The Original Puppy Party

I made the long trip here to potentially buy a puppy with my boyfriend. We were in a search to buy a cavapoo or a similar breed. I was so surprised of all the breeds they had and their prices. Way more affordable than CitiPUPS or any manahattan pet shop. The manager who attended us was very helpful and informative. He let us interact with the puppy before making a final decision. We left with a cavapoo mix who we named Marley. Its been almost 3 weeks since we got him and he seems to be perfect health. My bf and I are super happy with our little pup.

Went over completely looking forward to a puppy buying experience, but I couldnt even get the attention of the ONLY worker there. He was too busy talking non stop to one customer while four other customers stood around invisible. It wassix customers at one point, but one couple left upset as they seem to be waiting for awhile before we got there. I doubt he noticed cause he went on and on explaining to a customer step by step on how to take care of a puppy. I get thats nice for that one customer, but what about all the could had been happy puppy owners he ignored? I was also interested in a few items for my other fur babies, but standing in front of him after saying a few times excuse me got me zero attention. So, sadly I never got to see either of the two puppies I was interested in.I think he could had told that other customer to hold a second while he asked what we needed and letting us know how much longer we needed to wait. Not saying anything to us and the other two couples just shows how unprofessional the business is. Surely, he sells puppies, it is a puppy store, but how much more he could sell if he greeted guest or at least acknowledge their presence.Dogs seems miserable and lonely in their cages behind the glass. I couldnt see a few buried in their shredded newspaper. The place just doesnt exude warmth or happy. Far from a Puppy Paradise.

My husband and I were looking for a toy poodle for our daughter over the holidays. We were very skeptical about purchasing a puppy from a store but after reading the reviews we decided to visit the store. We had a wonderful experience, the owner is very knowledgeable and he walked us through the entire new puppy experience. He made himself available 24/7 for any questions or concerns and we even got a complementary follow-up with the Vet. Our Puppy is now almost six months old and we havent had any issues. We highly recommend Puppy Paradise and wouldnt go anywhere else.

This was one of the best experiences ever! I highly recommend this company, and they provided first class service all the way. Me and family had a spectacular time enjoying the puppies. I will definitely contact them again for another party.

When I went into the shop, the workers greeted us and showed us the puppies they have. They took out the puppies we were interested and we got to play with the puppies. There were all kinds of puppies and they were so cute! The prices were reasonable. The workers were very nice and i got to play with the puppy. Unfortunately, we didnt get to get a puppy because we was gonna go on vacation soon , but when we come back, We will definitely get a puppy there!

Drove from CT to pick up a Miniature schnauzer. I was very nervous about purchasing a dog from a pet store. The process went very well and I felt comfortable with the support that was going to be given to me if there was a problem. The salesperson was knowledgeable about dogs and gave me a lot of helpful tips on how to care for my puppy once he was home. I have had my dog now for 6 months. He is an absolute love!! We had no problems and would purchase again. Thank you Puppy Paradise for my new addition to my family.

Great store. Puppies comes with all shots and neutered. They have a 3 day money back policy. The staff are very polite. Ive purchased dogs, boarded my dogs. They do a great job. Highly recommend them.

The best pet store Ive ever been to. Went here about two weeks ago because my partner and I were looking for our first puppy, and we were checking out EVERY pet store in ALL 5 boroughs. So far all the pet stores we went to had dogs at almost 3 grand, the cheapest being 2 grand which is ridiculous. All the pet stores despite one or two treated thwir dogs horribly and the puppies looked malnourished. So we went to puppy paradise, and was greeted by the owner, Omar, and his corgi. They have a nice little selection of small dogs, and they all looked happy and ready to come out. We saw this perfect pomimo and we fell in love. We were not expecting to get a dog that day at all, but the owner was so helpful with EVERYTHING no question is a dumb question and he did not pressure us to buy anything but we decided to anyways. If you want a pet for life, this is the place! Reasonably priced, puppies are taken care of, and both owners are great. Also, we took our pup to the vet and everything was perfect. No kennel cough, which happens a lot with bad treated pet stores pups.

I brought in my yorkie for grooming here. Its my first visit to this store. The store looks really nice. Chanel told me everything about the dogs grooming over the phone and she assured me everything would look great. I was really happy with their service. Free nail clipping with grooming is actually free!!.

