Rapawzel Dog Grooming & Day Care

Me and my pup love Rapawzel. The space is clean, well maintained, and even smells good (which isn’t always common for pet facilities). So far my dog has been groomed here twice and I was super satisfied both times. She even returned with cute bows and accessories.

Amazing grooming service provided by Bruno, The groomer and Johana. Johana was very sweet and took her time to explain to me on how to maintain and properly brush my Maltese dog (they are known for their high maintenance luxury fur). Johana was able to book a same day appointment for my dog, I highly appreciate her effort. Communication was also amazing. Bruno did an amazing grooming service for my dog considering he was very matted. The business was very clean and they had beautiful coats, winter gear and name brand outfits for dogs. I can’t wait to book my dog’s next grooming appointment.

We had a wonderful experience here today!!! Koa has had the same groomer for a while but she recently retired. I was worried about trying someone new but they did so well with him and helped my anxious doggie feel safe and calm during his haircut. They followed my requests to keep his ears long and I truly appreciated their conscientiousness! Thank you guys for taking care of my baby boy!!

I found this place on a random Google search and I’m glad that I decided to give them a try. I didn’t realize how matted my poodle was getting and I secured a last-minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me without any issues. It was my fault he needed to be completely shaved down but it was for the best and the groomer explained everything to me. My dog can tend to be aggressive, but when I picked him up, he was super happy and excited and I know that he was in good hands. It was during the holidays so they gave him a super cute holiday color tie, and whatever shampoo they used smelled really good.The lady who did his grooming was also very nice and knowledgeable. Bonus that I got a 10 percent off discount as it was my first time there. The facility is clean and well kept. I would 100 percent return with my pups.

WHAT? Dog grooming in New York at Brooklyn? FOR SURE! This is the best only one, my dog love the groomers and the receptionist are kindly.

Great service, very helpful bilingual staff. Absolutely loved that they let the dogs play for a bit to relax them before bath....and of course they were able to communicate with my mom who doesnt speak English
