Pets N Style Grooming Salon

I have been coming to Pets N Style for about 9 years now, and the professionalism there is unmatched. They are, hands down, the best place in this part Brooklyn to take your small dog.

I will not take my Maltese anywhere else. Natasha and Jenna are so kind and professional. They have a genuine love for animals. They do a fantastic job and their prices cant be beat. My baby is 10 years old and we must be going to Pets In Style for at least 7 years and I recommend this grooming salon to all of my friends.

Really really professional team! They always make sure to take my cat in the morning so that hes not in the presence of other animals and they really do a great job. My cat is always perfectly groomed with his nails cut and the perfect lion shave. Not easy to shave cats!! They do it well and Ive been coming back for years now. Highly recommend

My first time there my skyee doesnt usually stay still for her nails but I must say they extremely patient and so very gentle looking forward to going back thank you 😊

This salon’s customer service is so rude I have never experienced such a bad attitude with a grooming place. My husband has been taking my 2 dogs there for about a year if not more and everything went alright so it worked for us until we had an issue and the way they responded was absolutely ridiculous. It was good until we encountered an issue and they showed themselves. My husband dropped my dogs off at 1pm today and picked them up around 4pm , when he picked my dog (9month yorkiepoo) was foaming at the mouth non stop we had to rush him to the doctor asap, I called the place spoke calmly and asked if anything happened that my put my dog in this kind of condition she (zhenya) responded right away with an attitude and said they have nothing to do with this and after speaking for about 2 min and me asking if they have cameras she said after speaking to you I do not want to see your dogs anymore, this happened after a 2 min conversation. I was not rude, I did not curse, I spoke calmly and genuinely worried. I usually never write reviews but this was so disturbing because I truly believe my dog was stressed out by this salon today and they have no cameras there to even prove otherwise, they didn’t even seem worried or caring about customers that have been going for 1+ years never complaining and always keeping our appointments. Take your dog to a professional that not only knows how to groom your dog properly but also knows how to be nice to your animal and treat you with some respect as you do to them.

I have been coming to Pets N Style Grooming since we got our puppy which is almost 10 year ago. They are caring and very professional. Most importantly they know how to groom various breeds. Love this groomer and highly recommend.

Very strange salon. Experts do not know the breed of dogs. There is no certain price. Attitudes towards new customers are terrible and disgusting.

Ive been taking my dog to this place for a few years already and I love it. Its sometimes hard to get an appointment, so you have to call way in advance, but to me that just shows that this is a good place since they are so busy. Prices are also very reasonable.
