Im super happy w my visit here. I just recently adopted a 2 yr old cavachon who was in horrible condition hair wise - super matted and out grown. Not only was I able to make a last minute weekend appt w them but they were super reasonable & nice, called me once she was done & my furbaby looks sooo good!! It was SO much better than I anticipated, Im so so happy 🐶Thank you!!*Update*Just picked Brookie up from here again (11/11/23) & am ecstatic! She looks amazing, thank you!!! She smells great too and is so soft. Another last min request on a Saturday morning and they took her within 2 hrs & she was done in less than 3, absolutely no complaints and would recommend here for dog grooming 100%. I asked for my version of the hygenic cut for cavachons & she did EXACTLY what I asked/pictured.10/5/24I let my poor Brookie become too overgrown again procrastinating bringing her in for a grooming bc its not her fav thing and I hate making her upset (dog mom problems lol). But shed become matted and I had to bring her in for a grooming asap. Im super busy even on weekends but its more possible so i called Vlada last min yesterday (10/5), a Sat morning and although she was busy she allowed me to bring Brookie in right away and groomed her!! Less than 2 hrs Brookie was back home, nice and groomed and super happy it wasnt a long process. When they brought her out to me she was jumping and happy and they even painted her nails 💅 as an added touch. Thank you again for taking us last min, idk what wed do without you!! See you next time! 🐾12/15 - Another great grooming for my Boogie! They even gave her a little clip 🥰 less than 2 hrs she was done and back w me, and shes always so happy after. Will be back in 2 wks! Ive been coming 2× a month to prevent matting bc I like keeping her long and fluffy lol. The pic from today is the one of her w her lambchop sitting on the xmas matt.

This isnt your quaint, caring pet salon; its a hack job factory where cuts on your pets seem to be part of the service! Ive taken my pets here before, warned them about past issues, and yet they managed to repeat the same negligent mistakes. This isnt about one unfortunate accident; its a pattern of carelessness. Just scroll through other reviews; its a gallery of mishaps and apologies, with pets coming home with fresh wounds instead of just fresh cuts. Its clear: they prioritize quick cash over quality care. If you truly value your pet’s well-being, steer clear of this place. Never again will I recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you cherish your animal companions.

I should of stop coming here after they badly injured my sisters dog and didnt say anything causing her to miss the critical treatment needed and have further complications. Definitely I should of stop coming here after they cut every one of my cats nipples the last time she was here. This time I politely made Vlada aware and asked her to please be more careful and leave more fur if necessary. I am told only Vlada does cats because they are difficult and i always ask for only her but I fear when busy they will let anyone cut the animals. How else can you explain that a professional of many years who was noted would let this happen repeatedly. Unfortunately, I wont be back here to harm my animals again. Also they dont have published prices and charge me $100 the last few times. I felt they charge customers differently as the price for me has gone up frequently.

I’ve been coming here for years. I used to neon h my little yorkie - always was nice groomedNow I do have puppy 🐶 maltipoo and came to make a little bit of grooming and cut - they did fast and amazing job! Thanks a lot , will come back again🐾🌻🐶

Never had grooming in there but just wondering about the cats in front of store. They are cute and loose, Do the owners take care of them? Or just leave them there all day.They need some fresh air and attention.

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my dog here JULY 2020 and it was the WORST experience. Please do not risk hurting your pet! If you love your pet, it is not worth it! You will see in the pictures, these people CUT off my dogs ENTIRE toe and give him to me with a bleeding toe. The nail, skin, fur, claw was completely cut off. He was in so much pain and crying. My dog is now limping. He has over $300 in vet bills because I had to rush him to the hospital

I like to take my chihuahuas there for trimming nails they do a good job . Also I’m taking my cat there to trim nails and cut hair. Nothing is a perfect in this world please people do not be picky. They are kind , they try to do the best they can. Just remember you are not perfect either so they are too. I like to go there the price is reasonable.Plus I like that they taking care of stray cats who are living in the office. The smell is ok it’s animal grooming just remember this. Please do not be picky and judgmental.

DO NOT BRING UR DOG/PUPPY/CAT HERE.0/10 CUSTOMER SERIVE.They cut puppies without telling you then blame the dog because of there terrible grooming .As you can tell by these reviews they are absolutely terriable .THEY GAVE MULTIPLE CUTS IN MY PUPPY without telling me when I asked .untrained people who need there grooming linsence thrown away from them as soon as possible .The odor in the shop is Absoutly disgusting ,Smells like pee Unwashed cats .A BUNCH OF CATS THAT WERE DIRTY AND STINKY AS SOON AS U WALK in .If I could give this place 0 stars I would .FIX THE DISGUSTING ATTIUDE AND ODOR MOST OF ALL STOP INJURING THE PUPPIES AND FUR BABYS!!

