If I could give this place a 0/5 stars I really would. Words can not describe to you how horrific the animal neglect is at this place. Even other than that, this place is trying to silence all pet owners who know this is not even near okay. You are v lucky you are still open at this moment, but your luck has run out. You will get what you deserve

Its hard to give more stars seeing the way animals are caged and locked up.Its a shame that Im forced to come here to shop but gotta do what I gotta do for lil kitty

I love this store the prices are great especially the workers there. When ever I need help they are very helpful and there was a lady named Desiree which is one of the workers she is very kind and helpful. I would recommend if you need help with yours animals or need help finding the right food or things like that to go to the lady.

Omg! Wonder Pets on White plains is by far one of the best especially in the Bronx, the staff is just amazing especially the new staff and changes that they have made. Please don’t believe any of the none sense you see and please go and check them out yourself so much change and growth has happened within this last week with the need management I see they have. Please give them another chance if you have encounter a bad experience I promise you won’t regret. Ask for Dez she is by far one of the best I’ve seen there she’s the bomb. Wonder pets above all them other shops hand down.

Bought a kitten from them they had her advertised as a Turkish ToygerI paid 490 dollarsCome to find out through vet visit she is a COMMON DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR not a TOYGER as they advertised her to beThankfully I used my credit card for her purchase right on receipt says Turkish ToygerFraud by deceptionFunny how now this location on white plains road is now closed in a matter of overnightManager is very RUDEBuyer BewareUpdate 2/2023 upon providing proof from her veterinarian my charge for purchasing her was reversed and I am fully refunded

If I could give zero stars I would . Very prejudice, the past few months I have visited here multiple times, all I received is bad service . When you first enter if you are of a certain race they will not greet you, but if you are of their ethnicity they will greet you . The owner will be chatting it up with people of her ethnicity but when you are someone who is African American or from African descent comes in it’s a different vibe. The owner / manager exudes I don’t care vibes which is seen in how she treats her customers. Her and her employees act very standoffish , they act like they don’t want to give you service while have u standing there for more than ten mins and most times it’s because they’re they’re chatting it up with each other or customers of their kind. Also, they don’t answer your questions. If you are of African American or African descent or don’t speak Spanish , don’t come here unless u want sub par service while u see the other races get treated with best service, they only care about the money, not being kind to customers. Never stepping foot in here again, rather go to a pet co or pet smart.

Just had the worse encounter at this pet store, with the store owners. Total refusal of an item returned. not used or taken out the , pakage . Total lack of respect for the customer she blew my mind on how to respect the custumer. lost a loyal customer.

Loved my experience here. You get welcomed at the door and the customer service provided by Desiree was amazing 👏🏽 will definitely be shopping here moving forward

I think this store is great the manager does a great job on what she does never have I ever had any complaints everytime I come in I get ask for help and attended very well so in my eyes they do great and the manager is professional!!!!!

I always shop here my first stop from when I moved here with the family... Soooo I just bought the conure and its lonely lol the brother did tell me to get the other one if I can Im not sure if you guys are open. Tomorrow but please save it for me Ill come get it Sunday 5/10 if not Monday thank you. The workers are great to talk with and very helpfull.

I just wanted to see if they have a certain image that goes into the fish tank , they didnt.. but I been to so many pet stores that didnt have what I was looking for.. and the woman working there said I should try online.

Horrible, Horrible phone customer service. I wanted to buy a pet as a gift for someone. I tried calling three times back, to back no one answered the phone.Instead they would pick up the phone & hang it up each time I tried calling. That is is totally ridiculous & a unprofessional way to RUN A BUSINESS.They give MINORITY BUSINESS A BAD NAME.

The first time I went to purchase a harness for my dog I had a great experience the second day I returned to have my dog groomed and I had the most horrible experience the workers kept talking on their cell phones ignoring questions I stood there 2 1/2 hours to wait to have my dog groomed mind you he’s six months and he’s a teacup Yorky 2 1/2 hours that’s absurd on top of that one of the work kept talking about customers coming in and out of the establishment in front of other customers I felt so uncomfortable I would never return there and when one of the supervisors asked me if I was being help I told him I’ve been here two hours waiting for my dog he had the nerve to tell me why are you waiting you don’t have to wait didn’t they tell you to come back no one even told me yet I can leave and come back and when I asked to speak to the supervisor to address the situation he had the nerve to tell me how is that any of my problems extremely unprofessional that establishment is horrible they overcharge on prices and the people that are working there are young with horrible attitude...And may I add my dogs grooming was never fully completed the supervisor went upstairs grab my dog brought him downstairs to me charge me and asked me to not come back

The one that the owner left running the place smelled like a liquor store rude and she shouldnt be working for the public or even animals anywhere.. Its chaotic in there no people service whats so ever I actually cant wait for this place to be shut down... Hoping for a real pet store to open

This place is illegally selling puppies and kittens against New York State law.

The prices are way too over priced there im guessing because its the only pet store in there but the lady with the red braids is very helpful and professional she was cleaning the tanks fixing the shelves n stopped helped me n was so nice

I never buy there again they lost 😞 me as a customer I spent a lot of money there very disappointed 😔 i’m taking my money somewhere else

My Fiancee Loves Going Here to Buy New Fish, Reptiles etc as Well as Pet Food & Supplies.There Prices for certain Supplies arent as High as Pet Co & Pet Smart. Id Definitely Recommend Buying Whatever Pet Supplies From Here. They Have it All. There Always Reordering Supplies & Have New Shipments 📦. So if Your Looking for a Certain Type of Pet for Example a Bird, Turtles, Reptile, Fish or Even A Certain Brand or Type of Pet Supply or Pet Food.I Usually Call Before Coming & Theyll Tell Me on the Spot If They Have it or not or If You Just Go without Calling 9 times out of 10 they have it. If not they tell you exactly what date within a few days they expect there Next Shipment. Versus PetCo & Pet Smart. Theyll Tell You Oh Unfortunately We Dont Know, Youll Have to Come back another day or keep calling. Or If You Call Ahead Theyll Leave You On Hold For So Damn Long, Sometimes Another Person Ends Up Picking Up & Saying How Can I Help you & You End Up Repeating Yourself only for them to tell you oh we dont have it or taking so long just to say we have it. Mind you there store isnt even packed.

Im a good customer of wonder pets and theres a manager there thats doesnt speak a bit of english and has the nerve to has a nasty character about her self and i spend alot of money there and i think someone else should be givin her position until shes learns english and how to communicate better with people

I am a certified NYC wildlife rehabilitator and TNR certified specialist. After going to this location for the first time today with a 5 week old rescued kitten looking for kitten formula and cat dewormer (they had neither) my sister and I were accused of stealing birds. As we left the establishment I thanked them for their help. About 2-3 minutes later a cashier ran across the street to the Subway we were ordering from and said the owner accused us of stealing birds. Not only is this embarrassing and humiliating it is extremely poor practice for a BUSINESS. We showed the cashier the kitten and asked them if they checked the cameras, they did not check the cameras.
