Petco Grooming

I love that the groomer, Catarina explained the process of the services my dog needed. She told me what to expect due to my dogs hair condition before service. I was absolutely happy with the service. I will recommend her to my friends & family.

Alicia is always wonderful with Jacks. She prioritizes his needs and well-being, taking into consideration any accommodations he may need. She focused on making sure the experience for Jacks wasnt stressful, but all of his needs were addressed. I couldnt have asked for a better stylist

Alicia was amazing. My baby boy looks AMAZING. And she was so calm and knew what she was doing. I was a little nervous. But she is my go to groomer moving forward. Thank you Petco , thank you Alicia ❤️

When I arrived at the store the receptionist could not find Russel information shot records, phone#, name etc. because my information was incorrectly put in the database and although Russel had all his vaccinations @ Petco I found this to be very disturbing.

If there was an option no star I would definitely rate a no star!!!!!!!!The grooming department is horrible and the groomer is not trained to groom dogs or any pet. I would never recommend Petco to anyone.Groomer name Alicia. Gateway

Alicia is phenomenal! She is loving and has patience when it comes to grooming my furbaby! Luckily she was able to accommodate me last minute, she’s a life saver. She trimmed my baby nails, and administered a mini makerover which was amazing. Alicia is the best I simply have no complaints and will continue coming to the gateway PETCO location !!!!!!! Thank you Alicia!

Alicia is professional, knowledgeable and kind. My baby looks AMAZING! Today was my Yorkie’s second time at the groomers but first time with Alicia, safe to say we’ve officially found our groomer. I highly recommend Alicia.

My dog ear was cut during the grooming session and Petco hasn’t done anything or contacted me back in regards to my complaint

Not good at all. My pooch was there from 11 to 5. I had ask for just his face and paws. Went to check in on him, they had him in a cage for 4 hours, it was an excuse after excuse. They started working on him when I got there, They never did his paws, his face was ok but the bill wasnt. The groomer stated she was the only groomer that day. But when you see that the groomer takes in her acquaintance pet first with no appointments and youve been there over 5 hours, you tend to get upset. I bring my pooch here every six weeks to get groomed. I tried to talk to a manager, they were nine availble. But after this unsatisfying experience, that is it, no more. And their prices has sky rocket. Just to do my pooch face who only weights 10 pound in total was $92.00 for incomplete work.

Theres never anyone to groom cats. Like at least find someone to do it part time.

I am happy with Maias grooming of my dog, he looks amazing and she was gentle with her

Gigi is very good with Mochi and she does a thorough job getting Mochi cleaned. Mochi yawned in my face a few times this morning and there was no bad breath. I have zero complaints overall a job well done.

The groomer was so nice and polite and most definitely loved my dog hair and she smelled so good

I brought my puppy in for her first grooming appointment this morning and left immediately. The groomer Maia has a really nasty attitude and was rolling her eyes when I asked her simple questions. I personally don’t trust somebody like that to groom my dog. I do not recommend. I’d recommend waiting till they hire new groomers… maybe they’ll know how to talk to customers better.

My dog isnt the easiest dog to deal with, he hates baths...Gigi was able to get him through the whole process with minimal stress to my baby and he looked awesome after...

I had a 10am appointment scheduled for my dog and I arrived at the Petco - Gateway at 9:39am. Once I arrived, I saw a male employee, he walked pass us.I approached him and said good morning, I have a 10 oclock appointment and he said oh well, its only 9:40??? This male employee did not say good morning, hey or how are you. I walked out of Petco, I will never go back to that location. Poor customer service.
