I’ve been using WoofMeow for several years now to feed my two cats whenever I’m away and they’ve always been reliable and easy to communicate with. They have fair prices and offer a multitude of services. Myrna and the other sitters are so sweet and genuinely love animals. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!

Like every pet owner, I am always nervous about the care my cats receive when I travel. Myrna and her team were fantastic--extremely professional and responsive, could not recommend them more!I received detailed reports and pictures, the team was never late, and I came home to two happy cats. Ive been using WoofMeow for a few years for catsitting, and I couldnt be happier! Myrna and the team always take such great care of my cats, and I appreciate the regular updates with every visit. The photos they send are such a treat while im away and missing my little ones.They use the Time to Pet platform / app for booking, and this makes it really convenient to both book services and provide care instructions. You can also send and receive messages through the app, which is great when you need to update the sitters (or to check in with the per-visit photos).Im glad I discovered WoofMeow. They do a great job taking care of my cats and Im happy to be able to work with a small business in my community.

WoofMeow is a wonderful service! Myrna walks my dog weekly, and has done some overnights for us as well. She always takes great care of my reactive dog! Highly recommend this service! :)

Used WoofMeow over the Christmas holiday to look after my cat. My cat wasnt the nicest, but even then, WoofMeow was still exceptional and caring. Gave daily updates and very communicative. Looking forward to using the service again in the future.

I’ve used Woof Meow a few times now and it is definitely worth it. As an anxious cat mom, it’s very comforting to get a detailed message and pics everyday when I’m out of town. My cat likes them too!

I cannot say enough good things about WoofMeow! Its certainly more expensive than lots of dog walkers on Rover or Wag, but Im paying for a team of walkers who have been background-checked, are incredibly reliable and super professional, and actually know what theyre doing. All of my last-minute requests have been accepted because there are lots of capable walkers at the ready. On the very few (like...two) occasions when I had concerns, the owner Myrna promptly responded after hours to make everything right. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Myrna took such good care of my pittie Canelo. Since we had just adopted him, he was nervous around strangers when I wasnt in the house. She was patient and took time to make him comfortable around her. He always looked forward to their walks and Myrna would always send me pictures of him through the app. Scheduling with Myrna was very easy through the app, and she always replied and confirmed visits quickly. Canelo will miss her!

As a new dog parent, I was super nervous when I had to hire a dog walker. Myrna and her walkers immediately made me feel at ease! The pictures and comments on each walk are so helpful to keep my dog on a schedule. Keep up the great work yall!

First I had issues with scheduling nail trims for my cats. The days available would always change & the last time I brought my cat home she was seriously distressed. Also one of them was cut & bled. Recently, I thought Id try them out for cat sitting since they are close. The first sitter missed our first meet & greet because of the owners mistake. I was never told that I could communicate with the sitter directly through the app. The owner not only reads every message you send to the sitter, they also have you tip the sitter through them - their venmo. Communication with the owner is not friendly & quickly deteriorated when I asked for my keys back & voiced my unhappiness. My experience is that they prioritize dogs & would not recommend them for cat owners.Edit to add: Im floored to see the owner respond with blatant lies.The app was confusing & was never explained. And my cat, a devon rex, who has short fur that requires no grooming, absolutely never showed up in bad shape. She got a nail trim. Something I have professionals do to ease the stress. Something that I still do monthly at a local business that does not stress her out OR cut her. Also, btw, it was my OTHER cat that was cut. Another Devon rex who requires no grooming that is 10000% chill in every situation. I enjoyed the first sitter, yes, but I was unhappy with the situation with the second sitter, whom i wasnt allowed to meet without paying for a meet & greet. And I was only told after the fact that while my first sitter accommodated my cats need for an afternoon feeding, your business generally reserves that time for dog walking - so my cats were not fed until 9pm. With that said, if many of these things have been made obvious in the beginning, I would have never booked with you. I have attached photos to prove your inconsistency in booking nail trims & i have many more emails that show i rarely had appointments with you on a Saturday - if ever, as Ive yet to find any email thats says I went to you on a Saturday. Its okay to admit you make a mistake, but its not okay to lie - especially if your lie implicates the owner is taking bad care of the animal. Any pet owner should be afraid of a pet business owner who is capable of that.

Myrna and her team were super helpful, professional, kind and wonderful with our puppy, Phoebe. Phoebe learned so much about leash training and walking with other pups. Cant recommend enough!

I started using WoofMeow for my cats when my longtime catsitter moved away. They have been phenomenal! I have two cats and book the daily 30 minute visit which includes change of food and water, cleaning litter and playtime and pets. It is incredibly easy to book via their app, and the owner, Myrna, is super responsive. The sitter provides a daily report and lots of pictures (via the app) which provides reassurance while you’re away that your cats are in excellent hands. Highly, highly recommend!

