Fluff and love

We got our puppy Mini Schnauzer her first haircut here. He did a fantastic job. We will be using Fluff & Love for our future grooming needs. There is also a nice selection of pet supplies as well.

My pet was groomed by Bashir. He did a wonderful job. He was so friendly, personable & did a beautiful cut that complimented my Cavapoo without removing too much of his hair.. He smelled amazing and was extremely soft for days! I loved whatever products he used. He even brushed his teeth! Talk shout attentive. He’s definitely found a new loyal client in me. For someone who doesnt usually leave reviews, I stopped by to absolutely recommend Fluff and Love! I took my dog (Pomeranian/Poodle mix) for a grooming today and the experience was the best Ive had with a groomer by far. The employees are super welcoming, friendly and warm. Marina was very kind, gentle and responsible with my dog. Its obvious that my dog was treated with care, skill and attention to detail in her treatment. The entire grooming session took a little over an hour! Not to mention, the price was reasonable. My dogs haircut came out beautiful and her nails were trimmed just right. I am very satisfied with Fluff and Loves service and we will surely return. If youre looking for a new groomer - look no further and book an appointment (you wont wait long at all). Thank you!

I love the grooming services at Fluff and Love. I was so scared about taking my dog for grooming because not all have good experiences but my dog Jax loved his grooming session!! He is usually an anxious barker but was so calm with the groomer and came out happy and looking so handsome. The price was very reasonable for a job well done. Ill definitely be going back! I highly recommend Fluff and Love of Bay Ridge!!

First time I take my dog to grooming in the neighborhood, I never trusted any grooming around Bay Ridge. Customer service is amazing, they are very attentive and friendly. The groomer really knows what she’s doing, my dog came out looking like one of those Japanese Teddy-like dogs. She did an amazing job trying to fix my dogs matted legs and he looks so fluffy and happy. I will be coming back for sure.

Lovedddd it!! My puppy is a 4 month old poodle so he was overdue for a cut but I spent atleast two weeks looking for a groomer because I was so nervous of the outcome. I had something very specific in mind based on his size/shape but Fluff and Love exceeded my expectations…my baby Chai looks sooooo handsome and smells so good💙💙will definitely come back

Absolutely fantastic pet grooming and pet store. Spotlessly clean on the inside with a great selection of supplies. The owner, Bechir, is a really nice guy. You can tell he is a true animal lover who treats your pride and joy as if they were his own. Super reasonable prices. We took our two cats, Iggy & Issa, there to have their nails trimmed and for a grooming. They look great. We have been to other pet groomers and been disappointed, but not here. This is our # 1 pet groomer from now on.

Bashir did an amazing job. He really cares for your furry friends. My Marshmallow came out looking like a teddy. The place is very nice and clean. Best grooming in Brooklyn.

Had a great experience with fluff and love! My poor doodles hair was in bad need of a grooming and they took their time with him and did such an amazing job, that he still had his beautiful soft fur and perfect cut. You can see that the truly care about making your pet look and feel good! Look forward to the next appt!

I brought my Australian shepherd and mini dachshund for shower and grooming, super happy with the result! They came back so fluffy and happy. The staff noticed my shepherds ear was dirty and flushed it really clean. He even handle my dachshund, who is aggressive to strangers, extremely well. Price is good, 100% would come back and recommend.

Been looking for a groomer for a minute since the one we did like closed during Covid and never reopened. And we found this place. It seemed very affordable compared to other spots. Loved that it was in the neighborhood and the guy really took care of our Nala. Definitely will be coming again.

Great pet grooming place. He was wonderful with my dog and did a great job. My dog doesn’t like too many people but he actually didn’t mind this place so I will definitely be back!!!

Not only is he great with my Dog and Cat but when they come out they are calm not like the other groomer I use to deal with. and a friendly person as well. I do recommend fluff and love. worth to travel to Bay Ridge for your love one pets.

Called on Friday evening and brought our dog Tootie in satuday morning for a wash shampoo, they do the works: wash, ear cleaning, nail clipping etc! Tootie came home smelling so good and her coat was very soft! I would recommend this spot to anyone in the Brooklyn area!

We wanted to take our new kitty here, had made an appointment, but kitty refused to get in the carrier. Owner loaned us his carrier, which was easier and larger, kitty got in and was made clean and beautiful. She came out happy and, again, he loaned us the carrier to take her home. This grooming spot is amazing! Bashir is such a kind soul and he helped groom my friends dog in a time of need! We needed him to be cut super short and It was done beautifully and efficiently.You can tell the workers really care about the animals. I took my Scottish Fold for her yearly shaving/ grooming session before the heat and I had the greatest experience with Bashir.He was so attentive and my cat was not stressed out at all. Fluff and love is definitely my go to groomer.

I took my dog Oscar who we adopted last week to this place for basic grooming services. The owner is a very nice man, who is very friendly with the pets, he definitely knows his way around shy dogs like mine. He did such a wonderful job cleaning the dogs ears, teeth, paws, cutting his fluffy hair, washing and drying him. My dog looked unrecognizable, a true toy. And whats more important is he wasnt stressed or anything, instead he seemed pretty happy when I picked him up. I definitely recommend Fluff and love to pet owners. Many thanks!

Marina makes my two dogs look and smell absolutely beautiful. They are both always excited to see her, because she treats them with love and care. I highly recommend her. There is nobody better ❤️

They abuse dogs at this salon. They choked out a dog with a tight collar until its lips turned blue and its eyes rolled back. They left it like that for over an hour and the police are still investigating!!!

They have very kind staff and work very well with both of my dogs, they came out looking fresh and amazing, I definitely recommend this place, thank you!!

Took my 9 year old black lab/shepherd mix there for the first time. I was nervous at first because her arthritis was acting up but they took such good care of her. Bashir was super accommodating and sympathetic to her condition. Also she sheds infinitely and after their deshedding package I couldn’t pluck a single loose hair out of her. 13/10 would highly recommend.

Cut the dog while grooming a MONTH ago, it was bleeding later during the day and I had to put a bandage. The scar is still visible now. Also, THE hair looks like was just ripped away on dog’s face and there are spots where it stopped growing at all now. Probably the equipment they used was too old, and instead of cutting it was pulling the hair. I’m not talking about minor cuts on dog’s body. I can only imagine what my dog had to experience. I’m not coming back and would not recommend that place.

They did an amazing job with my long haired cat! His shave is so even and smooth and the perfect length of hair was left behind! We will definitely be returning for his bi-annual shaves!

They killed a dog by putting a collar so tight that its eyes almost popped out of their face, horrible, horrible, horrible. THE DOG literally DIED!Even if one incident like this happens, will you take your animal here?

Im really happy to have found such a great place so close to home. Besides giving a great cut, Bashir the owner is a very warm, friendly guy who is great with dogs and very knowledgeable too. My dog, who usually starts out pretty anxious, warmed up to him immediately. Place is clean and inviting, prices are reasonable. My dog had a tick which Bashir called about, offering a tick bath and patiently explaining it to me so I could make a decision without feeling rushed. Doesnt hurt that he speaks like 4 languages too. Id recommend this place in a heartbeat.
