nice, the vet assistants were nice and patient.

My Georgie has been a patient for 8 years! Amazing staff all around , needs are met. Highly recommend Pet Haven 👌

Love this spot. Very efficient. Never in there longer than 45 minutes, and everyone is friendly. Animals are their priority and pricing is super reasonable.

Dr. Sola was extremely kind and gentle with my bunny. I highly recommend this practice. They are very down to earth and it shows that they love animals (and people, too!).

The women on the phone so rude , she didn’t explain me and didn’t try to understand my situation ! I called 10 times , she hold me on the line and after 15 minutes waiting just turn off!When you have serious problem with your pet , this kind of service drive you crazy

My dog Shadow needed to be groomed he needed sadation to make it happen they gave a reasonable first estimated around $300 then ended up paying close to $600 then on top of that would it make sense to give me drops for his ear infection which I could not render cause my dog wont allow me to do so also he wanted to pull his teeth at who knows what cost but I said no shouldve learned my lesson the first time it took me a while to remember this was the same place when I brought my cat Bomber over received another huge bill and then had to try to administer antibiotics through a syringe that you place pills in then shoot down his throat which was difficult then was told to break capsules and put it in his food and my cat passed 4 days later never again regret going over there they greet you with a friendly caring atmosphere but hit you in the pockets.Wouldnt recommend at all.

Took my puppy for a sprained leg -I was expecting it to be more expensive but the Dr gave her a shot and some pain killers for a week . Was pretty cheap to me ,although the my puppy is still limping . Am still waiting for her to get better if not Ill be going back .

Had an emergency with someone elses pet and the receptionist and doctor were very helpful, sympathetic and found a solution that would work for me. Dr. Udoji is the best!

Pet Haven was a life saver. I called them at 11am and by 2pm they was at my house picking up my dog. The service they provided was truly amazing. Thank you for taken care of my Son.

This is our first wonderful experience at a vet clinic since moving to Brooklyn from the city a year ago. Every person at Pet Haven from the front desk, the vet technicians and Dr. Menasch helped put my mind at ease that our dog, Lady, was getting the help she needed. Dr. Menasch was asking great questions to understand what was going on with her while the vet technicians cleaned her up. He gave me a clear idea of the treatment plan, the cost, and answered any questions I had before proceeding. Everyone was kind and very attentive to our dog. We were sent home with antibiotics on Friday that really did the trick. Cannot thank Dr. Menasch and the team enough!

Dr. Michael Keshner is great very experienced and honest.

My dog has severe separation anxiety and Pet Haven knew exactly what medicine would help her. The difference between before and after is night and day. Additionally, the customer service is incredible. They process refills immediately and are polite and helpful!

This is an old school classic vet. The doctor is matter of fact and very well trained. My dog Tilda allows him and his staff to do anything they want. We have been to other vets, but this place is where we want to go.

Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I just called and the reception was extremely rude and said I cant talk right now I am busy I can only give you 1-2 minutes and then became extremely passive aggressive when I was inquiring about my kitten. They asked for an appointment and I said no thank you, and I couldnt even properly say goodbye, they hung up the phone on my face. Extremely rude to pet owners and do not recommend at all.

If it was me I wouldve put no stars. My dogs has allergies and he has to take certain medication for him to not scratch. Every time I ask for a refill of the same medication that works for him, they tell me that he has to come him for a check up to tell me the same exact thing or to just tell me that he needs another medication or to do blood work or whatever for me to just waist 400 dollars. now I took him to a different vet and i only waist half of that

Just came here for the first time with my dog who had an ear infection. All of the staff were helpful and nice! Also Dr. Keschner was fantastic, and thorough... felt like he had real experienced hands. My dog got the proper medicine, and was better totally better in just a few days. I truly believe this is such a great animal hospital and felt totally at ease. We will definitely be coming back for check-ups! Thank you!

The doctor always represents the pet’s needs as he speaks to you. I like that.

We have a cat and a dog, or cat is 7 and our dog is just over a year now. Our poor dog has been very sick for his life, and has seen many vets who have run us through so many tests that we have run up over 3,000 dollars is bills on just having him a year! Thankfully Caruso has done the simple methods first of giving medications and shots first and then goes up from there, so we arent spending a lot of money and arent over doing it with our dog. He was neutered here as well, and did just great! he came out of it just fine with no issues at all! Our cat has been seen by this vet before we got him, but when we have taken him in, they handle him quickly knowing that he hates the vet. They run the needed tests and nothing that we dont ask for. They are great at getting me in when our animals are sick, and I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I have never had an issue with them, and they are awesome at making sure my animals get the best care. Sadly my dog has to go in almost twice a month now-a-days and it is always something new that is wrong with him (that I have observed and not that the vet has said to bring him in for, its on me on what I see with him.) He is a pure breed, and was bred from a bad line, then to top it off he was the runt, so health issues are piled on, and thankfully for this place we have a vet for him that takes care of him, and can deal with the issues we have from time to time.

Me and my mom have been going to this place for years with all of our dogs they really know what to do to help animals they get to the point don’t over charge ..and Camilla at the front desk is amazing