Myrna and her team took such great care of our dog for the last 2 years! They have helped us out on multiple occasions where we needed an urgent walk, and are always so responsive and communicative. The pictures on the walk always make my day as well! If we hadn’t moved out of the neighborhood we would definitely keep working with WoofMeow for years to come. Best cat sitting service ever!Myrna (WoofMeows owner) took such a good care of our two baby cats! She is very professional and responsible. We got daily updates and pictures, during each visit thanks to the very easy and helpful app (it does work perfectly from abroad too!).Right before leaving, our youngest had to have an emergency surgery. Myrna was very reassuring and helping. She stayed at our place the few first nights to nurse our fur baby, and play with the healthy one. When it got better, she visited one hour daily. She adjusted to us all along, as we were adjusting to our cats recovery. She dealt like a pro with medications, the cone, adjustments, and all the very specific indications regarding the complicated situation and our two cats.She was very attentive to both our cats and it was just what we needed.Id recommend WoofMeow to anybody whod like their fur babies being taken care of.We really loved how concerned she is, loving to our cats, and even took care of the plants. Well definitely use WoofMeows services again, and recommend to anyone whos looking for a pet sitter!

First time leaving our puppy pit with sitters for a 4 day trip - and had fantastic experience with Katelyn! when things didnt go as planned, she figured out alternate ways to keep our dog well exercised and happy and kept us informed every step of the way. knowing Asher (our dog) was in good care allowed us to enjoy our vaca w/ peace of mind. Our sitter was extremely communicative, responded quickly, always shared photos, and was attentive to our cats’ specific needs and behaviors. One of our cats took a few visits to warm to our sitter and she was patient and attentive to him through the process. I have been and continue to be so pleased to work with Myrna and her team over the past 2 years. They have taken great care of my cats, and what I am particularly impressed with is their great communication. I receive a photo of the cats, as well as a checklist that shows they fulfilled my requests, every day, and they include a personal message about how well the cats are faring with us away. Aside from the great care they take with pets, Im very happy that they offer additional services, such as watering the garden and house plants. I 110% recommend WoofMeow!

We had a very good experience with Myrna as our dog sitter. Her space is conveniently located in Brooklyn and large enough for a puppy to play in. She is very nice, responsive, and professional. Our puppy is a bit challenging (like all pups!) and she did a good job communicating that honestly while balancing the fact that it was under control. We totally trusted that our baby was in good hands because she sent us pictures all day and we knew that we was getting the structure and exercise he needed.

I recently went away to Ocean City, MD with my family, and used WoofMeow’s pet-sitting services to watch my two cats, Tabby and Olivia. I received daily reports and pictures through a user friendly app! I loved the pictures! We had Myrna (the owner) as our sitter, however in the past we had Marissa- both are great! It was really nice to go away and not have to worry about our fur-babies! I could’ve asked a neighbor to feed them, but honestly my neighbor was not going to play with our playful Olivia. This was a priority for us and we received that with WoofMeow. I appreciated Myrna watching them so much that I told Myrna to keep my keys for future visits. I highly recommend WoofMeow’s services!

Myrna responded within minutes of our introductory message and provided beyond-excellent care for over a week for our two adult cats, one of whom has very specific medical instructions. She provided daily updates and photos, and my wife and I returned home to find the cats relaxed and happy, in much better spirits than after previous trips wed taken. Would absolutely recommend, and already planning to book Myrna for another weekend of care!

We left our 2 cats for 12 days and having the Woof Meow team take care of them worked out beautifully. We had daily updates including photos. It was very easy to get in contact with WoofMeow through the app to arrange for our two kittens to spend the night away from home while there was work being done here.It was our first time having our kittens away from us for a whole day in a new place since we adopted them, so of course we were very worried and anxious. Luckily, WoofMeow put us at ease by sending us updates (with pictures!) of our little cats exploring her big apartment, napping, and looking very happy and curious.10/10, would use this service again :)

Woof Meow is the only dog walking service I will trust with my boy, Miles. Miles is a very shy boy and Woof Meow’s team has always gone out of their way to make him feel comfortable, even if it means taking extra time to give him treats and love before taking him out of the house.I love how they send update photos in real time and it’s always so easy to book a service through their app!You can not find a more caring dog service in the neighborhood, these are the businesses where we need to be spending our money!

