We LOVE Flossy and are so excited that they’re expanding their space and business! We constantly get stopped in the street for people to tell us how beautiful Lola looks and we have Flossy to thank for that. Before we found Flossy, we tried several groomers who just couldn’t get it right and Lola did not enjoy going to their shops. On the flip side, Lola is obsessed with going to Flossy. She treats it like her second home and family 🥹 We are so grateful to this talented team of trusted groomers and dog lovers!

This is a great place!! Such a gem and so glad I found it. Small space but excellent communication and job. My dog is a naturally anxious dog and they were very gentle and patient with him. They also made sure to listen to what I wanted and that I was satisfied with the service. My dog came home happy and looking great. Wish I had found this place sooner! Will definitely be going back!!

All things were perfect about this place! The staff was friendly, the space was clean, the haircut was perfect. My dog is sometimes anxious (or so I thought. He seemed comfortable and well taken care of!) The staff was patient and did a wonderful job! Here are some before and after pics!

Flossy Pet Pawlor is the perfect small business pet groomer. We just brought our dog there today for the first time and couldn’t be happier. Our dog Salchi enjoyed himself and wanted to stay and hang out afterwards. They also provided a lot of services that most places seem to charge extra for. We will definitely go back!

Mr V was so kind from the moment we walked in! It was my dog’s first time and he gets a little nervous. Mr V made sure to ask my preferences for Rufus while comforting him and saying hello. My dog was matted so needs a good shave down. They gave me a time frame and sure enough my Rufus was ready to go in about two and half hours. Looking so handsome with the cutest little tail! Thanks Mr V! We’ll definitely be back!

The best place to bring your dog for grooming; and that is an understatement! Five stars is NOT enough; I could have given them Ten stars. We received a very nice reception the day we discovered the place. We booked an appointment and on we went to get Lilly Rose, my Shih Tzu a hair cut. Very nice place: Very clean, small but cozy. Great people taking care of your love ones and very closed by. We were greeted by Versace, the puppy dog and one of the owners (sorry I can not recalled his name, he was very nice in any case.) The service, excellent! I will take my baby there every time she needs a hair cut. 06/14/23 Lilly Rose got a new hair cut. The service is the best, will come back again.

Excellent family owned and operated grooming service. My dog is a bit skiddish, but V sat down on the floor with her and made her comfortable before he did anything else. I could tell that my dog would be well taken care of right from that moment. We will definitely be back again and again! So happy to have found this place.

I have the best experience here! My dog Pi Jio is a rescue and this is his first time being groomed. I was worried since he doesn’t like us cleaning his ears and paw at home. But when I went to pick him up, he was so chill waiting for me with super clean ears and paws. They work magic!! The staff are also super friendly and professional. We brought our mini bernedoodle puppy to Flossy Pet Pawlor for his first grooming and cannot express how happy we are with the service we received and the result of our pups first haircut! Our puppy was quite fussy for his first grooming, but the team at Flossy Pet Pawlor handled the situation with patience and grace, delivering a picture perfect outcome. Cannot wait to bring our pup back!

The owners are very nice but they are not professional? i took my dog here about a year ago for cut. i asked for a short cut and they basically shaved his coat, and i just found out that my dog is double-coated and it may never grow back fully due to that cut/shaving he had here. i would’ve hoped that they are knowledgeable enough to know you are not suppose to do that. they also never recommended deshedding treatment, which is what grooming is for a double coated dog. the cut was also soo uneven, choppy, and no blending work - i didn’t even know how to ask them to fix it…i came here a few more times after just for nail trims and they’re good for that, takes walk ins too. wouldn’t recommend if u aren’t 100% sure on what your dogs coat needs and want a groomers expertise.

Not only will your pet leave clean, trimmed and cut to your desire, but your pet will smell amazing too. I took my shih tzu Nikko here for the first time, now it’s the only place he loves to go. Nikko is very nervous meeting new ppl, but the owner was so gentle and caring I knew he was in good hands.The pricing is average for all services provided and worth every penny. Please try them you will not regret it, in fact I bet it will be your pet’s new grooming home, just like Nikko’s,

Found my new go to groomer in the downtown Brooklyn area. Super flexible with a very sweet husband wife duo running the show.As assumed they were very warm and even my skittish Bernedoodle warmed up to the both of them before Id left.