The place in the entrance is duty but they do an okay job with my Shitzu, the only thing I don’t like is that my dog wont eat and will be acting scared for a week after his grooming.

Came to Vlada’s to get my frenchie washed and groomed. The employees were all extremely welcoming and caring. They welcomed me and my frenchie with open arms and did an amazing job! They listened to what I requested in terms of the cut and the results were beyond my expectations. I will continue to come back, as myself and my frenchie are both very thrilled!

They made my newly adopted baby boy look brand new. Fast service, and was able to book an appointment easily. Thank you!

The past reviews had my a little worried nonetheless though my puppy had an amazing service I was able to peep when the groomer was cutting my dog hair and you can tell she loves dog saw her kiss my dog and it made me feel good that my dog was in good hands. I have an Australian Shepard and they cut his hair very well and did a shedding and flea treatment and it was a very affordable price.

I had taken my 1yr old maltipoo to get groomed and I was told he was in good hands. I came back to pick him up and get informed that they had knicked his skin and cut him. Now I’m no stranger to having dogs and kept an eye on it. As you can see in the image below his leg is infected and I had to take him to the emergency room. It shouldn’t have gotten this bad if their clippers were clean and sterile. Emergency pet visits are not cheap and neither was the price I paid for his grooming. Needless to say we will not be coming back .

My grandparents brought their little Maltese in for a grooming she was nice and fluffy and just needed a shape up and trim. They obliterated this poor dog and she looks like a rat now. Totally unprofessional and NOT worth the money!!! Never again am I bringing her to this place.

I took my dog there a few times prior but this time they let an elderly woman groom my dog. I made an appt for her to receive a haircut, bath, the whole work up, only to get my dog back with a bleeding paw nail because she cut it too low, and worst of all, my dog never even received a bath. Hair was cut, not nicely at that. It appeared as though they were rushing because it was around the time for them to close. And to add insult to injury, they gave my poor baby an ear infection. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention they charged me according to what I initially wanted but did not receive.

My sissy was in bad shape... they took good care of her and got those nasty mats off of her... she is sore for sure but she will be okay..i would recommend them to anyone for cat grooming and for the person who said their floor was dirty? Its a grooming salon of course it will be..i was there for a couple hours and i never smelt any odor. Thank you guys for talking care of my girl.. you are fabulous

Worst place I have ever encountered. The owner switched his pricing on me when my puppy was ready to be picked up. I brought the amount owed plus a tip and he decides to increase the pricing after being short a couple of dollars. He threw my puppy all aggressively back in his cage and refused to release him to me. After requesting to call my mother for assistance, he smacked my hand. He is not only overpriced but abusive as well. If he can abuse a human, he would have no problem abusing your dog.

Brought my cat in to get washed, have her nails trimmed, and get a lion haircut. They told me before hand that they may charge extra if the animal acts up or is difficult, which is understandable and I know my cat isnt the most compliant. They did charge me extra, which wasnt the problem. They never washed the cat, they cut her nails so short that there was blood around numerous nails and they never cleaned her ears. When I came to pick her up, I came a little early and all I heard was her howling extremely loud in pain. She was so shocked and horrified after this experience that she hid under the couch for a week. She also doesnt want to come out of the house anymore. Definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone!!!

Specifically told them to be careful W with my cats and that I already cut their nails. Told me price is $140 and come after two hours. 3.5 hrs later I call them and they tell me they are done, they didnt even bother to call me. I see my cats are terrified, one of them had feces in their cage and blood on his nails. I ask why the blood, he said he didnt know. The elder Russian lady seemed nice but theres a guy there who could not have been any more rude. He tells me its $160 and when I start to question the price he screams cmon cmon pay me, go somewhere else in his heavy Russian accent. Mind is blown at how unprofessional this guy was. Seriously you have been warned! Also, they never washed either cat, which was supposed to be included in the price.

HORRIBLE - I brought my long-haired cat for a Lion cut, let alone they made him looking like a Sphinx, they charged me $10 for a shower which he didnt get(sprayed him with dry shampoo) he didnt have his nails cut & has razor cuts next to his tail. Also told me that he had bitten the girl & charged me extra $30. Funny thing i was outside in my car & the girl who gave him a trim wasnt the one that gotten bitten. Its not about the extra funds i spent but by the unprofessional service i have gotten!!!!!!

