Zoomin Groomin

So this is not my 1st time booking with zooming its my 3rd.This time around I was given a time and price and was sent a message stating if we dont cancel within 24hrs we will be charged $50.So today was my appt supposed to had been at 1:45 . The groomers didnt get to me until 2:50.I asked what happens when clients time is wasted waiting and not here on appt time ?I got a whole story about another pup and an apology which is really not fair. I couldnt have done this under no circumstances 😪.I was not given a percentage off or a discount. Very disappointing 😞.I gave it a 4 star cause Ive never experienced this prior before. My chole always looks good.

This is great! They drove to me and groomed my Benji downstairs in their van. Now grooming my baby is no longer an all day thing. I will definitely be using Zoomin Groomin from now on! You guys are the best!

My dog wasnt the sweetest but my groomer was very patient and positive. Oreo says sorry and thanks for the treats.

It was my first time trying Zoomin Groomin. Definitely convenient, groomer was friendly and gentle to my dog, nice and quick service. The only thing about this is that it’s a little bit pricey. But if you can afford it then why not lol. I didn’t want any specific hairstyles for my dog. I just wanted nice and clean hair cut. So far my dog is happy 😃. I would recommend this to anyone.

Very convenient and fast service at a reasonable price. Very friendly staff who work with you in getting an appointment. I highly recommend giving them a try they have a life long customer here!!!