We absolutely love Myrna and WoofMeow. She has helped us so so many times since we moved to Brooklyn. She has always responded back literally within minutes and has always accommodated on short notices. Not a single time that they had to cancel or could not send someone to walk our lil baby.They also go beyond to help in any ways they can. We needed a trainer to help with our dog leash walk and within 2 days she found us a very good trainer from her team who came and patiently trained Gracie.The whole process is very relax and comforting. You get to meet your dog walker in person to make sure your dog likes them and they always leave photos and detail of the walk on their app for you. The pricing is perfect and all and all we could not be happier to find Myrna and WoofMeow ❤

I cant recommend WoofMeow enough. Our cat is very attached to us, and when we had to leave for a weekend and found out we couldnt bring her, we got super nervous. I found WoofMeow last minute and they were so reassuring and accommodating. They truly care about pets. Katelyn, the assigned sitter, was *incredible* and sent us the cutest pictures of our baby while we were gone. She left our apartment and our cat in perfect condition. Well be using WoofMeow again for sure!

I found WoofMeow in an emergency, and I couldnt be more thrilled! Its nerve wracking leaving your older fifteen pound ginger cat at home and not know how they will be taken care of. Both the owner and Marisa (my cats new favorite) were so easy to communicate with, left clear instructions, and made the process easy and stress free. The topping on the cake: the pictures Marisa would send me every day during her visit, which not only gave me peace of mind but happiness to see how happy my dear cat was! They are the best, and I have used them every time I need a cat sitter!

If you follow WoofMeow on Instagram- that Black Mini Bernedoodle that you see on the stories-- yup thats my dog, Rocco! Rocco is now 2 1/2 years old now and the amount of daycare Ive tested out to see where Rocco would thrive and be well taken cared of four days a week.Woofmeow daycare is unique since Myrna doesnt exceed 4 dogs, takes them to a safe park and ensures to get two good walks in sometimes even more! Other daycares in facilities - its pretty much 15+ dogs in a room all day & only some provide relief walks.So obviously you know which services Ill take especially Rocco does get overwhelmed when there is more than 5 dogs. Also keep in mind daycare is smaller dogs due to no yard.Ive also done boarding when Ive gone on vacation and Rocco has gone on some many adventures with Myrna and Myrna keeping me posted on how everything is going!Finding Woofmeow has been life changing!

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience using Woof Meow for my little Jack Russel Terrier Scout. They are extremely responsive, very professional and most importantly of all they provide top notch love and care for my little guy. Katelyn is our usual dog walker/sitter and she gives us very detailed daily reports. She dotes on Scout like hes her own and shes absolute terrific. Across the board, I have had great experiences with all of the dog sitters and walkers who work for this company - highly recommend!

The sitter was super communicative and careful about the feeding regiment, which included medication. Her regular updates made my trip much less stressful--worth it!

Patty did an excellent job correcting the mishap from another groomer. My dogs were very nervous after what they went through but Patty sat on the floor with them and helped them get calm. I was very, very pleased with their grooming. Patty went above and beyond!

This was my first time using the service but I will definitely be using them again for future vacations.My cat sitter was Koko, and we were able to meet in advance to go over instructions. The app that Woofmeow uses is very convenient; each day Koko would message me a summery of how my cat Tilly was doing, what she had done while in the apartment (change the water, scoop the box, etc), and would even include photos of Tilly (when Tilly wasnt hiding under the bed, which was often).Tilly can be high strung and moody (which is most cats I guess), and I hated leaving her alone for a week, however Kokos daily messages were so pleasant and thorough that I had no doubts Tilly was being well taken care of. She even went the extra mile of bringing in some mail that had been left outside of my mailbox!

I used WoofMeow for the first time recently and was very happy with the service all around. The owner is very responsive and got me up and running quickly. Katelyn is our cat-sitter and she is fantastic. We chose the 30 minute sessions and Katelyn cared for our two cats – food, water, litter, play – and plants for 3 days. We received a report with pictures after each visit and I had such peace-of-mind to enjoy my vacation. I have already scheduled more visits with WoofMeow (a great thing is they try to pair you with the same sitter each time) for an upcoming trip. And yes, Katelyn will be helping us again, so woo!

Especially during a pandemic I had such a hard time finding a dog sitter. Once I contacted Myrna, she replied so quickly and was more than happy to accommodate my really early work schedule and my elderly dog with vision and hearing problems. Best dog sitter ever and sends super cute dog pics during the day! Does grooming too!!

WoofMeow was great. I had them watch my dog for a week. The things I loved most is that they updated me every time she was there, they sent me pictures of my dog during the visit, the price is reasonable, and my dog usually doesnt like many people but she loved them. I would definitely use Woof Meow again in the future and I would advise everyone else too as well.

The team is caring and attentive, as well as being highly capable of managing her medicine schedule, as Peaches now required multiple medicines and different quantities everyother day. After each visit they provide multiple photos and an extensive written update on Peaches state and wellbeing.