Its a good spot. My pekingese gets groomed by Oksana, my dog loves her and is really comfortable with her. I had a lot of bad experiences before and regret them. I recommended this place to a lot of my friends. Every time I make an appointment I specify that I want Oksana.

Please beware! Took my shih tzu there and when i went tp pick her up they didnt charge me because they said they scratched her eye lid with the comb .when i looked they literally cut her eye lid in half so for sure it wasnt a scatch from a comb but a cut from a scissor or grooming razor they said she was moving too much..Omg they are supposed to be professionals and know how to handle the dogs.Thank god they didnt cut her eye.my little girl is the sweetest loves people so I believe they didnt treat her right and scared her.

I have been taking my Yorkie to Vladas grooming for several years now and never had a problem. my dogie always comes out looking nicely groomed. At times he is very tangled up when i drop him off, but when he is done after a few hours, he is perfectly combed and cut. I can see that Vlada is taking her time to make sure everything is perfect. she understands what I want from half a word and there has never been an issue or misunderstanding. my doggy always feels happy and playful after a nice groom like that. the prices are very reasonable as well. they charged me an extra 5$ one time, but it was understandable, my pup was extremely tangled up after a long break from grooming and a camping weekend right before the appointment. the bottom line- I would recommend Vladas Grooming to others!

I am bringing my 4 babies Shish-Tzu to Vlada’s grooming for last 6 years and never been disappointed. I haven’t try other groomers at this place but can say that Vlada is the best! Also want to say that never experienced any problems to make an appointment at convenient time and every one there are super friendly. She is very careful and gentle with all my babies and treats them with love. I referred plenty of people there and no one ever completed. Will not go to other place but there. We bring our persian cat Bonya only to Vladas Grooming,because they are very professional,gentle,animals lovers. They do very good job,very polite and passionate about their work.I would recommend to anybody bring their pets here.

Absolutely wonderful service, friendly atmosphere, and great accommodations for the pets!I have been going to Vladas Pet Grooming for more than 10 years and leaving my cat in the hands of the groomer Alisa. I have always been satisfied with the results. Very professionally, beautifully, and originally cut and styled. My kitty does not undergo any stress and is treated very fair and respectfully. Coming to this place fills me with joy as I feel like I become part of their incredible family. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and they have consistently been going with no complaints.

HORRIBLE SERVICE What horrible ppl. I told them to bit half of the dogs hair and the chopped all off her hair. Then made excuses why they did . And the dman manager tells me I have no clue how to measure hair. Im only a plumber for 35 years Im sure I know what half off looks like.. HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is the worst place to take your pet to!! They are very unprofessional and disrespectful, they do not even know what they are doing at the place. Yes it is affordable but this is the worst place ever to get your pets groomed, the job they do you can do yourself at home. Do not risk your pets life just because it’s cheap!

I’ve been bringing my Pomeranian to Vlada for the last 5 years. My puppy always comes out looking like a little teddy bear, I’m very happy with the service I get every time I come in. I will never change my groomer!

Terrible!! My dog came here like 2 weeks ago and left there with nicks on her legs. A day or two later she has this red and itchy rash!! Never coming here again. There was another review on here that the groomer cut off their dogs toe!!

Sadistic and unprofessional to the max! Cut up a puppy during a grooming session and then refused to take any responsibility for any of the emergency veterinary bills all-the-while bring very, very rude to the owner. Shameful behavior. People like this do not deserve to work with innocent animals.

The second you walk in thru the door,You can vomit from the very basic Odor of Urine ..Tho there were quite a few cats laying around & walking around,the Urine didnt stink like cats Pee !!!But this place has Filthy floor, very bad Odor & not up to par..From what I can see in the Grooming area , I didnt like the way it appeared !!On a scale of 1-10 Id give it a 0 !!!I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy ...

I went once and never went back.. not sure how this place is in business.. took my dog there and she came out with cuts all under her belly and the side of her face she’s very calm when she gets groomed but this time she came out terrified ….very horrible to see my dog literally cut up and STILL bleeding after the grooming.

First time Ive been there everything was fine but the second time we went there they ruined my dogs skin completely...it was in cuts everywhere....I never saw this before... the haircut was terrible...instead of looking like Shiatsu they made her look like some homeless dog and moreover they didnt even give here a bath what they have to do...at least they did it first time.. I guess they dont want people to come back they just want quick money....so upset and shocked, because dealing with different kind of dogs at least they should know how NOT to make them look ugly((((

Always judge for yourself. I walked into their pet shop I was greeted by a worker who was warm and caring. They meet all my needs regarding the needs of my dog. Give them a chance.