This place has horrible customer service and a mean supervisor.I called yesterday and was told to come around 11:00 am to get my dog groomed. Today I came, after taking a train and bus, getting a little lost around the area, and got to the place at 11:00. Keep in mind my dog was really tired and hot from the weather. We came in and the supervisor said he cant take us. We explained that we called and they told us to come, and that we lived far away. He didnt even care, all he kept repeating was it is not physically possible to take him, we are full. There are a couple of groomers in the back, and not one worker offered to take him and say it was okay since we came all this way. They only offered to keep my dog in there overnight, and hell no was I going to keep my dog caged up all night long! The best he could offer was a wash, but I could obviously wash my dog at home myself.I could have easily went to any other grooming place near my area, but chose to come here because of the good reviews. I will not bring my dog here. These people cant make appointments and the supervisor doesnt care. Horrible people in this place!

The best puppy store in Brooklyn. They helped me get over my 40+ years of fear of dogs in 20 mins. Allowed me and my kids to stay for over an hour. It was an amazing experience. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

I purchased a Yorkie from Puppy Paradise in December as a Christmas gift for my wife and Mike was awesome and very professional. The puppy was an instant hit with my wife. She named him Kashoo. Mike explained everything in detail with regards insurance, to the free 30 day vet service they provide to check your puppy after purchase. He explained some nutritional facts for the little guy and told me to call him even after hours if I needed to. I would recommend Puppy Paradise to anyone looking to add a new life changing addition to their family.

I like this place. Purebred dogs are morally wrong I know but these dogs and the desinger mutts they carry are very sweet and healthy. Also, the staff is courteous and attentive. Somebody please get there soon and buy the puggles. Theyre great and I dont think I can do it myself.

I would have given 4 stars but our puppy had kennel cough which also affected another dog at the. The owner would bring the puppies to the community homes and schools so the behavior of the puppies were well behaved and accustom to handling. Other then the cough we would definitely go back to buy another puppy

Mike Omar and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and patience. Great place to take your animals for bathing and Grooming. They will treat your animals like if it was one of theirs. Couldnt ask for a better place to take your pet. Thank you everyone for all your help with my dogs.

Was searching for a plain poodle, prices insane. Puppy Paradise had them reasonably priced. They dont have them out for anyone to play with. We negotiated, left deposit and picked him up a few days later. Brought him to our vet for exam, vet says hes in good health. On pick up they provided all the papers, breeder name/address, the warranty, pre paid microchip, vaccine history and gave us food. Omar very helpful, the other Mgr. Mike needs to brush up on customer service skills but he was ok. Dog great, playful, crate training going well.

I really enjoyed coming here because this is the place I GOT MY FIRST PUPPY! He was a 4 month old beagle and hes now 5 months and hes been a very good friend to me. There are many other species of dogs. I saw Yorkshires, Pomeranians, shitzus, duchhund, chihuahuas, and many many more! Really recommend this store:).....My pup by the way was $1,000.00 dollars plus other things which added up to $1,190.00, it was worth the pay

We went to Puppy Paradise two weeks ago. Mike was an absolute darling. He was patient, pleasant and quite knowledgeable about different dog breeds and their temperament. He sold us a blessing in the form of a gorgeous Bichon Frise who is now named Lou. (Best birthday present ever!). We took him to the vet and she praised that he is alert and healthy.Thank you Mike for helping us make the best choice ever!

Horrible staff. Inexperienced groomers. I asked for 1/2 inch cut off my yorkie. I got him back with no hair at all. The owner/mgt was even stunned. He didnt even apologize for the error. But the horror I felt was written on his face. I will never go here again. They do not listen. They cut your dog the way they want to. This is beyond disrespectful. Especially when I was asked what kind of cut I want him to have, they note it on his card and return him totally giving him what they want him to have all while charging me full price!!!

Mike is simply the best. I have been there with 4 dogs and never an issue or complaint. Reasonable prices and wonderful haircuts. Its beautiful in there and little things for your pets needs. A++++++

Dont go to this places your dog get baths with soap you wash your dishes with and not the good kind . If you look real good there is a. Green big water bottle all the way in the back thats what they wash your dog in. Most of the puppys are sick.

This was a great experience for me. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only sad part was when a little girl came in to see the Puggle that I purchased. She called him Peanut Butter. When she realized that we purchased him she was so broken hearted the tears just rolled down her face. We let her hold him but she was still so sad. My daughter and I were in tears as well. He had an amazing effect on her and my family as well so we named him Magic.