These two are absolute professionals!! My dog Rufus and I were greeted with so much love, the team was perfectly on time with his appointment, and they did an incredible job with clipping Rufus’ nails despite him being VERY sensitive to people touching his feet. Plus, the space is very clean and they have a cute little storefront selling treats by the register. I trusted them from the start when they asked for vaccination information upon booking. 10/10 neighborhood groomer, we will be back!

I took my dog here for the first time and they did a very good, thorough job grooming my pup! They asked lots of questions beforehand to make sure they knew what I wanted. Priced fairly for the area.

The best dog groomer!! It was my first time taking my pup Panda to be groomed, and they were incredibly kind, sweet, and patient in explaining the process. Also super communicative in setting up my short-notice appointment, which I really appreciated! He looks (and smells!) so fresh and clean and they gave him the cutest bowtie for an extra pop :D Go to Flossy Pet Pawlor - they are amazing!!

Took my Brussels griffon mixed here and I’m very please with his cut :) . The customer service and the how the crew took care of my baby after having a bad experience previously with petco, I’m beyond pleased. Thank you V and the flossy pet pawlor for get Prince right 💙 highly recommended

Our dog, Chewie, tends to be scared of going to the groomers, but we had an incredible time at Flossy Pet Pawlor. They did a wonderful job grooming Chewie, making him (and us) feel comfortable by coming outside to meet him at his level, and we so much appreciated the attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

Beyond amazed by my experience here. Compared to every groomer I have been to, the Flossy atmosphere was so much more friendly, quiet, and calm. We have been to 2 other groomers in the area (months ago, so I had not seen Flossy Pet Pawlor as an option) and they both turned my dog away within less than 5 minutes of attempting a nail clipping because he cries a lot, becomes mouthy, and moves a ton. He has had a nail split because it got too long, requiring a vet visit. Ever since weve been driving an hour upstate for successful nail clippings, so I recently looked again to try one more time in the area. When I called today and explained, V still said hed try his best - and he really did! V and his wife Tiffany worked with my dog for awhile, trying to get every nail despite his hysterical crying and moving. Our dog even nipped Tiffany and they were both still so sweet and understanding. V was somehow able to cut AND file our dogs nails, something no groomer has ever done. Flossy is clearly run by people who care about animals, are dedicated to their work, and have the patience of saints. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!

Truly best place to come for your pet grooming needs. They always make a concerted effort to accommodate last minute appointments and they give my mini bernedoodle Monty the best cuts.

I go here to get my pups nails trimmed. Its always friendly, easy, and efficient, and because nail trims are so quick we always get attended almost immediately. I havent used their other services, but theyre our staple for nails so far 😊

My dogs Divee and Tyke recieved excellent service. I recieved so many compliments from tamily, friends and stranger. My dogs deserves nothing but the best and thats what they got nothing but the best. Meet my new groomers they were highly recommended.

Absolutely loved Flossy! He did such a good job with Charli. She went in matted but he took the time to get her Matts out and she looks so good!!

My sisters dog has a trauma response to getting her nails trimmed, thanks to previous careless groomers who left every single one of her toe pads bleeding. As such, I was mentally prepared for her to freak out when I took her in to Flossy Pet Pawlor for a nail trim. I was so surprised to see her not only calm, but happy in the process! She must have known that she was in the caring hands of a true professional with Mr. V. The entire team is lovely and you can tell they really care about animals.

I love Flossy Pet Pawlor. The owners are so nice and did such a great job on my Shih Tzu’s groom! It’s not close to my house and I’ll always go out of my way to take my dog here.

5+ stars! I had trouble finding it but once I found it I must say I loved it! Its a clean cozy place. The owners dog greets you when you walk in, he is well behaved & very cute with his blue tail :) My pup returned happy and looking + smelling good. No more scooting for my pup. I highly recommend this place + very professional. Fluffy and I will be back soon.

I have been here a couple of times. They are very nice to my dogs. They take their time to make sure they are nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful locally owned pet groomers. Easy online appointment, easy drop off and pick up. Used them for nail clipping service for my 6 month old cat and went smooth. Highly recommend.

They dyes my whole dog black, he was originally blonde. Not what I expected but hes blonde and not white. He turned from black to blue to purple to gray and now gray and green. Love my experience with them and my dog.