Very friendly. But there is a language barrier. Be very clear on how you want your dog to begroomed. You must pay in cash only.

Terrible place. Hit my dog in front of my face and then claimed they didnt. Dont even ask for vaccinations which is very illegal and cut my friends dog in many places then said it did not happen. Stay away!!!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. BROUGHT TWO OF MY DOGS HERE AND BOTH HAD DEEP CUTS!!! WHEN I HAVE CONFRONTED THE GROOMER SHE SAID IT WASNT HER AND BLAMED IT ON MY DOG DOING THAT TO THEMSELVES , WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THE OWNERS DAUGHTER CAME AND KEPT DENYIG THAT IT WAS HER GROOMERS WHO DID THIS WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK FOR THERE GROOMS SHE CAUGHT AN ATTITUDE WITH ME AND STARTED SCREAMING SAYING HOW SHES GOING TO CALL THE POLICE IF I DONT LEAVE HER STORE. SO I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK NOR ANY APOLOGIES FROM THE GROOMER OR THE MANAGER. ONE OF MY DOGS EYE GOT INFECTED AND MY OTHER DOGS CUT GOT A BAD INFECTION TOOK THEM BOOTH TO OUR VET AND GOT ANTIBIOTICS FOR BOTH & WHEN I CAME WITH MY VET BILL THE OWNER DID THE SAME EXACT THING HER DAUGHTER DID. THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOURE PETS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY , PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEDACHE AND PAIN AND AVOID COMING HERE !!!!

Zero Stars. Never come here! The owner is mean and disrespectful!I brought my dogs here twice and they cut their paws and belly. The first time I let it slide but this second time I decided to call and ask. The owner had the nerve to tell me that they dont make dogs bleed and its matted. I comb my dogs daily and there is no hair on the belly, how can the fur be matted?...Regardless, I just wanted the person to be more careful next time, I didnt ask for a refund or any discount. The owner insisted to yell and tell me they did nothing wrong and it was my fault. There was a simple solution, be more gentle.Dont come here, you can find better elsewhere...anywhere but here!

Lack of remorse after cutting up a puppy! Refusing to take blame, refunding their butcher job and the puppys vet bill!! Its been two days and the dog hasnt ate or drank! he is cut up & on antibiotics thanks to vladas dog groomers. The puppy went their energetic and happy, left depressed and hasnt been the same since!

Went to pick up my dog today the lady was very unprofessional. I arrived a 3 like I was suppose too and was asked to wait 5 minutes which was ok. I was sitting out front in my car and was called in to get my dog. As usual he was very excited to see us and I had to calm him down. remind you he was just handed to me and I had to ask for his bag to put him in so he wont be all over the place and I reserve the right to inspect him before I leave. The lady kept yelling pay so I could go I have other dogs I asked give me a minute let me just put him in his bag she got so mad yelling just pay and go get out get out. I told her Im not a child do not speak to me in that tone and I need to speak to the boss she said she was. I told her if that is how you speak to customers you should not have a business because i found her to be very unprofessional. Few minutes later she walks out the door and stands there smoking Im looking at her like I thought you said you had other dogs.

I brought my puppy to Vladas Grooming , no one there really spoke english besides one spanish girl who groomed my dog. I dropped him off and they told me to come back in 3 hours so i came back in 3 hours and my puppy was event groomed yet they told me another hour so I came back in an hour and the cut looked fine when I brought him home he had 4 cuts , one huge one near his eye another one on his leg another cut on his male parts and his stomach. I brought him home and he doesnt want to play nor eat or drink hes in so much pain that i cant even recognize my puppy. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE NONE ARE OBVIOUSLY LICENSED !!!!! and Im going back to petco even though there a bit pricy at least my dog never had any cuts my own mistakes for trusting these people. Please if you dont want ur dog to be all cut up dont go here!

Not a single star, if you don’t feel sorry for your pets, you will bring them to Vlad’s salon! They just made fun of my dog, cut it like a scarecrow, anywhere, they got an infection on the skin after the haircut, I don’t know what they did there, but the dog had depression, she didn’t even want to eat, they abuse pets, it’s a shame that they didn’t immediately go to court! Maybe someone will be able to! And the salon must be closed under such conditions! And I won’t just leave it like that!

Over the phone they told me the cost of the service was one, but in fact it turned out to be a different cost. Its not very nice when they do that.

Very good grooming. All the workers are friendly, the animals outside the salon are cheerful and happy. I have 2 dogs and I will take them to Vlada’s salon. If you want a good haircut for your pet, bring it.