Horrible place! We took our shih su Jedi on Thursday, he came home very sad, he didnt even want to play with our little pomerianen, which is so weird. Hes black so we didnt notice anything that night, so on Friday I was just watching his behavior and I noticed his eyes was bloodshot! I was furious, apparently they somehow strangled/ squeezed him. I called them immediately, they told me to bring him in the next day, they gave us their vet to go to, but decided to go our vet, which basically told us he was held down harshly thats why the blood vessels burst in his eyes. Also his ears was so raw that it also needed meds, someone there is very rough when dealing with the dogs! Im never taking my dogs there again! The owner paid our vet bill though!

Took my mom to get a puppy and it was the most pleasurable experience to see all those puppies and little fur balls with so much energy jumping about... The caretakers were very caring Im a very careful enough to explain a lot of stuff so that way as a consumer we can be mindful of how to take care of our brand new pets... Love you guys!

Tried out their dоggie daycare today and was so impressed. From the moment I wаlked in I knew hed get the attention hed deserve. She was scoopеd into the arms of one of their staff so he could mаke eye contact with me and feel reаssured everything was okay....and it was. When I picked her up there was nonе of the usual anxiety that strikes her. She is calm and content. He smells good too and looks pretty happy :)

We bought a shih tzu from store couldnt be happier the salesperson/ manager Mike was awsome he was great at explaining things to us and was helpful. The puppy is super smart and we couldnt be happier thank you so much.

Bought my shih tZu a few years ago here and she is so great. A little timid when we first brought her home but shes always been healthy so Id recommend even though I did some research and found out she was from a mill

They treat the dogs very well here. We have bought 2 shih tzus here now and the dogs are very happy. Mike explains everything and is great to work with.

Nasty person ( owner- guessing). Cant even see puppy youre buying nor hold it. Priced way too high. And they charge you to neuter dog. Isnt it buyers choice whether to fix the dog?? I walked out.

I called this company to schedule a puppy party for my sons 8th birthday party. When I told them that the party would be for a boy, they asked me if the party would be mostly boys or mostly girls. When I told him that it would be mostly boys, they said they would not book our party due to boys having a short attention span. My son was so excited to have this party and cried when I told him that it would not be possible. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone hoping to have a party for their son.

An absolute nightmare.not licensed groomers. killed customers dog then told her it was the dogs fault. RENT out their puppies to any kind of function then put them up for sale. YOU NEVER know what might have happened when these poor puppies/dogs were RENTED out. STAY AWAY.this place is a fraud. change their names numerous times. aka Paws in Paradise. all the same. I went there today i saw yorkies silky terrier a few cats and chihauhas pugs and a beagle. it was good i touched a dog it was cute i wanted a yorkie but its not for kids so i want a silky terrier instead. i wanted a dog since i was in kindergarten. the silky terrier looks like a yorkie so i want a silky terrier. the beagle looked like an irish black jack russell. thanks the place was smelly

Didn’t get my puppy from here only because at the time they didn’t have the puppy I wanted. However the staff is great. Look at those eyes, I still think about him.

Cramped space, and a bit of a terse owner, but overall a nice place to find some healthy puppies. The assistant was very helpful and friendly; the puppies love her something fierce. 😆😂

It smells really bad in the room they keep the puppies in. They claim to run a grooming place but the puppies they want to sell are unkempt. The staff is nice but very un alert.

I Bought a bichon pood from there she’s healthy and really playful and in the store it is very clean staff are very nice and lots of costumers they even have little play pens for you to play with the puppies and great prices and on top of everything they gave us so many free things our new little baby

Great haircut but my dog was unkindly rewarded with a cold, coughing and gagging for a few days. I was satisfied with what I paid for but didnt expect to have to make an extra vet visit for medicine to find out she had kennel cough. I hope this issue improves because Ive been hearing a lot of the same complaints about this place, but not until after I took my dog there.

The renovation looks great. Puppies are visible behind the glass. My daughter wasnt as pleased as when she was able to interact directly with the puppies.

I went there today and the employee was very rude. He did not even look at me when I asked questions. He told me if you dont like puppies licking you then u should not get one and when we ask to go inside to pet the puppies he give us a nasty attitude saying no and also he was on his computer the whole time !!! 😡😡😡😡😒😒😒😒
